Came to get my new tires installed on my car. I had ordered them online and had them delivered here at this location. I stopped in a day before my appointment for the install to confirm they had received them, which they had, and to see if they could just do the install right then if they weren’t busy. They luckily weren’t and was able to leave my keys with them and come back later to pick up the car. I dropped off at around 12pm. Since I had seen a sign on their door that they would be closing early at 5pm I came back around 4:45pm to see if they where working on the install and because I hadn’t gotten any calls from them. They said it would be another 30 min and it would be done. I waited and when finished, the car was brought out front and the tires and install went great. The car rides like it’s supposed to and had no issues whatsoever. I only rate 3 stars because of the residue left on my tires and rims from the tire installs. I’ve never received my car back with any lube or residue whenever I’ve gotten my tires installed before anywhere, so I was a little upset when I saw that all over my new tires and wheels. Since the lube/residue was had dried, it took me a good 45 minutes when I got home to clean all wheels off but I still have some residue left in between the tire and rim I couldn’t get so I’ll just have to get in the next car wash. I know it may seem like something minor, but it’s the little things that make customers think twice about coming back to a certain location when that happens. I know maybe they where in a hurry to close early that day, but attention to detail and the little things is key in keeping customers happy and coming back. We’ll see if I come back for any other services in the future.

Bought new Firestone tires at the Eagan store, probably my 5 set of tires there - at low speed they were very smooth. When I drove back to our cabin I noticed on the highway that they were not balanced - lots of vibration. Brought them back to another Tires plus closer to the cabin (40 miles away) -- turns out that they were never balanced in the first place. Now the tires still make the truck shake and we have to go back yet again. This is a little frustrating to say the least.

Not a great experience from this place. Bought 4 tires with the warranty. Both flat tires Ive had they said I had to drop the car off and leave it for possibly a day. Took it in and they told me the evap sensor was bad charged 300 dollars for a 20 dollar part and maybe 10 minutes to install. Part when bad in 5 months they replaces it and didnt even hook the air snorkel up properly so I took it back and he told me it was hard to get on so they had 3 techs trying to figure out how to reinstall a air snorkle.smh

I had call the shop to set up time for my car at first the ask me to hold which o understand sometimes be busy but when i got chance to speak i got ignored by asking me for my name and phone number which i did and i been told we will call you back which never happen its not the company its more the workers i will not recommend this location maybe some others locations 👎👎

Not sure if there is new management or if they just dont care anymore, I had this rated 5 stars but will have 2 bring it down to 2. Had two separate appointments one for an oil change which was scheduled a week in advance I drive there and they tell me it was too busy and too reschedule and gave me a 15% off coupon. This previous time I made an appointment a day before just a general inspection and brought my car in. 2 hours of waiting and I head back to the store after walking around the area they tell me they were too busy to look at it. Probably will be avoiding this location for the foreseeable future.

I went in to get a tire rotation done and the mechanic told the sales guy that it wouldnt do me any good and since they didnt need to do any work they didnt charge me for the visit. Both of them were very professional and I respected them telling me that versus just doing the work and charging me.

Sunday afternoon flat tire. Big nail in it. Bought the tires at Costco - never again. Tire had 23lbs in it, enough to get to Costco. They said they were too busy and would make an appointment for Wednesday - TO FIX A FLAT! Car has no spare - it will now. Costco employe was snotty as heck. Went to Firestone - tech had to go home early. Discount Tire - closed. Tires Plus Eagan, (with 10lbs air in it) these guys were professional, helpful and had me back on road on fixed tire in 15 minutes. At the end of their work day to boot! No more big discount store. Tires Plus Rocks!

Ive been a customer for many years. This last visit I was quite disappointed because it took me two visits to complete everything just to fix a flat tire. I had to make an extra trip from my home because they were short staff. However repeatedly hearing all of their problems and issues about their staffing was really none of my concern and I just wanted my vehicle done without having to make a wasted trip back. I received many many excuses but not really a sincere apology or credit or refund for the inconvenience. Instead I was told that I should just be grateful that they were open and had somebody there to service me on Sunday. Not the most professional thing to say.

Driving to the cities from out of state I noticed a vibration at Hwy speed. They got me in right away. Balanced, rotated, and properly inflated my tires. Only took one hour on a busy Saturday morning. Now my ride is smooth. Very good service!

