Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. They inspected everything else and DID NOT tell me I needed other work or parts which I knew I didnt need. Didnt try to play that game. I appreciated that. Very nice facility and was treated with respect and professionalism.

I’ve been coming to Durango Ford for over 4 years and every time I come the service gets better and better. They take care of all my needs. I, really enjoy the shuttle driver Chuck!! He is very polite and always gets me to where I need to go. I, would recommend Durango ford anytime from there service center to accessories and even buying a vehicle from them. We had a rock of the mountain in Silverton, CO come through the grill of our truck. We were on vacation from GA. No one around Durango or nearby towns could get us in till the next month. Thank God my husband is a Mechanic & he brought his tools on our trip. Ford Parts (Clint) worked with us getting the parts we needed quickly. We fixed our truck in the hotel parking lot! Ford service (Garrett) work us in quickly to get the AC charged for us. Now we can get back to Georgia!!

Corraine effectively directed me to Garrett in Service to evaluate my brake pads on my 2017 Ford F-150 . Garrett determined that my trailer brakes were not set correctly which caused my trucks brake pads to heat up. He changed the trailer brake controller number . We bought a 2013 Lincoln MKX low mileage. Paid for extra tow package. Never used till just now and tow lights were not working. Took to repair and found that the tow package was not Ford and wiring was not properly done. Called and sent pictures of inadequate representation of the dealership. They would not pay to put the Ford parts that should have been installed. Dishonest dealership.

Matt Rinehart is an exceptional representative with Ford Motor Company. He actually listened! And not only that, he responded with helpful perspectives. He was knowledgeable of Ford F150 specifics, trim packages and was able to compare both gas & diesel motors. He possessed a depth of knowledge in other trucks - Toyota, Dodge Ram, Chevy that was insightful. In my research, I really thought I was going to purchase the Ram 1500s. After test drive both trucks, the F150 handled better and the towing capability was excellent Ford Motor Company price structure was such that I felt it was not necessary for me to shop other dealers for my F150. I knew beyond a shadow of doubt that I was getting the best price for my new truck. Even though I wanted more on my Toyota 4Runner for my trade in, I felt the trade in value was very fair. I am thrilled with my new F150 truck and with my experience a Durango Motor Company. My husband purchased is F150 in 2014. When he is ready to get a new truck (or anyone else for that matter!) I cant say enough good about Durango Ford service department. I have needed things investigated on my Ford F-350 twice now, as I was passing through Durango on my way to horse shows. I brought my F250 to them for a diagnostic on my Sync radio. They told me one of the interfaces was shot and it would cost around $500 to fix it. I was disappointed that it was so much and chose not to get it fixed because of the price. Yesterday I turned my truck on and would you look at that the Sync is working and connects to my phone without spending $500. I don’t want to believe they were trying to rip me off but it sure feels that way. However the people working were very friendly and I do appreciate that.

Needed new wiper blades so went to OReilly and for $52 they sold be pair that did not fit (but they did refund). Went to ford in Durango and within 30 minutes installed OEM blades for $42!! And with a smile. Good job!

I would like to thank Durango Motors Service Department (especially Service Advisor Tim Murphy), for the excellent service we received on Saturday, 20July. We called, having no other options, when our Truck began malfunctioning while towing our Travel Trailer from Great Sand Dunes to Mesa Verde, as part of my Familys 1 year road trip around the US. Although it was a Saturday and the service department had a full schedule of appointments, Tim squeezed us in, found out what was wrong, and then got our truck fixed & got us out the door in less than 3 hours.. Saving our visit to Mesa Verde NP, and possibly saving the rest of the trip. I walked out the door about to blow my lid from stress, and Tim and the others helped us out so well that we left with smiles. Thank you!

Dropped off my 2018 Explorer Sport here after noticing oil all over our engine compartment after a 1000 mile drive up from Texas. Justin was very accommodating and was able to get my car in right away. After running a thorough diagnostic test with dye and looking for any leaks they told me they couldnt find anything and even had their chief mechanic take a look to confirm. I am very grateful for their thoroughness and appreciate their kindness in lowering the original quoted price due to no issue being found. Set out on our America 2019 Road Trip.We go across the country and back every year in our Ford F150 towing our AS trailer.First stop, headed to the San Juan to fish from Utah.Pull into the beautiful city of Durango and we go into limp mode. Husband was able to get us safely to the side of the road. He turned the engine off and we waited a few minutes and was able to restart the engine. We found a place to stay the night and were first in line at the dealorship when they opened.Justin, one of the service technicians was absolutely fabulous. He worked us in straight away. Ran the test;, throttle body malfunction. We were traveling thru Durango late on a Friday and our Ford F350 began leaking fluid and making a whining noise. We assumed it to be a water pump. Stopped by the Durango Ford dealer just before the end of business day and talked with Justin at the service desk. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to look at the truck and was able to quickly diagnose that the problem was the high pressure power steering hose. We were very impressed with Justins expertise and excellent customer support. Thanks Justin Raddin for your help!

