Erin was my salesperson and she was awesome, patient and very knowledgeable. She did such a great job that we bought two more new cars from her.4 months into owning the jeep I noticed the hood on the jeep had issues and I brought it to their attention and they set me up with and appointment at the local body shop so they can have the hood repainted.Big thank you to the GM Jaime for taking care of this for me.If you’re looking for great prices and friendly ppl and honest customer service then you should buy your new or used car from them.

We worked with Chris R. to lease a 22 Kia Sportage. I have an atypical work schedule so Chris had to field numerous phone calls from me but he handled them very professionally. As for closing the deal it was very quick and painless. We spent less than 90 minutes at the dealership from the time we arrived to the time we had the keys in hand. I would be happy to recommend the sales team and the dealership experience as a whole.

Where to start! Nick is a fantastic person and the reason we initially came into Prestige Kia. Once there my husband worked with Andrew and had a great experience trading his car in. He came home with a beautiful sport SUV. He was so happy with his experience that when it came time for me to buy a car, we knew we’d be going back! We worked with Tate/Andrew and owe them so many thanks- I’ve never bought a new car before, had never had a car loan, and generally wasn’t sure what I needed. They took all of my jumbled input and found me the perfect car. The entire process was painless and I was excited to find out they even handle the car registration process for you! Also thank you to Amy who handled all of my paperwork and made it easy to understand. If I had one bad thing to say, it’s that we’re sad we won’t be able to come enjoy the car buying process with them for a while since we both have our new cars now. Good cars. Acceptable prices. If you want the best financing I dare you to ask to see your finance offer paperwork straight from the bank. Just to make sure they are not trimming any percentage points for extra income, like they did with my loan. And never answer a how much do you want your payment to be questions. Usually means you were offered better rates than you or they were expecting.

We have always had a great experience with KIA, and have always been treated great the employees there have always been nice, polite. My wife and I have bought two different vehicles there and are leasing another. The lease works great for me because we have been paying for this car for a little more than year and only have 5064 miles on it. Im a bigger guy but I fit in the Forte pretty good.

Spring is coming up and cars are getting dirty I encourage people to go to prestige Kia to get their car is clean because it’s only $99.95. They are the cheapest place in the area to get your car detailed! I am not affiliated or sponsored with prestige Kia I just got my car detailed there and they did an amazing job. They got stains out other car detailers have not been able to get out!

Their bumper to bumper warranty means nothing. It is the exact same thing as their lifetime warranty (if they are even true to that). I called today, and they confirmed that it really does not mean bumper to bumper warranty. Needless to say, I was told when purchasing the car that bumper to bumper warranty means ANYTHING from bumper to bumper…well that was a lie.This is not the only time I have been screwed over by them.Don’t let them fool you on the bumper to bumper warranty, because it does not mean bumper to bumper.

I didnt think all of the bad jokes about car salesmen where true until I visited Prestige Kia. They will make promises they cant keep to get you to buy a car from them. Then when its time for service after the sale, they are not so pleasant. I recommend you record any transaction you have with these people using your smartphone. My Reply to the owner. Such a great place to get an oil change. Personable. Friendly staff. A little vacuum and car wash included. All fluids topped, tire pressure checked. They said I could use a new air filter, told them my husband would do it, and there was no pressure to have it done there. I don’t write reviews but Prestige is the best place in Eau Claire to get your oil changed!!!

Wasnt a big fan of Kia. I was leasing a Nissan and Ive seen Kia really improve over the years as I did my services with Nissan/Kia in Wausau. Chris was super helpful and found me exactly what I was looking for. Now they have my super low milage Nissan Rogue and I have a sportage I upgraded my SUV and it really didnt cost much more a month. Glad I was able to get it all done in one day. The lobby is really homey in a good way. Bathroom was clean. All in all a great experience. I hate buying vehicles. I feel like I got a great deal as I sold vehicles for a year and havent seen a fully loaded go out with the payment I got. So win win. I still know they made a profit not sure if Chris gets commission but Im sure he didnt get much of one on me. Sorry Chris but thank you. :)*I do want to note I almost didnt stop there because I thought it was just a Used car lot. The sign could use modernization. Seems really old-school. So glad I did. The building its self is pretty neat looking though.*

This is the worst dealership I’ve ever worked with. My boyfriend owns a 2014 Optima. Had his car looked at for engine trouble at an independent shop in my area. The service department noted that there were metal shavings in the oil, which I saw for myself and suggested taking it to the Kia dealership. Prestige Kia performed a software update which may or may not fix the engine problem according to Kia standards. However they didn’t change the oil in the car and went so far to suggest that I was a liar about there being metal shavings in the oil. I will never come here again, as I refuse to give money to a place that suggests I’m a liar. I’ll gladly drive the the Kia dealership in Duluth from now on!

