BOTTOM LINE: Cheap products, high prices, low value. They use cheap nail polish that starts chipping or falling off (in the case of gel nail polish) and over charge for the service. The photos you see are the results of a gel manicure. On Day 2 the first gel nail came off. Now on Day 4 post gel manicure I only have a TOTAL of 3 nails with the gel polish still on but now it’s already chipping as well. The gel polish brand was DND. I chose 613 Cinnamon Whip. Love the nude color, don’t like the cheap quality products. The people were nice enough but eager to upsell your services. I’ll stick with press on nails..

The second picture is what I asked for VS what I got un the first picture! It is so ugly! Bulky and i showed the picture to Kim and told her that’s exactly how I wanted it and she still did it the way she wanted. Then when I told her it was wrong she offered to fix it for $10! Why would I have to pay extra for her to fix something she did wrong in the first place! I’m extremely disappointed! I will not be back! And do not recommend them to anyone! Now I have to go somewhere and get this fixed! And when I told the “manager” she just brushed me off saying I should’ve told her right then! Instead of fixing it when I told her! I’m so upset! I spent a $100! They need to educate themselves no one does half tips like this anymore! I also had a concern with the fact that their going from client to client without washing their hands! Kim came in the door and did not wash her hands! And don’t even get me started on my eyebrows!

Trash - Gel nail manicure. The pictures are after she was done and after i asked her to clean them up. I never interupt their process. I only care about the end result. The end result was trash! The edges are rough. bubbles and there is polish on my skin. Confident this will start to lift & peel off in a few days. Way too much money was spent to be sent out like this. Completely unacceptable... Atlanta do better!

I requested SNS dip powder for my nails and regular polish on my toes. She proceeded to ask me 5 different times if I eant gel on my toes, I told each time NO. She then kept saying it last Niger and dries quick. Maam I been getting my nails and toes done so I am aware of how long it lasts and how quick it will dry. No, I do.not want gel in my toes. She then tells me she has to add white as the base because the color is so light. I am aware of that as well because I have worn this color for years. She mumbles, if it mess up I not fix it. I was not happy, at this point your making my relaxing day not relaxing. I will never go back because your rude, If you dont want to do regular polish dont have it available as an option and if you dont want to put a base for the color to pop, Dont offer that color. Its that simple. I ordered my own dip powder and polish..you lost this $100 every 2 weeks and sometimes I bring my daughter. Do not go here! They dont appreciate your money.

I received a gel pedicure. Within the first two days, the paint of three toenails on my right side came off. I went back in to get it done and the lady who redid them lowkey had an attitude about having to redo them. Then 3 days later, the paint off of the 3 toenails came off on the left side. Mention I went to them back in March and my toe paint was coming off within a week. You all need to invest in better gel polish.

Be careful coming here to receive services!!! They do not listen well to meet customers need. They give out false information and set dates and appointments wrong. Also, they are horrible at waxing eyebrows and wont even use wax at times but change $10 for unprofessional work. They pedicures are mediocre. It tends to be a hit or miss job for them.

Oh my God! What a phenomenal service. My auntie got her nails done by a young lady name Tia and when I said I had the best nail shape and color along with added stones I can not stop looking at my nails I love it. I found me a forever nail technician. Thank you Tia

First time customer. Very clean store and nicely decorated. Service was nice, staff was kind (those whom spoke), only complaint is that they were hesitant to give me what i asked for, although I’m the paying customer for their service. They did steer me away from a service they wouldn’t be beneficial to me which i liked.

This place is absolutely horrible they messed up on my acrylic nails & acrylic toe nails. This is absolutely the worse experience I ever & my two of my nails popped off and it’s already the third day. Do not recommend!!!!!

I got a deluxe pedicure with sea salt and hot towels but no kind of a massage. She also nipped my big toe several times. I really do like my 💅 and toenails but I get better service for the same price in Sandy Springs, wine included.

