Quick service and they got my A/C working again.Edit August 4th 2021.Unfortunately the work I had done only lasted 2 days. Willy said my ac was holding a charge and would be fine. 48 hours later no more cold air. I havent had a chance to go back yet but I will soon. Hopefully the next visit will go as smoothly as the first.

Like I said customer service for me that means a lot and the gentleman that took care of me he was qualify he explained everything to me and he was friendly some of these employees have a day or Just bad manners should be working in customer service they treat you like you did something to them but this guy I really enjoy being there that makes a difference to me Thank you young man you were great And remember we all have bad days but the last thing you wanna do is go take it out on somebody that had a hard day themselves a smile makes a difference sometimes a smile changes somebody else’s bad day to a good day😁

I took my car to the Eagan Jiffy Lube for an oil change and was able to drive right in, no wait. I asked them if they could put my new license plates on because I had trouble getting the old ones off and they happily said they could. Unfortunately, one of the screws on the back plate was rusted/stripped/stuck and they had a tough time getting it off. They worked together to try different tools and one employee even went and got new screws out of his car that he had to put on his new plates. They went above and beyond and didnt give up, even though it was taking up time and one of their service bays. They found a solution and I was on my way. I cant say enough about how kind and helpful they were and I wouldnt hesitate to take my car here again.

Great guys recharged my ac and now it works great now just to try it out on my way back home to Pennsylvania thanks guys

Joe, the assistant general manager, was awesome. He was honest and straightforward about what his shop had to offer and the prices. He got me in and out of there quickly. He also installed brand new wipers I had bought at a different shop for free. Absolutely first class service and a great guy to deal with. I highly recommend these guys.

This Jiffy Lube location always does a great job. The staff are polite and helpful. They will recommend services but are never pushy. They will answer questions and are knowledgeable. Today they did a great job with social distancing. I stayed in my car for the oil change. They are also great with fluid top offs between changes. I have been using this location for years.

Super easy to get in and out for service. They also were very patient and willing to answer all of my questions. Most efficient oil change I’ve had in a long while!

The two gentlemen were very quick and polite. Chris al the circumstances of what they were going to do and what the prices would be. The other gentleman called out each step of the process to make sure no steps were over looked. In and out in under 15 minutes, if you value your time this is the place to go.

I always prefer bringing my car here for my oil changes because they have always been professional, pleasant, and honest. I decided today to write a review because today was an excellent example of this. The sticker from my last oil change (done when I had a repair done somewhere else) and the alert on my dashboard were telling me different things, so I decided to just bring it in because better safe than sorry. Im not car savvy beyond the basics, and they could have just done what I asked and taken my money and Id have been none the wiser. Instead they let me know my oil was fine, checked my tire pressure and fluids free of charge, explained why my car was telling me I needed a change, and let me know when I should bring it instead. They have a customer for life in me.

Went in for car oil change yesterday. It was a quick and clean service. Joe took his time to communicate and meet my accommodation for being as a deaf person. I am pleased with his patience and the team as well as they inspect my car. Joe also gave me the list of options of what I’d like to go with and allowed me to choose without pressuring me into anything unlike other car shops. I definitely will be coming back there again and will be referring this Jiffy Lube to my friends/families.

As someone with no car knowledge whatsoever, any sort of maintenance feels intimidating but this Jiffy Lube is one I can keep coming back to and know they are looking out for me! They talk to me about everything my car needs, everything thats looking good, and even let me know what I might need soon without ever making me feel pressured. They email me coupons and remind me when Im due, then do the oil change and so much more in such a crazy quick visit. Every person that has helped me out over the course of all my visits has been incredibly kind, honest, and knowledgeable. Today I got amazing help from Tim and was in and out in no time flat, feeling great about my car and definitely coming back when the time comes.

I been getting my oil changed, tires rotated and etc...here for about 5 years and Ive always been satisfied with the service they always provided for me. The staff there is amazing and most importantly they are very honest with you meaning they will never try to cheat you. I stopped by for an oil change on my way home from work. The gentlemen were so fast, I was literally in and out of there within ten minutes. Super nice, too. I like that I get reminder emails with coupons, but mostly I like that they work so quickly, & get me on my way. Absolutely recommend!

I’ve stopped in for oil changes and for a consultation on a possible leak. I’ve never had to wait for service and the mechanics are extremely friendly. They will even let you watch them do the work and explain what they are doing if you ask. Very reliable and convenient!

The staff is always friendly and courteous, the waiting area and bathroom are clean, and they dont try to push me into a bunch of services I dont need or want. They will recommend things, but its never a hard sell. I am always in and out quickly and LOVE the top off service! Especially in the winter when we go through a lot of wiper fluid. Yesterday one of my tires was a lot lower than the others so they made sure to let me know to watch it in case there is a slow leak. Have been taking cars to the Eagan location for years and dont plan on changing that.

I stopped in on my lunch break to get an oil change. They were so nice. So quick and even gave me a heads up on a coupon I could use. They pulled my car up and back it up to where i was standing when they were finished. Stellar service and incredibly friendly. Sometimes I go and get an oil change and I am worried I am getting screwed over... not here. I felt like they were friends of my dad... I felt like they were looking out for me. Will go here again!

