A nice place, nice staff, very clean but I had color gel manicure and asked for funny bunny (OPI color) and this was the result (same day picture) next day I went to another place and the girl told me they clearly mix the colors with something else to make it last more for them, plus look at my cuticles and the how unevenly the color looks. So disappointed, a waste of money, I would never recommend this place.

Extremely disappointed in Trillium. I spent $237.00 NOT including tip and got a $20 quality gel fill and a $5 quality pedicure! I have been wanting to go there for years; finally, last week I treated myself and my daughter to a mani/pedi, I got a gel fill and spa pedicure. The woman i had rushed through both my pedicure and gel fill. She barely massaged my feet, did a rush job exfoliating my heels and feet; Put so little gel on my nails that one nail literately flexes back and forth because the lack of gel on it, over filed my nails so much that I now have extremely narrow nails that I need to get new gel put on, and she did a horrible job on my cuticles. I asked for silver glitter on my tips, which I was grossly charged $20 for, got a little brushing of multi-color glitter after I told her I wanted silver, I even showed her a picture of how I wanted it to look. My daughter got a gel mani and regular pedicure. Her nails are all chipped as well. I could understand the need to rush if the place were crowded however there were only 3 customers, 2 being us. They were lucky she was lucky she received any tip at all.They are over charging their customers because that is the only way they can afford to pay rent for a location they have no business being in because the quality of their work does not stand up to the location, they are in. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Went here several times and I was okay with the place until today. When I called to check on prices for French, the woman on the phone said 35 for regular and 45 for gel. When I came, I got charged $20 powder removal fee which NO ONE told me about (I’ve never been charged for that anywhere else as long as I was getting my nails done) and got billed 75$ for French gel pedicure. And on top of that I left with one of my fingers bleeding from it being cut by the manicurist.

Very clean. Professional, pampered service. Enjoyed the overall atmosphere and ambiance. Would recommend for both a manicure and pedicure. Cant wait to go back.

I was looking for an elegant spa like experience and from the moment I made the appointment to the time I left I felt I received what I was expecting. I had the bubble pedicure and regular manicure. Trillium is contemporary looking has an open feel. It is super clean. Easy to park. From start to finish I felt pampered and refreshed. Thank you. I will see you soon. Highly recommend

Fabulous! Clean. Covid-19 appliant. Keratin cream gloves after the gel manicure were very nice touch. And the quick shoulder massage was a bonus!

This is the second tome I get a full set but third time I have gotten my nails done and after one day my nail breaks I don’t do any hard labor with my hands it shouldn’t take one day to break them I called to get it fixed and they gave me a hard time telling me if I didn’t make it within the few minutes she’ll leave and there’s nothing I’m they can do . They add up things without telling you until you pay I spent 125 the set was 95 they added an extra 20 then tip for it to break in a day then the day after that one was fixed another nail broke! Over priced for cheap quality !!

THREE DAYS after the $19 manicure ($15 plus $4 tip), it’s chipping.I did not clean, cook or do anything for it to start happening.I went back to the salon, and all they said was: we don’t give warranty on regular manicures.I think it’s probably an old nail polish and/or a bad technician.For this kind of money, a place in NYC would at least offer to change the nail polish and they didn’t!

I went here with my elderly grandmother to get pedicures. The place is huge, clean, well-organized. They were super nice and accommodating, especially because my grandma had a little trouble moving her legs and feet for the pedicure lady. She helped her in and out of the chair no problem. And the packages they offer are surprisingly nice! Im definitely planning to come back!

Had a Manicure just 2 days ago and it looks like 2 weeks ago

They are one of the only salons that are practicing social distancing, sanitization and temp checking. My experience was wonderful and I was comfortable with their procedures.

They think they know NJ law but unfortunately they don’t. Don’t even wanted to waist my personal time. Unprofessional at all. They will lose all customers this way. Good luck.

Went in for my first time yesterday 8/6 and was disappointed straight from the greeting. Went in for mani pedi, pedi was first. Not sure if it was because I’m male and tech thinks we don’t care about our feet but it was sooo rushed, no attention to detail what’s so ever. YET were very nice in asking to upgrade to a spa pedi which I DID for an extra $20 thinking would better my experience.... it did not. I love leaving a Salon with smooth filed toe nails, that wasn’t the case. Was so broken hearted the fact I was rushed even with the spa upgrade. MALES stay away! I think they believe we don’t care about our feet and just rush through to get you out the door and tipped.

Trillium consistently does a great job! I would highly recommend their service! The salon is beautiful and clean with lots of color choices and the staff does a lovely job. Teddy did my manicure today and was extra awesome! I have on and off gone to Trillium for a couple years and have always had a good experience!

I highly recommend this nail spa. In a world of mediocre nail salons- Trillium stands out from the crowd. One of the best technicians there is named Charry. She is detail oriented and takes great pride in a job well done. I’m happy to say that she is not only my nail technician but my friend!

My first visit to Trillium- very nice location and hospitality. However, truly disappointed with the products. Paid $135 for a spa pedicure, gel manicure and eye brow waxing. The gel nail polish chipped off 4 days later. The quality of the product is not worth the price paid. Will probably not be going back nor recommending this place to anyone.

AMAZING! High end, clean and friendly front desk girl. If you get a spa package you get served champagne. They really do great detailed work on your nails. Got my nails done for vacation and three weeks later they are still perfect! Awesome place!

I was super upset with my last experience at this salon and will never go back! It was my first time in my life when I was crying during manicure. Absolutely unprofessional. they tore off 3 coatings from my nails along with the top coat, substantiating this with the fact that I had a poor base. in all salons, the top layer of the gel is cut off with a nail file or special machine but it does not peel off along with the nails. unreasonable prices.

Horrific they lure you in and hand you off to zero skilled technicians whom leave you looking like a kindergartner did it. They act like theyre cutting cuticles but just slide cutter up and down Ive given them few attempts but tonight was last draw. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Pros: clean. Thats always a plus for me. The manager is very sweet and the staff are always nice. Free tea, wine, water etc.Cons: for the price they charge, the quality is poor. They also dont know how to paint nails properly. They leave alot of the side of your nail unpainted., and clumpy. My nails peeled in 2 days. Ive been here 3 times and i am not sure why because my nails never last more than 3 days. Waste of money.

I got a wonderful French pedicure and you could tell they were working hard for a good tip which I appreciated. They were all very nice and the salon is high end. Only negative is that they only accept tips in cash

First time there and had a great manicure and pedicure just now. Everyone was very welcoming and I got a glass of champagne as well. The space looks brand new and everything looked clean. I had the same person do both my mani and pedi and she was super nice and meticulous with my nails. Thank you!Advice: they accept credit cards but cash tips only. Also, parking is metered and there’s tons of spaces in the municipal lot or in front of the salon. 1hr parking was 50 cents and there’s a payment station in front of the salon.Def will be coming back.

I got a gel manicure and pedicure for $70. The technician rushed and got polish all around my cuticles on my pedicure, I got a nude so I didn’t see until I got home. Unhappy with the outcome for the price.
