Loved my visit here for a full set. The nail tech. Ricky was shown a picture of what I wanted and gave me exactly what I wanted. Will be back for sure.

Had a great nail tech seen the same color on just about everyone in the shop pink,purple,blue,yellow etc figure I be a little different anyway Im feeling my nails I need to do better dont remember his name but I will return for him to do my nails

I’ve been going to this place for about 2 years now and they’ve been pretty good but these last couple of visits I’ve had a bad experience with the polish. I always get gel but it’s like their gel polish bubbles up now idk if it’s because it’s not properly drying or the polish is just bad. One time i got acrylic gel nails and literally the same day it bubbled up. I went back up there and got it fixed and it bubbled right back up again, I thought i was the reason until it happened again at my next visit with my pedicure . On the side of my toe, it kept bubbling up that’s when i knew i wasn’t the problem .

I went in for a manicure. Waited almost 2 hours to be seated at a nail booth. Tech started servicing someone who came in after me. Took my business else where.Very poor customer service.

The female who was going to change my toe polish while I waited for a nail tech was inpatient from the start. I ask her not to service me due to her attitude. I waited for another person to service me after about 10 minutes are so but I was over looked. I decided as a business owner myself that this establishment wasnt going to assist me so I left. I do not recommend this place to anyone who is professional and loves to support business in their community.

Horrible service, I saw roaches crawling on the walls and told the lady and she said “what do you expect me to do about it?” I didn’t know what to say. They rush to get you out of the place don’t even do a good job with your nails. For the sake of your sanity, do not go to this place choose ANYWHERE ELSE. There’s a preschool up the street that will probably do better. DO NOT GO HERE HORRIBLE SERVICE AND THEY HAVE ROACHES WHILE YOUR GETTING YOUR NAILS DONE

My first time going to them 11/3/18 i didnt like it for one the prices are way to high. The lady did a good job on my feet but the other lady didnt do my nails so good I asked her to polish my nails the same color as my feet I ever brought my own nail color from home . she just put clear polish on they charged me $53 dollars. My experience there was not satisfied.

Kim did my pedicure, eye brows AND my nails! She normally doesnt do nails but because the guy couldnt do designs and didnt really want to, Kim did them. Im glad she did. Ill definitely be back but only if Kim is there. I paid $75 for gel nails with gel design and mid length.

They charge you extra for everything and still rush through your nails and dont even try to do a good job.

Good service. Worth the wait and there was a little wait. But the treatment and handling of the clients was very professional and pleasant. Hand washing, shields, distance was maintained and enforced.

When I walked in a lady was arguing with the tech over the prices. that was a warning. too expensive for the area. They charge for every single thing. I paid 35 for SNS... not bad but the lady whom i think was the manager cut my skin and never said anything. The pedicure... i paid 13 for remove my gel old polish and apply new polish. total 43 for a pedicure...WTF. I will continue to go to my normal location in Alpharetta where I pay 80 but they serve wine and champagne plus have amazing service. Or drive further into clayton county

Let’s start at they’re very unprofessional and they don’t consider time when servicing someone. They’re more concerned about seating people vs focusing on the client in the chair. I paid for a “deluxe” pedicure where she barely touched my feet and my feet were ashy afterwards. My fill set was thick, and uneven. I brought this to their attention and the response was “what do you want me to do?” Needless to say after paying $90 for services that I wasn’t satisfied with my nails have popped off 2 days later smh. They’re overpriced and have mediocre work

I got the deluxe pedicure and it was nice... had a very nice experience here and probably will return. I felt my lady took her time. The only thing I really didnt like was having to move to get my toes painted. I guess because it was close to closing time they wanted to hurry and start the cleaning process but felt it was rude to move me. I mean was 10 more minute . But other then that I was satisfied.

I LOVE THIS PLACE THE WAY THEY MAKE YOU FEEL IMPORTANT, AND THE WAY THEY PAMPER YOU.. VERY WELL

Clean and quick!

Ive been twice and both time messed up my nails a full set from here isnt worth 65 when I can go to camp creek and pay 45 and my nails last for a month not two weeks

They do a RUSH job on your nails so they can push you out of the chair quickly so they can put someone else in it. Real tacky job👎🏽👎🏽😠

They charged me 28 dollars for a fill in. I was rushing to get out of town for the holidays. My nails were raggedy. The tall one with glasses did my nails. 5 of my nails were not filled in all the way on the sides. It caused me to rip and snag my clothes. I went back she said it was my fault and she would not fix it. None of the other workers came to my aid. I will NOT recommend to anyone

Caution!!! They do not use sterile equipment. They are looking for the next quick buck! They jump for client to client with exchanging tools!! So the same toe nail clipper use on you was use on the person before you! This place is gross. When I complained the obvious chatter began as so did the dirty looks from the techs. Avoid this place!

