My family and I were stranded with a broken down minivan very far from home on a holiday weekend. Scott saw us and fixed our car - even though it was a holiday, and his shop was closed! This morning we realized there was something lodged into my tire, and we needed to put a spare on so we pulled into the parking lot next to MC Motor Werks - honestly at the time not even realizing the shop was next door. Dan, the shop manager, not only offered to help us get the tire loosened and off from my car, he double plugged it so I wouldn’t need to use the spare after all. I tried paying him, I tried buying him a coffee or breakfast, and he wouldn’t take anything. Dan didn’t think it was a big deal but HE SAVED OUR DAY. I am so appreciative and I just wanted to let everyone know if you’re looking for genuine people to work on your cars to check this place out - I will call them for anything I need after this point because they helped me when I needed it, without even asking... and you don’t always find that anymore!

We were visiting up from Florida. Looking forward to going home in a couple of days.Our car overheated, we called Scott, he has been fixing my cars since 2007 or so, until I moved to Florida last year. Always does a great timely job, I trust his judgement and his work.He took our car in, diagnosed it, put in a water pump and thermostat, took a couple of days. We left on time to go home and it is working perfectly! Great job, great guy, and his worker Aaron is a great guy too!God’s timing was perfect for us to use my trusted Eau Claire mechanic!

I want to personally thank Scott for going out of his way for helping me this morning. I was in town to do a wedding and my taillights went out on my van. When I went to the auto parts store on Hastings Way, the person at the store refused to try to help me. As I was leaving the store, I noticed the garage door was up at MC Motorwerks. I saw they were officially closed but walked in anyway to see if someone was there. Scott was working on another vehicle and after I told him my problem, he said he could help after he finished putting tires on the car he was working on. After about an hour, I came back and he fixed my problem. It was a simple fuse which made my encounter with the auto parts store more disappointing. God works in mysterious ways and I dont know what I wouldve done if that garage door was closed. I wouldve been forced to drive in the dark without taillights. Thank God for Scott being in the right place at the right time!

I’ve been bringing my vehicles to Scott and his staff for a few years now, and just recently purchased a new vehicle from them. Prices are great, staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, and they’ve always had everything done the right way in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them for both sales and service!!