I dont like being pressured to spend more money. First I peeped that she got the book and turned to the page with the most expensive pedi first, cool whatever. I politely turned to what I wanted and she proceeds to go back and forth to get me to get a more expensive service. I am a child and I asked for such a simple design and I told the guy short because I am a child. And I got the longest nails ever. It doesn’t make sense to me because if you see a child you would think that her nails should be short. I told him repeatedly to do them short and he denied. I will never be going back there.

Tech didnt understand me. I asked to have my nails trimmed but not as short as my shortest nail. Nails look horrible. The polish doesnt go to my nail base. The polish is lumpy. They filed a hole in my pinky nail. And oddly shaped the sides of my naiks.

They do good nails here, but it definitely depends on who doing your service.

I only went to this place b/c my nail tech was booked and i needed my nails done for a special event. I went for acrylic ombré nails and color change on my toes, the guy tech who did my nails said my total would be $100 and that’s what i paid. However, after i paid i got into my car to leave and two of their employees came out and surrounded my car as if i did not pay what was said on the ticket and said they forgot to charge me for my toes!!!! They treated me as if i robbed them of service in which it was clearly a mistake on their behalf! They literally blocked my car in as if i was a criminal ! Not to mention my nails started popping off like press ons 2 days after i got them done end i have videos and pictures as evidence! Horrible customer service and too pricey for low value work!

My nail tech was Linda and she did an amazing job, I was very pleased. I found the establishment to be professional and reasonably priced.

Tech did not complete the service for the basic pedicure. The language barrier was worse than usual. It was not clean and she did an awful job on my daughters feet. I don’t live on this side of town but if I did I would never go back here.

I usually come here every week or every 2 weeks my visit today wasn’t a good one. The nail technician doing SNS on my nails was unprofessional she pauses in between my service and ranted and I could not understand her because she was speaking in her language but she was visibly upset and she continued to pause and rant was too rough with my hands. Ive never experienced service like this at this nail shop but looks like I have to find a new shop. This was unacceptable. And I left with sns color on my skin. My total for my service today was $73 for pedicure nail SNS on my nails. I told the lady running the operation and she says the nail tech is having a bad day. Unacceptable.

My first visit was for my bday and things were looking good until my nail tech got up and disappeared. After nearly 10 minutes, one of the other techs tells me that shes in the back doing someones eyebrows, give her 5 minutes. W. T. F. She didnt say Ill be back, give me one moment...she just disappeared. So, 15 minutes later she asked qhat nail color and when I said French tip she goes 5 dollar more. 😐😞

Very hit and miss. My pedicure was fine that was done by the very young guy. My nails were terrible. You would think they could done regular nails better. No oil or attention was applied to my nails or the surroundings. She did a very rough filing to get a shape I asked for and it was rough. She didnt even check them or have me rinse them before going straight to polish. I had to point out several errors for her to fix and there are still issues. I do not recommend this place for nails. Poor service. Nail tech rushed my pedi, didn’t ask which service I wanted just did something quick. Had a bad attitude the entire time and I could feel her energy. Ruined my pamper day. I gave 2 stars because the guy who did my mani did a good job. I will not return to this place.

Pricing is very inconsistent. They were absolutely rude to me and my friend. And then when they realized I understood what they were speaking in their language they got really quiet then tried to up charge me for my services bc they thought I wasn’t going to tip after all the mess they talked. And even after that, the quality of their work was mediocre. Wrong one though. iNails & Beyond is going out of business.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!I paid $75 for the worst gel full set manicure I have ever gotten. They do not give refunds or properly fix the mistakes they make to your nails. My service was horrible and rushed and all of my nails came off less than a week later. Do not waste your money here!! I will not be going back.

If you want a rushed deluxe pedicure service, this is the place for you. We paid for the callus treatment and basically got the regular pedicure with an add’l warm towel wrapped around our legs. Definitely won’t be returning.