Came in, Purchased 4 of their tires. Got them on. Took them 3 hours to do so... but whatever they were “busy”. I get my car back and last time I checked... you didn’t need to take the dash apart to change tires... now I got electrical problems with my stereo. Took it to another shop, and they asked me if I attempted to fix the issue since there were loose wires everywhere behind my radio! DON’T GO HERE UNLESS YOU ABSOLUTELY HAVE TO!!!!

They did an excellent job. Found my oil leak to be a loose filter. They did not do my previous oil change.

I just dont like their warranty on their tires. When my Firestone tire blew within its warranty period, they did not honor their warranty. Sams Club or others would.

Had the appointment at 2pm, arrived on time. Was told that they need 1 hour to do an oil change. Waited in the shop for 35 minutes without even seeing my car being touched by anyone. Asked again how long they need to do an oil change still, the answer was still one hour! I am even their credit cardholders. The manager just had a scorn on his face, didn’t care at all . if they don’t respect their customers’ time they definitely don’t care about your cars either.

Stop there because my car told me that there was problem with my air in my tires .A nice gentleman named Daniel help me checked it all out reset it checked my oil looked everything over.Everyone there seemed very friendly.Thanks to Daniel I felt a lot safer when I left.I service with tires plus usually in Richfield.if I lived in Eagan I would definitely service with them there.I recommend them theyre very nice n helpful.Thx you.😊

I worked with Gabe and Patrick. Patrick was good but Gabe was amazing. I explained my concerns with my car, muffler, power steering, oil leak, tires, sway bar. Ya I was neglecting her for a bit and I did the 26 pt inspection and Gabe called me quick and explained it all to me for what they saw and what I needed to get done now and what should get done but maybe could wait. They had the parts in stock and were able to get everything and some more done same day! Gabe even let my little look in the back quick and take look under a car! Very professional friendly and cost flexible/understanding. I have come here a few times and these guys have always taken car of me!

Worst. Experience. Ever..... Brought the car in on three separate occasions to get an alignment done. Made an appointment for all three and it takes them over an hour before they even pull it it. I dont think the understand what an appointment means. Every time I brought it in, they say they couldnt do the alignment because something needed to be replaced and were quick to offer me a quote to fix it. I took it somewhere else to get that repair done and bring it back for an alignment only for the to say something else was damaged. After the third time they actually made my alignment WORSE. This is absolutely infuriating. This was the final straw for me. Worst shop ever. Never take your car here

Failed to complete job as requested. Went in for an alignment and to correct the steering wheel, as it was not centered when driving straight. It feels pretty much the same as when I left it and the wheel is actually MORE off-center than when I left it. And they took 2 hours to leave it like this.Take your money somewhere else if you can help it. I certainly wont spend another dollar here. Bonus star for not physically breaking it.

They do good mechanical work on your car but I think theyre expensive compared to others in their field. Theyre not my first choice when I need automotive repairs or maintenance work on my car. Walstead automotive is my usual and preferred choice.

Where do I began for starters the older heavyweight white guy lied and said they were not open on Sunday and in reality they are. Dropped my car off to get an tire rotation and oil change done which shouldn’t take more than an hour or two SIX hours later they haven’t even pulled in my car to began the work on it. I decided to just to take my car since they have an hour before they closed and it probably wouldn’t be ready to began with.

My experience this week was fantastic! I specifically want to call out Patrick and Aaron. Patrick made the process timely, personable and kept me informed through my repairs. Also- he was very easy to talk to! Aaron was the wonderful technician that worked on my vehicle. He was very friendly and was happy to take the time to explain to me (and show me) the work performed. They both made me feel that they truly appreciated my business and wanted to help and that meant a lot! Tires Plus Eagan is lucky to have these 2 team members taking such good care of their customers!

My wife and I brought her car in to get a new tire. When we tried to leave we found out the car wouldnt start. We were then told in the process of replacing the tire, they left the car lights on and killed the battery. They then tried to sell us a new battery offering a 20% discount. The customer service is severely lacking. Since they killed our battery they should have offered to replace it for free instead of trying to sell us one. Needless to say I wont ever go to this or any other Tires Plus. The most frustrating part was that we were outside in 10 degree weather with a technician. My wife requested a battery test, the tech said he would go and check, whatever that means. We waited outside upon his instructions. We waited outside for 10 minutes and he did not return. The tech had gone on break leaving my 8 month pregnant wife outside in the cold. This is inexcusable and unforgivable.