Sad to say but these people are rude “Asians”I don’t get a lot of hate or disrespect from Caucasian people as much as Asians just saying as being a Black Women and most of them own of these nails shops and beauty supply stores.Do I started coming to this shop late last year 2018, they don’t greet customers, they’re not friendly and my last twin 2 trips here this year (2019) they seem to charge you what ever they feel like 🤷🏼‍♀️ Well I wasn’t having it today so I disagreed and let the lady know that’s not what I paid the times I got the very same thing and I asked her did they go up and she said no but couldn’t really tell my why it was a different price . The wax lady is different she’s nice but I am not going back here, the vibe is nice either ... can’t get my coins again 👎🏼

This place looks clean but its not!!! Just today I watched two employees fail to sanitize the pedicure chairs. The tools are not cleaned theyre just reseal in packaging making them appear to be brand new. I dont care if the tools are new, thats impractical for your business but I do expect them to be clean. Instead of appearing to be clean, just clean! How difficult is it? I felt like I just paid for a foot infection!!!!If you choose to go here please make sure they clean everything before allowing them to work on you.Very disappointed!

Make sure the instruments they use are properly sterilized ! Sometimes it seems, as if they just place them in a new bag . Owner can be rude, so beware. Other then that, I’ve always received amazing pedicures from Isabella ! She definitely takes her time, and does amazing pedicures .

I went in to receive a full set,pedicure and brow wax. The nail technician assigned to help me was an older Asian guy with a limp. Upon sitting in the spa chair to get my pedicure started he asked if he could start on my nails. I replied yes, this man took the acrylic off my nails and proceeded to cut my real nails not tips all the way off!! And to add insult to injury he refused to finish my nails because I was upset he cut my nails off to begin with. He walked away speaking his native language which I felt was so rude! The girl doing my toes had the nerve to tell me I was going to have to pay for a half done pedicure! I looked at her like she was crazy! I politely dried my feet off and left! Do not spend your money here! The customer service is awful, dont be fooled by the glitz and glam!!

This place is very unprofessional with poor quality service. Your nails are guaranteed to be popped off within only a few days. I’ve never experienced anything so terrible. Also, the nail tech RICKY is the worst, no respect for customers and appears to be racist.

Absolutely the worst nail shop that I have ever been to. The only person in there that actually knows how to do nails is Ricky. I have been several times and had a few work on me. Nails look terrible after a week. They dont file the edges down good at the cuticle and at times they dont build the gel up enough so your nails break easy. Never again will I visit this place.

Always have a great experience when I come. Ricky is my nail tech and Tina or her daughter does my pedicure. I will say that I dont let the younger techs do any of my services, only because its never done right. Other than that, I dont let any other nail shop touch me!

The wait is a little long going Into the weekend but Monday and Tuesday are the best time to go and relax. Isabel is a beast!!! She does really good pedicures.

This establishment has very poor customer service!!! They do not communicate with you regarding their wait times ! They take customers who were after you and then act like they can not understand English!! I would not recommend this nail shop! I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau

My first experience was good, I had a male tech and during conversation found out he was the owner. He was nice, and did a decent job on my fill in. I’ve never seen him in there again. Second experience, the lady tech was rushing so bad that she knicked my fingers 3 times until I finally had to say something. Third and last time-during my fill in a client came in with 2 day old gel polish that was chipping. They tried to accuse her of going elsewhere and blaming them “I don’t think you got that here.” She was able to identify the tech who did it so they fixed it. Still a turnoff. I got my nails shortened during this visit and was told s coffin shape was impossible lol which was so nit true but I didn’t feel like arguing. THEN two days later, literally, my fill in stared to lift...I went back in for repairs and got THE SAME treatment as the previous customer and then was expected to wait 30+ minutes for a service I ALREADY PAID FOR. I left and won’t be coming back...go down the street to Hapeville for quality nail service!!

I dont know if my tech was having a bad day but she seemed aggravated and tried to cut a lot of corners when doing my nails. I had to ask for normal things like filing off excess gel that had clumped up underneath my nail. She only gave me one coat of Polish and rushed through it so fast that she missed a few spots. She didnt offer to help take my things over to the drying station so I wouldnt mess up my nails. Yes I know this may not be a requirement but at most nail shops they help and its really nice when they do. IF I do go back, it wont be for a while.

Best manicures in town and wonderful service. Been patronizing them since they opened; the do the BEST gel manicures that last and pedicures that will make anyones toes look glamerous.Ive gone out of town and had manicures. I always end up going right back to Luxury. Do give it a try.

I went in at about 615 they closed at 7 but i do not like my nails this is my first time with the SNS nails but im pretty sure they shouldnt be flat and lumpy not going back at least not for my nails

This is my permenant nail salon. I live about 5 minutes down the street. Very convenient. I go to Tiffany every time. She does a great job and my nails never come off. I love her. They just renovated the salon right around memorial day. Love how they invest in making the shop better with new pedi seats, new paint on walls and new nail color options with a wider variety. I got my mom hooked on coming to this salon as well. They will forever have me as a customer as long as Tiffany is there. She is at chair #4. If you go I reccomend her.

Won’t ever go back again. It’s seems like no one there knows how to do nails. I’ve asked the lady who sits at station 8 to fix my nails twice because the acrylic wasn’t covering my whole nail and she caught an attitude because she didn’t know how to do nails.

This place is horrible Ive been here 3x and everytime I went the staff had an extremely bad attitude they dont greet guest they handle you roughly they rush through your full set pedicure or whatever one time the lady cut my finger and argued with me that it was my fault I came back for a fill in/pedicure it was $40 the next time I came it was $50 they do a half job in my opinion the only reason I returned is because its 7min from my house but Ive had it with this place they even suck at doing nails I needed a fill in 5days later Ive been going to nail luv on metropolitan pkwy now and they are so much better and treat customers with respectful