I’ve been going to this salon for a couple years now, on and off as I don’t get my nails done often. I received a gift certificate for my birthday so I went back after about 10 months of not going. I read other reviews and it seemed like they were under new management. I’ve gone three times now and sadly don’t feel like I can bring myself to go back. Like I said, I don’t get my nails done often so I really don’t have high standards. My past 2 experiences involved being shown color options for colors they didn’t have and applying the wrong color. This was my first time getting SNS and I knew that the powder didn’t always reflect the final color. It was corrected and I was overall pleased with the final product. Since I don’t get my nails done often I just want to be sure I’m getting a good experience overall.

Unfortunately I asked for them too long so I decided to go back a week later and see if they could fix them for me.Not only was I seen immediately, but the woman was extremely kind, understanding and helpful regarding suggestions for next time (dip in nails instead of gel) and she shortened my nails to exactly what I had hoped.I am just blown away by the customer service and helpfulness of this salon, and they have won a return customer for life.I highly recommend INAIL & BEYON EAST POINT to everyone.I would definitely recommend this place. When i went back for a gel fill in it was poorly done and i was charged $30 which was $5 less than the original gel full set that i’d gotten two weeks prior. If the fill in was done well and not rushed there would be no problem but it was poorly done and sloppy and over priced.

The best pedicure!! I am ticklish on the bottom of my feet so getting a pedicure isnt my idea of relaxing. Technician has a firm touch, which is needed with a ticklish foot and doesnt skip steps to avoid a little discomfort to the patron...the scrubbing has to be done for a smooth heal!!Rates are very reasonable too.

This nail salon is the best in East Point in terms of efficiency, friendliness of staff, lack of strong odor and overall ease. Its a total home run in my opinion. I am always impressed with how the pedicures turn out and last. The staff is also attentive to adjustments and feedback which is nice. Oh, and my husband even had a pedicure recently and enjoyed it, especially the massage chairs. Id recommend calling in advance to schedule an appointment if possible.Id absolutely be back if I need my nails done any time Im in town. Great service, great staff.

Best nail salon experience of my life. Everyone was so nice! The vibe in there is so chill. Ive never been to a salon that didnt even nick my cuticle to far before! My feet are so perfectly exfoliated. My nails are beautiful. What more could you ask for?

I started going here because I followed my nail tech Vicky to this location. This new location is very nice, clean and they very much practice social distancing. The techs have always worn gloves and mask but now they also have face shields and table shields as an extra safety precaution. On top of that they take everyones temperature and require everyone to wear a mask upon entry. The service I receive from Vicky is still just awsome.

I live near by so it’s convenient but they changed management and staff. The guys were the best. I’m not sure if they moved to another location or what but it’s not the same. You never know what you’re going to get. Probably my last visit. Inconsistent service and preciseness.

Really like coming here and can recommend it highly! Newly remodeled with all new chairs and a very pleasant atmosphere. Great and always friendly service. And I like that there is low turnover. So you dont have a new nail technician every time you go. Check them out!

My nail tech was not particularly rude but they said nothing to me the entire time other than the price. The polish application was sloppy and when I asked for it to be fixed nothing could be changed because it was gel and had been cured. When I entered I was told there was no wait for service and was shown straight to the chair for my acrylics but I was left in the pedicure tub for 20+ minutes until someone attended to me. I also had my eyebrows waxed and it is done in a small room (which still had multiple people in it despite the size) and was laid on a table covered in a bath towel (not disposable paper coverings). I do not believe it was sanitized between customers and was also left with two large pimples on my eyebrow which is uncommon and may have been the result of their unsanitary practices. I would not recommend, I only tried this salon bc Cleopatra Nails (also in Camp Creek Marketplace) was busy.

I love this nail shop. My nail tech is Ms.Kimmy. She’s very sweet and actually listen to what her customers want. I’ve finally found someone who takes pride in their work and go beyond for her customers. The nail shop itself is very clean and a good spirited place.