We were about to be very bummed out by our 2016 Kia Sorento that needed a flukey repair. Amy, and the team at Prestige got us into a 2020 Sorento, with a more than reasonable trade in value for a car that needed a repair, and were very kind about the repair bill wed already racked up. Shue, our salesman was amazing! Extremely helpful and friendly! Made it easy to find a great car! The business manager we worked with, Greg was extremely rude and told me “ you will definitely break down and have to pay tons of money” if I don’t get the added on warranty. Horrible customer service from him and would never work with him again. Made me feel uncomfortable buying a car from prestige. Getting talked down to, doesn’t make me feel great when buying a car.

We were just browsing the lots, and he just asked us what we were looking for and emailed us the vehicles that fit the criteria we gave him that they had in the lot. Sadly I bought from Madison Mitsubishi. Since DMV has them suspended. I found myself here for service. I can not say enough about how friendly their service guys were. They recognized my extreme hate for the car and did everything to make me feel better. They did more for me in an hour then the other dealership did in the 4 months since I bought it. My fiance and I were looking to buy a car and decided to stop and look around. We were greeted by a salesman named Andrew. Of course when we stopped to look it was close to closing time, but he didnt care he told us he was there to help us out! After driving a couple SUVs I really liked the Kia Seltos, we werent ready to buy that day so he gladly took down our information and what I wanted in a vehicle. A few days later he emailed me letting me know that he appreciated our visit and that he believed he found the one I wanted. I let him know that we would be by in a few weeks to look again. I loved the fact that he did not bombard me with emails, calls, or texts. This last Saturday we bought our 2021 Kia Seltos from him!! He was so nice, not pushy which I totally appreciate, he even checked in with me on Monday to see how I was liking my new ride and let me know if I had any questions I could always reach out to him! I have to say the inconsistency of service is so frustrating. Every time I come for my oil change there is a new service writer. Some have been great, but this time is terrible again. I almost didnt return in the past because I have an extended warranty and I ask them to keep the information on file and for some reason this is a challenge. Then when I give them the number to call to get the service paid, some of them refuse to call. If I had another Kia dealer option I would not come here.

I truly enjoyed the common courtesy and respect he gave us in buying a car. He never pressured us in any direction to buy a certain car. He was very accommodating in what we wanted to see and drive. We ended up with the perfect car with all the amenities we were looking for. I will definitely buy my next car there.The future is untold as far as how well the car runs. PLEASE READ BEFORE SERVICING YOUR VEHICLE HERETl;dr - Bought my vehicle here. Service department consistently under performs, missing numerous issues and using aftermarket parts on warranty service (possibly profiting on the difference).In the 2 and a half years that I have done business with Prestige, I have been very disappointed in the service that I have received. Every time that I thought it couldnt get any worse, they were always there to prove me wrong. Here is an overview of my experience:I bought a used vehicle from them in August of 2017. Our salesman was great and the finance department made the process very simple.Within 8 months if my purchase, my vehicles transmission went out. Upon replacing the transmission it was very clear in the way that the vehicle drove that the transmission was damaged when we bought the car.The rear suspension also squeaked when I bought the car; we figured it was a dry bushing. After taking it to another dealership, it was discovered that the vehicle was sold to me with damaged rear control arms.At one of my oil changes, they noticed in their complimentary multi-point inspection (the same inspection that continually missed the control arms) that my left rear brake caliper was seized. They did the replacement under warranty and replaced my rear pads and rotors. Within 6 months, I was in for the EXACT same repair and had to have my brakes replaced AGAIN.Lastly, my starter had to be replaced recently as it had worn out. This was replaced under warranty and all was well.... until one day my vehicle began to have times where I would turn the key and it would only start if I slammed the door. We replaced the ground strap, per Prestiges recommendation, but the problem persisted. Taking it to another dealership, it was found that they had replaced the starter with an aftermarket part and that the wiring harness had been damaged, resulting in over $400 in repairs.Long story short, it is probably in your best interest to stay away from this dealership.

Our salesman was Johnny Cole, I use the term salesman with reservation. That word often brings up images of a sleezy do anything for a buck guy with a bad comb over. What we found at Prestige Kia was far from this image! I have not felt so comfortable in a car dealership since Saturn closed shop! We were given a warm and friendly greeting when walking in, and introduced to Johnny, who we had an appointment with. Johnny was extremely quick to take ownership of our unique situation. He embraced our issues almost as if it was his own. This man was truly put on this earth to help people. He got us in a vehicle we could afford and celebrated the victory with us. Not because he just made a sale, but because he helped a couple in a bad situation. If you ever think it is hopeless go see Johnny!

