I got my nails did yesterday, it’s already chipping. The guy was rude about removing the black paint off my finger & left it on my thumb. The pedi was nice.$40 fill in.

I have been here many times but the quality has diminished. I got a fill in and it hasn’t been a week and my design, the paint and a nail has come off. I asked the lady to redo 6 nails, and they still are horrible.Before this visit, I got a fill in and had nails that broke in the first few days too. So, I won’t be back because I pay more than $100 every time and tip and it isn’t worth it.

I wish Id seen how crooked my nail was before I left. They are extremely over priced. My Daughters pedicure was $50! Umm, emergency only place.

I came here to get my nails done for my birthday NEVER AGAIN!! First they never asked me to go wash my hands and the man nail tech never washed his hands after the last client which he should do due to covid-19. I received a new set and gel polish which came up to $50 which was too much because the length wasn’t even the length I asked for. On top of that, the man cut my skin causing me to bleed. I will never come back to this place again.

I recently moved to this side of town and decided to try the camp creek Lush nail location since I have been going to the one in Toco Hills previously. Unfortunately my experience wasn’t so great here at the Camp Creek location. The salon was not very clean initially and then when my friend finished in the chair next to me they never wiped any of the chair, arm rest, etc to disinfect it before they say the next customer in the same chair. In a time where we are still being mindful of COVID transfers, I would expect a salon to be disinfecting and wiping down things before the next customer sits down. They have an alarm system that loudly goes off saying, “FRONT DOOR!” and a loud chime every single time someone comes in. This is very disturbing. Getting a pedicure should be relaxing. I shouldn’t have to keep listening to the alarm shouting in my ear. This needs to be adjusted ASAP. I realize now that all Lush Nail Salons are not operated in the same way as the Toco Hills location is fabulous. I also received a literal 30 second massage during my pedicure. Any other salon I will get a massage for 5-10 minutes of a lotion / oil massage. Things really need to be improved. I have supported so many nail salons and I never write reviews so unfortunately this was to the point where I decided to share.

New to the area trying to find a nail salon...The own of this place (first table on the left side) did my SNS. Two day went by they all started to crack. Went back several times to try to get them Redone and made an appointment. To busy to be see about. And the guy at the door caught an attitude when I expressed my frustrations. Poor customer service to say the least. Can anyone help me find a nail salon better than this.

When I start coming a year ago I fell in love with them. Oh how things have change. They rush to do your pedicure. I was left in the water til it turn cold after asking several times for some to add some hot water. I love Tammy for my nails and eyebrows.

The nail tech was rude, dipped nails in polish not requested, then when I requested to have it changed, she became agitated and spoke in native Asian language in a demeaning and disrespectful conversation. She called me names in her language and when I stated that was rude, she looked surprised that I understood what she said about me. She then became confrontational and said I should have asked more nicely to have the wrong dip she placed removed. She continued while I remained quiet, thus I paid and left. I will not return. So unprofessional!

Guy at the front was polite; first nail tech kept burning me with the electric filer and had the nerve to have attitude because I wouldn’t let her keep hurting me… I ended up getting someone else who was much more polite. I didn’t see that they were sanitizing as ppl left. A couple of others were complaining (I’m nosey, I was looking around). The service isn’t that terrible but it definitely needs improvement.

SMH I got my nails done on August 14 today is August 24 and my nails already popping off !!! Been popping off since the 17th !! I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone they don’t care about COVID everybody was close together..they didn’t wipe down any seats I’m highly disappointed, my birthday was stressful because of them .Their service came with bad attitudes and rolling eyes, $135 for two full sets just for them to pop off days later !!! Oh yeah they will TRY to finesse you out of your money

Never a day in my life will I ever go back to this place.. now Ive been here before and never had an issue. But today I swear this place was so horrible. Had attitudes left and right messed my nails up and told me I had to pay to have them fixed. Polish all over my fingers. Shesshh it was post to be relaxing and now I have a head ache

My nail tech wasn’t very personable but considering... I wasn’t really expecting him to be. It’s the quality of the nails that I don’t like. My nail chipped and broke within the first 5 days. Also one nail doesn’t even cover my full nail. I wouldn’t waste my money on these basic nails or service for the price.