Sign on the door says they close at 8pm. I arrived at 7:26pm tried the door and it was locked. The lady at the front desk looks at me through the glass as I mouth are you closed, she nods like yes and go away. Get your act together. Make the signage on the door consistent with your actual hours.

I found this nail salon on Google and was intrigued to try it out. I am new to East Point and was on a search for a new nail salon in this area! The salon is brand new and so super chic! They have hundreds of colors to choose from no matter what nail enhancement material you prefer. My tech was very knowledgeable and gentle since she removed my old dip done by a different salon. I will definitely be back!

I honestly don’t usually write reviews, but I was so upset by today’s encounter that I had to share. Not only was the quality of service poor, but they tricked my friend and I into paying much more for our nails than we should have. We made it very clear that we wanted a mani pedi combo for $38 to our nail techs multiple times despite their attempt to add on upgrades. During our pedicure they asked what scent we wanted added to our pedicure. I told them we only wanted the basic mani pedi combo. When I asked if it was included in our mani pedi combo she said yes. My friend and I went to pay at the end and our total EACH was $75! A total of $150! They were very deceptive and I DO NOT recommend going here because they are dishonest.

Took my daughter with me for her pedi and a fill in for us both. Within the 1st 10 minutes I could tell they were understaffed. We sat for a long time until her pedi started. At this point I was out of patience (30 min of waiting) noone acknowledged me beyond being told were to sit. I ended up leaving..take a look at how horrible her pedicure ended up turning out.

This new salon is a welcome addition to the neighborhood. My friends and I were able to easily make an appointment and I observed walk-ins were treated with courtesy and served as promptly as possible.Everyone working was very friendly and took good care of their customers. Massaging chairs are brand new and everything felt very clean. The deluxe pedicure was outstanding. My polish did not chip, even when I foolishly began doing yardwork in flipflops an hour later.Ive been to several of the local nail salons and would rate this one among the best in the East Point. Cheers to a long, successful business for these folks.

If I could give them a 0, I would. Worst nail salon EVER!!!!! First, the tech messes up my shape. I has a square shape with rounded edges, he rounded the whole nail. They had NONE of the colors I requested, which were selected from their samples. So, I chose a color I really didnt want, but would be satisfied with, a burnt orange, but when it came out of the bottle it was red. Then the tech had the nerve to say that the sample was old and thats why it faded. So I selected another orange and when he brought the bottle back that came out the bottle brown! Again saying that it was old. So I stayed with the red. I asked for him to put a glitter on my ring finger that would match this red that was supposed to be orange and they are 2 completely different colors!!!! My nails look horrible!!! I will never ever ever come here again and I suggest you dont either

I went to get a full set and pedicure the pedicure was good but the full set is trash she charged me 45$ bc I want a stilleto shape and tht isnt the shape i got at all. They are uneven squares and have bubbles in the paint. Super disappointed.

I will not be back ! The nail techs were very rude and unprofessional. They rushed and had a horrible attitude when I expressed what I did not like about my nails.

Horrible experience. The nail technician cut my toes within minutes of working on toes. Didnt ask if I wanted square or round just cut it down so much that I had no choice but to go round. Before I left i noticed the top of my toe was not fully polished. Got home and found the other top was not fully painted. The technician cut my hand with my manicure. Hand was bleeding when I left. Never apologized. Treating my finger and toe to avoid an infection. I will never visit this place again. I might called the health department on them since the technician did not appear to sanitize the instruments after she cut me twice and it was bleeding.

I was looking for a quality nail salon near where I lived that didnt charge a fortune and saw all the great reviews on Google for this place, so I requested a very last minute appointment to which Tina was so accommodating towards!Honestly I was super impressed with everything. Tina who did my gel mani and gel pedi, was very meticulous and made sure that I was satisfied with the shape and color !

They alright. Old national salons are better & cheaper. Next time im in town i will most definitely go over to the ones on old national.

The nail tech I had was rude, and that’s just that. Nails are just okay. I wouldn’t dare come back cause she too rude for me and she bout got cussed out for yelling.

