I moved to MN almost four years ago and was looking for my next “forever salon” for my nails and I have finally found it! I have been coming for around 6 months now, and walk away happy every time. I go to Hansom and he had great attention to detail and is very kind. He lets me enjoy my podcast and ensures I like the look of my nails along the way. I have seen others at the nail salon and so far, while he is my favorite, everyone has been good!

I went for a fill in. I love the outcome! Better than when I initially got them done. Way more economical too. Wish I lived closer. My nails look fabulous!!!

Everyone was super nice but my design got messed up and they didn’t give me the option to remove it and didn’t try to fix it either. I gave 3 stars because I love the place and the people but this session wasn’t a great experience

I didnt have an appointment on black Friday so I just walked in and was lucky to get Kim who installed my acrylic nails for the first time. The whole process was painfree, very comfortable and fun! Im a routine person and will definitely be going back!

The team and experience at LA Nails was great! I brought my mom in for her first pedicure and my two year old daughter came with us too. The ladies were very accommodating to us three. The delux pedicure was FANTASTIC- a scrub, mask, hot towels, massage and lots of lotion- in addition to a beautiful set of gel toe nails! They even put a little pink polish on my daughters toes. This will definitely be my go to place in Eden Prairie from now on!

Wow wow this is the place to go if you want the long fancy nails for a reasonable price. It’s hard to find nail salons here in Eden Prairie that do the more difficult designs. Jenny did not disappoint. I am very pleased with my nails and would highly recommend LA nails. The salon was very clean and all covid-19 precautions are in place. Everyone was extremely professional. 5 stars!!!

This was my first visit to the shop. I enjoyed my time there. I didnt see anything special about this shop that makes them stand out from the rest, but they werent terrible either.. Id go back, but not for any special reason.

Staff were friendly, but I should have checked my manicure before I left. I had a few nails that were rough and my French manicure was skewed instead of straight across on a couple as well.

Love the nails the only thing is when we called ahead we specifically asked to be seated together but when we were there they said we couldn’t seat us together

Ive been reading the reviews and most people agree with me, I dont know if its their nail polish, the dryer that did not work, or I dont know what it was but my nails were ruined an hour after I left the nail salon, it happened once and I came back to get it fixed, they did it for free and everything was fine, but it happened again, and this second time the employee was rude. She implied that I should get gel instead. How the hell she is going to tell me what to do with my money..... I promise not to return, very bad service, I do not recommend the place.

Absolutely LOVE this place! I see Tina every 2 weeks for an acrylic fill and gel polish. I have pedicures every 4 weeks. This place is such an amazing value for the quality of work performed. So incredibly talented and skilled! My nails are always shaped perfectly, the acrylic is nice and thinly applied, and the nail art is always spot on! I drive from Robbinsdale to this place because it is soooo worth it! Do yourself a favor and stop looking! Just book an appointment!

I have gotten manicures and pedicures at this location and they are truly wonderful! They are patient and dedicated to their art. The nail technicians are well trained and kind.

Made an appointment almost two weeks in advance and were told we’d have to wait 35 minutes before they could get to us. Unfortunately was not able to use them for our services.

I discovered L.A. Nails in Eden Prairie about a dozen years ago and I’ve always been treated very well. They do a lovely job and they are so kind and welcoming that I feel like I’m getting together with an old friend every time I visit. They make it a very enjoyable experience. All of the employees are professional, polite and highly skilled. I highly recommend this nail salon.

Went here on Sunday for my nails and had a great experience so I decided to go back with my daughter. They were so rude and told my daughter that they wouldn’t apply paint because she wouldn’t sit still so they proceeded to take it off (they had already done her nails) made her cry her eyes out and then finally did them again. Then proceeded to charge me $20 for her nails. She’s 4 and got regular paint. Luckily my guy was nice so I tipped a little bit.

THEY did a GREAT job on my eyebrows and made my lip wax virtually painless! She was also super fun to talk to.