If I could give this place a zero rating I would. Definitely do NOT recommend going here. I ordered my parts on a Friday and was told theyd be in the following Monday or Tuesday so I would get a call to schedule an appointment for that week. Thursday came around and I called them instead. They didnt know why my parts werent in and they were trying to figure out why, and theyd give me a call back. No call for a week and a half. So I called again and nobody seemed to know anything about anything. Called again the next week and apparently they had sold one of the parts (so they came in and I never got a call). Five weeks after I ordered my parts, I had to walk in and ask in person what the situation was. Apparently the parts came in a couple days ago and I never received a call. When I asked why, my question was completely ignored and my car is finally scheduled to have the parts replaced SIX WEEKS after they were ordered. Never coming here again!

My wife and I were passing through Durango when we had a DTC and check engine light come on in our F-350. A service advisor at Durango Ford took time to help walk us through the issue and clear it. We were fortunate to have come across this Ford service team.

Had a problem with one of my wiper blades on my 2014 Ford F350 truck. I drove to DMC and Tim Murphy checked the blade and then we went to the parts department. I purchased the new wiper blades and Tim installed them for me. I always bring my truck to DMC for service and very pleased with the service and folks there. Thanks Tim for taking care of the problem.

Took over an hour to patch a tire and then they skipped the multi point inspection. When I called to make the reservation, I was transferred 3 times and hung up on once.

I am from Evergreen Co and was in town for my husbands business. We had been looking for a truck for quite sometime, but everything in Denver seemed way out of our price range. We happened to walk onto Durango Ford Lincolns lot and noticed their prices were marked down below the msrp, which caught our attention. What kept us there was the friendliness and knowledge of the staff. Our salesman was such a warm, kind and knowledgable man by the name of Marcus Benally. Any question I asked him he either gave me the answer right away or found someone who knew it. I definitely felt like he cared. He was so good to my three girls and included them in the process any chance he could. Once we decided to purchase with Ford Lincoln, the manager of Toyota came over to give me the final price of the truck. His name was Josh. He was very straight forward and made that process fun. The next person I would like to rave about is Kane Tucson the Lincoln manager, whom after the sale had been finalized came up to me and said he found an extra $1000 to give me, how honest, thank you! Last but not least was the finance(business) manager, Lynn Cole. She was extremely friendly and made the paperwork process a pleasure. All of these people made buying a truck a wonderful experience! Went to Colorado on vacation. Car started over heating, dropped it off on a Monday and rented a car for the rest of the trip. Picked my car up on Saturday. Said there was nothing wrong. Got to drive back to Arizona in a car that over heated all the way. Got it home and found the problem myself. Louvers in front of the radiator were stuck closed. It took me all of 15 minutes to find and fix.

Traveling in the area with an RV in tow behind a 2004 F250 diesel. Was having a little engine trouble coming over from Cortez and reluctantly took it in. To many horror stories out there where service departments take advantage of travelers passing through.I am pleased to say that was not my experience with Durango Ford. They were honest, diagnosed the issue, and didnt try to pad the service bill.Only reason for missing the fifth star is they didnt have part available and my schedule did not permit me to extend my stay in town, but due to age of truck I wasnt really surprised about part.

I took my family out to Durango for a long 4th of July trip and we had a great time until the fuel line broke on my 02 F-350 on Saturday night before we were supposed to leave. I called the dealership early Sunday morning just to see if there might be a chance that there would be somebody there but there was not. However, on there voicemail they provided an emergency number. I called the number, got a call back within an hour (on Sunday) explained what was going on and within another hour or so I received a call from the parts manager. The manager went in on his day off, found the gas line I needed, and waited for me to get over to the dealership. When I got there, he had is whole family over there waiting for me. He went above and beyond to make sure that I was able to get the part I needed so that I was able to get my truck fixed and get my family back home. I am not in the market for a truck right now, but when I am I am inclined to go to Durango to get it just because of the exceptional customer service that I received. Thank you for everything!!!

I recently ran over a rock with my F-150 and damaged the wheel rim. I put the spare on and went to Durango Motor Company and asked them to look at the wheel to see if it could be repaired, to check the spare tire for torque and air pressure, and to check the undercarriage for possible damage. They did all this, and at no charge. My special thanks and commendations to Will and Joe for helping this matter.