Completely awful. Got my brakes done less than a year ago, 5 months later they were squeaky so I brought it in and they didn’t even take my tires off to look at them, just test drove my car and said it was fine. Now my brakes are grinding and I’m having to pay a thousand dollars for pads, rotors, and calipers. Brakes should last WELL over a year. Stay as far away from this place as possible. Thieves.

Tire prices are good, if you schedule an appointment they are pretty solid about getting you in and out in the time frame they quote. Other places have gimmicks which makes it hard to understand the real price your paying. 1st place I go to.

I got a flat tire. I had originally purchased from Discount Tire but they were already closed at 6pm so I went to this store. David the tire specialist was great. They were willing to put the spare on for me for no charge. (It was less then 7° out so wanting to change my tire was low on my want To Do List) I was very thankful they were willing help and they stayed passed their closing time to get everything done right.

I bought new tires from there 6 months ago and they started peeling on me. Brought it back in for faulty tires. They prorated me and still charged me to put new ones on. Then I heard a grinding noise on my truck after new tires were put on. Sitting here now for the third time. Most of staff was rude and didnt inform me of what was going on. I would also like to add that my time spending there I noticed that they were pushing extra work to be done on vehicle to every customer. You need this done and that done. They also did that to me 2 times I was there. They also seemed extremely under staffed. Do not recomend at all.

After sales service is terrible. They will do nothing to get you in to fix a quick issue that could be addressed in 10 to 15 min. When you buy tires they tell you about everything they will do for you when you have a issue but good luck getting in for a repair. They always want the car dropped off for the day to fix a simple flat tire. Many of us to not have multiple cars that would allow this.

I made an appointment easily online. When I arrived, they got me in right away and got me out sooner than the estimate had said. Decent staff and close to plenty of shopping in case you dont want to sit and wait.

Absolutely terrible service! They are a corporate run culture that will try anything to upsell you on things your car doesnt need. I will never go to Tires Plus ever again. Youll have a much better experience at some of the local small independent shops in the area. Check out Homestead Auto & Tire right next door to the Discount Tire in Eagan. They are honest and great!

My husband and I had a horrible experience at Tires Plus off Town Centre Drive this weekend. I had a flat tire on Sunday in Minneapolis. We had to take the wheel off and bring it in to a Firestone and have a new tire put on it, and then put it back on the car. It was the front passenger side tire. In efforts to even things out we decided we needed to have one of the other tires replaced so we would have two new tires, not just one new and three old. We decided to bring it to our trusted neighborhood Tires Plus to get one new tire, on the front drivers side. We dropped the car off around 9:30 that morning and left it there for the day. Around 2:30 my husband called to check in on the status of the car. He was told it would be done before 5. He had a friend drop him off there since I was working. When he got there he was told that the technician broke the tire pressure sensor when he was replacing the tire and they were fixing that at no charge and he would have to wait. Half an hour later it was done, he paid, and went out to the car. He then noticed that the car still only had one new tire. He went back inside and asked the customer service manager what went wrong. He was told that I told them to change the front right tire... When I clearly remember saying front DRIVER SIDE! They literally took off a brand new tire that had less than 20 miles driven on it and put on another brand new tire. Wouldn’t you think that they would notice that all 3 other tires are 4 years old and ask themselves if that actually seems like something a customer would ask them to do?!?! They weren’t even remorseful. Idiots. My car was there for 9+ hours to get one tire put on... ridiculous. Go across the street to Discount Tire!

New update 6/24/2018We have been very long term customers we had been very happy recently things have changed dramatically.I had an appointment for an oil change I. there and they had lost the appointment. There was no apology there was no help. I had to wait for over an hour for an oil change.Then I brought my sons car in for some service. There were 2 problems that we had notice and wanted repaired. They gave us a for those 2 items and then of course added a timing belt recommendation. We told them not to do the timing belt and that was fine. But when I returned with the completed service I noticed the price charged was last then what was quoted. The agent had no idea why it was less... Then a week or so later I noticed one item of work that we wanted done wasnt done. And they didnt tell us that the work was not done.Finally yesterday my wife got an oil change we brought the vehicle home and noticed significant oil on the garage floor. We immediately returned it and ask for a call to tell us what was wrong. So this morning when we call to see if the issue is fix no one had any idea.The main issue that appears to be happening is the complete lack of communication. My trust in the store has been severely shaken. Its time to start looking for another auto service provider.Original reviewI always use tires plus in Eagan. They may not be the cheapest but they are incredibly flexible and convenient and they have always done right by us. Once we replaced the transmission in my sons old Ford Escort. Within a few weeks it had failed again because the shifter was the real cause of the problem. They happily replaced to transmission and gave us a huge discount on the shifter.

