Been bringing vehicles here for various reasons for a few years. Professional staff and quality work each time. They give recommendations for additional work but Id advise to shop around for best price as they are on the high side. Would recommend.

Great customer service and fair pricing! Had to get my AC repaired and a few parts replaced with that. They were able to take care of me on short notice and finished the job quicker than expected. Matt, the manager, is awesome and took the time to explain anything I asked. Im always nervous about finding a place to take my car that I can trust, but I felt good coming here and will be back for anything that comes up in the future.

Firestone Complete Auto Care provided great service. Had a tire problem, and they got me in right away, without an appointment, fixed my tire and was back on the road in no time. While I was there another customer was expressing appreciation for the emergency service they provided him. Nice, friendly people and a well maintained shop.

Great place! Our car broke down and even though they were very busy they were able to get my car in and done on the same day. This is our only vehicle and with the bus service not up and running at full speed, we need our car. Great service!

Showed up for an early appointment and waited 20 minutes and no one showed up. Called another store to see if stores were open. They were but Eagan store was not. Not the first bad experience with this store.

Let me tell you, I was really shaken going in as my estimate was over $1000. Mind you it was brakes, oil change, wiper blades, and 4 tires. When done my bill was $423. Wow what a savings and they thoroughly checked the brakes, filled all fluids, did an alignment, tires, oil, and wipers. What a deal. To top it off the store was clean, fresh, friendly and checked on me periodically for updates. Thanks Firestone.

I just had a terrible experience at this location! My tire blew out on the highway this morning, so I needed a new tire right away. I called this location, and the gentlemen said he could get my car done tonight, but I would have to leave it. I left it at 4:00, and he said it would be done about 6:30. At 6:45 I came back. The car was sitting where I had left it, with the spare tire still on it. They hadn’t touched it! The nice gentleman was gone, and someone who said he was the manager (but wouldn’t give me his name) was at the desk. He was UNBELIEVABLY rude, disrespectful and belligerent when I asked why it wasn’t done. If he WAS the manger, he missed customer service training! And he seriously wouldn’t give me his name so I could report how I was treated. I drove off with spare tire and will never ever return to a Firestone! I am editing my review this morning after getting a call from Brandon, the general manager at this location. He was NOT the person I dealt with last night, but he took full responsibility for what happened and apologized. He is going out of his way to rectify the situation, which I truly appreciate. I take it back, one bad employee does NOT make an entire company bad. Thank you Brandon! I will continue to do business at Firestone.

We were recently in town for a softball tournament and our car had battery issues. We pulled into the parking lot at 7:30 on a Saturday morning totally expecting to miss our daughters first softball game. We can not thank these guys enough for treating us so well. I called in same day for an appointment on my husbands Jeep Grand Cherokee for a synthetic oil change and tire rotation. I was able to get in within a few hours. I was also pleased to find out that with my Firestone credit card the tire rotation was free. James, Jerry and their team was nothing but courteous and professional, from my phone call to make the appointment, to my experience in store!! And just as good as this was, they had me in and out in 30 minutes, very impressive and appreciated!! I will be back with all of our vehicles. Thanks!!

No band aid fix for a break line!?!? Okay tell that to the many cars break lines that Ive put compression fittings on. At least be honest and say you dont do them!!!

I had made a used car check appointment. As soon as I walked in, the guy that checked me in was extremely rude. He took my keys and literally threw them in a plastic service file. I asked if he wanted to know the color of my car or where I parked it and he just barked no. Another co-worker said they get many complaints about him. I am not an advocate of getting people fired but come on Firestone. This guy is your first point of contact with your customers and that is huge. You need someone representing your business that makes people feel welcome and want to do business with you. I wont go to that shop to do those repairs that need to be done. I refuse to deal with that guy ever again.

They went out of there way to find me an exact matching replacement tire. Which then allowed me to get back back home a 100 miles away.

If you have a disability you will appreciate the Eagan Firestone. They have an easy access ramp that is wide enough for a power wheelchair. Their door was even light enough so from my wheelchair I could open it. Not that i needed to because the customer service was great! The staff that worked there nice and informed. I would have given them 5* if their prices were in range with the local competitors.

Im surprised at the not so good reviews. I go here regularly to have our Jeep Cherokee and Ram truck serviced; oil changes, new tires, tire rotations, new battery, alignments and so on. Their customer service is top notch. They always make sure Im getting the best price and/or a rebate. Fast, friendly and knowledgeable has always been my experience. Recently I had to have my jeep towed and without a doubt I had it towed to Firestone in Eagan.

