I love it here! the community is beautiful! The staff is amazing and kind! The property manager Debby Thompson and the leasing consultant Gennie Ellis went out of their way to help my family get moved into our beautiful home! There was a situation that came about and these two magnificent women handled it the next Day!!Our apartment is beautiful and worth the amount of rent charged! There is enough space for my little family. I defiantly recommend moving and living here. Beautiful management, beautiful clean community, beautiful house to call home!

I was awakened at 4 am by the sound of rushing water. I couldnt see clearly through my sleepy head and lack of glasses. I wasnt sure what caused it, but I knew the hot water heater has burst.I called the emergency number and spoke with a lovely man who assured me that that help was coming. My life wasnt in risk, but water all in my stuff was not a squad goal. About 15 minutes later two gentlemen arrived to address the problem. They were very professional and respectful. They quickly solved the problem and bid me good night.I want to stress that this could have been catastrophic for me. Water is incredibly destructive and I appreciate those guys that came out so early in the morning to keep my stuff safe. Thank you.

The new maintenance guys have been wonderful. I can’t remember the two guys name that came today but I greatly appreciate them for replacing my refrigerator and fixing things that needed fixing. They were very polite, which is a first when it comes to maintenance. Thanks Maintenece for the work that you do.

There is a woman there by the name of Ms Gennie, she is very knowledgeable and professional and courteous. She is the professional person you would want to deal with when you have any type of situation on this property. If you want this ship to stop sinking, she should be the property manager. She knows the property, the people and the problems, and she gets things done.

They try to run off their good tenants. I must have been a good tenant because I got my deposit back. I saw them put out letters trying to evict people for ten cents all time. People would not watch their kids over there then leave burden to other tenants. This was two years ago when they were changing management all the time.

Nice quiet neighborhood

This so wonderful place. it so close to store, restaurant and gas. Valves is great price that they would help you out for budget and depended of income. The landlord is bestest! And maintenance is quickly help.

The falls pointe staff amazed me with their willingness to help my family. They listened to my every need and made sure my questions were answered promptly. My new home is beautiful!!!! Very quiet, and my neighbors are friendly and helpful! One even helped me move in. We love it here.

Ghetto, ratchet, and professional staff at this apartment building . Lack a great deal of customer service and professionalism, it is an embarrassment to the community and the Durham area. The staff are not helpful and treat the business as if they are on the streets operating in their own personal hood, rather then a professional environment and one that requires that they conduct themselves as respectable, professional representing and working for an organization and the betterment of their consumers. They truly need to clean house and hired new professional crew members that are interested in representing the better interest of the public and the company, like they know it is their career to do so. Not a good look for your company. Organization need to re-evaluate who they have working for them and that Miss Jessica needs to be fired ASAP. Very unprofessional

I really like how my place look there’s enough room for me and my boys big and spacious I love how the outsider is kept up very well is quiet you could go out on your patio in lookouts towards the pool everything is just nice I really like it this was a good Move for me and my boys

This was a great place to live when we 1st moved in a few years ago, the office staff is great if their here long enough.Maintenance has been lacking presence though as their being moved around to other properties that is owned by the new owners from last year.So much noise going on at night and animals being left out for hours.Apartments were post to be getting renevated as there many moving just after Falls point has become a smoke free community.Falls point have had some great office staff but there are things not getting taken care of.Otherwise this for the very most part is great place do to some people who look out for their neighbors.

The problem is STILL not fixed. Dryer vent is clogged and I can NOT dry my clothes. It is a FIRE HAZARD if I try. So now I’m having to take my wet clothes to a laundry area to dry my clothes. When I am paying monthly for a washer and dry. This has been a issue for over a month now. I have three small children and myself, so not washing is not an option. I’m VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Moved into area four months ago. Apartment nice and spacious. Area/building is quiet, neighbors friendly and helpful. So far no major issues, but too early to tell. Had one maintance issue after moving in, which was address promptly. Transportation not all that great. Havent used the amenities yet. Dont like distance getting to nearest store(s). Not perfect, but recommended.

