I am from out of town and was looking for a place to get my nails done. I drove to 3 other nail places that were very busy and found this one. Customer service is very welcoming.John listen exactly how I wanted my nails and followed through. Very detailed in his work. One of the best manicures Ive ever had

I called to schedule an appointment for my mani/pedi and I was told that I could be serviced ‘right now’. I came in and was greeted, seated, and pleased. The nail tech, Ha, was super polite and did an excellent job with my SNS manicure. I will return!

The ladies here are always pleasant. They attend to you fast and tell you right away if you have to wait. This is the first place that Ive gone to that has done my nails and pedicures right. The shop seems clean. They use plastic bags in the pedi bowls so theres no tick of fungus.

At the time of my visit, they only have three customers getting service and 5 workers. This is not my first time getting service here. I wanted to get my eyebrows done. And since I’m not getting a manicure and pedicure they turned me away. They do not have know how to properly serve their customers. I should not have to spend $60 to get a $10 service.

6:55, over thirty minutes before they close, I went up to the door to get an appointment for tomorrow. The door was locked and an employee was doing a pedicure and I didn’t see anyone else. I stood patiently while she just kept looking at me, thinking she would get to a stopping point & greet me. She continued looking at me and not doing anything for so long that I said “so should I just go” & she shakes her head yes as if it were obvious.... even though they’re supposed to be open til 7:30 & I literally had a question.Thanks for not wasting my time, I live not even 5 minutes away and was hoping to find a regular spot close to home. Will not be returning.

Love this place! Everyone is great and do a fantastic job in my nails! I am a walk in 99% of the time due to my ever changing schedule and I dont mind waiting. If it is going to be a while, they let me know and I come back. But most of the time it is only a few minutes and they are getting started. It is like going to see a group of friends every few weeks. We talk, we laugh - very relaxing! And if I dont like my nails (which never happens), they will fix it so I do. The pricing is much better than many of the other salons in the area.

Typical nail salon. Went in middle of day with no wait. Pedicure was fast and neat. Their tools were not individually wrapped so I question the cleanliness however they do use clear bags in water bowl. $20 isnt bad for a pedicure. They get you in and out.

Very dissatisfied. Made an appointment to come in at noon. Drove 40 minutes to get there just to be told I have to wait 2 hours because no one was available to do a fill. I wouldnt be upset if someone would have called me prior to driving 40 minutes to get there.

The best nail salon. Jennifer has been my nail tech for 4+ years and I haven’t been disappointed yet. Don’t get me wrong though they are all amazing. & if you want your eyebrows done Ha will get you right EVERYTIME 👏🏽. & their prices are pretty reasonable compared to most. That’s why I have been and always will be a loyal customer.

My pedicure was nice but my nails looked bad. An older lady did my nails. People told me my nails did not look good at all. I was hoping to go back so they could fix my nails but I work so my time is limited.My gel tips had bubbles in it. I asked for a manicure before applying the tips and they ignored my request. Instead she filed my cuticles with the electrical file. And my nails are uneven. Im so unhappy with my nails.

I always get a great job done here. The women are warm and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place!

Holly and Ha treated me like royalty today. My feet were horrible and Ha worked a small miracle. I will see them faithfully every two weeks. Holly also cleaned up my eyebrows which were butchered at a different shop. I was not rushed regardless of how many people arrived. They took their time. I dozed off getting my eyebrows done I was so relaxed. 😍😍😍😘😘😘best shop in Gwinnett County!!!! Prior nail shop gave me ugly wide nails which Holly reshaped to the Gods!!!! I love this place!!! Highly recommend!!

And she’s always keeping me informed on all the technology and health benefits of taking care of yourself and me being a 13 year an cancer survivor I can always guarantee she will be compassionate and genuinely concerned so I couldn’t imagine taking my business elsewhere

If I could give less than one star I would. I had a simple request to get acrylic on my big toes after a bad accident. As the lady (older) started on my toes I noticed right away something was wrong and I addressed it she saw my face and made a slick comment about my displeasure in Korean even though I look African American my mom is Thai and I understand and speak some Asian languages. Long story short her and another younger girl were making disrespectful rude comment in front of me and when I told her I would fix my toes myself she became very rough with me physically.I paid and left but I WILL NEVER IN LIFE GO BACK just rude,disrespectful and assumptive.

I used to love this place but not even a week ago I went in to get a manicure and left very disappointed. I usually leave happy with my nails. This time an older lady took care of me and they ended up being a mess. My nails polish look wrinkled and was peeling off by the time I got to the parking lot. I told the lady about my nails before leaving and she rushed to fix the ones that were messed up because she had another costumer already waiting. I usually do my nails with the youngest girl there. She’s awesome and always left my nails looking awesome. But after this experience I’m not sure if lll be back.