I hesitate to spend money to start. First off she over charged me. She quoted me $43 for my nails and my toes were $29. My total price came out to be $87 but my sister got the same and hers was way less with designs at $67. I also tipped her after the $87 payment before I realized what she was doing. I will never do business there again. They were also cutting into my skin as if I didnt feel it. Next time Im sticking to the nail shop in my area even if the wait is longer. Run cause they will rob you blind.

I have been giving them a couple of opportunities. Went there last month, got SNS and 5 nails cracked within 3 days. Went there again this month and within a couple of days the SNS is coming off my nail. Also, they cut me during my pedicure and while getting SNS. Needless to say I will not be returning.

For the price, it was not worth it. First off my manicure was very sloppy, I could have done a better paint job, I still have nail polish on the sides of my hand. She also decided to file my nails AFTER she painted them so the sides of some of my nails have no paint. then the pedicure was more stressful than relaxing. Both ladies had a whole conversation, on their phones, not even paying attention, so she dug too much into my nail cuticle so now my toe is sore. Definitely wont be going back or referring anyone there.

First and last time to the nail.salon.I had to go back 3x, within 3 days before they used a new bottle of gel polish. I had to go back for the bad shaping of my toe nails. Tried to spoke with sorry manager, Tommy, but he was rude and unresponsive to my concerns. Please take a warning to heart. Its so sad that we are treated with such disrespect and continue to support these types of business I have never been one who begs and pays... Lets spend our honest money somewhere else where we are treated with respected. What would they have without US? Thanks for reading!

It only lasted 10 hours!On a trip to Atlanta I came here at suggestion of an area native, because of good price and nail color selection.The service was sloooow but courteous.However, the manicure polish started chipping almost immediately! It didnt last 24 hours for anybody in my whole party. Womp womp.We got our brows done as well- something they used triggered an allergy and we had to wipe with soap and water before leaving the salon.I guess we got what we paid for.

The techs are rude! First she left me unattended filling the soak tub up with the water SCORCHING! I had to cut it off myself, then my tub wasnt powered on until 10 minutes later.. Understand they are licensed to do their job & not to crack jokes, or laugh in their customers face & do a half job on my feet! I was uncomfortable & slighted. Will never go again sorry.

I came in on 5/21/2021 and got a manicure and pedicure. I spent 3 hours in this place for me to go home and my paint from my nail peel off. I went back on 5/22/2021 literally the next day and was unable to get any help. The receptionist when I explained to him had an attitude. I waited as others came in and got serviced, I finally asked if I was going to get any assistance and nothing happened. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

The guy who did my nails didnt do them correctly. I asked for sns powder and he put gel powder and a gel polish base on my nails and he put my nails under the uv light when you dont do that with sns powder. And he told me that it was sns powder. You dry the nails with the fan and not uv light when its sns. I didnt realize that he gave me something other than what I asked for until after my nails were done cause its been awhile since I had my nails done due to the coronavirus situation. I actually forgot about how the place I use to go to did my nails. Its ok I wont be going here anymore.

Owner put me out after ask her to open Jacuzzi bubbler for feet to make sure clean inside. They dont clean they just rinse off and use in each customer causes FEET fungi

Rush job, my nails look like I need a fill . I will not be going back here ever again. I’ve never had a mani and pedi like this before. Most of my nails aren’t painting all the way. And my nails just look horrible . But the guy at the front was nice an very welcoming. But anywho I hate getting my work rushed . They gave me a 1000% uneven Mich match french manicure. On top of that they thinned my nails out so much that they began breaking. For hell polish that is suppose to last two weeks it didnt even last 1 week.