If I could give this place ten stars, I would. I called randomly to see if they happened to have time for an alignment. Not only were they super nice on the phone, they got me in right then and there. I was out within 20 min and my car drives fantastic. Overall great experience.

Had an appointment scheduled, it took them almost an hour just to get my car taken into the garage. Overall waited 90 minutes just for an oil change. I’d recommend taking your vehicle somewhere else to get work done.

I ordered a set of tires for my car online, called the place to confirm my order and appointment time. The guy said he got it but they dont have the tires I ordered as they dont even stock those in at that store. I asked how long would it be until arrive and I was told that they dont know!!! Then the guy tried to sell me a set of 4 tires for $670.00 compared to my online order $329.00 out the door price!!!!I fixed it by ordering on amazon for less than $329.00 with tires installed by preferred amazon installers.

All the negative reviews you see here are accurate. In my few visits to Tires Plus, I encountered only one employee who wasnt rude. My latest visit about a month ago was the straw that broke the camels back. The person at the desk was extremely rude. He openly mocked my name when I signed in. I brought the car in to replace my headlights. They charged me 50 bucks just to take the car in. After 90 minutes of waiting they told me it would cost an additional $130 to change the headlights. Told them to give me my car back and I would take my business elsewhere.Heres the capper, on the free diagnostics check they said I had a massive oil leak...I took it to the dealer and they saw no such problem. Took it to another auto shop and they couldnt find any oil leak either. They tried to manufacture a problem and fix something that wasnt broken.In short, you could find a better auto shop by opening up a phone book, closing your eyes, and pointing to one at random. Stay away from these crooks!P.S. got my headlights fixed at Valvoline for $44 total.

Although it did cost quite a bit of money, I took my Honda Civic in to have the transmission replaced. They could not find a new one or a used one, so they covered the cost of having a company build a new one. The transmission runs great and the task was complete about 5 days early than they had first said. Quick and easy. Lifetime customer of tires plus

DO NOT GO HERE!!! They may give you the cheapest quotes for a car repair (thats why I initially went there) but the parts they put in are CHEAP and WILL BREAK!!I first went in because my vehicle was having a hard time starting. They determined that my fuel pump was bad. Fair enough, thats kind of what I expected was wrong. Then the sales manager very slyly convinced me that the front breaks needed to be replaced so I went with it. While they were at it, they checked for leaks in my A/C and recharged it.I drive my car off of the lot and get onto the freeway and my car starts dying. Just completely stalling and shutting off. So they came with a tow and brought it back to the shop where they determined it was a bad fuel pump and they would replace it. So I get my car back again and no more than 24 hours after my car is having a hard time starting AND my A/C doesnt work anymore. So they determine that its ANOTHER bad fuel pump and NOW my A/C is leaking and needs a new condenser. So I (stupidly) okay the condenser to be replaced and he calls back shortly after telling me that they broke a pressurized line and its going to cost another $150 to replace. Bah.. okay so I did it (again, stupidly). So I get my car back and NO MORE THAN 12 HOURS LATER the A/C stops working. So I AGAIN bring it back to them and now its the Evaporator which is leaking and it will cost $894 to replace. Thats when I finally stopped.SPARE YOURSELF THE TIME AND MONEY BY GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! They WILL give you the runaround until they get the most money out of you as they can!!!!

No regard to customers who have been loyal. My family and I have been customers for over a decade and we will never return. Prices are more than others in town. Wait time is always long even with appointment. Mechanics are not experienced. Had to return my car 3 times for the same issue. Jiffy lube is across the street and much more fair in prices and wait time.

