They checked my wiper blades which reminded me they needed replaced. They checked all of my lights. Checked the engine and notified me about my leaking transmission fluid. They did a thorough oil change and got us out of there in no time while making sure everything was done properly. Everything was perfect and I will bring my car here for future services. Thank you!

I thought I had my favorite car wash picked out, than I visited this place. The wash my car got was by far the best in a year, and the vacuums...very affordable. Only seventy-five cents to start them and very long lasting. I found myself hitting each area again after I felt it was worth my quarters. They also keep up with the cleaning. I will say it was very dead....and I am guessing only because people dont know the washing and cleaning experience wait for them here. GO CHECK THIS PLACE OUT AND MAKE THIS YOUR NEW FAVORITE LOCATION AS WELL. 😁

Super friendly staff. the car wash malfunctioned while I was in it so they gave me a second car wash voucher and even upgraded it. However, they did tell me I had a flat/leaking tire and the tire shop I went to didn’t find anything wrong with it…

I was highly impressed with their systematic and consistent approach to performing what I thought would simply be an oil change. They topped off fluids and performed a 16 point inspection. I have often seen it advertised at dealerships but I got to see it in action and I’m glad they did. Every single employee I spoke with or saw in action was very professional. The manager clearly expects that each and every customer receives a consistent and high level of service and they deliver. They are themselves a highly coordinated well oiled machine. I could not recommend more highly.

They did a great overall checked and found in addition to oil change and front tire needing to be changed two belts needed to be changed;they did it all fast and reasonable.

We were desperate to get our brakes replaced and they made it happen! Phil kept me informed on the progress. I have an eight hour drive tomorrow and appreciate the timely repair.

Wonderful service, as always. As soon as I pulled up, they greeted me and gave me a heads up that it would be about an hour wait. They worked quickly and efficiently, and were done in 45 minutes. They recommended other needs for my car, took care of them quickly, and sent me on my way with a carnation on the dash.

These guys were awesome I will continue to go back....they helped with everything I needed with a smile even tho I had no clue...plus I got a flower..thanks guys great job...

The morning of July 6th, 2021 after a three day weekend. I was so surprised at how busy Grease Monkey was when I drove up first thing in the morning. They told me it was going to be a long wait because of the amount of people before me. I chose to wait. They called it correctly, I did not mind waiting. Everyone was polite and made me feel welcome even though they were slammed. I feel they were as fast as they could be and still do the great job I expected. My old car and I really like going to Grease Monkey. It is worth the wait. They are usually not this busy early in the morning. Thank you, Grease Monkey!

The first individual I met was super nice and informative. I gave them my information and what I needed done to my truck (oil change& fix driver side blinker) . I exited my truck and waited outside since it was very warm out. Their lobby was not open for use and it began to rain. I sat in the rain on a bench for 10 mins before someone finally acknowledged me and let me back in my truck. Thank you to that person. They listed a whole bunch of things my truck “needed” which I was not ready to have done at the time. Then as I was driving home I realized they did not fix the one thing I asked them too. My blinker light is still broken. My bill was over $100 for an oil change ??!! I’ll learn how to do it myself from now on.

The Durango Grease Monkey team was courteous, quick and professional. Great experience overall. I especially appreciated their outdoor seating area - much better than the typical sit in the lobby and stare at the walls experience.

Like most adults I’ve gone to a lot of places and have seen quite the plethora of ways people have worked together. Today was the first day that I saw an actual team truly working together as a well oiled machine. They were quick, worked together, talked to each other with respect, talked to me and the other clients professionally- it was very nice to see!

All was well, though it was pretty slow. I had the expectation of 25-30 minutes, but we were closer to 45-50. Plenty of employees, but speed clearly not a priority

Super pleased with their service and how they brought things to my attention. They described what was going on with a small leak I had and told me what product I can purchase to help seal it. They listened to my questions and checked various things for me at my request. Very nice, timely, and helpful! The best part is that I got a carnation flower! Not sure if it was a holiday I was unaware of, but it made my day and joined me on my long drive to Denver later that day. Thank you Grease Monkey for your considerate service!

I was short on time, they were understanding and able to get me out on time for my appointment.

The team went above and beyond to help me with a vehicle I purchased about a month ago. They serviced my transmission, dug into the carfax, double checked that work had been done that the dealership said they had performed. I had my three daughters with me and the team was kind, respectful, helpful, resourceful, prompt and reassuring while also being honest and clear. Plus, they pointed me in the direction of other places that I could turn to for services that they couldnt personally provide to me themselves. Ill be back in the future most definitely!

I waited for a long time in line at the middle garage. The mechanics seemed to be moving at a leisurely pace. The car in front of me being worked on in the middle garage was finally finished and pulled out so I thought I would finally get my oil changed and be able to get on with my day, but instead, one of the mechanics walked over and asked me to move my car so they could pull a different car, that had supposedly been waiting longer, into the garage. Not cool. Maybe that was a more fair system, but you should do something to better manage expectations. I.e., let waiting drivers know how the system works. Once I finally got my car worked on, they seemed to do a good, professional job -- although very expensive.

First time and they were very detailed. I recommend them anyone.

It was my first oil change with a BMW I recently purchased. I wasnt sure if they carried the special oil BMW use, so I brought my own. They discounted the price of the service using my oil &oil filter, that was very good customer service. I will be returning there for my next service. Thanks Guys!

