Iove how they treated me Love how my nails ended up

I would not recommend this salon. The staff is friendly enough, but the service is extremely slow and not up to par. I arrived at 6:15 pm Friday night and left at 9:15. When I arrived there was only one customer being serviced and was halfway through her manicure. I assumed it would be an easy hour to an hour and a half and I would be out of there (as I normally am with most other nail salons).There were three technicians working and none of them had the skills to complete needed work on one customer. There was a lot of back and forth between the three to complete my nail shaping, polish and design. The place was very unclean and very disorganized. The prices were decent but I’m not happy with the end result.I would go back today for a reshape, but I’m going out of town. Don’t go here if you are on a time crunch or want incredible nails 💅🏻.

I got the best manicure Ive gotten in a long time! The nail technician took her time and made sure my nails were perfect and exactly the way I wanted. She apologized for the wait but honestly the results were so worth it! I only feel bad I didnt get her name! Thank you!

I have really short nails and it can be hard to work with, but the lady did an awesome job fixing them up :-) the owners are very kind and patient!

Owners are very nice and patient. Came in today needing a fill in, and they took care of the air bubbles that was beneath my nails. And filed it nice and precise the way I liked it. Would definetly come back.

Basic nailery the lady that services me was very conversational so that I enjoyed but I believe I was overpriced.

Amazing customer service and did a wonderful job .My daughter and I will be back again .

I went for a fill in on 01/12/2021 . Toe color change and eyebrows too.I chose a color on their gel samples . It was a light brown nude color.When the lady began doing my nails it was a blue. She mistaken the numbers and got another one . When applied it was a light orange . Then she said the sample on the pallets are old so the colors faded .Instead of taking the orange off she got another hero brown color and painted over it (on the big toe that she had already painted with the light orange)We continued on with brown color Bc I was happy with the color . It wasnt the one on the pallets but it was similar .The guy spent TWO HOURS on a gel full set . Short .After 4 days I went to buy nail glue because one came off and 4 other nails were already lose and the edges by the cuticle, the nail was chipping off already too .The day I bought nail glue, on 01/16, I called the salon and they didnt answer. I wanted to see if they could repair that one nail for free .On Monday the 18th (today) at 5:45 pm, I went in person to ask if I could get a free fill in or refund due to all nails being lose and the edge or end of nail by the cuticle lifting and chipping & the lady said no that she could only file them for free .She kept saying I didnt take care of them but I explained to her that I always do my nails and longer too and last up to 3-4 weeks and I showed her previos nails nails had done before to show her how long theyve lasted .This was 4 DAYS and I even had to buy nail glue !she said she could fix them and when I asked her what she would do to fix them she said file them . I dont get how filing would help .She said she didnt care how long nails I had before lasted and didnt care that I called Saturday . Told her to refund me Bc she didnt wanna do a fill in and she didnt want toHer husband got in my sisters face and started getting mad that we were in there without getting a service done . They were rude and didnt care . Keep in mind the man took two hours on my nails . The lady was rude too . If you want a good job and long lasting nails . This is NOT THE PLACE !

I just love the attention they pay when providing my service. I work 60+ hours on my feet. When I leave I have baby soft feet. I sit in the chair at least 1 and a half hours each time. Applied callous remover 3 times, scrub, massage legs and feet. I never feel rushed.

Ive been coming here for over a year now. John and his wife are great! They are the only 2 that work in the shop and they are attentive. They WILL NOT rush because people are waiting. Very kind people that are amazing at what they do!

Absolutely loved my experience. The facility was clean. They adhered to social distancing and they did a wonderful job with my medi pedi. Not to mention they are extremely reasonable. Definitely my new favorite spot.

Best pedicure I’ve ever gotten. I really enjoyed my experience here, and I’ll definitely be back. The man and woman who own the shop are so sweet and nice. They’re also very detail oriented, and they really take their time with you to make sure you’re getting what you paid for. I almost went to another more popular nail salon close by this one, but I’m glad I decided to come here instead.

Fell off after a week, the man got 2 inches from my face, I didn’t do anything. He tried to kick me out. During a pandemic, they shouldn’t be in anyone’s face.

I came here during my lunch break at work hoping for a quick and simple gel manicure. There was no one in there so I thought it would be a smooth visit. However, the person doing my nails was too busy talking to me about politics to focus on my nails. Instead of continuing to do my nails they would stop and talk about the impeachment hearings and their opinion. It made me feel uncomfortable and when I was only wanting a relaxing manicure. In addition, I’ve been getting gel manicures since I was a teenager and I’ve never had anyone file down my actual nail. I know this is normal with other manicures, but I just got a gel manicure.Fortunately, another person took over for the paint and ultimately corrected the previous persons mistakes. While this person did fine, I would not go back. The salon it’s self was not well maintained and I am disappointed after seeing a 4.3 star rating when I decided to choose it.

After 5 days with nails from here, they came off. I went and asked for them to be fixed and they denied it and said it was my fault and the. He got in my face and tried to push me out. I have photos . Do not come here, it’s owned by man and wife . They’re so rude and unprofessional

I walked in for a pedicure, and I got seated immediately. I appreciate the friendly employees and great customer service! Highly recommend.

My first visit and definitely not last!! It was a wonderful experience. John, the owner, and his wife both did my nails. Such nice people!! They both did a great job. Only $15.00 for a fill-in. Couldnt have asked for better service!

There may be only 2 people who work here, but when I tell you I had an amazing experience with my pedicure!! Wow!!! She took her time to make sure my feet looked and felt as though they were red carpet ready. They do several callous removal scrubs as well as going around the cuticle. Sugar scrub and massage included ALL FOR 1 PRICE!!! Good service. Good work. You do not feel rushed. I am not going anywhere else. Ive found my go to spot!

John and his Wife are very intune to the customers needs. They maintain all the new trends and never had a infection are bad product in four years.

Great couple offering full and comprehensive nail services at affordable prices. All new massage chairs. Paraffin wax dip included with mani/pedi. Loan and John will treat you with special care.

Went there yesterday and was taken care of quickly. Small shop but very friendly. They actually talk to you amd explain everything. They did many things that no other nail salon has done before making sure my nails where the best they could be. Will be going back!

Guy does a great job

Wonderful friendly staff and they really take their time with detail. My nails look great and they gave me no problems if I asked them to touch up something.

The guy that did “ attempted “ to do my Sns made me bleed reaaaaallly bad . He took a chuck out of my cuticle & he didn’t even say sorry I just told him to stop doing my nails and I ended up not getting anything on my nails except a band-aid. I will never step foot back in there . I should of known I would have a bad experience because the shop was deserted. Still bleeding as I’m writing this review btw .

Really nice owners, and great service

Took his time and was very very friendly mama talked to me and had conversation. They were very detailed however I do not love my nails. There were things that was done that was kind of unnecessary. It took about an hour

Great pedicure

They cut your sides of your nail and that really does hurt and they only last like one week

Arrived at 10 am and only two employees working (the owners) whom were working on a customer prior to my arrival. The chairs and tables are old and worn down. Needless to say I left....

It is 9:33am on Thursday and nobody is inside they are not open although the door says they open at 9:30am.
