The walls are thin.... The neighbors are noisy... The maintenance crew are slow and love quick fixes... last but not least the damn ROACHES!!!! For crying out loud... No matter how much I clean... The Roaches are permanent residents.... As soon as my lease expires Im gone.... leaving nothing but dust behind...

If you are like me and fresh out of college with only a little money, than Princeton Villas is right for you too. When you rent here you are really doing so for either one of two things...or both: cheap rent fee and great location to downtown Durham. Now to be honest, the apartment community isnt really that bad anyways. The crowd might seem a little sketchy at first, but youll soon learn that is not the case and that they are all actually very friendly. The insides are also pretty impressive compared to the exterior appearance. Inside, they replaced the carpet and painted the walls before I moved in, and the whole unit was surprisingly a lot more open which makes the whole thing feel a lot bigger.

Princeton Villas is a nice little community right on the side of the road that caters to people of all types. For the amount I pay to live here, Im satisfied to have a reasonable amount of space and a feeling of safety and security while here. I have not experienced any maintenance issues in my half year here, and I bless the Lord for that. I dont need a pool, a gym, or any of that fancy stuff, because it would only mean a higher rent. Im happy and thankful for what I have, and I enjoy living here and meeting others who do so as well. Its my little niche in the world.

Great apartment. Pretty quiet. havent had any trouble with neighbors. The only problem I have is the roaches in the bathroom and kitchen. Doesnt matter if you have a clean house. We probably wont be renewing the lease. But that is my only issue

Been living here now for a year and a half and only have good things to say. They fix any maintenance problems right away and spray once or twice a month to get rid of bugs. Will work with you on rent but you must keep them informed and pay when you tell them you can. Bus stop, shops, downtown, and Duke University are very close. Other tenants are nice and friendly. Once in a while you might get some kids fooling around in the halls but thats kids for ya. If you ask them to keep it down they usually do.
