Was a very easy experience, dropped my car off, brought keys inside. They had it done the same day and my car now rides like butter, also gave me a list of items that should be replaced, and were very honest, all parts were very worn and definitely needed replacing. Great experience with these guys!

I was a walk in customer with a bad attitude! I’ve paid lots of money and gotten zero results. Arrow made my day with their professionalism, patience, prices, and how thorough they were! On top of all of that, the team work was top notch. The shop was clean. 2.5 hours of work ... 30 min of which was after closing time... $89. I am super happy! Highly recommend! Alignment and balance on my lifted 2019 Bighorn 1500 with 35” tires.

Arrow Alignment was able to alignment my front and rear tires even when I was told elsewhere that the rear bolts were too rusted. Timely, reasonably priced and great customer service. Will defiantly be using them in the future!

They do great work. Ive had them do a few different things to my car. Their prices are reasonable and they dont push unnecessary work on you. I wont go anywhere else for work on my cars undercarriage, steering and brakes.

The alignment turned out great the the guys working there where very friendly.My truck was nice and clean on the inside just lime it was when I dropped it off. So I know they washed their hands before moving my truck. We had another place leave us with a greasy steering wheel.I will gladly return here for service work!

Just had my Saturn in for an alignment, and it ended up needing a lower control arm too. They called me before proceeding to get my permission, and did the work in less than 2 hours. The total bill came to less than the estimate as well, which was a pleasant surprise. They let me see my old part and answered all the questions I had. Very reasonably priced and honest. Would definitely go back again!

After I replaced sevreal bad parts for the front end of my suburban I took it to Arrow Alignment. They took the time to get everything dialed in again so it now drivers better than I can ever remember it driving. Would highly recommend to any one and I know if I ever need work done again Ill be seeing them to do it.

Right before Christmas, we had to have brakes done on my car. I brought the car in and paid in cash, as I had Christmas shopping money with. I was nervous and rushed because of the holidays and miscounted my money. Two large bills ended up stuck together. I didnt realize this until later that night when I got a call from Arrow Alignment telling me Id overpaid. This was a major blessing at Christmas time. Super honest shop.