I stopped by today to ask the price of a full synthetic oil change. I sat in the empty waiting area for 30 minutes and no one even acknowledge my existence. There were two workers that strolled in and out of there. I dont know if these people are nice or help other people out. Just not me.But apparently it was just not my day at Jiffy Lube. They might want to consider changing the name from Jiffy to Iffy Lube. If theyre in the mood to help you, then youre in luck. Roll the dice. I went elsewhere down the street for a much more pleasant and very helpful experience. You might say I took the correct turn this time at the V.

The crew was very quick, and I was out the door faster than Id expected. In the office they were very thorough when explaining the services, what my options were, and their recommendations.Ive been here several times now, very professional and great service.

Called everywhere to get a battery for my vehicle, it was a Sunday, and i had to go to work three next day. They were open and reasonable. They came right or to help me, and I took a walk when i came back they were finished with the car. Is called a few other places that werent open, and one that told me out would take two hours. I was satisfied with the service!

A rip-off, never gonna go there again. They tell you they will give you discount after you spend a certain amount of money, and will let you buy items for a buy one get the other for free deal, but come at check out, the discounts don’t apply as promised. They charge you for fluids which should’ve in the oil change price.

Tim and Trey were wonderful! My oil change was done in 10 minutes, my fluids were topped off, and the cleaning was offered but I told them I was going to get it cleaned afterwards so not to worry! Very professional, but fun enough to joke around with. My service was explained to me, and I look forward to seeing them again!!!

I have been going to this location for almost two years and I cant say enough positive things about the experiences Ive had. Service is always fast, even when they are very busy, and I am given an accurate wait time so I can plan accordingly. They only recommend necessary services, and I never feel as though I am being upsold to make a buck or being taken advantage of. The staff are extremely courteous and always friendly, they take the time to make customers feel comfortable while your car is being serviced. High-level customer service is often hard to find, and combined with the great job they do on my car, I will keep coming back!

My wife just had her cars oil changed here. Half the screws are missing from the bottom engine shield. It would be REALLY nice if you guys could put things back correctly. Makes me wonder if anything else was done wrong. This is why I do most of my own oil changes, cant trust the quicky oil change places to do things right.

I brought my vehicle in after having to jump my battery twice in a week. The battery isnt a brand they carry any longer, but I had a 5 year warranty. The GM, Tim, called his boss and he told him to replace it. I didnt realize they were closing in 5 minutes, but Tim, Cesar and Tyler were so nice and even checked my starter and alternator before replacing it. I have been there several times for oil changes and I will definitely always go there from now on.

Took in 3 company vans and they were fast and friendly. Even stayed open an hour late to do the third one. Changed oil, wiper blades, fixed tail lights, and topped off fluids.

I was pleased not to try to have services up sold or pushed to me... unlike other businesses that start with a V. Everybody was extremely friendly, I was greeted promptly with a smile and even though there was a a few cars ahead of me. I was out quicker than I expected! They took a long time. They asked me irrelevant questions such as do I live in a prior state. I felt that they were being bias towards me because I just want a jiffy oil change. I was in there for a long while. I felt uncomfortable. That is not customer service. UPDATE: this is a response to the owner, I WILL NEVER Come back there. Customer service is serious and if you can not do the least by giving a jiffy lube oil change, then you already messed up! It should never take a long time to give a jiffy lube oil change. The price is TOO high to be chatting! Get the job done right the first time!

I dont live on this side of town, but over here alot. When Im over here and I have to get my cars oil changed I will automatically go here. The manager at this store is super friendly and knows his stuff. Hes honest and trustworthy. For sure recommend these guys an their shop if you want in an out service an no wasting of time!

We were having problems with our battery over the last few days. The car needed jumped for no reason at all. So my wife found an old receipt that said we had a 5 year warranty on a battery we got from Jiffy lube. We went to the store and they tested the battery saying it was fine. They also told us the warranty was no longer applicable since they no longer carry that brand. After some discussion The Manager Tim called his boss and they agreed to honor the warranty because we were loyal customers in the past. Not to mention the store was scheduled to close in 5 minutes when we showed up. This store quickly changed the battery for free and gave us a new warranty. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! thank you Jiffy lube Eagan we will be loyal customers.

I went to Jiffy Lube for the first time and I will definitely keep going back! I have never been so impressed! I was helped as soon as I got in the door, speed of service was fast (about 20 minutes), employees were nice, they werent super pushy when it came to up-selling, and they gave me advice fur the future. The thing that sold me the most about this trip was the fact that I came in for just an oil change, and yet they did so much more. They vacuumed my car, cleaned the windows, topped off my fluids, and mentioned that for the next 3,000 miles I could go to any Jiffy Lube location and they would top off my fluids (which comes in handy with the salty roads in Minnesota in the winter). Thank you for the great customer service Jiffy Lube!

It was my first time at any Jiffy Lube. When I was having trouble figuring out how to get started, without being prompted an employee came out to help me. Both employees I talked to were amicable and explained everything well, despite having been at the end of a very long shift, and they did me a favor with a coolant top-off. Despite a line slowing things down, it wasnt a long wait. The location was small but clean.

So, living in snowy MN can be rough. I stopped at the Eagan location on my way home from work today as my wiper blade kept popping out. This is a new car to me and I didnt know how to fix this. I stopped in and asked if they could help me... the gentlemen came out and popped it in and said, There ya go... have a good rest of your day. How nice is that? Thanks for helping me out... made driving today way less scary.