First off i paid 120 for my services never have i ever paid that much for nail.... I got clear on my nail amd white on my toes.... very expensive not great service for the price theyre charging me personally would never visit this shop again it was way too much money very thinning of the nail one popped off two days later another one 2 Days Later just like they want they money we want the quality in the work paid less than that at other locations and they were able to stay on my nails

Spent $100 for full set and mini mani, small wait, clean, friendly, upscale shop pricey but worth it.

Kimmie (gel mani, eyebrow and lip wax) and Cherie (gel pedi) are dope. Attention to detail and perfectionists. That’s the type of nail techs I like. My finger nails and toe nails grow in all kinds of crooked, but after this, you can’t tell. Eyebrows are on point too. Will return regularly!

Just got my nails done by Amy over at camp creek lush nails and I am absolutely in LOVE ! she did such an amazing job and was so thorough . I could tell she wanted everything to come out perfect . For as long as I live in atl I will be going to her ! I’ll post pics if I can

So I gave it some time to leave a review therefore, I can be rational. However, I will NEVER return to this establishment. When paying for my services I was up-charged $15 more than the actually pricing. When I asked the lady to break down the pricing (I already documented everything in my phone notepad) she became loud and aggressive. The younger guy who sits at the front and greet customers had to tell her to calm down. Also the guy who did my fill charged me for a nail removal when he removed my nail himself (by choice) when I came in the shop ALL my nails were intact. (Original set was done by the same place) I understand the shop was full however, the lady who did my eyebrows rushed and had a attitude. I was completely unsatisfied with my visit and the crazy part is that my previous visit costed less but I got more done (eyelash individual extensions, eyebrows, full set, two pedicures and a manicure) this visit I got (fill, two pedicures, a manicure and eyebrow wax) no way should I have paid more. All in all I will NEVER return and I will spend my money else well.

I am not from here and very picky about my nails but the two nail techs Brandon and Kelly that took very good care of me. They were fast, efficient and detailed. My nails look awesome and my feet feel smooth and looks great. I will definitely come back and spend my money here. Thank you for your service.

I am absolutely IN LOVE with my nails! I honestly recommend Johnny on your full sets, a week later and my nails still look amazing 😍. It’s a great atmosphere, everyone is friendly and professional from what I experienced.

So I went in for my usual gel polish change and had my worst experience at this establishment yet. I ALWAYS get the barbie mirage cateye nails. The last couple times they havent had the brand so they referred me to another that chipped off the first week I had it. So this time I told them not to give me that kind. So she proceeds to put on a different kind where she overcoats it so its so thick. Then she doesnt know how to use the magnet and says the magnet isnt working. The polish # that I asked for is not the same color that comes out. So instead of removing the incorrect color she just paints over it with a different one. So that cateye effect is completely dead. At this point Im frustrated and Ive been in there too long. So when I get to the register I show the manager the problem and he said the most he can do is $5 off! This POLISH CHANGE in the WRONG COLOR with the WRONG EFFECT is not worth $35! The manger just acts nonchalant and tells me Well sometimes the color thats on the bottle doesnt come out the same color. How is that a paying customers fault???? Mind you my friend was with me too and was having the exact same experience with her SNS nails. I will never come back to this establishment. Ill trained staff, no accountability and poor customer service.

I decided to try Lush nail bar the other day and I was really pleased with the ambiance and decor of the place however the service was not the best. It took wayyyyy to long and there was nobody in there. I got Gel nails and the next day all of my toes were changing colors. What the hell? I always get gel nail polish and I’ve never had this problem. I constantly have to wipe my nails off to keep them the color I paid for. Pretty sure I won’t return! & by the way they are way to expensive for no reason. Go else where!

I was in for gel nails and pedicure that takes about 1 or more. I did not see sanitizing of chairs or pedicure arm rests. Many people come and go and they need to sanitize!! There is still a pandemic going on!!

