Can’t remember the younger woman’s name who did my nails. She’s in her early 20’s I’m assuming but she’s very sweet, friendly, and good at what she does! There’s are my nails three weeks later. Still good in my opinion and I don’t need a fill just yet. Usually this is how my nails would look roughly two weeks after a fill but overall I’m very happy because it saves me money and I can basically go once a month now instead of twice 😊

The lady that do lashes is real rude & inpatient. My individual lashes came off the next day. Normally when I go to NEW NAILS on cascade rd they say for weeks. This what I get for trying new people. Then I called her back to take the last lil off she gone say $5 & said I don’t take care of my lashes & im the only one that complaint about it, instead of fixing the problem don’t SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE ! Go to NEW NAILS

This is the only nail salon I go to. The main downfall they have is they get extremely busy and your wait can be long. However, Victoria (the owner) will make sure she tell you only 10 mins to keep you. Lol they ensure great product and mostly have good customer service. The pictures below is of my manicure. Women who get full sets are just as good if not better

I visited this salon to have the acrylic replaced on two fingernails. Upon visiting this salon I was unaware that 60 watt light bulbs are used to dry acrylic. Previous salons Ive visited use a small fan or allows the acrylic to air dry. The light burned my thumb nail and slightly burned my index finger. The situatuon escalated and I was thrown out of the shop angry and in pain. I have reported this business to the BBB as their method of acrylic drying does not comply with State Regulations.

Good quality nails with great shaping

I was recommended in the parking lot by these two ladies and said they do like the best nails in east point. I live 30 mins away and was tired if driving around the area to get my nails done. I normally get super long nails with a basic gel and always get compliments on my nails every time. Here the seats were extra close and I brought my child in, which I normally always do. So thats not problem. Yes, I asked her to stop twice because he was getting down but he wasnt distracting her or any other nail techs. The nail tech only spoke once, the entire time. In which i gelt uneasy because this was the first time I ever been to any nail tech where they dont speak, engage into conversation AT ALL. I asked her what her name was, and told her I was recommended and she said I know they text me and told me who you were. I said ok and that was it. Starting my nails I asked for acrylic overlay on my natural nails with some length because my natural nails were uneven. She filed my nails to the nub. My hands look like a 5 year old hands. It even hurt to text. I came in there wanting to get a full set and a polish change or pedicure. The look at my nails I left paying $25 for nails that I could of got a little kid to practice on. I went to a different nail salon today and got it off completely. It was the worst $25 I have ever spent. I tipped $2 for her time. I honestly should of never did that since she acted fake surprised when I did give her the $2. Never again.

It was my first time going to classic nails and I came straight from thw Airport and Henry took great care of me I received the deluxe spa manicure and my feet feel like im walking on clouds I highly recommend

I visited this salon for my daughters birthday. We all got pedicures. I wanted gel on my toes. The person that did my pedicure did not go through the same steps the other technicians were doing on the other clients feet. I didnt complain because I just wnated it to be over.She asked me did I want gel polish or regular. I stated gel. She polished my toes unevenly and the person next to her noticed and started talking to her. She did not use the ultra violet ray machine so I questioned her. She said you want regular. I said no I wanted gel. All of a sudden the manager started yelling in another language along with the rest of them but no one was talking to me. Finally the younger one advised me that ny attendant didnt understand. No I dont see how that is possible when you asked ne what I wanted.I will not be going back here even if it is down the street from home. The manager is rude. Extremely rude and arrogant. The place is dirty. They re-use utensils without sterilizing them and the pedicure chairs are old. Water leaks on the floor from some of bowls. Its really messy. This place needs renovation and new management.Updated 3/3/19************Finally got a chance to get my feet done. I had to wait for a while with my feet soaking because there were two other people in chairs but that was fine. The person that did my feet went the extra mile with care of how she did the pedicure. She didnt skip any steps and I appreciated it.

Wait time is over an hour for a full set of nails. I have been waiting exactly 1 hour and 15 minutes for my manicurist to begin on my nails. People have came and gone with pedicures..THIS IS MY LAST TRIP HERE..

I been to this shop multiple times and each time the service gets cheaper and cheaper I had regular nail polish on my toes instead of them using nail remover polish and cotton balls they used the drill to remove it just to save money. I’m diabetic and my nail is protection of my skin I will not be returning