This place is pretty but that’s where my compliments stop. I try to give a business a fair chance before leaving a review like this, but these folks never redeemed themselves. In fact things have gotten worse in the 6 months I’ve been coming here. A few things, they use 1) drills for regular and gel manicures, 2) razor blades/cheese graters for pedicures, 3) they cut your cuticles as if you can’t feel pain, 4) they file and buff your nails right off your hands and 5) the attitudes are incredible if you ask for them to consider the health of your nails and skin. Don’t let the new shininess lure you in, go somewhere else that won’t make your nails so weak and brittle that when washing dishes they hurt. I’ve been too patient and spent far too much money to come back. Tonight was the final straw after several of them were condescending and rude when I explained that I’d be noticing a decline in my nail health since coming here. I used to consistently have strong nails, they are paper thin and tip at a moments notice. And don’t get me started on how bad my cuticles are damaged. STAY AWAY if you care about your nails and not just how pretty the polish can be.PS.... I’ve never actually seen them clean anything. They sweep pretty frequently but even when I was the last customer I’ve never seen mopping. They put these plastic liners in the pedicure bowl but then don’t use any sort of cleaning product after. Plastic is porous... I’m positive germs get through. It won’t shock me if this place ends up with some sort of Hepatitis outbreak sometime soon. Just because it looks neat doesn’t make it clean and sanitary.

Was in town for work and needed a quick manicure before picking someone up at the airport. Went in around 10am and was out by 11am. Salon is absolutely gorgeous inside. I was the first and only customer while I was there. Not sure if the girl who was doing my nails was training other people but four of the gathered around and chatted while I was getting my nails done which made me feel somewhat self-conscious but nevertheless, nails turned out awesome. Lots of gorgeous colors to choose from. Only $35 for a full set with gel polish! Highly recommend!

She did my nails- got the SNS colored nails, a pedi and brow wax- good pricing and a great job well done My sisters and I enjoyed ourselves, especially after our original plans turned into a wash. They do a quick and efficient job and are friendly staff- definitely did a lot of service for the price charged.***

I love this this nail salon! I recently moved to Atlanta and was initially going to a different nail salon less than half a mile away, but after 3 visits noticed I had developed a serious case of fungus on 4 of my fingernails. I decided to give Serene Beauty Lounge a try and nail tech, Susan literally removed all traces of the fungus by filing it away and putting some liquid substance on it. Upon returning 2 weeks later for my refill all traces of the fungus were gone.I also love how they really take their time to do my nails and pedicures each and every time I visit. Side Note: This is not the salon to receive services from if youre in a rush; rather if you enjoy technicians who not only care about the visual appearance of your nails, but also the care of them, then Serene Beauty Lounge is the place to be. Susan is my preferred nail tech at this salon for fill-ins, pedicures, and eyebrows, but Kim is also amazing. Great service; always clean; highly recommended; repeat customer.

First off I️ was greeted which isn’t the norm in this area. I️ was offered water, coffee, and wine. I️ was updated and cheacked in many times. The place overall is nicely kept and beautiful. I️ had a new grown fungus on one of my nails and they not only fixed it but repaired it knowing that it’s not healthy to keep. The other salons nearby never mentioned anything when they saw it when I️d come in to get my fill ins. Worth the money!!! Fanatic experience!!

I usually dont care to write reviews but this place was absolutely amazing. The staff is amazing! The guy (John) who did my naill did my nails the best ive ever had them done. He payed attention to specific details and took his time..unlike other nail salons that rush through the manicure and paint your nails business as usual with no conversation or care. I also really liked the decor of the salon, beautiful. This place truly takes pride in their customers.

Uneven application, nails chipped less than a day after service... price definitely doesnt mean quality. 50 bucks just to have to go somewhere else to get them redone.Update:3 years later and the service is still trash. Im not sure how one can mess up a basic manicure, but here they are. The picture attached is AFTER my manicure. RIDICULOUS.
