Wonderful experience with great atmosphere and people. It was so nice to come in and relax and be treated like a QUEEN 👑. Kens work on my nails is superb. He was patient, listen and I got exactly what I wanted. This place is truly a hidden gem.

So I only came in to get one toe repainted (done by another salon), however, Lavish nails said theyd do it for free 😲! Which I felt was amazing considering this day and age where nail shops charge $5 dollar more for absolutely everything. Not to mention the disappearance of $20 and $30 sets and fill-ins. Nevertheless, the pleasantries and generosity landed a full pedicure with a tip and a new pedicure client as Teddy massages were great!

DO NOT COME HERE! Horrible, dirty utensils, rude customer service, poor quality work, & no accountability. Nails do NOT last. I got My nails done on Thursday and after no physical work at all by Monday 4 were broken completely off and others were lifting. Monday … TWO more came off. I called and was told to come in! I go in with proof of payment and requested a reason or a fix. I was then insulated after having my card statement, text receipt, & records of their own I was told none are sufficient to show I paid them for these services. Two other workers inside refused to help or assist! They refuse to give you what you ask for based on their very limited skill set and color availability.

I have never been so mistreated at a nail place before.KEN was RUDE and unprofessional. Every time he wanted me to change hands at the machine he gave me an eye signal.I asked him to fix my nail that was crooked and he handled me the NAIL FILE.The audacity and disrespect was unbelievable.When I said I was not satisfied he saidIt will be $40 dollars.Do not go there. Do not give them your business.

First off, Henry and Julie were awesome. A lot of upselling going on but it’s a business I get it. The reason why I’m even on here is because of Mary. Horrible customer service but not going to give 1 star because of a bad apple in the business. Never had a bad experience like that in my 25 years of getting my nails done. Honey if you’re reading this, go ahead and retire and go home because no one needs your attitude. I never gave an ounce of attitude and expect that same respect back. Being local, I wish the experience was better because I would have continued to come here but that’s the last of me at Lavish. Mary, go home.

Wonderful experience!! The staff was welcoming and very enjoyable. I love when I can feel comfortable when doing my nails. I dont like feeling rushed and not take my their time with my nails. Tina and Ted took their time to make me feel like I am a appreciated customer. Good job!

First time visiting. Very Very clean and taking the Coronavirus seriously by following all CDC guidelines. My usual nail salon was closed. Glad I stumbled on this one. I will definitely return. The speed is also very gpod. Professional, clean. Fast, Quality.

I had an amazing experience here. Called when I got off work and asked if they were accepting walk in’s and they said yes. Turned out it was next to where I worked and was instantly greeted when I came in. I told them what I wanted and we started right away. My nails are very short, and hard to work with I typically end up in pain or bleeding and the lady was very gentle while working with me. I was expecting a fairly pricy bill 60-70 dollars and I walked out paying 45. I left a nice tip and I definitely place on coming back. Hands down best salon I’ve ever gone to.

This is a great place! Very clean and very nice staff. A little bit pricey and getting a clear understanding of service and prices prior to service would be great. I always think I’m spending one price and end up paying more. I finally redeemed a 10% discount after coming for over a year.

Romeo did an outstanding job! He fixed and reshaped my mess which was the pink glitter nails. He is super detailed and honest and I love that about him! Will definitely be coming to see him from now on.

Henry, the owner, did a fabulous job with my nails! This is his new year special! His salon is beautiful and luxurious. He said hes been doing nails for 25 years, so you know he will do a great job with yours too.

I came in with full fluffy brows and left with actual sticks/2000’s rainbow style brows, my nails are fine but the length is wayyyy too long even after asking to cut them down. Nail tech was nice but he didn’t really ask me any of my preferences. Not the best customer service and my brows are ruined :-(

Terribly expensive. The staff was overall friendly and efficient. I had to ask the lady doing my pedicure what she was doing because she started to add a glitter coating that I had not asked for. The middle nail on my left hand is crooked but overall nice job. I more than likely will not return simply because it is not in the budget to pay $130 for a full set and spa pedi every two weeks.

