Received a call from one of the recruiters concerning a job. The recruiter stated that they would be calling me on Monday to tell me the time of the interview. When Monday came. The recruiter called stating that the Mitsubishi client that they were recruiting for had moved forward with other clients. When speaking with the recruiter on the Friday I thought he had already sent my information over. Then when I asked to speak to the area manager. She was very disrespectful and had an attitude problem trying to state my attendance when I had to advised her I have a disability and an ADA on file. The area manager Antionette Johnson still hasnt reached out to me but had one of the most disrespectful and unprofessional attitudes I ever seen. I never seen a temp agency because you will be looking for a job will try to hold that as leverage over your head.

Randstad NEVER picks up the phone, nor return a phone call. Its people thats ready to work. I dont recommend them to anyone.

I would love to give them 5 stars since I did a same day interview, but since then I havent been able to reach anyone by phone or email, so I hope someone will respond soon since their location is closed to the public. People who are actively reaching out are eager to work.

Had a great experience with the office and specifically with Travis. He answered all my questions and responded great via email. We had to reschedule a couple of times my going in and he worked great with my schedule! Went into the office to get all my paper work finalized and was in and out in less than 10 minutes! He was great!

Working with the Duluth office has been exceptional! Travis has been responsive, professional and positive. During such a tospy-turvy time it has been a blessing to work with this company.

I’ve been calling for the past week and a half, and still have yet to get a hold of anybody. They say by appointments only but no one answers the phone to schedule an appointment. I went up to the facility and walk ins aren’t accepted either not to mention no one even answered the door.

Absolutely worst staffing service experience ever . Received an email for a customer service remote position from Travis Crunk never replied or even a call from him . Received a call back on a Thursday morning from the staffing manager Alex Correa, pleasant conversation she had explained a customer service position she wanted me to start Monday. She never emailed me any information about the position or emailed me . I’m calling the number SHE called me from not only did she not picked up but chose to text me instead. She’s busy ? What ?! I continue to call it is Friday I’m trying to get information about the position SHE CALLED ME FOR. Texted me her email and it’s the wrong email ! I call her asking her what’s wrong with the email. She rudely text me again that it’s her personal phone . How am I supposed to know that !! Alex Correa is rude and did not follow through at all. I visited the site not only was the door locked but also no phone ringing in office when I visited. Sadly this location has provided nothing in service .

After being turned down by multiple agencies and being discouraged, I walked in to the office and was greeted by Travis C. Not only did he greet me with a welcoming smile but he encouraged me not to give up. He helped me to get a job in my field where I was able to be hired on permanently. Randstad is a wonderful employment agency. Back in 2014 they introduced me to a great company and after only 1 year and half I was promoted. I absolutely loved my job but unfortunately in August 2017 the company was bought out and the business office relocated which left me unemployed again. I reached out to Randstad and they got right on it. By the end of September 2017 they had connected me to another great company that offered even better pay and benefits than the preceding company. It has restored my faith that there are people who truly care about their customers experience and even if I dont work for them, they did a great job in changing initial experience with them and making me feel like I mattered!