I first start by saying how I had to keep instructing the technician (lady) to complete my pedi proper, She then proceeded to put on more polish when she didnt even attempt to remove the old polish, After mentioning my water was cold from the start she only added about 1ml worth of warm water and cut it back off. My Mani looks as if a toddler did it. This is the worst service Ive ever received in my life. She was rushing, not attentive and I most certainly wont be returning

Our 1st time there & we will be returning.We got there shortly after they opened (opens @ 9am). They are fully staffed majority of the staff drugged in around 10AM; thereafter, the crowd began pouring in/out. They do honor appt times.I like it you are having more than 1 service, they work as a team. This decreases the wait time tremendously.The atmosphere was very welcoming. Lovely establishmentOnly negative: my lady began talking and began drilling my skin (the look I gave her). A little less talking we in use of the drill or filing. One may have been doing this a long time but talking becomes a distraction.

Not all nail techs at Lush are bad. I have been coming here for a year. I never had a problem until today. I came in for a new full set manicure. So when the lady goes to remove old nails she had my fingers bleeding. (I never in my life experienced my real nails ripping off .i didn’t go through with the service due to the pain. The sad part is the lady still asked me to pay even though my fingers were bleeding caused by her horrible work. Being a great customer and tipping well all the time, Im honestly disappointed for being treated with bad care. Praying I don’t get an infection. If you decide to still go to Lush make sure you request for Rose or any male tech.

Lush Nail Bar is my go to salon. Victoria does amazing pedicures and Mindy does amazing nails. Highly recommend!

Ive been coming here for about 2 years. I normally tip above 20% and I dont complain. After the way I was treated today, I will never return. They just care about getting your money. They will never receive another dime of my hard earned coins.

This was my first visit to Lush and unfortunately it will be my last. The atmosphere and customer service was good. The pedicure was mediocre. I I had to scrub my feet at home that night. I got SNS and I didnt notice until I left how lumpy my nails were. It felt like both tech were rushing. So I called spoke with David he was very nice. He told me to come back in and I did. She redid the ones that were messed up (4 nails). This time I assume she forgot to do something because when I leave one of the nails is very rough. The others ones that she fixed look thick. At this point, I dont have the energy to go back. This place is near my house and I was really hoping to make this my permanent spot.

This place is nice, modern and clean. I had a fabulous pedicure. It was a bit pricier than Id normally pay, but they delivered! It was well worth the higher price and a sizeable tip. Ill be back!

They have great manicurist but they never seem to stay they seem to always go off to their own salon which the people won’t disclose where it’s located.... I understand they don’t want to help the competition. Overall on a not so busy day great service busy days they don’t do that well of a job.

The service quality falls short of the ambiance. First time going one of the guys had an attitude when approaching me to do my service. So I politely told him not to worry and went on with my pedicure. Which was mediocre. Due to convenience to my home, I went again and the service was rushed and not thorough. I will not be back and don’t recommend.

I would like to say I moved back to Ga 3 years ago..I tried several nail shops in different areas and found myself going back to my old shop in Alabama 3hours away. I was told to try Lush nail bar and ask for Rose.. All I can say is Love it love it love it she is great.. This Place is a must try. I promise you will be Satisfied.

The nail techs are rude AF. I will never return. They do good work but I will never patronize Asians who treat black people as if we are inferior. My money spends just like white folks. Other blacks in the Camp Creek area, BOYCOTT this establishment.

I just moved here. Trails and error. I asked her not to use a razor on my eyebrows because it breaks out my skin, she did it anyway. The quality of my pedicure, terrible. I DO NOT recommend this place. Great customer service, but the work is not worth the price. $30 down the drain. I am very dissatisfied.

I like it here, they treat you pretty decent overall. I have my two favorites and they treat me good. Ive been coming here faithfully for about a year. Its a little more pricey than the places in the surrounding areas however my two are consistent. Ive only encountered one rude lady who does pedicures, I wish I remembered her name but she had the nerve to ask me whats your problem when I politely asked her why the jelly Pedi that I paid extra for was watery and the water was cold. Lol she had to go, she wasnt getting my money!

Really nice place. It was my first time there. I did get gel polish, its suppose to last longer but after a couple of weeks its began looking a little faded/the color is less vibrant, and Ive only worn open toe shoes.