NEVER trust this shop or these people with your vehicle. I took my truck here for a simple oil change because it was too hot and humid to do it myself. I brought them my own oil filter, which they said they would use. They didnt use it and didnt tell me they didnt use it until I found it sitting in my passenger seat. I left without doing a walk-around inspection because I trusted them. I went to get gas and when I came out the gas station I noticed my passenger side for the first time. Tires Plus bent my entry step. I took my truck back and the service manager Peter said they would fix it. I told them I wanted it replaced with one that matched the existing one on the other side. Peter said he would talk to his manager. Store manager Gabe called and, after two attempts to find a matching step, offered me $100 after they bent it back as best they could. I said no and that they had to replace what they damaged. He finally said he would buy new steps. I offered to be helpful and look for the closest match I could online. When I found a set similar to the original I called Gabe and advised. The set was about $650. Gabe said, Thats too rich for my blood., which made me think Thats the reason you have business insurance. Gabe said he found a cheaper set and that it would arrive on 7/13/19 and he would call to have me bring my truck in. No call came so I called and was told they hadnt come and to bring it in on Monday (7/15) and Gabe would have a rental car ready. I brought my truck back. No rental car for me to get to work. The steps Gabe ordered were completely different in style than the original ones. When I tried to point out why would not work, Gabe brushed me off and said he had more pressing things going on. They were running boards, not steps, which are two totally different styles and would not mount correctly on my truck. Gabe took me out to my truck and proceeded to insult my vehicle saying it was rusty and coming apart in pieces. I didnt want to deal with him anymore, so I took the $100 offer and left. The people here are rude and inconsiderate (Gabe told me this issue wasnt worth his time) and when they do something wrong they play games and wear you down until you give in. DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR BUSINESS.

I arrived at the Eagan Tires Plus, driving on a spare tire on a cold, rainy evening, 20 minutes before closing. The Service Advisor was extremely accommodating and the techs put on my two new tires in less than half an hour! Even though they had to stay after closing, the Service Advisor and two technicians were friendly, professional and gracious. I appreciated their helpful attitude tremendously. I will continue to go to Tires Plus, Eagan, MN, for new tires!

Have been using Tires Plus for all oil changes and a set of tires over the past few years. They are always pleasant, helpful, and quick!May 2018 Update - Still a 5 star experience. I purchased a set of tires and there was confusion between what I was quoted and what they could put on the car. Steve jumped in, presented options, and made the pricing work out so they could meet the quote. Ive always had good experiences here.

Im writing this post because my vehicle is still not ready. I had an appointment at 7am promised it would be ready at noon. Its 230pm and my vehicle is still not done.My vehicle finally was ready at 330pm.Ive been a customer for over 20 years and the service has deteriorated over the last year. When they started making excuses for why it wasnt done really upset me. Im not sure if I will be a customer in the future.

Thorough, Professional business. I took my vehicle to get looked over because of loud noise, thinking transmission problem. The highly trained mechanic took vehicle for test drive, up on lift for visual look and found the problem to be something else. Not only did he find the noise, in visual inspection he found another problem which could have had dire consequences. The drive shaft bearing was shot. I was shown the problem directly. The safety of the vehicle was utmost in his mind. He should be commended for his attention to detail. Exceptional work was accomplished at this automotive business. Recommend highly.

I initially went to Burnsville at opening on a Friday and they denied me service since they were booked until the following Tuesday so I called Eagan and Gabe told me to bring in my car. I wanted to get my tires switched out to winter tires and he let me wiggle into the already booked schedule they had and he had me out the door before I had work at 5 PM. I deliver for my job and this was absolutely crucial that I had winter tires. He saved my butt. Excellent service. Granted it did take almost the whole day to get my tires mounted since I merely just did a walk-in on a busy day and they had to order the tires to the store, he still got me out the door before I had work!

This Tireplus locations used to be excellent customer service. Now I had scheduled alignment check at 3:30 pm. Vehicle was out at 3:57pm.98$ your vehicle is ready without checking with customers before confirm the alignment..previous employees always confirm with customers before they proceeds any work. Not even offer alignment 1x,3year,or lifetime..and then I have to ask for lifetime alignment. So anyway here the real issue with the store Manager Gabe Lopez. Drove my vehicle off to get home. My vehicle started to swirl mostly left then Right.on the road every 5min my vehicle swirling,cornering is out of balance every brake is started to make noise and sqeeking. Scare the hell out of me. I drove back to the tireplus. The bad part Gabe LopezDidnt not Agree. As a store manager wow bad customers service,attitude even on the phone with customers I see the whole time wait. My vehicle was running perfectly in 7 year and though I get alignment check. They mess up my vehicle alignment. Gabe Lopez was not nice..dont want step at that location again.Thank you.