I have lived at Falls Pointe At The Park for many years. It is clean, quiet, and spacious. The maintenance team are awesome and on time. The office staff is great. Hearing and seeing the freight train go by on a daily basis reminds me of a country atmosphere.

I stayed at the complex for over a year and never been late on any payments and Ive requested a copy of my lease for an emergency but the customer service was HORRIBLE. They show no interest in helping with such a simple task. I would not recommend this complex if you value good customer service. This is a take only complex, they take your money every month but when you need assistance they do not help. LOOK ELSE WHERE. I GIVE THIS COMPLEX NEGATIVE RATING

The apartment is beautiful and I resided there five years. But the noise of neighbors was pressing to me. People would knock on your door all times of the night. I reported to management several times but nothing was done, so I decided to move. I moved two months ago and still waiting for my security deposit. I’ve called numerous times and we they finally sent me a check, they took over half the deposit though I left the unit in good standing. But what truly is wrong is that now I have to get a lawyer because they wrote me a bogus check to cash. I’ve called the place numerous times. I will take legal means to obtain what owed to me!!

From my understanding these apartments were recently taken over by Fairfield residential, which consisted of new office staff. There should be a thorough assessment of professionalism from office staff. The office manager Jessica is extremely rude. She is subjective to residents who live there and has no skills of building rapport with residents. It is my belief that a disciplinary action should be taken on her behalf due to her unprofessional character, attitude, and conversations over the phone. I would not recommend these apartments under ANY circumstances!

Maintenance was very courteous and professional and very efficient with the work they performed, excellent job.

They are stealing money from low income and disable people and taking their application fees when they never completed the necessary paper work to ensure that the future tenant get the place. Very sad, disgraceful and a brunch of crooks working here. Give people their money back especially low income people! How you steal for the poor and disable! Disgusting! Shady, dishonest trifling people working here

I went into the office to inquire about availability and pricing and I was met with rudeness. It was like pulling teeth to get management (one women in particular) to answer my general questions ( Do you have a 1 bedroom available?, What are the prices?, Can I see the floor plan?). She acted as if I was bothering her. Based on that, I have removed them from my list of potential places to live and I will definitely tell everyone I know about my experience. If thats how they treat potential tenants then I can only imagine how they treat there current residents.

Transferred 3 times and enjoyed the apartments I rented from here. I am in a 2bedroom now about to head over to a 3 bedroom due to my kids being a girl and a boy. Need to seperate them because of the law states it. Relieved. Ready to go on up..

It was good. WOW I was just looking at the reviews and wow. When I moved here last year they were going through a change in management. I had a great experience with the management team and I still am. Im on the 3rd floor and have medical issues which wasnt present at the time of occupancy but now that I need to be on a lower level the management is working very hard to make sure this happens and IAM greatful for this. I havent had any negative experience since I have been here everyone has been very nice and respectable I have recommended falls pointe at the park to many ppl. I enjoy it here and the staff is great maintenance is wonderful. They need a little work on the stairwell but when I bring my concerns to management they work diligently to solve the issue. Best place to ever to live.Thanks for letting me be part of a great community

I like these apartments. It is in a nice area of Durham, the RTP area, and we have had no issues here. This is my second year here and we are satisfied until we are ready to buy a home. Only complaints is that the rental office is always closed for something. That can be annoying. Also, it seems like the pool is open just for the kids. It opens when school lets out in the Spring and then closes when they go back to school. What about the adults? Can we have some pool time while the kids are in school? other than these minor rants.. its a cool place to live... :)

Apartment itself not bad but pricey. The pool is always broke or closed. Office staff is rude and atcs like you are wrong even if you just ask a question. Kids run wild..screaming throwing stuff at cars pulling fire alarms no supervision. The complex is dirty.. trashy stairwells are nasty. If your not section 8 stay away they punish full rent payers by insulting my intelligence. They inspect or have some reason to come in ur apartment every month. No privacy but if you have a maintenance request they never show up quick. Ants ants I had to treat my own ant issue they never call pest control or give you an excuse why they cant .....I felt like I lived in a jail.