My Nail Tech, Betty, never disappoints. She has done my nails, pedicure and or manicure, she has always done an excellent job. A job so well done that I can actually go more than two weeks before needing to be serviced. The only downside is sometimes even after having made an appointment, I have to wait 15 minutes or more. The shop is clean and well-maintained and theres always plenty of people on staff.

So.. this place is a hit or miss basically!You never know what service youre going to get. Literally. Just came here 2 weeks ago and service was phenomenal. Just to come back today and service us trash. I will submit videos for proof. I have been coming here for 2 years and I keep trying to work with them but its keeps happening. The service is lacks professionalism. They nail techs give you snide looks and the words they use to describe their customers is disturbing. For the prices that they charge they need to get on their ps and qs. I would like for them to not talk about customers because they never know who can interpret their language.

If you’re looking to relax while getting service here forget it! It’s more like a fast food restaurant style...place your order get ur food then go. Nothing wrong with that if that’s a non issue for you. The last couple times I was serviced there I got heavy handed techs (male & female) that hurt my nails multiple times cutting the cuticle on both feet and hands with no offer of first aid. The apology was very non-committal as if by apologizing they have admitted to some legal implication! I should hv known better than to have returned! It was more about speed of service and NOT necessarily quality! They are quiet until they sit down next to another tech that’s working then the loud distracted talking begins (in their language). I believe this shop has way too many techs that may not be certified. I don’t enjoy sitting in front of some bootleg, untrained tech with no customer service skills and a bad attitude servicing me and expecting a tip! It was a convenient location so I had given them multiple chances...but now I’m done! There are way too many other nail salon options!

Some of the staff can be extremely rude... yeah, they do a great job but the customer service is lacking. I asked for my nails to be soaked off and get a fresh set and they proceeded to tear the acrylic off my nails.. when I asked to be soaked instead they got upset and started talking amongst themselves... I eventually ended up leaving because after asking numerous times to have my nails soaked he continued to pull them off. I wasn’t rude at all or disrespectful, as I’m leaving the woman sitting next to him says “get out crazy lady”.. 😒 I thank God For deliverance because even though I wanted to react I held my peace and made my way to the exit.I won’t be returning.

I enjoy the beautiful shop appearance, but it feels like my nails and toes are always not fully manicured. I love getting my cuticles cut so I wait to have them cut so it will be more effective. I literally had to ask her to cut my hang nails before she applied my polish.

This is the second time i have visited this salon and they are absolutely the worst. I came again due to time and convenience. No proper greeting, offering you everything but what you asked for like your money isn’t good enough unless you spend more. The lady cut my cuticle so bad and said a simple sorry like it was a normal thing. They don’t speak to you at all during your service unless they are asking for you to spend more money. They talk amongst themselves the entire time. I have no problem with them speaking their language of choice but it’s very rude to not even try to have a conversation with the person that’s spending their money and that they are touching for about an hour. Poor service.My last visit a guy came over to paint my nails and had a whole attitude because i asked if they dry oil to help my nails dry faster. I won’t be back a third time.

This is the worst experience I have ever had in my entire 34 years of life and further supports my theory of no longer supporting Asian salons.They dont care about us, they herd us in and out like cattle. They didnt even speak to me. I asked for a dip and manicure and only got dip. Had to tell the tech to apply lotion to my legs and feet after she put the polish on.... I stated I got the Deluxe pedicure and you just took wet towels off of my legs. I paid for a massage and all she did was rub my leg even after asking her to apply more pressure.This is supposed to be a relaxing experience, but I am so tense because the language barrier alone was horrible. Please dont waste your $78 here.

The place is nice & in a great location, but some of the techs are snippy & rude. The prices are reasonable, but the way our nail techs treated us made it questionable if we would return. I saw some other nail techs being nice, but that was rare. 😕😕😕

I paid 20$ for a simple toe polish and over lay on toes and the paint started chipping and hour after I left and almost 5 days later almost all my nails are chipping and they look horrible. Would not recommend 🤷🏽‍♀️