Hours of work done on my daughters and my car,of work done. The wiper was not working right. They tightened and fixed the wiper that really wasnt working. Fixed the head lights not easy cleaned the plastic covered that were yellow and not clear. Now I can use the car at night. Miracles were what I can honestly call it. Oil changed. Liquids checked. This was my car. Amanda, my daughter got her 2 trucks done with care and hard work. I would recommend them still, as I have done, the last time I had my car work done. You can trust there work and recommendations of places to finish things not done there. I not only was satisfied with the work and thorough help on all our vehicles, but satisfied with there communication. Thankyou.

Though they are understaffed right now, everyone was friendly and got my car in and out quickly! It was a great experience and very affordable.

I brought 3 cars in today and they did an amazing job! I had to get prepared for a move and make sure the vehicles were all safe. Not only did they check everything in all three cars, but they recommended things that apply to the climate that I’m headed to down to the tire pressure. I changed my mind about services a few times (adding because I trust them so much) and they didn’t complain and got them done quickly. Everyone was super friendly and they seemed to work well together as a team. As I left they wished me a safe trip and when I drove off each car felt noticeably better, especially the 4 Runner. The cost for a oil change is outrageous. Play synthetic oil 90 something dollars. It would be nice if they show some better customer service when it comes to their attitude.like how you doing or thank for you using us any thing alse can we help you with today.

They did a great job, excellent customer service. I had a shimmy in my steering and they were kind enough to take a look for me while in there. I realize that required extra labor, as did looking at my power steering pump. The price I was quoted on the pump with labor was very reasonable, but too much for me at the moment. I loved everything about this place except the price. $129 for an oil change, new wiper blades, and a quick inspection of the tie rods and power steering seemed a bit high. There was a car wash thrown in, but still... I couldve gone to Jiffy Lube for less, except they had such horrible reviews I couldnt bring myself to do it. Plus I prefer to support local businesses. They wouldve gotten a 4 had the price been more reasonable. I rarely give a 5, they have to deliver something beyond fantastic for that.

I would have rated higher expectations except for reoccurring issue with the valve stem caps on my tires Once before I had all of them missing the next time I checked. Since it was a period of time after my oil change I let it go. This most recent visit I did not check until I was back in Hermosa and one of four was missing. Small thing but aggravating.Also first time I have had drips after an oil change. Since they were small and only over night the first night I assume was just from draining the pan some how.Please remember to check the valve stem caps before considering the job completedThanks and Regards

They were friendly, professional, and thorough. I’m a single female and sometimes I feel hustled when it comes to car maintenance, but not here. They were straightforward and honest with me - and at no point did I feel rushed or as if I could not turn a service down. They saved me $ where they could, and didn’t try to sell me extra services. When they saw the receipt for a service I’d had done elsewhere, they were shocked at how much I’d been overcharged. I’ll definitely be back for my vehicle needs.

Great Service! They are very helpful and affordable. It’s a first come, first serve basis and I was helped within 10 minutes of being there even when they were low staffed. They don’t try to overcharge for anything, and they don’t have any hidden charges. The free car wash after was a fantastic bonus!

Just a routine oil change. I discovered just then that my hood mechanism was not functioning, but the lead mechanic knew a way around it, that I would have never thought of, and got it open easy enough. It was nice to actually get my oil change that day!

Everything was top notch until checked out. I told 3 different people that I had a $7 coupon and with having a BMW I try to save as much as I can because everything is pricey with those cars. I told the guy checking me out that I had the coupon he said ok came back with my receipt to sign and no coupon discount on there. When I asked he said oh I forgot and just stood there. I said every little bit of savings helps and I told 3 people. He said ill get you a discount next time. Ill put it in the computer. I said ok because I had to get to work and was slightly annoyed. We will see next time!! If not for this I would have given them 5 stars.

Every time I go to Grease Monkey I receive prompt, courteous and excellent service. I’ve been coming here for years and have never been disappointed.

I understand COVID is ruling the world, however l dont understand having to stay in my car and wear a mask in order to have my oil changed. Everyone was polite, my oil got changed, but l also now understand that l payed almost $50 more than l would have at your competitors in town, and thirty dollars more than at the DEALERSHIP in Farmington.I have dealt here since you opened, but will be doing business at a less expensive establishment in the future. If l have to do part of what you used to do, (i.e. check the lights) it should be less expensive, not twice as much!

Slow... 3 bays available, but only were using 2,Had to sit in the sun for an 30-40 minutes plus the appointment. I appreciate the fact that everyone were wearing a mask and they had us sit in the car wearing a mask too, only if the windows were down. Very nice and courteous workers.

All went smoothly. And quickly. Service guys were competent and really nice.

Excellent experience! Professional and well expedited. The team went beyond what they were supposed to do by noticing a skid plate was rubbing on a transfer case and they took it off for me. I always feel like I’ve been treated with respect. There’s no hard sell here they tell you like it is and let you make the decision after they do a light education for you if you don’t understand cars.

Everyone was great, but the guy who cashed me out came for my payment without a receipt and he couldn’t remember what my total was, I was in a time crunch so I gave him my card anyway - so I was a little surprised by the total when he came back with the bill.

Really impressed with Grease Monkey and their level of professionalism and thoroughness. Found a rats nest in my engine and cabin filter, helped me troubleshoot another issue, all while changing my oil. Didn’t man-splain things to me, and really did a great job despite covid. I got an oil change, cabin filter and engine air filter. My car holds 7.9 qts. of oil and I use synthetic oil which is more expensive, but my total bill was 177.00. This is the most I have EVER paid for an oil change. The filters were55 dollars so the oil change was 122 dollars.I am STILL looking for an inexpensive place to get an oil change.
