She did an awesome job, I got some many compliments on my hair. Everyone wanted to know where did I get my hair done at. One lady even took a picture of my hair.im very please, I recommend this shop for all your hair services. She even went and got right hair for me..awesome customer service. I will definitely return and look for some new customers.. love it

I found Jacque online and read some good reviews. What caught my eye was her name and the fact that shes only 5 minutes from my home. I went to her just to get my hair flat ironed. But she informed me that my hair could look better if I get additional services. I appreciated her honesty and professionalism so I went for it. I spent more than I wanted but I have no regrets. I love my hair and look forward to more visits in the future. I highly recommend her. And her son is a great addition too 👍

I learned about this salon from a Facebook group I am in. As soon as I read the post I called and made an appointment for my daughter to get box braids. The appointment was made 3 weeks in advance at 8 am to ensure she would get in and out. Sigh...that did not happen.When we arrived the stylist Jacque was finishing up with another client. We waited patiently expecting to be next. Nope! She worked on another client, then someone else walked in, and yet another client. In all, 4 people were seen before she chose to begin my daughters hair. I addressed that wed been sitting for 2 and a half hours. She explained she wanted to take care of everyone else and then dedicate her time to my daughter. Wrong answer! We made an appointment at 8. She obviously overbooked, which is probably how she runs her business.When she finally started my daughters hair, she hurried through. I changed the hairstyle a bit to add cornrows in the front. She made very large cornrows (probably to save time) and then added box braids in the back. The ends are frayed and not neat. This is far from the quality I read about. My other daughter looked at it and said, You paid how much because its sloppy! I paid $150 for a rushed hairdo that I was told takes 3 hours. She rushed and finished in about 1 hour. There are knots at the root instead of a seamless braid. This is string on some of the cornrows. Im still perplexed about that one. I was totally ripped off! No discount was even offered for waiting so long. Plus, she charged me the full price for box braids even though she only put them in 3/4 of her head. I was really hoping she would work out but I am still in search of a quality, professional stylist for my daughter.Update: a response to a review instead of personally contacting the client seems disingenuous. If you can call to confirm an appointment, you can call to offer an apology. SMH!

Ive been living in Atlanta for about a year and a half and have been bouncing around to different stylists. But now I think Ive finally found my home salon. The experience that I had yesterday with Jacque and her son Michael (who did a shampoo and silk press for me) was amazing. I was greeted with a smile and warm family welcome (even though everyone had their masks on- you can tell someone is smiling just by looking at their eyes). They treated me with nothing but kindness and my hair was done with love and care. Not only that but they were super accommodating to my current temporary disability. Modern salon, old school hospitality. I left with my hair laid and slayed. I cannot wait to go back for my next appointment. 🖤

I made a 10:30am appointment online with Jacque and did not leave the salon until after 6:30. Once I got home and really looked at my hair where it was not full and it was nothing like the photo I showed, and my aunt pointed out some imperfections that I couldnt see. My hair was also shaved and skint too low on the left. I was definitely Jacqued (jacked). I can say that she is nice but the wait time was unacceptable and the sew in was not great. I got no compliments.

My hair has never felt so amazing. The scalp treatment was great. Even the way my hair was dried. I left with extremely soft hair full of body. And everyone in the shop was extremely nice. Cant wait to visit again.

I have never been the type of person to visit salons regularly. In fact, I hated them. I always seemed to pay too much, not really get a style I was pleased with and my hair never got healthy.With Mrs. Jacque... I am there every single week! She has me and my daughters looking cute! Our hair is soft, manageable and healthy. She educates us on maintaining our hair, recommends styles that we each LOVE and does a great job every time. And many stylists only focus on 1 thing: short cuts, weaves, natural hair, braids etc.She has a wide range of clients with very different styles including all of the above. Every woman needs a Mrs. Jacque in her life!

Sent by god. I walked in from just getting my hair sewn in and was unhappy Jackie cut, styled and took the bulkiness out of my sew in. Great customer service I left out feeling cute and sexy. I came out at closing and she was friendly and still spent 2 hours doing my hair.

Where should I begin?The excellent service and care began upon calling to make the appointment; as it should. When I arrive I was captured by the salon itself; reminds me of an art gallery with nice artwork as well. My stylist is Jarrod he was informative throughout the entire process and careful to ensure I understood my process. My style of choice was starter locs so its quite new to me and I appreciated the information.An East Point gem is what I encountered today!

This was our 1st appointment, which was scheduled 2 weeks in advance. Being new we made sure to check in early, as no one was at the front desk we walked to the back, questioning if it was ok to just walk back, as this was our 1st time. Our appointment was at 11am, which the style chosen was scheduled for 1.5 hours & trim, scheduled for 30 minutes, we did not walk out of this salon until 3:45pm. At the end of the appointment I had to pull the stylist to the side and explain my disappointment in our 1st experience, to which I was provided the excuse of overbooking due to being closed on Easter, weather preventing appointments, etc, but still we had a scheduled appointment, and my granddaughter just sat while last minute bookings were taken over her 2 week advance scheduled appointment? I explained that I make appointments because my time is valuable & I expect it to be treated as, I would have had more respect if the stylist had come to me prior to a 2 hour appointment turning into 4 hours & 45 minutes. I might have thought about giving a 2nd chance if you had valued my granddaughter as a customer by offering to comp the trim as an apology for disregarding her time, but none of this happened, and as I stated to Jacque, you only get one chance to make a 1st impression, this was not what we expected.