Good deals on new vehicles, see Shue for excellent care in sales and follow up. I found that owners son who works in service likes to throw his weight around DO YOU KNOW WHO I AM. Dan Mattoon s son. I will not be having my service work done there again. I really dont need this kind off hassle! for what amounts to $5.00 per year.I asked for a $5 employee discount on oil change and young mr. Matoon had a fit, while he denied it, by the way I had bought a new Mitsubishi SUV, and two new KIA SUVS totaling over 100 thousand dollars in the last 6 years, from Prestige Auto, with one oil change per year.My next vehicle will probably not be a KIA although I feel bad about not being loyal to Shue since he has been so good to us.My contention was that I have been on call this entire time to drive for the parts department and to pick up and deliver cars. the last time I spoke with Dan Mattoon, he said he would contact Bill about getting me some more hours. This was two years ago at Annual picnic. I knew young Mattoon was lying to me as soon as he opened his mouth and said he he had checked with the office and they said I had not driven for 8 years which was years off from the truth. His attitude was definitely repulsive and and not conducive to retention of good customers.I feel I will have a difficult time supporting Prestige Auto with any more of my money.I feel like I have lost a good friend, Shue has always treated us with nothing but respect and friendship and now it feels like young mr. matton has taken that away from us as we no longer feel comfortable entering Prestige Auto where as we used to feel comfortable just to stop and say hi and ask Shue a question about out Sorento.

Amazing experience! I showed up without an appointment at 8:00 a.m., before any of the employees were even there, and they still made sure I was taken care of despite how busy they were. They helped me test drive and find the perfect car and financing option. They also had coffee, popcorn, and cookies! Johnny Cole was extremely helpful. I needed the car that day, so they let me bring it back the following week for a detailing and even provided me a shuttle to and from work! I left with a great vehicle for a great price. Jon was very helpful and accommodating when shopping for a new SUV for my wife and kids. He was knowledgeable about the vehicles available and helped to tailor recommendations to my exact needs. I very much enjoyed our relaxed, low pressure interactions. He even offered suggestions to make the wow factor when presenting the vehicle to my family more memorable.For the vehicle that we ended up purchasing, Prestige Kia offered the best price and an included lifetime warranty that eclipsed anything I found when comparison shopping in a 100 mile radius.Only ding was that finance was very pushy with the extended warranty options. Trying to shoehorn any add on possible into my payments without building rapport made for an abrasive 15 minute span sandwiched into an otherwise pleasant experience (the person was very amiable and informative for the rest of our interaction). No ding on stars because I understand the business, just felt it was worth mentioning.One last note for prospective purchasers... the financing options available and presented at Prestige fell right in line with my own, independent research. I was able to secure financing through my credit union (and complete all DMV-related transactions) before driving away in my new vehicle.Very satisfied with my experience.

Both sales and service experience have been very positive. Got a lifetime bumper to bumper warranty. Service technicians are knowledgeable and friendly. Took car in to get things fixed and they didnt fix the squeaky fan motor, said it was a leaf but still makes the noise and is getting worse and charged me 125+ for labor. Well finally after bugging them for 5 months they replaced the fan motor and now the car runs like new. They do have new service management so hopefully things stay as good as the last visit.

Worst car buying experience. They sell cars that barely make it off the lot. After about a day the cars keys stopped working and the headlights stopped working. Then they try and charge you to fix their issues. Cant express the frustration this company causes with no results.

I walked into Prestige knowing exactly what I wanted. Shatriya was the best sales person you could ask for. She drove me to the car on their golf cart and showed me other options that were similar to what I wanted. But never pressured me into anything else and got right down to business. Because the day I went was fairly busy, Shatriya and I really got to know one another during the waiting periods, which ultimately made the buying process much easier. I was suggested by a friend to Prestige and I know I made the right decision. I 100% recommend Prestige. Thank you Prestige staff for being so kind and welcoming. I dont care for there type of sales approach. They want you to completely get all the paperwork, financing etc done before you even step foot into a vehicle. I understand getting approved for financing but the finance guy wouldnt even let us change our minds on a car before we even knew we liked it. Then the girl who does the paperwork tries to do the bait and switch with your payment. She was going to have us sign for a warranty that was not even explained to us which raised the payment.

Walked in not thinking I would qualify for financing (working on that credit score!). Amy was very understanding, took my info. Explained the different ways that may work as far as down payment, cosigners, etc. Never once made me feel bad about possible credit issues, as I have experienced elsewhere. Very down to earth, helped me feel at ease during the process. Once approved she listened to what I wanted and picked the right vehicle the first time around! Easy, comfortable, flawless process, from start to finish, with everyone involved! Have already recommended Prestige to everyone I know, even though we are quite the distance from my location to theirs, its worth the extra time spent getting there!

I am on my 3rd Sorento, and I absolutely love it.The vehicle has everything I need to run my 2 very active kids to every event, and pick up groceries on the way home.Our experience with Aaron was amazing.
