I love Epic! I won’t go anywhere else! They always do such a great job and are nice and welcoming!

I came in to get a set of acrylic nails removed and instead of filing them down and soaking them in acetone he started ripping them off with a nail tip (he later used the same nail tip on my friend to rip their nails off and then put it back in the container). I was moving my hand to show it was painful and he still continued I decided it was best to just pay and leave. He left my nail bed bleeding.

I went to get gel acrylics. The lady who had me and my sister was super nice. The reason why i gave them 3 stars is because it could have been a little more cleaner and they need more employees.I really like my nails.

I was greeted with a smile, and amazing service! If you come here, ask for Yen to do your nails. She was very detail oriented and did a fantastic job on the design that I chose. It was worth every penny that I spent. Yen was very personable and had a fabulous sense of humor, I had no issue connecting with her at all : )

My first time here and i was very impressed. The store is clean and service was really nice. They are perfectionists and you can tell by the pristine paint job they do! The whole experience was very pleasant and at ease. I will be back! Thank you so much!!

Ive gone here three times now two get my nails done. They are super friendly and sweet. My first time was very pleasant except I went with a friend and expected for us to be able to get them done together and talk, but they seated us very far away and we were getting the same thing done, but the did her toes first and my nails first when nobody else was in there. When we tried to explain they did not understand us. The second time was the worst of all, I did not know her name but she took an hour and 45 minutes to do my nails which were not even good and my friend finished in under an hour. Yes, it is nice when people take time, but not that long. During this time she was on her phone the whole time and accidentally cut me which hurt a lot. Then she tried to say it was more money then she promised and when I protested she said agreed. These first two times were very unpleasant. After, I still went back because I do like ho way gel acrylic look so I went for a third time. I had a new lady who I met and would totally recommend. If you go ask for Yen, she did an absolutely amazing job. She was super sweet and easy to understand. She finished in an hour or under that and they looked exactly how I wanted them to. She never pressured me into a different length, shape, or color. I would only recommend going here if you want acrylics and ask for Yen.

I attended this salon because other places I went to did not do acrylic. I found this place and they did a decent job.Pros: A lot of times when I walk into nail salons, they do not smell very good at all but that was not the case with this place. They seemed to be keeping this place fairly neat and clean and the service was very kind. They where very patient with every detail that I asked. They keep their towels nice and warm which is a small detail that i like to pay attention to.Cons: There are a few nails that are crooked and he did not make them the shape I wanted. The paint job is okay. He seemed to be rushing even though they weren’t getting very much business while I was in there. My thumb nails are shaped differently compared to my others and afterwards, there was gel paint all over my hands. The length of the acrylics are consistent and when they where shaping the nails, they used a nail file that was obviously used. There was other people’s nail shavings all over the file. I could be wrong but I thought that anything other than a metal nail file that can be cleaned, was a one time use only. The person who was doing my nails was extremely quiet and I could hardly understand him. He was a kind gentlemen but when he was asking me to do something, I could not hear him at all. Not planning on attending this place again.

Such a nice job my nails look so good and she was so considerate of my chipped nail. Would definitely recommend to my friends and family. Love this place gonna come back whenever I can and the kids deals are amazing.

I went there with my sister the week of my coronation and we were helped right away! They helped me pick out a color that matched all of my dresses. The service was great and they held conversation, which was nice!

I went to this nail salon with my friend and her boyfriend, thank god my nails were done the day before at a different salon because they overcharged my friend by telling her “longer nails are a total of $50 instead of the listed $30” which isn’t normal by any means and I’ve never come across a place where that was the case. They kept pushing me to get my perfect nails REDONE! There were two ladies who came in during her TWO HOUR manicure who’s nails had fallen off a day after their manicure had been done. My friends boyfriend was pressured into a pedicure which he was told was $20 then he had to pay $30! He didn’t have polish or anything!! Never going to this place again!

Johnny was amazing! So friendly and sweet. My pedicure turned out perfect and he picked the perfect color for me. Love it there, cannot wait to go back!

Lisa is awesome. I was a month and a half overdue for a manicure. My nails still looked wonderful just a bit grown out. When Lisa saw them,she was proud of her work but agreed it was time for a manicure. While there, I got to witness the professionalism the staff showed when another customer had an issue. The other customer was rude and blatantly disrespectful, the staff was very apologetic to the other customer.

Since the new manager I’ve received great service!! I got a gel full set and gel pedicure and both turned out great! Great customer service, excellent nail care, i highly highly recommend epic nails!!

Great shellac French pedi! And they fixed a broken nail so well. Massage was so nice and it was relaxing and peaceful in the evening.

I’ve been going here for years, no problems whatsoever. But today was different. The woman giving me a pedicure made the nail polish bubble on my big toes. So I had her repaint then. She also trimmed away all the skin around my big toes, to the point where they’re raw and bleeding so I had to put Neosporin on them. Shouldn’t have tipped for poor service... Won’t be going back

Went here and got full set of dips and gel pedicure with my sister in law the day before my wedding. They did a great job my nails were great. Johnny did my nails and pedi and it was a blast. I will be going back.

