Mia was amazing as well as the other staff members. They treated us so well. I totally enjoyed my experience with the staff as well as other customers. I plan on visiting again tomorrow

Absolutely love this nail salon! I have been going for a little over a year now and it’s a lovely environment. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming and they do a fantastic job! I never feel like they are rushing and I always leave loving my nails! Also I think they are doing a fantastic job keeping the salon clean and safe for customers during this time. When I walked in they kindly asked me to first wash my hands and then proceed with picking out a color. Customers were spaced out and there was a protective cover in between the pedicure chairs. Highly recommend this nail salon!!!!!

Every time I come they ask me to come back. So you know what that means? I will never come back. 0 stars and ill go to one of the other 4,286 other nails salons in the area. Kind, warm, intuitive and professional.Was very patient and talked to me about my options. They did an amazing job on my natural nails. She used SNS, Mood-changing colors and they last for 2-4 weeks. Reasonable prices.

My daughter and I have been coming in to this nail salon for 9 years, every 3 weeks, and they are the BEST!! We wouldnt dream of going anywhere else as the quality is unbeatable! We love everyone there and they would NEVER talk about you! (the person who said that is probably racist and paranoid because she knows thats what SHE does!!) They are immaculately clean and very warm and welcoming to everyone that walks through their door! 5 stars!!!

Great place! The staff is very friendly and inviting! However, I wouldn’t recommend getting your eyebrows done. Every time I’ve gotten them done (multiple chances, different people) I feel like I pay for something that looks like I could do myself. Only waxing the top, and bottom is not “getting them done”. I felt like the person that did my brows had no experience at all with shaping and cleaning brows. She was just selected to do the job to get it done. I wouldn’t go back and get my eyebrows done ever again. But, other than that my experience has been great!

Very Racist shop, I came in and only white people were in there I walked in and everybody looked at me including the workers and I told them what I needed the lady then said I’m sorry were doing appointment only. Just sad and disappointing It’s the year 2020 and we still out here racially profiling? I promise you I would of tipped generously And would have supported the business in the future

Ive been a customer for the last 2 years but I guess its time to find a new place. I came to do french gel, the next day one nail the gel got split so I had to come back to fix it. They fix that nail. Couple of days later, another nail. I again come back to fix it. I said that it is a second nail for the past few days, she laughed, I said that its not funny, I have better things to do on Sunday afternoon then coming back there, and I have spend 33 dollars and expect the nail to last. They talk about you and laugh at you at their native language, it makes you feel uncomfortable and urge to get away from there. This is not the first time it happens.. I really not recommend this place. They are rude and unprofessional.

I loved this place! I feel like its hard to come by a GREAT gel overlay thats looks natural and not too thick or wide. Tina is AMAZING! And pays great attention to detail. The salon is clean an peaceful. They also use new pumice stones on your pedicure, so there is NO POSSIBLE SHARING of BACTERIA!!!

Three years ago, my daughter and I adopted Tiffanys as our favorite nail place. I still get the best pedicure in Johns Creek here even after comparison shopping. Since my daughter married and moved to Chattanooga, I dont go here as often...it was our girls thing to do. But I am an RN and cant have anything on my hands. But I must pamper my feet because I am on them all day. Best Pedicure around!

I used to absolutely love coming here but now after 3 or 4 years it is time for me to find a new place. Everyone (except two) are new, they talk about you in their native language and laugh at you. I had a polish change once and the lady spoke to another lady in her language, she then walked over to my foot basin and pointed at my feet, they both spoke and laughed. Also, another time I had a fill in and it looked like the layer of gel polish underneath the top coat was not dry, causing my nails to look like it was a mood changing polish. I came back the next day so they could fix it, which they didnt hesitate to do while speaking in their native language and everyone coming to look at my nails, and after they redid the polish and top coat, IT LOOKED THE SAME. I took pics and will figure out how to post them. I loved Tiffany nails but Ive had too many disappointments recently.

I went in for a simple manicure and the nail tech butchered my fingers and cuticles. She painted over the dead skin on my nail beds instead of removing the cuticle. It’s was a horrible job when I walked out, but I tipped well in any case. However three days after my manicure it is chipped and the cuticles are shredded. Simply awful! I won’t ever be back.

Mia is simply the best,, these ladies are great, my new salon for all my services!! Didnt need appointment, took me right in and my nails look better than anyone has done since moving from NY! Very clean and upscale, great atmosphere and positive vibes! Highly recommend going here....I will definitely be back and thank you Mia for my gift 💋

Worst Nail Salon Ive Ever Been To. If I could leave them negatives I would. I should have left the moment they found it comical that I wanted black nails. They continued to go back and forth in their native language saying the word black here and there, which was how I knew they were talking about me. Once I was seated the girl thought it would be cute to ask me Do you want black or black? Then laughed with her co-worked. I responded with Or black just to brush it off. Throughout my visit she continued to look at me on and off. I kept catching her because if was awkward. Lets get to the nail part. That SUCKED as well. I asked for almond shape...that didnt happened. I got my nails done on a Saturday...a gel set might I add...and they were all scuffed by Monday. It was terrible. To make matters worse, my gel as chipped only after one week. Pictures provided. They are trash. Im never going back.

They do a very very good job with my nails and the people are so nice. I highly recommend them.

I prefer SNS, they place a thin layer. I had to tell the technician to place another layer, and it was still too thin. Do not like the attitude there.

I have moved to Macon for 5 years. Whenever I comeback Duluth, I always go to this place. The salon always looks new. The workers are very nice and friedly.They are the best.

I had a bad experience here about an year ago, and still makes me unhappy when I think of this place.- The worst service- Not clean- Cause bleeding during working on the cuticle (they dont wipe, even tho blood is on their equipment)- Very little color selections

AWESOME EXPERIENCE EVER!!

If you need a quickie come here, its cheap, but they really dont do that good like with the nail shape and putting on the acrylic.

They charge you 10 dollars to remove your gel nails to get a normal manicure on top of the 11 it already cost ... I refused and took them off on my own in the store so I can get the regular manicure at the regular price and they gave me Rude looks.

My go to salon!!