Nice decor buts that’s about it. Very pricey and the quality doesn’t match, received a gel manicure and it didn’t last 5 days! Gel paint started to pill off after 4 days!!! For $32.00 dollars this makes me very upset. Sadly I won’t be returning!

Super care and magnificent work with the decision I made to have my eyebrows with lashes done. Workers were very courteous with what I wanted done and explained my daily care for my eyes work I have done. Thumbs up 👍👁Plus more things get done with feet, skin, body and more.

$137 for a manicure and a pedicure! I am beyond upset & feel like the nail salon (Henry did my nails) bamboozled me. They do not honor the prices or specials on the website. Truly is truly a scam! I am NEVER going back and I hope that I can save at least 1 person from being ripped off! Nothing on the website is true, so please dont waste your time doing to the salon!

I used to go here all the time and I went back today and took my daughter for her first mani pedi and I also got a pedicure and a fill. Explain to me why every time I go the prices are outrageous for a fill. She only filled in the bottom half of my nails charged me for a 55.00 ombré set, took off my design and said I willFix it for you and then turned around an charged me 10.00 for something she destroyed. Then said your cuticles need to be done and charged me for a while manicure when all she did was cut my cuticles, that she should have done with my fill. I will never go back two people and the things that were done is not 150.00, they are price gouging because of the virus and have lost a customer and I will be calling my bank too. Horrible service

Misty is the best pedicurist in this state of Ga. I truly love her!♥️♥️♥️ Her work & friendliness is truly by far the best. I tipped her after her work & she was shocked, she was worth way more. A normal foot massage is anywhere is $100 bucks. She spends so much time making your feet sooooo awesome, plus all the extra stuff she does while Multitasking. I only spent $35 for a normal Pedicure. So, I tipped double because she puts a 120% in & love what she do. Will totally become a normal member here

I found this little gem online and went in for a full set of brand new acrylic nails and a pedicure. The prices are compatible and you get a fabulous experience for the rate! Staff is friendly and welcoming. This place has CLASS. Served fresh fruit and other treats, the ambiance is calming, the decor is top notch with such style. I will go back every 2 weeks from now on! Thank you for such a wonderful experience.

The WORST experience I have ever had at a nail salon. Was so excited. The shop is beautiful but they don’t know how to do nails. Went for a mani and pedi. The owner was nice at first. Then he offered me powder nails something I never had before. It looked pretty so I agreed. The nails came out so fugly. It was so unprofessional. It didn’t look anything like what he showed me. When I told him this he said it is because the picture he showed me was old as if that’s my problem. False advertising. He offered to do my nails again the next day. I reluctantly agreed because I didn’t want him to mess them up again. Before he changed the color he made snide remarks like “make sure you like this color...are you sure this is what you want?” Like he didn’t just give me some nails that looked nothing like what he promised. I restrained from cussing him out and left. Also he can’t do nails. Files and puts them On crooked. I spent $100 for everything. A waste. Please do t waste your money sis

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Over price, poor quality. I spent a lot of time waiting for someone who did my nails. Very disappointed with the service, just a week my nails come out and break, the sns even damaged my own nails, I have to start over, Im really disappointed.

I absolutely love this establishment! I never ever write reviews but this place is worthy of one!Clean, friendly, and always welcoming. Everyone that works there has a great sense of humor and they do great nails and pedicures.This is just what our area needed. I’ve been going to another nail salon in the same plaza for 2 years and I stopped going to them and started going to Lavish! I am so glad I made the change.

