I worked there twice and the Vice President Tonda Matthews bullied the hard working women. 3 of us quit at the same time except Jill, who is burned out, doesnt work hard nor care with the treatment she has endured at the hands of Tonda. She knows all about their tactics and got one little raise in 6 years. Very TOXIC work environment. Not fun to be scared to go to work. Also, they are very greedy and corrupt. The CEO didnt even bother to answer my text to find out WHY.

I have worked at a number of Staffing services in my time. Rock Staffing in Duluth ranks as the all-time worst staffing service to ever be Affiliated or employed with. There is virtually no communication amongst employees within that office. I was issued a pay card that has yet to be activated in a month. The assignment that I was placed on doesnt release us until 5 p.m. . I had not yet received my paycheck so I had to take off of my job earlier than expected just to go to the office and pick up a check that I had already let the administrative assistant by the name of Martinique know in advance was going to happen. She neglected to inform Jill that I had call the previous day to avoid having to take off my job to go and get my paycheck. Jill then dismissively says that she could have brought my check to the job site had she known. You would have known had your administrative assistant been worth her weight and informed you. I was told that I would not be compensated for the 2 hours that I had to take off to go back to rock Staffing, get my check, and make it to my bank before they closed at 5. I was then informed that their office doesnt close until 5:30, to which I had to remind her that the information online doesnt say that . It actually says the office closes at 4:30 . Jill has also asked me for my phone number because, as she put it, she didnt feel like looking it up. Excuse me, but isnt that your job? Lets not also forget how Jill is extremely dry and rude and when she calls your phone for any reason, she doesnt greet you like a professional. Addressing you by your first name and not even letting you know the business that she is calling you from. Ive had to hang up on them a couple of times before I realized it was Rock Staffing that was actually contacting me.

The ladies in this office are fabulous! Ive been on the same assignment for about 2 weeks now, and I looooooveeee it! I dont really have to deal with Rock Staffing much now that Ive been at a pretty steady position, but its a pleasant experience when I do. The application process was simple, quick, and obviously effective! Ive been paid on time, and no issues as with a lot of other staffing services. Thanks ladies!

This staffing agency is one of the most unprofessional that ever been with and experienced. they sent me to a job, I worked there for three days to get harassed had to file 2 harassment complaints. I quit the job I get here Friday, which is today April 25, 2019 to walk in and they tell me that I don’t have a check here and i’m going to have to wait for the job to send in my hours for them to put my money on a money card and then she turns around and tell me I don’t know when that’s going to be so you’re gonna have to wait!!!! I don’t work for free so why should I have to wait for my money ???

So when you first get signed up they issue you a global cash card, which they say takes 2 weeks to become active and have your payments on it. It has now been over a month and I have yet to have anything on the card. So I call the card company thinking maybe its something on their end. Well the representative tells me that they have not created an account for me yet... This is after numerous visits back the the staffing office explaining I had not been paid. Each time I came back I got a different reason as to why its not being activated yet. DO NOT WORK HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO WORK FOR FREE!

Amazing Experience! Ms. Pam Raines is very patient and very professional! I work with a great group of individuals who all work hard to get the job done. To find the building its Red and Black next to a skating building. Do not judge I am very pleased and satisfied. This is my first week and I am Anxiously waiting to work again! Thank you Ms. Pam Raines!

All I say is this company does wonders, keep up the good work.

I cant believe on Friday everybody who worked for them had got paid but me. And Pam was telling me that she bought my check to the workplace with everyone else so I called her back and myself and the other woman checked in the drawer and we couldnt find my check nowhere. So I called Pam back and told her i need my money by the end day I dont work for free. It was lunchtime and Pam texted me on my phone asking me to please call her back when I did she was telling me she was so so sorry cause my check was still at the office all along with Pam. I had to get off from work to the office to pick up my damn money card but Pam told me the company cancelled my check and my money would be on the money card at 6:00 pm but it wasnt. I cant believe this happen to me and Im still this day waiting on my money.

Rock staffing helped me out when i was down.they helped me get a job i been at for 3 months now.im hoping i get hired soon but if not its ok.they friendly and down to earth.i tell anybody i kno to go here if they want a job fast.tonya great she funny and gives me a ride sometimes.and jill is great too.they good ppl.go to rock staffing if you lookin to work!!!!!

I WOULD GIVE THIS COMPANY NO STARS!!!! THEY WORKED ME FOR 2 WEEKS AND PURPOSELY DID NOT HAVE MY CHECK READY ON FRIDAY. THEY SLAVE YOU FOR THE WORK AND DONT PAY YOU WHEN ITS TIME TO GET PAID . . EVEN IF YOU RECORD YOUR HOURS AND DO A TIME CARD THEY STILL MESS IT UP AND TELL YOU TO WAIT ANOTHER WEEK! & THEY ALSO LIE AND NEVER CALL YOU BACK WHEN YOU ASK ABOUT YOUR PAYCHECK. I was told I had to go to the agency so they could interview me. When I arrived it was basically an abandoned building, the one girl who was there said she wasnt from that office, didnt know how to work the computer system, and I drove an hour and half to have my time wasted. Worse agency Ive ever dealt with! Very unprofessional
