I was over charged for the dip service I received. And I felt like the application could have been neater… the lady who did my nails was rude and couldn’t explain the break down for my service. I was trying to get a pedicure but couldn’t because the lady said I had to pay first and then she’d show me the pedis when I could have easily just been on one ticket. I WILL NOT return.

They arent even there most of the time.I appreciate the Owner for enhancing the atmosphere. Paul is still there. If you where use to the older crew get ready to learn who now is best to look forward too!

Fine Nails has always been my neighborhood shop. I went back for the first time in over a year due to Covid, and I was so pleasantly surprised with my return. They were CLEAN and sterile. They’ve upgraded the VIP deluxe pedicure and it was like Heaven. I couldn’t be more pleased. I’ll be back to my bi-weeklies without hesitation.

My nails never looked so good ❤️ The wait can be a little long, but worth the wait.

I took my niece to get her first mani pedi with and her toes and acrylics came beautiful! She loves them.

I discovered this place by accident and travel an hour to go every two weeks. They are very clean and does an excellent job on your nails and brows and lashes. Its like a mini spa. I love it here! And they follow CDC guidelines.

Do not go here. Worst experience of my life. Especially dont go to the guy at table 1, Michael!! He ripped off my old nails with the corner of a nail tip. Couldnt match the ombré I wanted and though he told me to tell him if I didnt like it after the first nail, once I told he, he had an attitude. I left having to pay $13 for his removal of my old set. Ridiculous unprofessional and rude.

I go here to get my eyebrows tinted and lashes if my lash tech busy... its always busy so I arrive super early. Hannah and Kate always do a great work. The guy working the door not the friendliest, I get it most of the time. The area and customers are rude af at times so he has to be strict.

This is my favorite spot. Everyone in this place is extremely nice. They always have something going on inside. This past Thanksgiving they had someone cater food. The food was delicious. The place is colorful and it provides a very relaxing environment. The facility is very clean and they are very organized. I always love my nails after leaving Fine Nails. The prices are right but the quality is even better!!!

Ive been going here for years and its always been decent. I had not been since COVID and went today because I had seen their signs about masks and restricting the number of people in the store to clients only. None of this happened. Several people without masks, lots of random people sitting that were not getting services, kids without masks... It was pretty hectic in there and very crowded. Pedicure was fine I just wish they were adhering to the COVID protocols they themselves have posted.

This nail shop was very rude then man had attitude and me and my friends been there for 45 minutes to a hour that’s not cool then he skip our names then when I told him he told me to leave and he said he doesn’t have time for me and I told him he’ll to the know so I’m going to need to owner to come in here fix this because this doesn’t make no sense the nail salon is fine nails at 2050 headland Dr. east point GA 30344 don’t ever ever go there unless you want to fight

The service is horrible. The workers don’t listen! The guy at the front desk is extremely rude. Didn’t try to understand anything I was asking. Has me sitting there an additional 30 minutes because he has a attitude about my questions. This will be my last time spending my money with them. I own several successful businesses in Atlanta and they need to be shut down immediately. They are not following any COVID protocols at all.

Service wasnt that great, got a pedicure and the nail tech didnt color my nails as instructed even after I pointed it out to her. I paid for the service anyway after I was there for over an hour but nail tech didnt receive a good tip from me this time.

I went to get my eyebrows and feet done. I got my feet done but had to wait for my eyebrows. So I have been there since 3pm. I told the lady Sarah Ive been there and my name been on the list. Another lady whose name was wayyy down the list said she was there before me when clearly our names and time shows who been there. Sarah insists on taking the other lady first. Then Sarah process to roll her eyes at me. She has an attitude and dont care about following the list.

They did a good job cant complain about that. Simply wish they place a sign saying that they add gratuity to the service. I mean Im a tipper no matter what. Yet i guess theyve had issues with ppl that didnt. Overall it was quality service.

Ive been going hear for years I stayed so long cuz I like how they do nails but hear recently especially since rona they have been ripping ppl off they always keep asking and thinking I want gel but I keep telling them I want regular acrylic

As you can see in the picturemy nail is chipping and they are less than two weeks old. Actually started chipping on the sixth day. This is SNS and should have lasted for about two weeks. I dont work with hands. Not acceptable first time getting SNS done here.. Ill continue with my pedicure n eyebrow but not SNS

The good thing about them you can go to any of them for eyebrow makeup,not sure yet about an arch and I got a pedicure and it was the truth, and I’m hard to please. The tip situation for the staff SUCKS and the front chairs need cleaning, other than that it’s on point.

My nails were clumpy, and when i asked him to fix my nails he got mad and made it uneven and they ended up looking nothing like the picture.

Eyebrows were done very nice by really tiny petite lady 1st time dont know her name.

Broke a nail and the front desk attendant insist on me remembering a name of who did nails last. He actually told me to walk around and find person after I said I just know it was a female. There were 6 available nail techs but by the time the 3rd female was speaking in foreign language about Idk, I guess not being the 1 who did my nails. I just left. 6 people and an hour and a half before closing and not 1 person could fix 1 broke nail. Terrible! Lost a customer for sure.