I definitely dropped a pretty penny today, but it was worth it. I got the SNS nails with a few tips which were about five dollars so that all my nails appeared to be the same length even though I have super short nails. I also got the signature pedicure which included a hot rock massage and paraffin on my feet, which were both so nice. I did get gel polish for my pedicure, which was also extra. My only complaint was that the nail polish was slightly different from what was used on my toes compared to what was on my fingers. I dont know if it was because one was a gel and one was a dip even though they were supposed to be the same color from the same company but they are slightly different in color. Luckily its close enough so that no one else will probably notice. I really wanted that robin egg blue look. Overall, because of the amazing experience Im still going to give 5 stars and will definitely return next time Im visiting the area.

I came in on a busy weekend and the owner at the front greeted me with a great smile. He explained the difference between acrylic nails and sns nails.I picked the number 2 pedicure with hot stone massage. The pedicure was so good I almost fell asleep. My first sns turned out very pretty. Definitely will be back !!! Love it! Its my go to salon now.They also have a cool reward system for customers.

I got a fullset on Thursday and four nails have already popped off. Please do not waste your time coming here.

Very nice a welcoming staff. My manicure looked amazing but my pedicure was subpar (the Polish looked cheap and rushed). The lady who did my pedicure aimed to please but stared and smiled at me the entire time until it was very uncomfortable to relax. I felt like I had to smile back and engage with her... Meh maybe Im just socially awkward?

Beautiful place. Good customer service. The foot scrubbing/callous removal could have been a little better. Quite pricey. Overall, Id still recommend.

Okay, Im officially obsessed with this place!1) I was seated quickly after arriving for my appointment (which I did the day of) which is huge! Most nail places always end up seating me at least 20mins after my appointment start time.2) My nail tech took her time shaping and coloring my nails. I did a new gel set with a chrome light blue-ish color and she did a great job! Love them! She was also super friendly.3) Pedicure was meh, only because my feet didnt feel as soft or cuticle-free as other places. The pedicurists painting was very clean though on the plus side.Overall still giving them 5/5 because I cant stop staring at my new set.

I was very disappointed with my service this time. My nails look horrible! If I could post a pic I would!! My ombré doesn’t look ombré! My nails have lumps! Dean said he was going to do them and then he sent me to this person. She messed my nails up. Every time you go and get someone you like.... they’ll be gone by the next visit.

I was soo excited to try the new nail salon by my house. All the diamonds attracted me everytime I passed by and I needed a full set/pedicure so why not check them out?? I went in and was surprised to find no customers....I was the ONLY customer there. Two employees were sitting around and looked annoyed and unenthused when I walked in..barely looking up to greet me.. I instantly felt unwelcomed. I explained what I needed... the female employee had a really nasty vibe to her. She was unfriendly and standoffish. It irritated me a little but I proceeded to get my nails done since I was already there. After they were done, I paid almost $100 for VERY BASIC services and within the same week 2 of my nails broke and one feels like its about to come off any minute now. I will NEVER go back there again!!!. Such a sad waste of good space...only thing they have is nice environment..customer service, quality of service and everything else deplorable. I now have to get my nails REDONE elsewhere.

Over price and the charge my 13 year old $58 for SNS on her own nails. Not acrylics or tip added, when I called he said because her nails were long and they had to cut them..After this return of me going to get them fixed and shape the way I paid for them to be shaped I would never ever see this place of business again.Beware!!!

Overpriced and does a horrible job

This is such a lucky find! They offer full nail services at a great price (Ombre SNS, Pedi for $80). Even their least expensive pedicure has a great massage; they always take the time to shape your toes well. The SNS lasts a long time but they never gove those awful hangnails. They do single color, Chrome, Ombre, designs, jewels....Very clean, comfortable, relaxing environment, refreshments... Love the purple and crystal decor, all in all a great place

Bad pedicure, she said she “already got the sides of my toenail” but after practice i saw my toe flared up bc of an ingrown 🤚🏼 Hurt so bad, lazy work for that price. Im not even a picky customer but smh I could’ve done better myself. Didn’t put enough polish on my moms toe either, you can see her real nail.🤦🏻‍♀️