I have been taking all of my cars here for over 10 years. For basic services and tires they perform very well and usually do them in a reasonable amount of time and at a competitive price. The mechanics are well versed and do a good job of explaining what they find every time I bring one of my four cars in there.At times, I have had some issues that I wanted a second opinion on and in those instances I have gone back to the dealership to get a second diagnosis. The dealer has been very good to deal with as well, but is not nearly as conveniently located as Firestone Eagan so they dont see me much.

Was having trouble getting my car started, was able to get in quickly and get it tested.

Hands down the best experience I have had getting a tire fixed. Cory understands that his customers are people too and has amazing customer service. Thank you Cory for turning a normally big headache into and easy and enjoyable experience!!

Recently just bought a new car (which I love) but needed new tires right away! Was looking around online for a good shop to purchase tires from and finally decided on Eagan Firestone. Zach, the service manager immediately made feel comfortable and at home. His customer service was stellar and you could tell right away how passionate he was about customer service. I mean the guy was practically running around the store making sure everyone was leaving with with a smile on their face. I ended up getting a set Bridgestone Ecopias for an incredible deal. I could not believe the customer service it was awesome to see. I will definitely be back for future services. And to Zach the service management I commend your Management and leadership.

I honestly never thought something like this could happen to me. I went in for a brake pad change/rotor resurfacing that I had a coupon for, which would make it $80 per axle, for a total of around $160. Sort of expensive, but the convenience was worth it I thought. When I picked my car up after work they gave me a bill for $665.67. They told me my rotors were too worn and needed to be replaced. Even if this were true, they had done it without telling me and charged me $111 PER ROTOR. I drive a Jeep Patriot, and a PAIR of the best quality rotors come in around $70. The shop was closing, and I needed my car for work the next day....so I had no choice but to pay. I honestly would feel better if a thug had robbed me in the street, as I feel that would have been a more honest transaction than the one at Firestone.

2.5 hours for a pair of tires, puncture repair and accidental oil change that I didnt approve. I dont think ill be going to any firestone location again. BS service. They dont even like the DIY people ether, like me!!!

I have decided to edit my review from a couple years ago. There has been almost 100% employee turnover or transfers. I went in after getting new tires and alignment and the car was pulling to the left. So I went back in and they rebalanced the tires and wheels and checked the alignment. They said the tires were fine and the alignment was very slightly out of spec because the rear wheels could not be aligned and if I need perfect alignment I would have to spend about $1500 on special parts to allow alignment. I declined on the special parts and am I glad I did. Well I left and the car still pulled to the left and I could feel a distinct hop in one of the wheels. Thinking it had to be something they didnt catch I brought it to a competitor to get a fresh set of eyes on it. They said three out of the four wheels were not balanced and that one of the four tires was defective and out of round. Also told me the alignment had not been done correctly and that the steering wheel was not straight. I brought it back to Firestone to get a replacement tire and told them of my experience. The guy behind the desk was unapologetic and appeared to be put out by the fact I caught them on their incompetence. With the current people they have in there I wouldnt let them touch my car again. Maybe other Firestones are better but this one definitely gets one star. My old review is still posted so that you can see how times have changed.I have four cars to service and have been a regular at this shop for at least 7 years. I always get great honest advice on the lowest cost repair options and use the Firestone credit card to save another 5%. I have found that I save 100s of dollars annually over other repair shops on each of my cars. This Firestone team goes beyond the call of duty to squeeze me in when an emergency repair is needed. Sometimes the cost of a repair is more than we like but it is nice to know this team will work with you to keep the cost down. Some of the comments I have seen make me wonder. Who brings in parts from another place and expects service? Do you bring in your own food to a restaurant and ask them to cook it? If you want great service and a great price this is the place to go. I personally guarantee you can be confident you will be treated fairly.

I have been to this Firestone several times and have always been treated well. As a stay at home dad I generally have needed to bring my 18 month old boy with me to the repair shop, which could be challenging. The manager there has told me that she could drive me home if I needed to get other things done, has put two mechanics on my car to help me get on my way faster, and just generally noticing the needs/wants of her customers - such as making sure there is fresh coffee. There are even a few toys in the shop. (although the tires on the wall seem far more interesting!) I hope you check them out, and say hello to my boy if were there!

Staff didnt care and almost looks like they maybe they this all the time!!!!!! WARNING !!!!!!!I dont trust this location and will never be back

Agreed 100% to all the negative reviews posted above. These people are real thug and the women is a con. I just got off phone with her. I got battery replaced on my car back in Aug 2013 and ever since I got my battery replaced, the car is hard to start. When I called to let them know about this, she gave me all different tests I need to do get this resolved. Well, how come I didnt have that issue before I changed the battery? I understand I am reporting this late, but I was hoping to hear, Please bring your car and we will diagnose the battery problem, if any which I didnt hear from her. It is getting harder to find honest mechanics shop these days.