Worst nail salon I have ever been to. Only came here because Le’s nails down the street had a 45 min wait and I am very disappointed. I wanted a full set and pedicure and left with neither because the atmosphere was so bad. Nail tech couldn’t do anything I wanted because they are not skilled enough. Took 30 minutes for anyone to assist me for pedicure and by that time I just decided to leave. Customer service was horrible, I’m just upset I wasted my time trying this nail salon.

Got my eyebrows done here and they looked amazing!!! Customer service was great and I was in and out in no time....planning on getting my nails done. Will update!!Update: Nails look amazeballs!! Got a gel fill in with tips for 30 bux....Im a bartender and I am HARD on nails....Ive had 3 closing shifts since I had my nails done here and they look just as good as the day I left the salon. An older lady did them for me. She had a really thick accent but she was very sweet and did a great job. Not too fast not too slow.The salon is really close to 85 and the plaza its in has plenty of shops and places to eat. This will probably be my new regular place. Love when I find something good!!

Giving 1 star because thats the minimum. i would give 0 if i could. This was BY FAR the worst manicure/pedicure i have EVER had. When i arrived, i didnt have to wait at all.. i thought this was great because i was on my lunch break and only had an hour. Originally, i wanted SNS and they said they couldnt do it well? whatever that means.. the manager then told me to get gel (while she was playing a game on her ipad.. not even making eye contact with me) So then i settle on gel. well their gel selection was absolutely awful. they didnt even have OPI gel polish. the ladies kept telling me to get this for this much extra.. over and over and over. the lady doing my toes took almost 2 HOURS and hadnt even began the polish yet. there was NO reason why it should have taken 2 hours. And to top if all off, it was $60 (before tip)I want a refund. But i cannot even muster up the courage to STEP back in there.... ever again!

Average price. Customer service is not good at all I only come here bc I’m learning my way around but I am religiously seeking else where. Not everyone do a good job I guess you have to watch while you wait

I absolutely hate this place. They have the worst customer service EVER!! I came in for a pedicure at 3:50. The lady tells me shes going to start my water. So Im waiting for my water to run when in walks 3 women who had a 3:30 appt. The nail lady then tells me that I have to wait 30 minutes now. What?!?! You money hungry COW! How dare you take someone who got there after me and is 20 minutes late. Never going back. I hope they go out of business!

They chat in Vietnamese the whole time, but I am happy with Jennifers work. They are very good at what they do!

Everything was good great until my manicurist realized she did the wrong type of nail polish. She was almost finish with my nails when she realized and had to do it all over again. What made me even more irritable is the fact I absolutely hate putting my hands under the UV light (don’t think it’s safe) but since I get Gel polish for special occasions. The other downfall is forgetting to put top quote on one of my hands. I was over it as I was on a strict timing. I’ll try other spots in the neighbourhood before committing to this place.The polish on my toes was not done properly—-The Good - no wait I got served right away!

I have been coming here on and off for about 4 yrs. These folks have always done their best to make me happy, even on some of my crazier ideas. I trust them to take care of me. So much so, when we moved away from Gwinnett, I never found a salon in my area that worked as well as this one. Now I travel all the way from Cobb because I know they will do it right. Every salon occassionally has its issues, but these folks have always done what it takes to make it good!

The first time I went around 10:30-11:30am on a Sat and I was told 30 minute wait for SNS. I left and decide to try again another weekend. So I went at 9:30am on the following Sat when they opened thinking no one would be there. There were already 3 customers inside.I asked how long was the wait for SNS, I was told 20minutes. I figured this time I would wait. I was told $30. It was almost 10am before the nail tech came to work and she also said $30. I agreed and she did my nails. While she was doing them she said she would charge an additional $5 to file my nails. I told her thats what shes supposed to do and I was paying $30. She made some comments and said okay to the original amount we agreed to. I tipped her and left. Today it is 5 days later and 2 nails have chipped. I will not be back. I got SNS on natural nails. I tried the salon due the good reviews online but it was not a great experience for me.

This place need to be more professional. When we made the appointment nobody informed my wife that if we were going to be running late we should call 30mins ahead of time. Ummmm do you know 30mins ahead of time if you are going to be late. Wow!!!! I didn’t know I could tell the future 30mins into it. Also he lady that answered the phone for my wife was very rude. She yelled at my wife on the phone and hung up on her and also yelled at her when we arrived. Then they started talking about us in their language which we understood but didn’t want them to know. Please help this please become more professional. The other ladies were nice.
