My boyfriend and I came in today to get the same nails done, his came out perfectly while mine are sloppy and not well done at all. The nails are supposed to have a small frog and little flowers on them, mine has black stringy lines underneath the gel topcoat. I also said I did not want gel as I have had bad experiences before and they still applied gel polish. Not worth the 80 dollars we spent.

I have been going to this salon for over a year. Was so pleased when Lucy performed my pedicure so well, and when I asked her if someone in the salon would be able to give me an eyelash lift and curl, I was so glad to hear that she was trained to do this wonderful service. I am so spoiled now. I love not having to use an eyelash curler any longer. LUCY has the expertise and is so knowledgeable about all she performs so well. She is such a sweet and kind woman, too. I look forward to seeing her every 6-8 weeks. I love my curly eyelashes!! Thank you, Lucy, for being so amazing!!

These folks really know their trade. I feel like a new person when I come out. Ive only had pedicures which are really good and affordable. My 12 year old great-granddaughter had a manicure.😂 She loved it!!!

I did my eyelashes extensions and I really didn’t like the way a girl did for me, it looked fake and uneven. I found LUCY from a customer I helped. I really loved her eyeslashes and asked where she got them done at. She was nice to give a card and some info. I just loved the way they looked and called to set up appointment with LUCY. The shop is really nice and clean. LUCY was really sweet, she explained all the options I asked for the eyelashes extensions that a girl I did before couldn’t answer me. I can tell LUCY is very good knowledge about this field 👍. I am glad I got them done because it has made such a huge difference! No more mascara and the time putting it on! It is money well spent. I love my eyelashes and LUCY clearly know what she is doing. Love it. Thank you LUCY!

Lucy did my lash extensions and theyre beautiful! She is so patient and meticulous. My friend liked them so much, she went to get them too and she looks great!! Lashes make such a difference in your appearance, which is helpful because wearing makeup in the summer is not realistic 😁

Dee is great for toes and Jason is great for nails! I always have a great experience every time I come in. My pedicure and manicure last 1 month! Unheard of! Love this place and the technicians.

Good at what they do but... If you are a walk-in plan on waiting 3 times longer than they say without any updates. Other people walked -in a few minutes after us. The salon seemed to take the more expensive services first. Not a good feeling.

This has been my nail salon for a long time all of the nail techs are very skilled overtime you will have favorites. One of my favorites for nails is Jessica.

This place is AWESOME. Wandered in and I have a feeling this is my new “secret” spot. Everything was perfect: the service, massage, the color, the ambiance…seriously… EVERYTHING about this place Rocks!!!!

I have been going to Perfect Nails for 4 years now and love their services! Lynsy always takes wonderful care of me! She does beautiful manicures that last for two weeks, including taking care of two fingernails I have that always split. Andy always takes great care of my daughters when they are in town, so I highly recommend both of them. Linda, the owner, runs a tight ship and the salon is always spotless and as of today 5/21/21 everyone is still wearing masks!

Of course I have a few favorite technicians that I won’t name on this review because then I would never be able to get into see them since they would just get busier, lol, but out of all the technicians I have had over the past 10 years plus, I have never one time been disappointed!

This was my first time visiting this nail salon. I chose it because of the short distance, but most importantly because their nail tools are single use and are clean. My attendant was Andy and he was phenomenal. Very personable, skilled, and he also was very well put together. I needed time off and this was a great treat. I enjoyed some quiet time, and great service. Andy also has great skill in regards to massage on the feet. My pedicure is neat and beautiful. Despite the older patrons talking a bit loud, I felt very calm and serene. Thanks for what you do. It is a pleasure coming to a clean establishment since I’m in the medical field. Andy, I will be back!

The salon is clean and peaceful, very well kept, and the variety of services offered at a high quality can’t be beat. My previous visit my nails didn’t turn out how I’d hoped but one of the managers or maybe it was the owner ended up reaching out to me to help me fix them. They look incredible now and I am just so overjoyed and grateful! They didn’t have to fix them for me but they chose to and I can’t thank them enough! My nails are gorgeous!!

This place is a joke. Called and asked if there was a wait for walk ins. Drove 30 min because the reviews were great. Got there and seated immediately. Rushed through getting my nails on. Rushed me to pick a color, from their disaster of a color wheel. Horrible shape even though I asked for it to be fixed. Will attach photos. They were supposed to be coffin shaped. Horrible impression of this place and I will not be back anytime soon.

Dee did a great job on my toes today. The salon always smells like clean laundry not harsh chemicals. The variety of music playing is very nice. Everyone is polite and professional.

So disappointed with my recent visit. I made an appointment online, which was confirmed, but they had no record when I arrived. With guests and two nail technicians not wearing masks - one who tucked in right next to me to put away towels, I did not feel comfortable with their Covid protocols and left mid-pedicure. I know we all have different levels of risk acceptance, but this was beyond. Maybe I caught them on a bad day, but I wont return.

