I am a very picky client when it comes to my nails so going to a nail salon for the first time is a big deal for me. I did my research before going to my first appointment. Tina exceeded my expectations. Great attention to detail. They use quality products. I am very hard on my hands and I have had no issues with lifting or breaking.The salon is cute and clean and everyone is so nice.My only advice is schedule your nail appointments in advance. Tina is busy and she doesn’t play when it comes to scheduling. It’s worth it to be organized and plan ahead.

The service was very professional and friendly. And the prices were outstanding as well. Our pedicurists were Tracy and Sandy.Excellent EXCELLENT attention to detail.We will definitely return... with friends!

Best place to have your nails done

Made an appointment for my girls. I asked about payment and was told to pay once they were finished. However when it came time for my oldest daughter to have her nails painted (she is mixed and has a dark complexion) they lady refused to paint them unless it was paid for. In the meantime....my youngest daughter and everyone else was having their nails finished. It took me coming in there and having to say something. This is absolutely ridiculous!!! Not to mention the rush job she did. We will NEVER be back!

Not impressed. I walked in an hour and a half before they closed and the guy rushed through everything. My nails are not shaped properly, he completely ignored my cuticles and just used a drill to cut them off in the end which was painful. I asked for literally the most SIMPLE design and they did awful. Apparently there’s only one lady that does all the nail designs and the failed to tell me she wasn’t there so they just wung it. The gel polish also bled into the sides of my nails and they didn’t even acknowledge it. Pretty unimpressed.

My friend Danielle referred me here and OMG yes! The shape turned out amazing, the colors selection was great. Tina did my nails and I absolutely loved them! She took her time to make sure I was comfortable with everything she did. I didn’t feel like I was being rushed you can tell she genuinely cares about her clients. I will definitely be back! Worst nail place in town.All my nails broke after 4 days.Pedicure came out good. The lady did a good job with my pedicure.Who did my nails was the owner. The acrylic was on top of my skin. The very next day I lost a nail and by the 4th day i lost them all.He was complaining that he wanted to go home early. Really? That’s your business.I went there few times, cause it’s convenient.Never was really happy, only once when his daughter did my nails. I know the girls are good there but never had them doing my nails because he always did my nails. Never again. I’m not going to waste so much money to have nails just for few days. You lost a good customer

I had a pedicure and acrylic fill, both with shellac. Pricing was standard and the customer service was exceptional. Upon leaving it appeared that the polish was defective, I called back and was advised to return and they would fix it for me. I was given the opportunity to select a new color and my nails were repainted no problem. Very kind staff throughout the entire process! I would highly recommend!

I got a full set done here and the lady was not careful around my nails and cut me and did a horrible job on my acrylics don’t go here

First time getting work done here and I had a very pleasant experience.

I recently moved to the area and was searching for nail salon when I found this place. Yesterday, I was able to walk in and immediately be served without an appt. Holly was the person that greeted me and also did my pedicure. I couldnt have been happier with the service. I selected a deluxe pedicure that lasted almost an hour for $35, not including tip (bring cash for that, FYI). I would definitely recommend this place and I most certainly will be back!

Creative Nails is my go-to for all things spa related. The ladies that work there are all very sweet, Cindy and Hannah are great and Mai actually owns the place with her husband who also works there, so its kind of a local place to go instead of to some chain from the mall. I stumbled upon them by accident but love them, Mais teenage kids also come in and help out on the weekends. The facials are great albeit a little pricey (but thats only because they definitely know their stuff), they do awesome waxing and pedicures too!

Always walk in, no appt, never have a long wait. John does a wonderful job on a basic manicure!

I went here today and I 10/10 recommend coming here! I will definitely be back! Tina filled in my acrylics today and did the best job I have ever had done on my nails!

Update: last week I stopped in on Saturday for a pedicure. You busy. So i booked an appointment for today at 215. At 210 I arrived, and Tracy was JUST starting a pedicure, not mine. I walked out. If youre not going to honor my appointment, you lose my business! Youre dead to me.My first visit today, with Tracy. Deluxe pedicure. She listened to what needed, short toe nails, without judgment. She took her time, and did a great job. The color came out great. Cannot wait for next visit.

Went to this place based on reviews. I went on a Monday around 10. There was no waiting for a pedicure. The technician seemed to be very detailed and took her time. The massage was pretty good and lasted about 10 mins. My feet feel so soft and smooth. The polish looks great. Decent amount of polish to choose from as well.Nice people. Definitely recommend for pedicure.

BE CAREFUL WITH YOUR CREDIT CARDS HERE!!! I used a gift card to pay $60 of my $180 bill. I then gave them $120 in cash for the remainder of the bill, and a $40 tip. When I checked the balance on my gift card I found that Creative Nails had added a $12 tip on it without my permission. When I questioned them about it, they simply offered me the $12 and said they were busy sometimes. No apology was offered and they didnt even try to find out who had done it. I will not do business with someone I know cannot be trusted.

Very rude when it can time to get my nails done! They just left me sitting in the chair after getting my feet done! After clearly stating I wanted a full set done on my nails. They just went to next customer like I wasnt even there! 🤬

I had my first visit here with the intentions of a mani/pedi. Which was exactly what I got. Everyone in there was pleasant- and accommodated any needs. Was very satisfied with my pedicure done by a younger woman who I did not get her name. She didnt seem very happy- but IMO who would REALLY be happy having to rub someones feet. (Even if it is their job occupation) my acrylic set was put on by a man who I also didnt catch his name. He was friendly- but while he was putting the nails on some of the glue/acrylic dried on my skin holding my skin against my finger nail which was very painful during the duration of my nails being trimmed and filed. I was then passed over to another woman named Tina she was very nice and she helped fix the dried acrylic on my skin since I was very discomforted. Which the only way to really fix it was file the skin off with the drill since the nail file wasnt helping. I didnt care at that point I just wanted it off. She was very sweet through the process of shaping my nails, and took her time.Few hours later- all of my nails are throbbing but thats normal for some people. Especially since I havent had an acrylic set on in a while.The main thing that bothered me was being sent to 3 different people. I couldnt properly tip since it was going to 3 people.

Worst experience ever! The lady who did my full set was extremely rude didnt listen to what I was asking for and rolled her eyes at me when I asked for the 3rd time to be shorter and same length and then handed me off for someone else to paint them.I got a full-set of gel nails and it was $40 and looks awful! Spare yourself and dont go here. Go to red nails and ask for Kelly!

I was looking for a good nail place close to my house so i gave them a try. I went for a fill and a pedi and was excited to read and relax but that was not an option. they insisted on doing my fill during the pedi so i was twisted and uncomfortable during the entire experience. i pointed out an issue with one of my nails (it was completely crooked) both techs smiled and seemed to not understand. as for the pedi, the massage was non existent. she basically just put lotion on my legs for ten minutes. i asked her to please do it a bit harder and she smiled and continued the way she was doing it. although the ladies were nice, i will have to go to get them fixed at my regular place tomorrow. unfortunately i found this place a total waste of money. i really did have high hopes! 😕

My big toe is now infected after a few days while this used to be my favorite nail place it no longer is. I had an inexperienced technician who needs to be trained, he called himself John. That is all the English he knew. He was not able to communicate with me and did a substandard job. Then at the end I was pressured into giving a tip for a mani and pedi that is not that great and later to find also painful because he did not cut my toe nails properly, they became infected, sore and painful. The polish only lasted 3 days before it started to chip. I will either ask for someone who can communicate with me or go elsewhere. This is my first bad experience with this nail salon.