Was there for 2 years, beautiful apartments,but not safe,I had my packages stolen several times whenever they were delivered,I finally stopped using my home address.my apartment was broken into a day after xmas 2016,lost valuable stuff...I had problems with mold in my apartment which was treated but kept resurfacing....Management sucks, I have seen them change employees uncountable times since I moved there...I requested to move to a top apartment for safety reasons and mold issues, it was not granted...I finally decided to move and come off section 8, I think when you are on section 8,they discriminate you,they look at you,like you are so poor,they are actually doing you a favor by renting you a low cost apartment..the day I was moving I made sure the apartment was cleaned and I took the keys to handover the apartment, the guy and lady working in the main office there, said they were busy they couldnt walk with me through the apartment..Weeks past I got a $4 check in the mail as refund from $250 deposit....they charged me $50 for most every little thing they thought I had damaged..charged me $50 for what they called excessive trash(mind you the apartment was cleaned up thoroughly and spotless when I left)the word excessive trash is fraudulentThe charged me another $ 50 for cleaning carpet cleaning( I was there for 2 years obviously you would expect them to clean and remove the carpet for the next tenant)..So in short no wear and tear should be expected right?another $50 for a scratched kitchen counter..it looks like everything they charged me had a standard fee of $50,how do you quantify or rather justify this injustice? Am a single mother and they stole from me...Am taking this case up and I will not be silent at all....Be careful future residents and current ones, make sure you take pictures before you leave...thats your evidence.. this is robbery..The Manager their Stephanie thinks she can sit in that office and abuse her powers..nooo !!! I will not be silent.. that was my hard earned money...They charged another $50 for a scratched kitchen counterIn conclusion I had to drive there to get a breakdown of how my money was spent,they never mailed to me...the guy printed out the list and said the did mail,they dont know why I didnt get it..tried to explain I didnt leave any trash,he insisted their was trash...this behavior is conniving and very suspicious...they will hear from my attorneyThanks God I have moved to a beautiful place, the class of people and manners is just what I needed no worries about anyone stealing from me.... do yourself a favor dont rent at these apartments.. you can read the other reviews of them taking 3 months to pay this lady...

Dont live in 400 Glen Falls. There is a very loud and rude lady living on the 3rd floor that has no consideration for the fact that she shares her walls with other people. Management was more apt to back this woman than us. We moved out! Had to pay a fee 😤 but we are much happier now that were gone.

I have to say Frank Nuttz or whatever his name is under here has left the most racist review ever! Ive lived in Falls Pointe since 2011 & have NEVER experienced some of the comments hes made. If anything, my issue has been with maintenance request & communication with the forever changing office personnel. & no I dont live here rent free! People are ridiculous. If you feel like you dont fit in go buy a house! Not all African-American people are the same & not all Caucasian, Hispanic, Asian or all other races are upstanding people. Id rather deal with a little noise at night, than someone walking through shooting everyone down 😊

Dont live here! It is extremely loud, and chances are if you politely ask your neighbor to quiet down you will get screamed at. From my experience, most of the residents are disrespectful and rude. (Maybe that was just the part of the neighborhood I was in. I dont know) The quality of the apartments is poor- my dishwasher was constantly breaking. Management used to be good, but has declined over the past year. Still havent gotten my deposit back and its been over three months since I moved out. Do yourself a favor and look for apartments elsewhere.

How friendly and pleasant everyone was.

There is no customer service at all. I have called this place a number of times and 9/10 times I get no answer sometime it seems that by call is forwarded to voicemail. Filled out the contact info online no update at all as if they dont care for your business either way. When I did get a chance to speak to some she was INCREDIBLY RUDE and short with me as if I annoyed her. I refuse to beg someone to take my money so they wont be hearing from me anymore.

Property is in a good area that is very accessible to rtp. New management is changing alot of things on site so be wary of sudden price increases
