Very courteous and quick to get schedule. Fair price. Liked the print out of my alignment before and after. Answered questions professionally when asked about excessive wear to a particular tire. Also liked the text reminder of appointment and when car was finished. Completed service quicker than was estimated. I waited in the waiting room for service to be completed and they treated all calls and other customers well and professionally.

Great folks. Went in for a tire and they informed me, that I needed additional work done that they did not do. They knew of another shop that had parts on hand and a spot available to do the work same day. GREAT JOB GUYS

I came in unexpectedly because I had a screw in my tire. Despite being very busy the receptionist was very willing to help me and was able to get me a reasonable replacement tire the same day. Im very thankful that she went the extra mile! I will go here again.

I had a nail stuck in my tire, so I searched places to get it removed and Bauer Built was the first to pop up. Friendliest staff ever! One of the workers took out the nail right in the parking lot, and checked if it was leaking. No leaks, so he sent me on my way! No charge at all, only smiles and a good fist bump. Extremely disappointed. My fiance and I have been bringing our vehicles to Bauer Built in Eau Claire for 6 years and they used to be magnificent. Well the last two times i had my Subaru in for repairs (valve cover gaskets) they were unable to complete the job correctly. We called them after the first time when it was still leaking (worse than when we brought it in) and they had us come back in to do the job a second time where it again was not completed correctly again and was still leaking oil. We paid half of the price for the second job too. So now were up to $800 of work and the problem has not been fixed. Once again we called Bauer Built and they said that they would do the job a 3rd time and would get parts from Subaru to do so and charge us the half price again. I will not do this a third time with them as I have done this job 4 times on my other Subarus and havent had a single problem. The only reason i took the car there in the first place is because I didnt have time to do it myself. Lesson learned and we will not be taking our vehicles back to Bauer Built in Eau Claire. Its unfortunate that we have been customers for 6 years and are being treated this way. You were unable to complete the job two times and we paid for both. Wish you guys would stand behind your work...

Great service. Unlike a lot of the big chain stores that sell tires, these guys actually know what they are talking about. If there is an issue with a warranty of a tire they take care of dealing with the manufacturer so you dont have too! Clean store friendly staff.

They were absolutely amazing! They went above and beyond with barely any notice with a pretty bad gash in my tire, it ended up needing to be replaced but it was done quickly and they were all really friendly!

Oh my gosh... These guys are awesome. Had a tire issue while RVing thru Eau Claire area. They dropped everything to get us back on the road!! Did everything they could to settle or worries. I have already told several people how we appreciated their service.

We needed air in our motorhome rear inside tires. We went to five places trying to get air for the tires. Al took us in right away and put air in the tires. He is a life saver. He went way out of his way ro help us. I ate a whole bag of fresh popped popcorn in the waiting room. Come here if you need help with your tires.

I needed an outer rear tire replacement on an RV tire due to a sever sidewall tear, and it happened that they had the right tire in stock. That in itself was a real surprise since that particular tire is in short supply nation wide right now. I decided to get two for the front and rotate one of the front tires to the rear as the replacement. They were very understanding about the fact that I was on the road and needed it done quickly and were able to work me in the next morning.I watched the whole process and they just did it right, no cutting corners to save a few seconds. They removed the old front tires, took all the balancing weights off the rims cleaned the bead on the rims and the new tires, mounted the new tires, pressure/leak tested the tires for 10 min then removed the tread labels before they spin balanced them adding new balancing weights, and double checking the balance after the weights were added. Then they remounted the tires with an air wrench and followed up with a torque wrench to tighten them to spec.Even though it would have been a little quicker and easier for them to change the rear outer while still on the coach they asked if I would prefer to have it rebalanced and when I said yes they followed the same procedure as the front tires. They even loaded the unmounted second front tire into the coach for me to keep as a spare.Many shops would not have cleaned the bead on the rim and the new tire and would not have removed the old weights and very few would have used a torque wrench to tighten them to spec. If i lived in this area Bauer Built would be my go to place for tires. Knowing they follow all the right steps to keep you comfortable and safe I would not be concerned about trying to save a few bucks going somewhere else, but their prices were below average, even though they knew I didnt have a choice and needed the rare tire that they had in stock. (This same tire went flat in May while in PA and for a replacement they wanted 40% more, and a 4 day wait to bring the tire in from out of state. Fortunately at that time it was a nail and could be patched)Bauer Built is a well run professional shop and I would highly recommend them to anyone who lives in the area or any RVs traveling through.