Took forever just to get my tire rotated and balance. Didnt tell me when its gonna be done. Just absolutely terrible service here in eagan.

NEVER EVER bring your car here for ANYTHING other than maybe tires! I would even be hesitant then. End of January had a sound of water sloshing behind my dashboard. They diagnosed it as a crack in the thermostat housing unit. They put in WRONG one at first, NO heat and driving my kids around. They said Chrysler modified the part and was lied to that they didnt use after market parts! Found out they did and they ordered the part directly from Chrysler. FIVE days in a ROW I brought it to their shop. FIVE! Still was hearing water behind dash. Drove for another 4 weeks or so and now temperature running hot. I called my bank to have remaining money refunded but they told me I had to try and resolve with merchant first. They gave me partial convenience credit and I needed full refund because NOBODY knew what they were doing! All I heard was how their two certified Chrysler mechanics were passionate about the cars and work. Time to refresh your skills and knowledge as I brought to a much more competent garage who diagnosed the problem as a blown head gasket which they said was problem from the START!!! They actually could tell almost instantly by engine idle and start up and explained that was cause of sloshing water sound. I drove around for SIX WEEKS with my kids back and forth. I contacted corporate 3 times which they all said 48 hour turnover time and ZERO response from them. Second time calling they asked if the original shop managers called. Nope! Afraid to sound and look dumber and incompetent as ever. I will NEVER EVER bring my car into a tires plus again!!!! EVER!!!!

Came in for a popped tire and after their inspection of the tire I signed an invoice for $0 for the free repair. The next day I came in to a different worker telling me that the tire is beyond repairable and it will be $100 for the new tire exchange they made. When I asked why my signed invoice is voided they claimed that worker was helping from another location and they were short on staff. After I payed the $100 they were still in possession of the $0 signed invoice sheet, and when asked for it they didnt let me have it as it was their only copy until I told them to scan and copy it with the machine behind them. Just very unprofessional..

Scheduled an appointment to have some tires and TPMS sensors installed - and they flat out refused to install my sensors. Theyve installed parts ive provided in the past, why the refusal now? I cancelled on the spot and am going elsewhere.

We had our car towed to Eagan Tires Plus after a late night blowout. The next day we received excellent service from Lynsey. She reassuref me that she understood my problem, got me on my way with my spare and ordered a replacement tire for installation the next day Great service!

UghhhhI should have checked reviews 7/ 2017 when I bought tires from Tires Plus while in a crisis.I had two appointments for my FREE tire rotation.After waiting one hour the first time the manager asks me to reschedule. I made the appointment for the following Monday at 7:00 AM. I was there at 6:50AM!! He stated he could not see me today.He did not offer any option but to drop the car off for the day!!!I felt like I wasted two mornings of time.I calmly left.I contacted Corporate on their website.Corporate never got back to me!I took my car to Disciunt Tire...I was treated in a much different courteous way!!!Don’t go to Tires Plus!!!!!!

Went to Tires Plus after a disappointing visit to Discount Tire and was thoroughly impressed with the service I received. The Service Manager Jason Hall was extremely professional and courteous. I tried to do the online survey however it said they were not accepting anymore surveys at this time. Thank you very much for your service Jason.

BROUGHT MY CAR FOR AN ALIGNMENT. THEY COULDNT ALIGN THE REAR LEFT BECAUSE THEY DIDNT WANT TO DEAL WITH A RUSTY NUT. LAZY! ON TOP OF THIS THEY BENT A WHEEL (PROBABLY HIT A CURB) DURING THE TEST DRIVE. NEED-FOR-SPEED !DONT EVER GO TO THIS CIRCUS!

Very friendly people! Didnt know what size of my tires I needed and Dennis W. really helped me out; he went out and looked and gave me a great price. They had the best prices and best service, I am forever a tires plus customer.

They do have low prices but the customer service is a hit and miss. I have changed all 3 of my cars tires here but the service after that is horrendous. Especially with one person (forgot his name) with the long beard. I was sitting in the lobby area waiting for my car service when I heard him on the phone with another customer and he was not happy and slammed the phone (nearly broke it). He was rude to the other customers that came in after that too. If you have to be front facing customer service person then you should learn to be understanding and pleasant not rude. Go to a place where they want your business - this place does not care...........

