I been going here for over 10 years now and they have up their prices and the quality of the work with the nails has declined drastically...They do good work but they have their pick & selective ones who they serve the best...All the phony conversations can wait I rather have my services done correctly...The eyebrow lady always does great work..Jenny is very some timely, and the people that does pedicures does a very horrible job...I won’t be returning!!If you pay attention you will notice what I’m saying..my nails look a hot mess I promise I won’t be back!!..

For the prices they charge you would think they would properly prep your nails before applying a full set. No cuticle work or anything. I’ll be returning to my usual place.

Good experience! They gave me an accurate wait time when I arrived and my tech did great. I didnt catch her name but I will be back and looking for her again. She had a bubbly personality and didnt judge me for being in need of a cuticle treatment badly. She did great with the coffin shape and length, and even predicted that is what I wanted. I definitely recommend.

They are like family. Been a customer for 13yrs. Will not to any other establishment for such services. So worth the 75mile drive

Nail 1st is an excellent nail salon with great staff! When you leave your nails and eyebrows are great. I love talking and kidding with the staff. Danny, Jenny, Lym, Brian, and mama are excellent. I have never left there unhappy. Now sometimes they are very busy and you might have to wait, but that is because they take there time and do a good job.

I would give a 5 if their hours of operation were correct! I waited an hour outside for them to open at 10 when it says 9 online! Kim did a friendly warming pedicure and Danny did a manicure on me! Danny is extremely caring and helpful!

I went there as a first time guest and the experience was terrible. I asked for coffin shape nails he made them too short the polish was awful and there’s acrylic underneath my nails it’s horrible!!!

Brian is the Best when it comes to pedicures and nails ... I promise if your feet look messed up like gorilla feet you will walk out with princess toes and it last for more then 2 weeks... I love his work... hes really friendly and he appreciate his customers...

Loved going into this beautiful and clean salon today. They took great care of my nails and I felt completely at ease. They spoke english to each other and me, giving me a relaxing environment where I didnt feel out of place or like they were saying things about me. I would highly recommend this salon. Their gel manicure is fantastic - now we will see how long it lasts but I dont doubt Ill get two weeks at least.

Jenny is rude and unprofessional. She filed my nail crooked and instead of correcting it immediately got an attitude and left the station.I came here for Brian faithfully for years, but will never return to this shop again after being treated so poorly by Jenny and Danny.

I have been to this place so many times to get my eyebrows done and the lady who always do them does a very good job however with my nails both times, my experience was not good. The last time I got my nails done by a man who I think is the store manager, it only lasted for 5 days and two of them fell off while the rest while very loose. It looked like I have had them for 2 weeks, I went back and was told theres nothing they could do about it because its past three days. I am never getting my nails done at this place but will continue to get my eyebrows done.

Lee that does eyebrows is so bomb. Her and everyone that works in the shop are so nice and patient.

Poor communication need to learn how to speak English a bit more

I had never been to a nail salon in Durham before, but my gel polish was over a month old, and I had a big meeting the next day and I needed a redo. I went in for a gel polish, I was seen by a man, which as everyone knows, is never good. He was very stingy and messy w/ the polishes. For the gel polish he did one coat, got it all over the fingers, but NOT all over the nail; and then with the french manicure, he did one coat, and didnt even take it to the tips of the nails. Its been less than a week, and my gel polish is chipping/peeling away, leaving my nails broken. I wont be going there again

I GOT MY NAILS DONE LAST WEEK AND FOR THE PAST FEW TIMES I HAVENT BEEN VERY HAPPY WITH THE FINISHED PRODUCT..... MY NAILS BREAK LEFT AND RIGHT AND SOMETIMES I FEEL THAT THEY RUSH THROUGH THE WORK.... HANNAH DOES A GREAT JOB BUT THE LAST TIME SHE DID MY NAILS SHE SCRAPPED MY SKIN AND MY FINGER GOT INFECTED.... NOT REALLY HAPPY ABOUT THAT MY FINGER SWOLL UP AND HAD TO GO IN THE EMERGENCY ROOM TO GET THE PUSS SOAKED OUT SMH SO IF YOU GO THERE PLEASE ASK THEM TO SANITIZE THE EQUIPMENT IN FRONT OF YOU BECAUSE THAT PAIN I FELT WAS NOT OK NOT SURE IF I WOULD GO BACK IM A LITTLE UNEASY
