I have been going here well over 12 years. Always extremely happy with the quality of my pedicure. However after this past weekend, they have lost a customer.First, although I schedule appointments, I am always treated as an unknown person when I arrive I was not helped until 40 minutes past my scheduled appointment and they started others that arrived after I had arrived.Second, when I said something about this because this the fourth time in a row of significant delays after scheduled time, there was not any acknowledgement.Third, I understand prices went up after re-opening with COVID, however prices went up again in the last 6 weeks and now are a total of 30% higher.Fourth, as a frequent customer I had been having punch card that I wanted to use and I was not given full price credit.Obviously being such a long time customer I really liked the service I received. Any acknowledgement would have gone a long way. I am now off to find a new nail salon.

The girls were soo friendly and kind. Quick service and how cute are these! All hand painted.

Waited more than an hour after my appointment to be seen. They kept making comments of how bad my feet looked and making faces during my pedicure. They where rude when I didnt know the tip policy. Then my nail broke 2 days after I got them done. I was not doing anything that would break a nail I was folding laundry. Definitely wouldnt recommend them not worth the $100

They are all very friendly, I do not give 5 stars because even if I make an appointment they always take time to attend.

I love this place! Ive been going here a little over a year now. Im an introvert and so not a big talker. They make me feel comfortable. All the technicians do amazing work.

This place is packed. I made an appointment days ago, yet Im still waiting and its been 20 minutes. So far, not impressed. Ill update if I dont lose patience and leave.*update: If I could give this place -10 stars, I would. 40 minutes passed my appointment they finally seated me. They kept taking walk-ins. Sure, they take your temperature and have screens, but thats about it for safety precautions under current mandate. I never once saw them clean or wipe down stations between clients. If it was just having to wait that would be less of a problem. But the uncleanliness and unprofessionalism were unacceptable. The cherry on top? They didnt even do a good job. My nails didnt look like the color I asked for because she painted it on so thin and only did 2 coats. You can see the moon of my nailbed through the polish. You couldnt pay me to go there again.

This was my first time being here about two days ago and it was not the best experience for sure. When we got started half way thru they switch me to another nail tech without letting me know anything or why because someone walked in, I made an appointment too so why do I feel like the level of my service decreased. While new tech is doing my nails now another tech sits by her and she stops service to count out money and to give it to her. Then grabbed my hand back right after no communication at all. The entire time every tech is ignoring customers and only speaking to eachother. Also while doing my nails she kept flicking my fingers and pulling the one she was working on, I felt in her way. Also noticed tech tell customer next to me that she moves to much and said that the drill will hurt her so stop moving. Very sturn and awkward. I know my nail beds and fingers are crooked but as a nail tech you are capable of making all the nails look more like eachother rather they match my finger shape.

Nancy is great, excellent customer service and Nina is my favorite nail tech -- always quick, efficient, and personable. I come here every other week despite living in Seattle because they are that good 👍🏽💅😚

I have been going to Sola Nails since 2006 and thats before the owner now came in. They are always welcoming and very friendly. I moved out of state for 6yrs and came bacc and nothing has changed but I must say the new look in the place looks beautiful.

This was my last resort. The nail salon I usually go to was busy and all the other ones were busy as well so I came here as a last resort and definitely gonna make it my first now. Its a really good place. Service is great. The staff is very friendly. The lady that did my pedi was always smiling and enjoyed herself. She was great. I would definitely be coming here more often.

I LOVE coming here! My mom loves it too. So much so that shes drives two hours from ellensburg so we can go get mani/pedi together. They have the biggest gel color selection I have ever seen at a nail salon. We usually come in on Saturdays which is pretty busy and have to wait a minute but we think its worth it. They know us by name and always give us great service. Big shout out to Amy, my mom loves the designs Amy comes up with and loves to chat with her. Nancy, the owner, works very hard to get every client in as quickly as she can. This is an incredibly busy salon, so be prepared to wait but again, worth it. Thanks ladies for the great service!

Nice prices and very friendly staff. I brought my 9 year old. The ladies were so patient and caring. They are very careful. I was very relaxed and the ambiance of the whole palace was wonderful. We enjoyed the waterfall on the wall.

