True Staffing is an OK place to work. However monitor your pockets closely! Unfortunately for me in my personal experience I was cheated out of the money that I worked for. My last week of working temporary through True Staffing; I worked a total of 4 days for a completed 34 hours at an hourly rate of 12$/hr. My final direct deposit came out to be 205$ and some change. Do the math and my check should’ve landed around 408$ then 350$ with government taxes deducted. Meaning these people took about 40% of my last check. Now I can’t remember the exact percentage they take out for their own pockets but 40%?? Again do the math. 34 hours for 205$, I worked for $6/hour for 4 days. That is highly illegal unless you serve at a restaurant but I’m not getting tips am I? Lol! This happened about a month ago before I relocated cities. Lucky for me I make majority of my income online, the only reason I acquired this position was because I felt like I had too much free time on my hands. I didn’t need that money. Not even angry about the money, it means little to me, I was angry because I was cheated. TruStaffing will hire addicts, felons anyone who they believe will be a consistent and reliable source of income just to get their pockets filled with $$$. Don’t be mistaken you are only a source of income to them not an actual person they see or care for. They know there will be another you around the corner. Now maybe there was something I missed in the contract I signed. Theoretically even if that was the case why would they not call to inform me that 40% of my check would be taken based on the specific terms & conditions on the contract I signed. Especially since the percentage was nowhere near as high on my first few checks Seems fishy, seems like they are trying to get away with theft. Like damn you guys need money that bad?? For any person debating on working here, I suggest you invest your time with another staffing agency. Also for anyone wondering I don’t care enough to report this, I don’t deem it to be TOO serious. It was only 145$ difference however, it is the principle for me and I assume someone who really cares about their money would want to know this information. A well thought out review should suffice. Melissa is a rude person. This place is a joke. They tell you one thing and when u get to the job its something different. When I was at true staffing for my interview they were talking about the employees so I should have known this place was gonna be a problem. Melissa told me that she would find me another assignment but when I called told me no clients will accept anyone working a second job. Avoid this agency at all cost. True staffing dont deserve any stars at all..

This staffing agency is by far a great place to get a fresh start. BIG Shout out to Kelly Bryant, she was able to hire the same day I walked in the door, she is kind and compassionate towards employees that she hires, she supports them entire way in finding a permanent position for them. Here it is 4 months and I love my job and was hired permanent with a full time position making excellent money, couldn’t have done it without the support and guidance form Kelly. I highly recommend her to anyone who is in need of help in finding a new career path. Five star rating to Kelly especially and over all to True Staffing Agency as whole. Thanks guys!!Jonathan Davis

Terrible. I was told I could meet with the owner about a recruiter position but was never called back. When I would call Valentina/Natalia from Boston, she wouldn’t answer the phone but when I called from a Georgia number she did. They suck.

This office is great at first but after starting I realized that their communication with the employees and employers is horrible. They started my which was ok for a temp. But word to the wise check your check stubs. LIED ABOUT MY PAY RATE AND LIED ABOUT AN EMAIL THAT WAS NEVER SENT STATING A DROP IN PAY BECAUSE OF A NO CALL NO SHOW WHICH I HAVE DOCUMENTATION FOR. No forklift operator makes 7 dollars they altered my check just so they could make my check short. So be caustios this staffing office has a problem with communication and will hold you at fault, which will reflect in your pay. ONE LAST NOTE THEY ARE RUDE AND HAVE ATTITUDES WHEN YOU CALL. FIND ANOTHER OFFICE I BEG YOU.

I went in for a job fair, and when I came face to face with the interviewer, she didnt even greet me. She only asked me about how long Ive been at the jobs and not what I did for them. Then she tried to say that I was not consistent enough for them when she didnt know anything about me. Lastly, she said that her jobs arent suitable enough for me and try to give me numbers to her competitors . Dont go here.

This staffing agency is clearly a joke. They had me come in at 10am to fill out a application like we were back In the 90s. I provided my resume and information so when i didnt fill out my work experience on that application they had a problem and basically told me to leave. All they said was the owner is old fashioned. Who cares what the ower is or feels. He or she has to get with the program. We are in the 21 century where everything is done electronically for effencancy. No wonder why this agency doesnt progress. I also wonder if when the ower looks for new contracts he tells these companies he is old fashioned. Big waste of time.

One of the most horrible services I have ever experienced. The simple task of finding me the job I wanted seemed to be way to hard for them. They seem to be raciest, and unprofessional. I would NOT recommend this company to any person out there looking for employment. 👎👎👎👎 Also got into a argument with the receptionist. Very unprofessional as well.

Kelly needs to learn good phone etiquette! I was calling to ask about job information and i called a second time and before i could finish my question she interrupted with “i already told you i am not the person you spoke with” when I wasn’t even calling about the same question!

THIS AGENCY IS COMPLETELY USELESS!!! Went through the INTERVIEW, passed the DRUG TEST. When u cal regarding work these people can’t seem to even get you a job!!! It’s constant jumping through hoops to get them to simply do their job!!

I call every week to see what jobs they have open. Every time I’m told they don’t have anything even tho the website says they have a lot open. I apply online always told they’ll call when they have something I’m never contacted. I’m always rushed off the phone and it’s the most rude and disrespectful staffing agency I’ve ever been to. Never had any issues finding work with another staffing agency not sure what these people’s issue is.

Rude receptionist who seemed rather annoyed at asking what opportunities they had. All they have is warehouse positions. Also they arent interested in helping you get experience either just came across as very rude and unprofessional.