First time here was a negative experience for me. I wanted a basic French pedicure with clear pink polish to make the naked part of my nail appear more “rosy”, which is a standard technique in a lot of salons I’ve been to. They didn’t have clear pink polish, which would’ve been fine if the guy doing my pedicure wasn’t so rude about it. I ended up not doing the mani I was going to have done.

I love this salon!!!!!! My sister I law and I have been going there for about two years her longer than I but its still the only place we go now I just went today and Im absolutely in love with my nails!♡

Update: went back and saw a man who fixed the shape a little bit ant topped it with more top coat. They look much better than they did so i uped the stars to 3. I think the quality depends on which nail tech you see. Worst full set acrylic manicure I have ever had. Did not push my cuticles back. Got acrylic on my cuticle that is painful to remove. Nail polish pooled in smile/cuticle. Crooked nails. Used top coat that created cloudy appearance on all but 1 nail. SHE EVEN NOTICED AND MADE A COMMENT ABOUT IT BUT WOULDNT FIX IT. Acrylic applied uneven and was not filed down enough so they do not have a smooth appearance. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE TO WASTE YOUR MONEY ON A RUSHED MANICURE. $40 ON SOMETHING I COULD DO BETTER AT HOME.

They did a very nice job for me and my daughter!..the $40 luxury pedicure was well worth the money as I felt they took their time and went to town on my feet my legs! it was awesome!

I have tried so many places over the years and hands down this is the BEST nail salon! The customer service, the quality of work, and atmosphere are superb. I cant say enough good things about this place and I am a VERY picky client. The owner Christy is the best but all her employees are amazing too! Always clean, friendly and perfect nails each time!!

Love this place! Its definitely my go to when I want to get my nails done in the Cities. Its very reasonably priced, the staff is friendly, and theyre great quality. I usually get gel manicures, and they last two weeks+ (I usually get them redone after two weeks because I dont like the grown out look). I strongly recommend!

I have been going to LA Nails for about 5 years for periodic pedicures and I have always found them to be fast and the experience very pleasant. They arent super chatty but they do a nice job and have a little table to sit at with magazines while your nails dry. The price is very reasonable and I am in and out in a reasonable amount of time. I would highly recommend them - at least for pedicures which is all I ever get.

Ive been going to this place for a few years for pedicures and been happy with the results. The quality of the experience depends on which technician you get. The male technicians definitely give better foot and calf massages but all give good pedicures.However, my most recent visit was awful. Clearly inexperienced technician who cut my nails too short and too deep into one cuticule. Some of the nails werent filed straight. Foot massage was basically her digging into the bottom of my feet with her fingernails - yeah, that felt really good. Took so long applying polish that another employee came over and finished. I should have walked out but really tough to do when your feet are soaking in a tub of water. Will not be back, ever.

I stopped by LA Nails for the first time today and I just had the worst mani & pedi ever. For the pedi, they used gel polish and had me put my shoes on when they were done (did not offer me the flip flops that most salons do) and I walked to the table for my mani. I usually ask for OPI Bubble Bath for my finger nails and it always looks wonderful, but when I left the salon (unfortunately after leaving a tip) I noticed that my nails were blotchy and the tips were rough and uneven.When the nail tech was done, she told me the total was $60.00, but the tech next to her chimes in and said it was $70. Sketchy.Finally when I got home, I took my shoes off and noticed the paint on my big toe was smushed...Not recommended.

Wendy is the absolute best tech!! The first time I went in to get acrylic nails done, I showed her a picture of ombre acrylic pink and white, coffin shape and she nailed it! They where perfect! The second time I came to see her I had acrylic already but it was done terrably at another salon, she fixed them and made them look beautiful again! She is the best tech Ive ever gone to!! I would highly recommend her!

I brought my 60 year old mom in and had our hands and feet done. After they were done with my mom, I asked her if she enjoyed the chair massage and found out they never even offered to turn the the chair on. With that being said, customer service could have been better.Otherwise, they do a nice job.

