Great customer service. I called to get a headlight replaced got me in later that day.

Youngstedts on Mall Drive is absolutely the BEST auto service in the Eau Claire area. Even when I lived in Minneapolis, I would drive back to have my vehicles serviced by them as often as possible. I currently live in Osseo, WI. WELL WORTH THE DRIVE. Friendly, honest, efficient, and effective. They will ALWAYS tell me if something can wait - or if something is urgent. As a single woman, I have appreciated their integrity very much. Would recommend to anyone who would listen :-)

Polite workers but there was a weird incident with my car. Had major work done here and then drove home and left car in garage for a while. First time taking car out after having worked done here I notice my coolant leaking. Brought the car back and they said my radiator cracked. Just coincidentally after getting work done. Ive never had a radiator spontaneously crack before yet twice my radiators have cracked coincidentally after people have worked on my car. Just suspicious but gotta give them the benefit of the doubt. Cost me a lot of money back to back here though.

I needed to get a flat tire fixed before we left to go camping on Sunday. This was the inside tire on passenger side of my dullys. The tire place I normally go to said they would try to work me in but they dont work on Saturday so wouldnt have it ready until Monday. I discovered these guys were open on Saturday and when I called they said they would try to work me in. I got it in at 8 and they had me out at 10. WOW! Kevin and Nick made my day.

Had a valve stem snap off on my way to work and stopped in it 7am and made it to work by 8. Good customer service and the service techs were on point. Do recommend and I will be returning.

They do a really great job! Had them do multiple jobs on my Subaru forester from brakes to fluid changes and theyve always done good repairs. I always come back whenever my Subaru needs repairs!

My automobile broke down on the way to my cousins wedding in Minnesota. Jim was an amazing human to work with during this trying time. He couldn’t do anything at the time but once he was able, it worked out great. Being a woman and traveling with car hiccups is scary and everyone there I encountered was definitely a blessing. I appreciate them for all their help. Thank you from Milwaukee!

Havent been using them for that long but have been there several times with good service provided.

I have had mixed experiences with this service before, but decided to give them another chance. When my Significant Others vehicle stopped working out of the blue, we had it towed to a different auto shop who couldnt figure it out. I called Youngstedts and told them the situation. I explained that I could have the vehicle towed there but I will take it to the dealer if they thought they couldnt handle it. I even verified that if it was a computer issue, could they fix it? They said yes, they have a computer expert that would be able to do what they needed. I had the vehicle towed there. After an hour, they hadnt found the problem, said that in order for them to check the computer it would be another couple of hours and would start to rack up a bill for us. We would be better off taking it to the dealer. They charged me 109 dollars to tell me they couldnt do it, when I had ASKED THEM BEFORE HAND if they could handle any problem. I dont appreciate being lied to, and I feel I was misled and paid for nothing.

Very pleased with the recommendation for Tires by JIm who then took great care of me when they came and were installed. Also checked to see if I needed wheel alignment and the tech said they were right on. appreciate a company that does not want to sell you services you dont need. I recommended my neighbor to stop here and he told me he did and has ordered service.than thanks Jim

Called them right away before they even opened. Told me they were packed for the day but if I dropped it off theyd squeeze me in for a tire mount balance and alignment. Sure enough had it by the end of the day. Which was nice being it was a saturday

Despite the fact that the guy patching my tire, launched 2 lug nut caps and acted like he didnt know...my boyfriend was standing outside, saw it and returned them to the tire.
