As usual nothing wrong. Great face to face but as usual nothing is wrong. Witch is wrong, not than Honda really cares.
Service is OK. Service writers are usually distracted and leave out details when placing my order. I am a Service writer turned RN so I am able to remind them of additional time needed. I usually am cut off when placing order also as the service writer goes ahead with interpretation before I have finished my sentence.
Very courteous, attentive to my concerns and quick to boot.
Always good service there, but took 1 1/2 hrs to get oil change and tire rotation.
My battery died on my 2019 CR-V. They sent a tow truck to jump the battery. Next they had me drive to their shop where they fully charged the battery. Great service!!

My accessory charger, front and back, in my 2003 CR-V had gone out we were on vacation so i wasnt sure if i should try and get it fixed. I thought it couldnt hurt to ask. So i went there the guy started looking under the hood and under the steering column asked if we had the manual we did. He removed both front and back fuses saw the front one was blow, back one seemed loose but ok. Has me to go parts to pick up a fuse got one and put it in for me. The front one didnt work still but the back one does now. He couldnt do any more with out checking it in and have a tech take apart the port. The cost for what they did/fuse? Nothing. Means alot they went so far too help me even when i said i wasnt from around couldnt be happier with them!
Service prices were lower than that of Lacrosse and Mankato, Minnesota.