Waited for over an hour and a half even though there was nobody in front of me. I could’ve completed other errands but they wouldn’t give me an estimate so I waited I’m cold water for an hour after being in the waiting area already. They didn’t do a good job, it didn’t look fresh and didn’t completely cover the nail. They rushed me to get gel because they didn’t wanna wait for my nails to dry because they took forever. Never again.

I had such a bad experience I got a gel manicure and they chipped as soon as I walked outside. My friend got a regular manicure and they broke off half of her nail if i could give them no stars I would.

I was quoted $25 for a set of jell nails when my nails were done the price jump to $40... I asked for stilettos and got ovals, my nail are so thin that in about a week when theyve grown out a little Im going to have to get them redone so they dont break. Im not happy and I wont go back. Also its rude to laugh and talk in another language ( that the costumer doesnt understand) while your working on them.

I have had my nails done at LA Nails since I was a little kid. It is a great mother daughter bonding time. My mom and I still go there till this day!

I had given this place a good review before, but definitely not anymore! I went in to have my acrylic nails removed. Instead of soaking my nails, the technician pried them off without using any acetone! It hurt, and I could have done that at home and not paid $10 to have him damage my natural nails! Seriously, he just slid something on the edge of nail and acrylic, shoved it underneath, and wedged off the acrylic that was bonded to my nail. My nail beds are sore and my natural nails are very damaged as a result. He didnt even file the natural nails properly afterward, so I had to go out and buy an emery board to finish the job on my way to my next appointment. If this company allows their technicians to treat nails they way they DEFINITELY SHOULD NOT DO, I will never go back to LA Nails and neither should you.

I had a mani pedi, they told us it would be a 5 minute wait and it was closer to 20. They did the pedi first and 1/2 way through they said they didnt take off your callous unless you paid more, the gel mani was fine but when it was done they said to wait 5 minutes before putting anything on my feet, I waited at least 20 minutes more after my gel mani so a total of an hour at the minimum before putting on socks and shoes and when I got home I had imprints of the yarn and fuzz attached to all of my toes. I have never experienced this issue before at any salon and I was very disappointed.

Ive never had my nails done before, and cant imagine ever trying again, or at least ever coming here. The lady doing my nails was very harsh, quick, and impersonal-- when trimming my cuticles, they bled on three different fingers. The following applications of whatever were thus very painful. The whole experience was awful, and it was for a bachelorette party. What a bummer.

Went here with last night, lady was so rude! I showed her a nail design I wanted and she refused to do it because she said it was ugly. Then I said I wanted my nails long, and she was totally impolite about it. Just basically demanding, wouldnt do any designs i wanted. Same goes for the friend.Dont go here!

I like coming here however the customer service needs some more work. They are always trying to push me to get gel manicure when I dont want it and their communication skills could improve as well.

I will never return to this salon and anyone who is thinking about going here SHOULD NOT. I work in a dental office and being knowledgable in a sterile/disinfected work place is how I noticed several alarming things during my visit. First off, my nail tech grabbed my instruments out of a sterilizer that wasnt even turned on. He proceeded to cut my cuticles and I ended up bleeding in 2 areas. The tech then put back my dirty instruments in the sterilizer for the next customer! Now I wonder if the person who had my instruments before had bleeding or anything else. The tech coughed with his mouth open and not covered during the entire manicure and twice he whiped his nose with his hand and then went back to touching my hand!! This was the most HORRIBLE and DISGUSTING experience I have ever had. Please do not go here.

I was there yesterday, August 27, 2015. They were so rude and did an absolute TERRIBLE job on my nails. I got a spa pedicure (basic) and french manicure, my manicure turned out horrible and had to be redone. The white part of the polish bled into where the clear should be. I asked them if they could fix it politely, and they acted like it was an inconvenience. It was their mistake. Today I woke up, gave my infant a bath and its chipping already! Now I do realize that manicures do not have a long life span, however, not even 24 hours is a little rediculous! I would never go back nor would I recommend them to anyone. When I was ready to leave I handed the man my card and looked at me point blank, and said, oh you dont have cash? I said no. He then asked if I was sure.... Yes I was sure! Just rude people. Who asks that? I would not go here.
