Absolutely worse company ever. Have had problems every month. Always loose service. They messed up my bill two months in a row. Turned off service before bill was due. If there was any other service we could go through in my area we would.

I depend on the internet for my job and I have never had a problem. My ping is monitored by my employer. I have been using them since they bought Kingsland cable. I asked how to get the best speed and they said to use their router. I switched to their router and have been running perfectly ever since.

We currently use YouTube TV. It is constantly buffering. All but impossible to watch!Internet is sketchy at best.Should just hot spot my phone........

I am pretty much scrapping from the bottom of the barrel when it comes to Hargray. I am only obligated to utilize their internet service because theyre the best affordable provider in town which isnt saying much because the quality is terrible. We always lose internet connection. Definitely debating on switch if they dont get their s*** together. Unbelievable.

I have nothing but problems with Hargray services since they have taken over Kingsland Cable and Internet. Not only do I have personal internet issues with Hargray but I have professional issues too as I work from home. There is an outage like clockwork every month and the rates are too expensive to be paying for this amount of issues. They charge you to come out when it’s issues on there end to have fix. Not happy at all with there poor service and quality.

I have had my the service since Sept 2020.I have not had one week of complete service. Multiple techs out to my apartment. They walk out 2 hours later loses signal again. Only service available.Decided to go with simple antenna.Priced way too high.Staff is very polite. I just dont know if they are not well trained or faulty equipment.

Paid the internet bill and they still shut it off. Tried to get ahold of someone but their offices are always closed. 10 out of 10 would not reccomend

My mobile Hotspot is more reliable and faster than the 50mbps I pay Hargray for. Cuts out multiple times a day. Also, you cannot opt out of the paper billing (additional charge) unless youre a senior citizen. I was a customer with Kingsland Cable for 3 years before Hargray bought them out and the quality of service has dropped significantly.

Absolutely the worst internet I’ve ever had, and I’ve been stationed in a few different states and countries. I had better internet when I was stationed in the Middle East. I’ve had a tech come 5 times in a week, replace everything from the box to the street and still cuts out. I pay $144 a month; this is extremely unacceptable.

So many calls. Cuts out every single day numerous times. Id rather have DSL and I hate DSL. I never thought of how much I would miss Kingsland cable. Wish they hadnt sold out.

I have had nothing but problems since Kingsland cable was taken over by Hargray. My television signal goes out about every week. Hargray ran new cable twice and still having issues, their 24/7 call in does hangs-up as I tried calling 8/22/20 Saturday at 9:00 pm. This is about the 10th time we have had the same problem since they changed to wireless. Give me Kingsland cable any day as Hargray only wants the MONEY, and does not want to provide service. Ever since theyve taken over from Kingsland Cable, its been straight garbage. I have upgraded from 50mbs (Kingsland Cable) to over 500 mbs and its worst. The cable cuts out throughout the day. Ive given them time to adjust, but I cant anymore. I wish we had more companies to choose from.
