Trubilt kept in touch throughout the process. Car was done 5 days early, and looks great. I have gone here in the past and will do so again. Very professional, polite, and nice, in addition to doing a good job.

The service was exceptional and they made payment really easy! The only negative thing was that it took 11 days to fix the front bumper, which was four days longer than expected. Otherwise, super pleased with the service!

Honestly, some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. I’m huge on that, and they did a great job communicating exactly where the progress was on my vehicle. In regards to the repair that they did on my 2014 Silverado, I truly think it looks better than when I bought it. The attention to detail was top notch as was the workmanship and quality in the repair. The loaner vehicle that I was given was also incredibly nice. The staff were incredible from the first moment I had a phone conversation with them after the accident, until I picked up my repaired car today. They were able to calm my shattered nerves with their calming demeanor when I arrived (Nicki and Wayne) They took charge, walked me through the entire process, provided me a loaner car and assured me they would follow thru with the insurance company and would keep me posted along the way. Matt did just that with great feedback along the way. I even got text updates in between the phone contacts. I never had to wish I had an update because they provided without any prompting. I must first preface by stating I own a 2010 Legacy GT Limited in Azurite Pearl Blue which is a rare car and to say I baby the heck out of it would be an understatement.
