My cut-color-highlight was canceled with 20 minutes notice on a Friday. There was no attempt made to find someone new to come in, no offer made to help me out and no flexibility to try to reschedule - instead, they told me to call another spa to sort it on my own. Poor customer service, I was baffled!

Love this salon; professional, friendly staff who really know how to make you look your best. Highly recommend if you have been searching for a great salon!

I have loved being been papered there! Many times it has been on short notice and they have happily found a skilled stylist.

I saw openings tonight to get a haircut but I wasn’t sure the best way to book on the app because it was my first time going. So as a member, I decided to just stop by and ask to put me into the system and I would wait at the restaurant until it was time for my cut. I went to the spa desk and the lady there said she would have to check with the stylist. She came back and even though there were available time slots on the app, I was denied service. I mentioned that there were openings but she insisted the stylist was too busy and couldn’t take me at any time. This was absolutely poor customer service. This lack of professionalism is not only bad for the spa but it is a bad look to the lifetime facility. I’m seriously considering canceling my membership because of the treatment from here. I’m unhappy with their professionalism and they need to make some changes. This was not even a walk-in. I was just trying to book one of the available slots for later. I extremely disappointed.

Cassandra is the best! She did a fantastic job with my hair and I love it. Definitely suggesting this location as well as seeing Cassandra she’s fun, she does a thorough job and she cares what you want. Go see her!
