WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! My friend and I both made appointments at 3. There was one guy there working. He set up our bowls for pedicures and told us we would only have to wait a few minutes. 35 mins later one lady showed up and starts working on my pedicure and my friend continued to wait. Then the one guy working starts painting my friends toes and states that he will do the pedicure after. Both our pedicures were rushed and horrible. They didn’t file my nails till after they were paintedπŸ€¦πŸΌβ€β™€οΈ. You may ask why didn’t you leave? Well my friend did mention twice well I think we’re gonna go. The guy working kept saying no, no not to much longer please wait. My friend even said you know what I’m just gonna pay for the color and I’m good. But the guy kept insisting. Overall just horrible. I have never had such a bad experience. Please go somewhere else.

I’ve had my nails done a few times here and never satisfied. Second appointment she was running 40 minutes late for (was not even at work yet). My gel polish on acrylic peeled after less than 24 hours. Called the next day and they couldn’t get me in. Just showed up the next day during business hours (sign even said open) and the doors were locked. I called and she said she was at their other location, which they do not have. I could hear on the phone that she was inside of a grocery store. Very frustrating that my nails peeled after not even a day and that they would not get me back in to fix the problem and lied about being at a non existent location.

Best location we have found for eyebrow waxing, though wife did wind up with four cuts above one eye, hence four stars. Pricing varies a bit, may depend on cash or card?

I love going here. In fact, I just found out my clients go there and love it as well. I bring my daughter who can be rambunctious at times and never once have I seen a scowl. They treat us both very well and do a wonderful job at cleaning us up! I highly recommend you check them out!

Lotus is clean, professional, and a very relaxing experience. I have been a customer for years and have had no problems with service and beauty. Nail art, pedicure, eyebrows,or just a ladies day for manicure. Stop in and relax awhile pick a color and enjoy. They also have another salon called Happy Nails if you’re not able to get in as a walk in at Lotus they are just as qualified. I get compliments all the time on my nails!

Im from Indiana & Working in Minnesota & came across this place in a plaza close to my hotel. My sister treated me to a birthday manicure and her some nails. The manager Lexi was GREAT!! The nail spa didnt open until 11a but she let my sister make an 8 am appt just because were from out of town, out of state for that matter. She went the extra mile. Ensuring her nails last a little longer. Even had her sister come do my manicure to get us out in a timely manner. The price for the 2 serviced were pretty good. I would definitely recommend this place.

Lexi the owner and her sister Holly and family have been doing my nails since 2000. They always do a excellent job on my nails and pedicures. I own a jewelry store and I receive compliments on my nails all the time. They do freehand designs and they are so original. I have never in 18 years had a complaint. I have had my nails last up to 5 weeks without a problem. I highly recommend this shop.

I went in on a Satursay and right away asked how long the wait would be for a pedicure, as I had plans. I was told I could get one right away and was led to a chair to soak... for 40 minutes with no one coming back. The man doing a pedicure 2 chairs down came over just as I was getting up and simply said it would be 2 mi yes. 10 mi ites later he sat down. Not a word was said to me. About 5 minutes in my gel polish was started. Then not another word the whole time. It was the worst pedicure Ive ever had, as he spent about 30 seconds on my calluses. Worst service, worst prices, worst customer service. Never again and would not recommend to anyone I know.

I LOVE THIS SALON.... Lexi the owner is awesome, shes very detailed and wont let you walk out of her nail salon, not 100% satisfied. I have not had to go back to the salon for a nail lift, chip, or any other reason. My gel fills, honestly have lasted 5 weeks once. Usually 3 plus weeks in between fills. My eyebrows are flawless, and I mean flawless. I have tried Nail salons all over the metro area, lifting nails, popping off 1 week sometimes less. Please give Lotus a try. Youll thank me. Prices are very reasonable also.

Worst manicure I’ve ever had. It looks so bad. They also cut my skin and a nail. Both cuts bled and they weren’t aware that cuts hurt when you nail file them. There is also white stuff under my nails that I noticed when I got home. I’ve been try to scrape it off for 20 minutes now. Don’t go here.

Not worth the stop - I have tried this place twice. The first time I did not like the fact that they did my nails while I was sitting in the pedicure chair like they were trying to get me out of there efficiently.Today I went in deciding to try it again. It was about 2pm on a weekday, and I was told to pick my colors which is standard manicure salon speak, and then was brought back to my pedicure chair. I sat there for a little while and then started to look around and do the math of number of clients vs. staff. Suffice to say, I sat there for about an hour with no attention. Finally, someone brought gel nail polish remover for my hands and then promptly walked away and left me sitting there, again, without touching my feet which had now been soaking for nearly an hour.I got up and left, internally scolding myself for trying a place I had once had a bad experience. Todays experience was even worse. Despite the great location, I believe a good manicure salon is worth driving to and would not recommend this one.

