Jayson, Dwight, and Nick are all awesome mechanics and a great group of guys. They work on both my 1993 Ford Ranger (going strong for 21+ years, yeah!), and also my husbands 2005 Toyota Tacoma, which recently had a loss of power at altitude and is now better (insert technical details here). Jayson even picked me up in the morning on his way to work so I could pick up the Tacoma after they finished it, graciously not hassling me when I overslept and he had to call to wake me up. Fair pricing and great work. Cant beat them.
Jayson at Auto Surgeons is the best mechanic that Ive ever met. The week I bought my Subaru, it spun a rod and needed a new motor. Jaysons pricing was almost half that of the other quotes I got around town, including Morehart Subaru. I was on a tight schedule to pick up the car with its new motor; no problem for Jayson, who was able to put a new motor into the car the same day that it arrived. 7 months later, I am still problem free. Ive since taken the car to Auto Surgeons for a few other minor things, most notably having a gauge pack installed. A dealer in Boulder quoted me $800 to install the gauges; Jayson did the job for $175. Just like the motor, theyre installed cleanly, professionally and function as they would from the factory. Jayson knows everything there is to know about Subarus, and I cant say enough good things about him and Auto Surgeons.