Ive taken my vehicles here for many years. Ive felt good about the service. Im satisified with the work done.I think the only times Ive been annoyed when leaving here is when Ive had unexpected issues. Thats not the fault of the shop. It just puts you in a sour mood. I suspect that may be the reason for some of the negative reviews.

If I could give this place no stars then that is what I would have chosen! This place is a rip off. My college aged daughter stopped in there as she was having some mis-firing from her car. She told the guy that it was a spark plug issue and they proceeded to tell her they would have to diagnose it at a fee of $80 even though we already knew what the issue was. When I called there to tell them that they were not to fix anthing, Zack tells me that they were just finishing up her quote. He starts to tell me that all the plugs and wires were shot and all would have to be replaced. Funny. I just paid to replace them last fall.He then tells me that the car would need all new coils, a new catalytic converter (also new last fall) and a fuel cleaning at $80. These people are crooks. We took the car to an honest mechanic and all they had to replace was 2 wires and a coil. So instead of the $3000 bill they were trying to tell a young girl that she needed, it was a fraction of their quote. These people should be ashamed of themselves.

I cant speak for others experience, but I purchased new tires from here and they did a great job of explaining what tire would best suite my vehicle and in doing so, I bought a cheaper tire than expected. They could have easily tried to get me into a more expensive tire, but got me exactly what I was looking for. Thank you!

Needed to replace the water pump however they made me replace the timing belt too when I told them I just had it replaced. A small bill turned into a large one for no reason. Nice people but jerks for making me spend more money.

I own a Chevy Blazer 2000. A few weeks ago, I paid $96 for Firestone to figure out what was wrong with my ABS brakes since they were kicking on at low speeds. They determined it was the ABS sensors and wanted to change the hubs on both sides. Each hub would have costed $280 (50 on Amazon) with a total cost of over $1000. The two main questions I asked was why are the hubs so expensive and why do you need to change them if it was just the abs sensors? The mechanic explained each hub comes with a lifetime warranty (which is not really true because this does not include regular tear and ware). He also explained that abs sensors were located inside the hubs which is why they needed to replace them (this is also false because the abs sensor is just a short cable connected from the computer to the hub). Taking that information, my dad and I replaced the abs sensor ($30 on Amazon) to the front driver side and my brakes worked perfectly fine after that. I dont want to accuse them of ripping me off here, but these mechanics are very unintelligent by the least. This fix should have costed no more than $200.

My mother brought her car in for an oil change. They forgot to replace the cap, & the oil leaked out & engine blew up. They accepted no responsibility for the damage, almost $2500 to replace the engine. Do not let these people touch your car.

DONT trust these guys! I went to this Firestone 15 yrs ago, and never went back after they tried telling me I needed additional work that I knew was b.s. But hey, they told me I could save money with a Firestone card! Pfft! 15 yrs later, I thought Id give them another chance since they had a good deal on tires and the recent reviews were decent. When I went in, I got a bad feeling from the get go. Jason checked me in and was completely rude. Tried quoting me 4 new tires when I only requested 3 online. Perhaps an oversight. While my car was in the shop, I asked Corey a question and found out he was also rude! It was as if my being there was a problem for them. Then all of a sudden Corey was really nice to me when he told me I needed both front calipers, brake pads, and both tie rods. Hmmm. Guess what?! He happily told me I could save with a Firestone card! That sounded familiar! I immediately called my cousin who is a mechanic (with integrity) - told me its very rare to have both calipers bad at the same time and could just be stuck due to cold weather. I also havent noticed ANY symptoms of bad calipers or tie rods. Corey wrote up my estimate - $1200! That included an alignment which they just checked before replacing my tires and the mechanic wrote there were no symptoms. You cant make this stuff up. You may be ok getting tires here, but I wouldnt trust them with anything else! Going to get a 2nd opinion on my brakes, and wont ever be back - not even for tires, Id rather pay a little more somewhere else!! Jason and Corey are RUDE CON MEN who arent even good at that! JOKERS! Have some integrity!!

Came in for an oil change and not only received great service but while I was waiting in the lobby as my car was worked on, multiple people came in with low air in their tires (from a big drop in temperature) and the man behind the counter helped them all get their tires filled up properly without asking for any payment.

Brought my jeep grand cherokee in to get my A/C diagnosed for $39.99. all they did was hook up a pressure gauge to my system and tell me its holding pressure but might have a slow leak and they would have to put dye and charge it to know. wont be going back here ever again, i told them i already did that whole process once and learned nothing. dont bring your vehicle here. go to Jim Coopers good year instead. he was my neighbor growing up and has several shops in the area that all do a good job
