Dave is fantastic to deal with

His rental cars are not safe for customers to use and will NOT take responsibility for both his own actions and that of the cars in which he lends to people. He said it would take two weeks for my friend to get his car back. Steindl stated that the parts he order werent in yet (mind you this is after two weeks..) and that he needed roughly another week and a half to finish said car. During this time, the rental he had my friend use, the tire was wobbling and wonky, making a LOT of noise.. later to find, at 3am, that the front right tire of this Navy Blue Volkswagen Passat had completely detached. Lug nuts NOWHERE to be found. My friend tried calling Steindls towing company with absolutely no luck. Having reached Adams Towing and having towed Steindls rental back to his house, my friend had to pay $70 out of pocket and Steindl WILL NOT refund him his money, stating it was his (my friends) fault and that there is nothing he can do about it. I am very VERY displeased.

Watch out for these guys! Theyll tell you whatever they think you want to hear, then rip you off at every turn. And NEVER buy a vehicle from the owners son, Ben, under ANY circumstances. His specialty is half-truths, obfuscation, and flat out lies. RUN, dont walk, away from this outfit!