There are better choices like superior auto

You advertise a 30 min oil change with an appointment. After waiting for 40 min I asked when I could expect my car to be done. The guy at the front desk said (very snotty tone) well we got busy its only a few min. late it will be done soon what do you expect It ended up being over 1 hour. Since this post I did go back for my free oil change, they did it for free and were much nicer to me...so maybe they see these reviews and try to do better? Hope so

I have had a lot of work done here everything from maintence to tires. Brought my truck in last week for a routine oil change and rotation. During the inspection their technician Pete discovered a few things that needed to be done before I went out of town. He quickly got these serviced( front pinion seal and belts). Now the truck is running better than ever and I am ready to go on my trip. No other place I would go.

While this location has been decent to me a few times.. the last time I went, to have a rear-brake problem fixed (they removed all my tires in the process & gave me a quote on front brakes too), I got a nasty surprise a month later. So Im driving down Cliff Road, when suddenly, luckily after I crossed Highway13 & had decreased my speed to ~15 mph, my wheel starts shaking and the next thing I know, my front-drivers-side tire fell off.. rolling in & out of traffic.I was told that it wouldve been caused by loose lug-nuts; meaning whoever removed all my tires last, wouldve been guilty. So, I was towed back to Tires Plus and told the desk-jockey what happened.. but he informed me, No, not from us. Were professionals here; its what we do. With all the checks we do, theres no way we wouldnt fully-tighten lug-nuts. Well.... a week later, after they had a 3rd-party inspector check it out... they, of course, repaired my wheel and dented fender for free, as well as paying my towing fee. I didnt raise hell or anything, like I guess I easily could have.. as if that wheel fell off at 55+mph.. well.. who knows what may have happened.So yea.. I was glad they fixed the problem & apologized, but I certainly wont be going back there again.

Had been to this store as it was convenient & had some good experience earlier but after the work was done this time, in few days i noticed some sound and found one part hanging down next to wheel. Since the inspection, service, repair and wheel alignment work worth $1980 done few days back i approached the same store in eagan to inspect and have a fix, they say no appointment for next few days since shortage of mechanic. Didnt bother to look into the vehicle even the work was done by them in less than a week and i requested them fix may not take more than 15 mins as its some screw or bolt has come out. Dont expect any service after work done.

Made an appointment online, got a confirmation email, and came in for my scheduled service.Upton arrival, I was notified that “due to snow” they cancelled all of their oil change appointments. Not only is that a poorly crafted excuse, they didn’t even have the decency to contact me via email or phone call to notify me of the cancellation.With so many available maintenance locations I would highly advise against patronizing this business.

So I made an appoint 4 days ago to swap out winter tires, oil change and alignment- asked how long it would take and I was told 2 hours - said great I will take the 11:00 appointment that was available and asked if picking it up at 1:30 would be a problem. I was told no problem! So I dropped it off 1 hr early - remind them of the appointment and timeline - no problem. Called at 1:00 and was told they hadn’t started it. After asking in disbelief how that was possible I was told they were busy. I asked “why did I make an appointment”. The response was “ so you don’t have to sit around here for 6 hours” - direct quote. I would be ashamed to be that persons manager or the owner with that kind of customer service Seriously - not even an “I apologize for the inconvenience”Can I get my money back on that “lifetime alignment service we purchased”? Because I really don’t ever intend to bring them any more business.

This was the 5th location I contacted this week to schedule a basic oil change. All other locations near me had no appointments available. Scheduled an appointment even though it was a 30 minute drive. Showed up 15 minutes early, was told it would be complete within the hour. Two hours later my vehicle hadn’t even been looked at. No explanation or apology what so ever. I had waited in the waiting room for two hours and specifically made an appointment and showed up early!! Took my keys back and left... Absolutely ridiculous!!

I need to fix a tire that had a slow leak on it. I looked online to check out the local tire retailers and saw that Tires Plus had 2.1 stars. I read the reviews and thought I should avoid this place. Well, last night after I got home from work and at dinner, I drove to a tire retailer to get my tire fixed. The retailer was closed. Right from where I was standing I saw the red lit Open sign on Tires Plus door.I thought, crap. Well, I went because I just wanted to get this tire fixed. When I arrived there were two employees I interacted with. They were both polite and friendly. We briefly chatted. I saw the interaction with the other customers were just as fine.This is just my experience. I dont question or doubt that people had bad experiences. But my experience was just what I wanted it to be. So I wouldnt avoid this place based on my experience. But it could be the employees you work with.