Only place my wife will go I strongly suggest if you want to take your lady to get her nails done check this place out good prices awesome job your lady will be happy and if you want to get a pedicure great place

Negative stars if I could. Had the worst experience here. I showed up at 12 and ended up leaving at 2:30. I showed a picture of what I was looking for (ombré set) they said they could do it, only to find out that was not true. I decided to pick just one color to make it easier for her. But the work was very sloppy, my fingers are stained with the color I picked. they did not let me wash my hands before clear coating even tho I asked so now there is a bunch of powder residue under the clear coat. The lady tried to say that it was because of the color I picked LOL.

They did a good job and was fast and I love the colors but they spent more time talking to each other than acknowledging that they had a customer price was cheap I would come back again maybe with headphones

This place always has great service and they are very covid friendly, making you wash your hands when you enter and plastic dividers at all stations. But 4 stars because I dont like that they dont speak a whole lot of English, so they dont say a whole lot to you....

Great little place! This is my first time getting my nails done in over 10 years, and I was not disappointed. Staff was attentive and try to accommodate customers as quickly as possible. The salon itself was clean with plenty of pedicure stations and manicure stations. Prices are extremely reasonable oh, and you get a loyalty card and after 10 services you get $20 off which is pretty awesome! I did just a basic black nail polish color, but she did my acrylics perfectly. She listened to exactly what I wanted and the shape came out perfectly. Next time Ill try a more fun color because there were plenty of options to choose from. All together I think its a great salon definitely worth checking out if youre in the area! The prices cant be beat!

This was my third time in and my nails were fine. Nothing special but no big flaws. I dont feel like they talk to the customer as much as each other. I asked for my daughters (5 years old) nails to be painted and they asked if I wanted gel for her. I asked if they would last longer because of the difference. (Normally her polish lasts a day). They assured me it would so I agreed and paid $18 for it to last 3 days...wow. $18 for 3 days of 1 coat of gel. Never again.

So let me start with this, I have been going here since high school which just so happens to be far too many years to admit. I have turned so many of my friends to this place as long time customers because their service had been immaculate in the past. However over the last few years, this immaculate service has faded something fierce. Their main goal is to turn over clientele as quickly as possible. Quality has gone downhill big time, making an appointment is completely and utterly pointless, and apart from their gel polish peeling off several days after it is applied due to the incorrect application, as well as nails popping off as if one had done their own nails with the peel and stick ones from a local grocery store, I finally stopped patronizing this place after repeated attempts to give them “just one more chance”. Until recently, I had no desire to take my business back here again, however I decided to try them out one more time after a girlfriend of mine whom I turned on to them as a customer, wanted to go. I figured it couldn’t hurt to try the once fantastic salon one last time to see if their quality had improved. Unfortunately I didn’t think it was possible for their service to get much worse; to my surprise it has. Extremely sad to say but this will be my last visit to Sola Nails. They have lost a long time customer who has helped them grow their business immensely. I am dumbfounded by the treatment of their long time consistent customers. Thankfully there are some other great nail salons in the area to which I will patronize as well as promote to my girlfriends. I hope the owner, Nancy and the entire team there truly takes into consideration the poor treatment of their once very valued customers.

Best nail place I e been since I moved to Seattle. I couldn’t find anyone to do my nails in Seattle for years so I quit wearing them. I happened to stumble across Sola nails while waiting for a tire change. I went in only expecting to get a pedicure. I decided to give them a try with my nails and I have been going ever since. They are really great. I highly recommend this shop. They are clean and patient and always want the customer to be happy.

Had to erase my last nail salon (different salon) review, i went to Sola nails and.... Wow! The work they do, the pedicures, manicures, fills and full sets are amazing! Better to make appt than to walk in, very busy place. But even with a walk-in Nancy tells you the truth so your not waiting for a hour, if she can see you she will if not shell tell you. Very clean. I totally recommend!

Been going there a long time. I think I am done now. I am used to it being busy. Went in and was told to come back in an hour. She wrote me down in the book. When I came back I still had to wait another 20 minutes. I wanted a design but was tools the lady that does that wasnt there today. Then it was suggested that I Google some other designs. I showed then something else. She said she could do it. Walked away. When she came back she told me it would be an extra $10

Gave this nail salon a try cause I’m new to the area and they were fast with getting them done but not once was I able to wash my hands and the color that I asked for in gel was not the color I left with and being I had to be on my way to work I didn’t have time to get the color I actually asked for and wanted. The nails them selves look and feel like the ones you buy and stick on from like Walmart or something, the utensils that she used looked so used and unsanitary. I will not be returning.