Understaffed and overpriced! Not enough people working there so much to the point they have their kids in there running around doing stuff for them. Back and fourth from one customer and then another customer, basically doing two different peoples nails at one time which was a bummer! Nails turned out okay! Could have been better for that high price!

Terrible experience. I would NEVER recommend this place. I told the guy doing my nails TWICE that I didn’t like the shape and he told me he wasn’t done, and then wouldn’t fix them for me. He was extremely rude and when the manager was made aware of the situation she didn’t care either. I waited over an hour in an EMPTY salon just to get my crappy service. Honestly could go on and on about how upset myself, mom, and friend were with all of our services. Extremely unprofessional and a waste of money and time. Charged me $40 for a fill. Disgusted by the whole thing. Save yourself the frustration and money and treat yourself at a place that wants you to feel treated.

Ive been going to this salon on and off for a year. Each time I work with either gentleman I get the worst customer service. My polish change should of taken an hour but took much longer. Staff sits in the back but didnt assist. I sat for a half hour for my gel polish to soak off with no one checking. The nail tech didnt speak to me at all and rushed through my entire appointment. Apparently you cannot test out to see if a glitter overcoat will work with the color you are choosing because once the color is on you are stuckwith it. I would pay to test on one nail but he said they wouldnt do it. My nail color selection was not the same as what the nail color tester was. Not going back.

While the spa overall is very appealing to the eye, the service was well below average. The man who gave me a pedicure / manicure was extremely unfriendly, and did not say one word to me the entire time. He rushed through the massage which at many times was painful. He clipped my toe nail too short and it actually bled a little bit, again, said nothing to me. My French tip manicure was overpriced and was chipped by the next day. Very disappointing. Thankfully, the man catering to my grandmother was much more professional and kind; but my experience was still rather unpleasant. despite the negatives: Since my grandmothers manicurist was professional, and the prices Mon-Weds were decent, and we were able to get in right away: I rate 2 stars.

May have been the worst nail place I have been too. First I walked in and asked for a full set - started giving me a regular manicure, that was fine because they can fix that. But what they cant fix was the musical chairs they made us play and my friend and I both got cut by their filing tools 3 times. (bleeding) my nails are extremely uneven on the top - just looks like huge bubbles and they didnt clean the acrylic off the end of the nail so it all stuck to my fingers. It is possible that they were just extremely busy but they need to start taking appts and sticking to them then. I will never go back.

The place is cramped, everything very close together, but they make it work. There are 2 TVs in the finger nail room (not sure about the pedi room) one on opposing walls. The sound on one TV kept cutting out, making it out of sync with the opposite TV. Everything (coming out of the TV) sounded like an annoying echo. If I worked there, I would just have 1 TVs sound turned on, and the other off, since it clearly does not work to have both volumes turned up. It didnt seem to bother any of the 5 employees working (I get it-- youre working, not really listening to the TV, but as a customer, I found it ridiculous). As far as nails go, I needed my gels (over natural nails) replaced. All employees were busy (I was a walk in), so one of them gave me a heated acetone cup-thing to soak my tips in. My skin started burning instantly-- an employee asked if I prefer to have (cotton balls with) foil (to help remove the old gel polish). Well, yes, considering the other method fried the heck out of my skin. It took a while to get the cotton-ball/foil treatment off the ground, so meanwhile I dunked my nails carefully in the warm acetone cup, just to kind of speed things up. Really bad idea. To this day (a week later) the skin up to my knuckles is raw, itchy, and so dry its sad. It literally hurts, and I didnt even utilize much of the acetone (cup). I was the last customer of the day... the man who served me was in a rush to go home... I dont blame him... as long as you do my nails right. I was a bit concerned about HIS hands... just cracked and scarred and scabbed over. I could tell hes a hard workin guy, but maybe he should wear latex gloves or something as I feared we might exchange icky molecules between our hands. You get a paraffin hand treatment (where you dip your hands in warm wax) with each manicure, which I was excited about. I hesitated because I have a nice ring on (a diamond engagement ring)... instead of offering me a moment a remove it, he just said (hurriedly) its ok its ok, motioning me to just dip my hands in. I figured this meant he knows the wax will just peel off the ring. Well, it didnt. There was wax all over my nice ring, and he tried to pretend it wasnt there. I asked him to please try to help remove some wax, and he hurriedly scraped away at it with a sharp tool, getting the big chunks but avoiding smaller crevices. Gross. Now I have to get it professionally cleaned when I could have just taken it off. He was in too big a hurry to care I guess. ON the positive side, my nails look good. But my damaged skin from the acetone bath-- combined with the memory of an unconcered nail tech regarding my nice jewelry-- will make me think twice before returning to Lotus nails.
