Purchased my first Kia and first EV (Niro EV) with Ramans help. He was great to work with and I could not have asked for anything more. Compared to the other dealerships I also shopped at (Kia and others), Raman was far more knowledgeable about EVs and he was very understanding of what I was looking for in my car shopping experience.

Tia the sales person and Josh who is the Sales Manager did a great job! Josh and Tia were able to locate the perfect Kia Sorento that we were looking for and get it to their dealership within a couple of days. Their dealership sells cars based on the no haggle one price model. They also gave me the most money for my trade in. I saved thousands of dollars on the deal. The deal was so good I actually drove 330 miles to purchase the Sorento. Who would have thought a small town Dealership could beat the Denver Dealerships! I believe the deal was fair to both parties. Many thanks to Josh and Tia for making this deal possible and working around a problem with the title the day a showed up to pickup the car. I give them a perfect 10 on the deal. My wife & I have a 2019 Kia Sorento. Drove it up to Telluride for a birthday weekend. It threw an error code and started running rough when we arrived. The next day we called the only full service auto repair in Telluride and they were booked 3 weeks out. The nearest Kia dealer was Durango Kia 2.25 hours away. We called and contacted our service rep Minh. He said if we could get it there by 3pm he would guarantee that he would look at it and at least let us know what the problem was. We were able to limp the car over by 3. Turns out that the car was having a high altitude problem. Minh solved the problem with a software update and had us back on the road by end of day. Incredible customer service by a busy Kia dealership looking out for their customers. Thank you Minh & Durango Kia!

I got my car serviced for a tire rotation after I noticed my stirring wheel loose and shaking when I go over 60 mph. I got it reserviced at a different location and was told that my tires were all immensely unbalanced. I called Kia Durango to make them aware of their mistake. No acknowlegement of their mistake or apology of possibly putting my child and I in danger. Who knows what would have happened if I didnt get a second look at it. I am not satisfied with how you treat customers and services as well.

My husband and I were visiting Durango on vacation and noticed a Kia Telluride out front on the lot of Durango Motors. I had been looking at one as well as a Hyundai Palisade in our local area around Lubbock Texas. We decided to take a look for fun and ended up buying! We were on the lot late in the evening and Michael came out and spent quite a bit of time just letting me look around through the car and answering my questions. We came back the next day for a test drive. It was an overall very comfortable experience which car buying never is! I had owned my previous vehicle for 10 years and was dreading going through this. Durango Motors and Michael made it very easy and enjoyable and I would recommend them to anyone and may very well return for my next vehicle purchase. Theyre very low-key hometown kind of people and those are the ones I want to deal with!

My experience was amazing! The process was quick, easy, and very family friendly. With 4 kids and always being on the go, we had limited time available to purchase a new car, which was no problem for the sales team! They had everything ready to go and did amazing in showing me all the great features of my new Kia. I love my new car. Thank you so much for everything!

Great efficient service

Being in our late 70s, this will probably be our last time buying a new car but it was definitely our best car buying experience ever. Jerrod Lancing was our salesman and he was absolutely incredible! He knew everything there was to know about Kias entire line of cars but his primary concern was helping us get the kind of car we wanted and getting it as quickly as possible at the best possible price. Not only was he a great salesman but he continued to make our satisfaction his top priority even after the car was delivered. We especially appreciated his helpfulness, respect and patience.

When I bought my 2016 Kia forte didn’t realize there was no wheel locks and was stranded when i got a flat tire. when i called this service shop said the lug nuts would have to be replaced and old ones would be cut off. Bought new set for 60$ then was told another 132$ for labor. Didnt mind buying the new set but feel that cutting them off should have been a courtesy since kia failed to have the proper safety equipment in the car when purchased. The guy at the service desk was rude. And this is why I travel 8 hours to Peak Kia north. I have bought Five Kias from them and have always been treated with respect. I guess I expected that from all kia service departments. I was also told when i called it would be a courtesy. We waited for an hour and half and when asked how much longer he popped off at me like we were an inconvenience. Glad i asked about it being a courtsey because he said cant expect for my guys to do it for free. That should have been on Kia.

Best car buying experience ive ever had. There was no pressure and the price and terms were clear. Youe got to buy your next car from Durango Motor Company.

Went and looked at some vehicles today. I talked with Aliona the sales consultant, she was very pleasant and knowledgeable. It was a very good experience and will definitely Go back to see Aliona when it its time to buy.