I went to this place due to great reviews on yelp. For the first several times they did a great job. You would think after being a loyal customer you would get superb service. However I see its the opposite, after 1 day of getting my nails filled. The tips cracked and broke this happen last month and I blamed it on myself because I was moving boxes. But then it happen again this month with no box activity on my part. I have brought many relatives to this establishment to my surprise each were disappointed with their work, their customer service, and their cleanliness. My daughter said while getting her fill the technician made her finger bleed instead of tossing the blood soiled file into the trash, the technician place it back into her pile of tools she uses. What if she was an HIV/AIDS, or Hep C carrier and how many times have they done this with other customers? I will never go back to the place.

I needed waxing done and my reg lady sold her salon. I had a mani and pedi done and was really impressed. Instead of using another salon with a groupon I decided to try here. Nicole was amazing. She made me feel extremely comfortable and I didn’t feel embarrassed. My pedicure was again perfect. They pay attention to detail.Thank you again ladies

Woman seemed to rush through my nails and it felt like my simple French manicure with glitter was a huge hassle. She did a decent job but compared to the intricate designs they have on their yelp, I expected better service for the simple design that I wanted. This is the second bad experience Ive had here and I wont be coming back. Ill stick with Renton nails and spa.

I did not have a terrible experience. But I came here because my regular nail salon was busy. Im comparing this place to my regular salon. I was not a fan of the pedicure. The lady did not spend much time on my feet, in fact it was very quick even though it was not busy. She did not seem to want to be there, like she was not paying to much attention. In fact most of the time she spent rubbing lotion on the same part of my leg while talking to the lady that was doing my manicure. I feel like I could have done what they did. She/they were not very friendly. The best part is the massage chair, and I like the open salon and location. Service is meh.

Went in as a walk in on Sunday, place was busy but was seated about 15 mins after arriving. Nails were ok. I received a full set, felt rushed - shaping a little uneven on some nails and when painted there was missed spots on a few nails along with uneven 2nd coat. I wasnt impressed.

When I arrived they helped the people before me and I had to wait for quite a bit of time. The women who did my nails was rude and bossy and kept pulling on my hand saying “relax your hand.” I told her I wanted my acryllics looking more natural and short and so when she was done completly doing my nails she said “I could have done overlay for you better for me, better for you.” I asked for a discount at that point and they refused to give it to me. Horrible service. Would not recommend going there.

I wouldnt reccomend. I felt ignored and the staff there just talked and laugh in thier language. I dont remember having a conversation with the girl doing my manicure. She kept pausing to be on her phone. I asked for a simple heart on one of my nails and she tried like 4 or 5 times. Until i told her to get someone else. It took 3 people to try to make a simple heart. They also expect you to tip them.

This place used to be the only place I would ever go get a manicure or pedicure. I have beeen coming here for 14 years but this is the last time I bring people or myself. The customer service has gone down drastically. They no longer care for the customer they just want to make sure they get as many people seated and have you waiting for hours without letting you know how long youll be waiting for. If you ask, they will tell you 10 minutes. The walk ins walk in and some will be told its 45 minute wait and other will be told 10 minutes. Its crazy and unethical. Good luck for those who dare to give this place a shot.

Most disgusting service I’ve ever seen, my nails were crooked I got someone who didn’t even speak English fine but after I told her multiple times my nails were not straight very calmly she got the owner the owner agreed they were not the same shape or length, but “ we can’t really fix them because the nail is already on” so upset I’m like what, ok so just get them the same shape.. I ended up leaving with different shape & sized nails, the lady messed up the paint so bad she had to redo some nails and I mean atThis point I’m upset, totally blown away, they didn’t even apologize for how messed up it looked just told me that once I come back for a fill they will fix it .. no I will not ever be back to this place. It’s insane that they would even let me leave with nails like this, let alone charge me.. so embarrassed. I had to go to another shop and get them all taken off and put back on because they were horrible.

I have been going to Sola Nails since the beginning of summer. Kelly has been doing my pedicures and Nancy has been doing my nails. They both are great. My only complaint would be that if I have an appt, I do expect to have the appt honored and not have to wait because of a walk in before me. But on the other hand, if I do go in as a walk in, I dont mind wait.

This place is a chop shop. They do not care about quality or the comfortability of their clients. Dont waste your time or money here.My nails look awful, my nail beds hurt and I had to deal with bad attitudes from the staff.