I absolutely loved this place last time I went, the man who did my nails was very gentle and cut my nails exactly the way I had asked him to, however my mom had a completely different experience. The lady who did her nails had cut her cuticles and made her bleed a little bit. She was not comfortable at all. On top of that, the lady said she had not eaten since the morning so she was rushed while doing my moms nails. They need more staff for sure. I do like the place though, it has a lot of light and looks clean.

I had a great pedicure today----excellent foot & leg massage. All for only $22.99~~~~~very reasonable. I will go back---I have a lot of pedicures & can be picky, but his one was very good !!

Was looking for a place open on July 4th only place in the mall open went with epic because out of this one or the other one in that mall slightly higher rating. When I got there I wait for 5 minutes til I was acknowledged then they kept pushing for gel polish when I kept telling them firmly I just wanted regular. The person that did my nails took his time but was not gental when pushing the skin around my nail back. Kept telling to get gel when I told him no then kept pushing me to get gel acrylic and I said no regular. Then it came time to have my nails dry I sat in the chair at the area with my nails under the light for 25mins no one checked on me although the lady in front of me got the same thing ppl checked on her several times. No top coat was added my nail color is rough and I had to go home and place my nails by a fan to have them dry. Will not be coming back.

Absolutely terrible place!! Came in with a Groupon for a mani/pedi for 2 people. Explained to the lady I had just had a gel pedicure the week before and I wanted my polish left on and just wanted a massage. Instantly ripped off my gel polish. Massaged my feet and legs for less than 5 minutes. Then with no polish on my nails said she was done. Argued back and forth saying that’s not what we wanted and then they just slopped some regular polish on. Overall worst experience ever! Extremely rude and just rushed through to get you in and out. Save your time and money and don’t go here!!

Not great. Probably the least relaxing manicure Ive ever had. It felt rushed, and the man doing it was not friendly to me, didnt smile and seemed bored/annoyed. Nails look okay but I would not go back here.

Came into this nail salon with grown out acrylic nails from a different place. I wanted them taken off and gell applied to my real nails. There was a discussion between a female and male employee and it seemed like the male employee didn’t want to do it or didn’t know how. He was so rough at taking my acrylic nails off and it hurt so bad. He ripped my real nail off one of my fingers. My cuticles are peeling after 3 days after he cut them and my gel polish is chipping and peeling off. Do not waste your money here.

Went there today 5/30/2017 for a pedicure. I havent touched my feet in a while but just needed the basics, soaking, cuticle trimming, trimming, shaping, etc... Things every nail salon does. He barely did anything. Had to tell him to cut my toenails as he was gingerly filing them. He kept trying to push the Luxury packages and gel pedicure packages. Politely refused him each time. Entire pedicure was over and done with in 25 minutes with drying. I could have done this at home myself. there was polish on a few areas of my skin, and barely buffed my soles.. Best part was when he told me my AMEX credit card wouldnt work. I told him to my card was fine, as I had just used it elsewhere in the MALL. He asked me if I had cash, I said uh no...thats why I gave you a card. Then eventually brought a helper over and tried another one of my cards. Now Im home and notice 2 charges on my AMEX, (Which I will have to dispute) and 2 on my Visa, one which they credited me. How can you operate a business and not know how to operate and charge customers??? SAVE YOUR TIME AND $$$. GO elsewhere!

This was probably the worst mani/pedi I have ever gotten. The costumer service is very mediocre and the people are not very friendly. The gel on my nails started to peel about 2 days after it was done. The polish on my toes started chipping the next day. I would not reccomend this place.

Had a full face wax that was only the sides of my face and upper lip. Eyebrows cost $10 more. The lady seemed very rude because I had a Groupon. She told me she doesnt make much from Groupons. Wax was done in the dimly lit nail area, sitting straight up in a chair. Noticed that I had pink wax on my neck, shirt and jacket after I left and looked in a mirror at Kohls.

They dont do a good job, and are on their phone all the timeThey were good when they started but now it sucks !

Avoid...quoted different price on phone vs after service, difference of 10 dollars. They never cleaned under my nails, took almost 3 hours for a mani pedi and the uv lights did not cure the polish properly so my gel is soft. Total waste of money. Go anywhere other than here!

Wanted to make an appointment. Set it up, and then she asked how I was paying. When I told her I had a Groupon she said she only takes appointments for full paying customers..... really? Ill be returning my $50 Groupon and will never give them my business

We purchased Groupons fornparadin wax and gel manicures. We never got the paragon wax and the gel polish chipped in 2 days. The salon technician told us to tell our mom not to buy Groupons because she doesnt make as much money! Would not go back!

I bought 2 groups for a gel manicure and regular pedicure. I read through the details and it said that there was no appointment needed during the week. We went there on a Tuesday, and they said we needed to have an appointment. Also, they let 2 girls without an appointment go in front of us. So I refunded the groupon and I will never give them any of my money.