Im not sure how this salon has a over all 4 star rating. The service is mediocre at best. Ive been getting manicures since I was a little girl and I have never gotten one where lotion and massage (at least hands) was not included. I was told they only do that with gel manicures. Really? Absolutely ridiculous. I can file and paint my nails at home. I get manicures to pamper myself.. Maybe every 3 months or so. Maybe they shouldnt even offer regular manicures since they dont want to do them correctly. Oh.. And no cuticle remover, just water, pretending to push them back, and a little trimming. Not worth my hard earned money. I will keep looking for a decent nail salon in East point. :(

Kevin did my nails. My nails turned out perfect. The lady who did my pedicure was terrible. The polish job was very messy. Their prices are extremely high. They over charge for everything and it’s not worth it. Too many different nail techs. They even charge for the paper sandals you’re given after a pedicure. I still can’t understand that.

Do BOT go here! I Went there to get my nails taken off that I had done there a few weeks prior. She ripped my acrylics off instead of soaking them and in doing this she ripped out a chunk of my actual nail! I couldn’t do anything with my right hand until it started to heal. It’ll take months for it to grow out. If I could give them a lower rating I would. And they are not sanitary. When I got my nails put on he cut practically every finger filing them and I had to ask him twice to put alcohol on my fingers smh. Better believe he threw that same file right back in the container for the next customer.

First time here. I got a full set with nail art and a pedicure. I dont know the name of the lady that did my pedicure, but she did good. Linda did my nails. I showed her a picture and it was EXACTLY like the picture. Plus she was gentle. Cant figure out how to post a picture or I would. Thank you ladies!

I have been coming here for over 10 plus years, instead of the service getting better it has gotten worse over the years. Hours posted Monday thru Friday says 9:30 am until 8:30pm yet they dont get to the shop until after 10 am and the make up people dont get there almost 11 if that. Hours Saturday says 9 am its a line of people yet they get there 9:30 or later, NO RESPECT for CONSUMERS TIME but yet they want your MONEY makes no sense. They have lost a long time customer.

The nail service and customer service is deteriorating. Sloppy and rushed nails. If I cant half way pay, why would they be allowed to halfway do nails and get upset about it being brought to their attention? Out of ALL of the people who do pedicures there, only TWO do the job well, only ONE of those two do a job worth tipping for, and that would be Helen. Helen is the ONLY reason I still go into this place. When shes not there, I wont go. Everyone will give you a different price for the same service when it comes to manicures and/or fill ins, and most wont even clean up the nails in the process. Contrary to popular belief, lashes dont go on with nail glue, yet the ladies flock to get it done, and many refuse to fix their mistakes even if you havent left the shop yet. They will raise all kinds of you know what if you ask for a refund, all of a sudden they want to fix things. They also lie about their products, theres no such thing as gel powder, yet if you get gel polish, they charge for gel nails. Then the owner has the nerve to come on here to mention you could be taking money away from a single mother... How about making sure your customers are taken care of instead of making an attempt to make your PAYING customers feel bad for commenting on sub par service. STAY AWAY!

I’ve been patronizing this place since I was 9 and I’ll be 34 on May 20. The supposed owner and manager is the most nastiest and disrespectful individual I’ve ever encountered. He made me an appt for the next day then when I arrived the next day 30 mins early for my appt, he told me he wasn’t gonna honor it and that it was only made to shut me up. And then called the police on me. Livid is an understatement for how I feel. I’ve wasted money 2 days in a row on Ubering there only to not get service and to be treated like pure trash.

The store opens at 9am, its now 9:16 and no one is here. The line outside was about 25 people long, and they do not set appointments. its Saturday and its first come first serve. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because the eyebrow technician Lucky is always personable and does an amazing job everytime. His wait lines can get up to 2hrs long, but I know everytime I come to him I will leave satisfied.

3 fingers cut up to get a $7 discount. Holes and streaks in the finished polish and the pedicure polish is poorly done. My toenail was not even filed into a straight line. Im almost 100% certain there are not all licensed nail techs working in this place. The absolute poorest work I have ever allowed myself to walk out with. I just wanted it to be over. It was Sunday and I just didnt have the luxury of time to go anywhere else but Im most certainly not letting them touch me again. I am completely disgusted. The gentleman who cut my fingers did not even apologize. one finger was deep enough that I bled instantly and he did not throw this tool away. Another tech finished my nails for me but they need to take more pride in their work. Never ever ever again

I give this place two stars because they are very good at getting you in and out . That can mean good/bad or both . My friend and I went on a nail date . My nails and toes were done before my friends full set was done and we sat down at the same time . The lady put very little glue on my friends nails and my friend insisted she put more but the lady who was doing her nails stated they are fine . In fact they were not because a week later one nail pops off then later after that another pops off. Sucks right ? Now on to my nails . I have gel on my toes and nails . Why is my polish on my nails chipping ???? On my toes I have one toe that has no polish . Why is this ???? I spent $63 which is not much but I feel as though it was wasted . I will NEVER go back to fine nails .Oh yea.....now I have a nail that is lifting up . SUCKS

It’s always busy here because they do an amazing job on your nails. Wait time is usually 30 minutes to 1 hour on the wkends. It’s best to go during the week so you don’t have to wait.