Called about getting an oil change, tire rotation and possibly get a set of new tires the man I spoke with, I believe his name was Gabe basically cut me off and said let me call you back in a little bit to schedule. Never took my name or number and never called back. Needless to say they have lost my business.

Im not from MN and up here work. I spent all night looking for a place to help me with my 2010 Ford Fusion transmission slipping. Every place I stopped at could not help me since they did not know what type of transmission fluid my car took since it was a Ford. I was getting very frustrated at this point. I happen to see Tires Plus and decided to make one last attempt. The customer service rep Jason I talked to was very helpful. Even though he was not sure exactly what type of transmission fluid my vehicle took since Ford requires a a certain type depended on the transmission. He told that I should call him first thing in the morning with my VIN # and he would call Ford and order a quart for me after giving me his card. So I did just that, and after work I went down there to. I decided to get my oil change too since I was there. Come to find out my fluid level for my transmission was in the o.k. level. Jason did not charge me for the fluid since he did not have to use it even though he had to get it from Ford. On top of that he gave me a discount on my oil change and gave me GREAT advice on where to take my car to get looked at when I return back to Sioux City, IA. Not the shop name but what type of shop would be better qualified. So I would definitely recommend this location for their outstanding service. Thank you Tires Plus

I went to top plus to get a tire repair May 23rd 2020 the guy came out told me the Thai couldnt be fixed and tried to charge me $859 for full tires took the tire over to discount tires they fix the flat for free I would recommend Tires plus to any of my friends

Recently replace 4 tires, service on time. Price was ok, they honour the competitors price. Did not get 200% difference back, but at least get the lowest sale price from competitor. I would recommend this location, special for those who travel around. Tire plus stores are cross country.

I have been getting my family of vehicles serviced here for about three years. Yes the prices are higher but the customer service and somewhat flexible scheduling made up for the prices. In the last 9 months I noticed the work performed was not up to par. There were things missed by the technician. Appointments that ran excessively late by three hours one time and 90 minutes another time. Most recently one of the staff was rude and borderline disrespectful. I did not appreciate that at all. I will not be using them again. Too bad because we are a family of four vehicles.

Ive been completely satisfied with my service after every visit. They never try to sell me products or services that I dont need. Everybody is very friendly and they do a great job.

Absolutely horrible store. I dont need to complain about the service nor the price because I never even got my car worked on. No need to write the full explanation...everyone else in the world is in agreement this store puts a bad taste in everyones mouth. DO NOT GO HERE.

I had a very unpleasant experience at this store while trying to inspect and repair a single tire. They ignored my original service request and charged me for a repair that was not performed. Before leaving the store, I realized that my original request was not fixed and requested clarification on the charge, the answered was we are sorry, we will give you your money back. There was not a minimal willingness to help me solve my original request besides trying to sell me 4 new tires. Good luck!

About four or five years ago I took my S-10 into Tires Plus @ 3595 Krestwood Lane, Eagan, Mn. for my brakes. They said the rears were only about 70% worn but the front discs and pads needed replacing. Fine and dandy. They worked fine. Two years ago I returned to the same Tires plus for the rears. They couldnt turn my drums so they had to replace them. My front disk pads were only 50% worn. For two years I had nothing but problems with my rear brakes. I turned them once but they still gave me problems such as squealing when coming to a stop and locking up on wet and snowy roads. I finally had enough when I almost rear end another truck after the rears locked up again because my ABS was failing me. I went to an auto store and bought a new set of drums for the rears and that fixed it; so I thought. Two days ago I went to a different tire store and upon inspection I was shown my front disks. And to my surprise the front disk pads were still only at 50% because the brakes werent fully functional because the disk pads were were overlapping the disks. So I still didnt have any ABS. Today (6-8-12) I went to an auto parts store for a new set of disk pads and replaced them. I found that Tires Plus had put a set of disk pads on my truck that were 1/8 over sized! No quality service here! Im done with a business that insists you need all new parts and cant put a quality or proper part on my vehicle for the purpose of my safety and others plus those in other vehicles around me.