They were amazing!! So clean in there every station has a UV sterilizer! All seats have a plexi glass, wouldn’t care if they had that or not. They are all so friendly ! And let me tell you about my eyebrows I have never been so pleased, the shaping the time they took obviously evening them out and I know they aren’t supposed to be twins but they are basically identical.

Great pedicure the employees are always nice and do a great job my gel pedicure always last!

They were right on time, very accommodating and my toes are gorgeous!!

I got my nails done last night was having a bad day, at first I wanted ombré but it wasn’t turning out so I went with pink & white ended up paying $55 for just a basic French. I’m not happy when my nails especially for the price. One of my nails is crooked and my index finger curves down, I don’t care for my shape either I’m really bummed out. Hopefully the owner is able to help me.

I literally walked in with a picture. First, i havent been there in over a year and he knew exactly who i was and my name. 2nd. I showed him a picture, he took me to Ethan and i have perfect nails. Exactly, if not better than what I wanted. Then I got the perfect pedicure. I travel from Holiday to Dunedin and I pass many nail places but I will only go here.Donna Erlandson

My nails and feet are my most frequent services. They have introduced me to new techniques in way of manicures especially. Currently I am getting my nails dipped. Fantastic way to grow and nourish my own nails. My last polish was the Cat-eye...Wow..just amazing job. So many people complimented me on them. Extremely unique ! Awful experience, one worker was coughing everywhere, my nails look terrible . All different lengths and shapes, also charge $10 for coffin shape . Like what ?? Literally have to redo everything at home . Asked for gems on my nails, didnt get it . Asked for another coat, didnt get it . Kept talking about me as i was getting a pedicure done, everyone was looking at me . Will not be coming back

It was the fastest pedicure I ever had. Some of my nails was bleeding and some was not cut or even cleaned out. Pretty bad when you go out to your vehicle and finish the job. Will not be going back.

I have been going to this Salon since I was 17 and I was living in the area I moved out of the area to Lutz I tried five to six different places didnt like any of them so now I drive an hour just to get my nails done this place is amazing and Jason is my nail tech and I get acrylics fill-ins with gel polish and nail art Im always satisfied recommend anybody to this place

Ive only had excellent experiences at this spa. Ive been coming here for years to get my nails done. While Ive always gotten great service at this location, I keep coming back for Tiffany. She does such a beautiful job. Theyve also done great with the new COVID guidelines. Ive been afraid to leave my house, let alone get my nails done, but it was very safe and sanitary. You wont be disappointed!!!

I wish I could remember my nail techs name, because she was so wonderful! I had painfully split one of my nails the night before, and she was so gentle and cautious so as not to cause me any discomfort while redoing my SNS manicure. I no longer live in the area, but will be sure to work a visit here into my schedule whenever I return! Thank you for taking such good care of me!

Tony did the best pedicure and awesome massage They all give wonderful service and the salon is always clean and well kept. Their prices are awesome as well.

Dee does great pedicures and manicures. The business is always very clean and the prices are great can get a shellac manicure and deluxe pedicure plus tip of $5 for $60

I was taken in promptly for my services. I am very pleased with everything. Will definitely return!

The gentleman, Jason, overcharged for my nails and he did so so and rush job. I came for a fill and asked him a coffin (mean narrow on top) shape, fixed some for my short nails. At the check out, total $39+ $5 tip - on the service brochure $31 for acrylic refill. If he did a good job I don’t care about that but when I came home and looked at my nails, they aren’t even or smooth, different shapes and he didn’t clean underneath my nails. Still very angry.

My sister and I were walk ins today. They were able to get us both in and do our pedicures together. We tried the jelly pedicure for the first time and loved it. The shop is up-to-date, nicely decorated and very clean. There were a lot of clients there at 2pm which tells me that they are a successful shop. Everybody was very friendly, helpful and efficient. We enjoyed our time there and like our pretty nails.

Aweee this place I love the girls and even owner have done my nails . NYE I didnt realize they where closing early. Norm - is 7pm but got there at 10 to 5pm and they where going to close and I felt bad and I said Ill come back next day. Staff insisted I stay and they wouldnt do my nails I kept saying dont worry Ill come back but they still persisted and said it was no worries I was there for over an hour and my nails came out fabulous for New Years Day :-) the stuff since then always welcome and always fun great conversations . It is a very clean place its been there for 12 years and while getting your feet Pedicure done they have amazing chairs to sit in I could fall asleep :-) definitely a great place to go to even if Im vacationing and visiting need a spot to go to this is your spot the staff is always welcoming and friendly .

I went in to get a quick gel polish change which shouldn’t cost more than $20-25 and the lady charged me $27!!! I knew that was too much and so I asked one of the ladies at the front how much they bathed for a gel polish change and she said $25, so the ladies there over charge if they know you’re paying cash. I won’t be going back
