Having to plan a move from Louisiana to Ohio is stressful enough, but Cecilia and her staff have been wonderful. My apartment was ready when I arrived after a 14 hour drive. The neighborhood is excellent. Im glad I chose this place to start a new chapter.

I have lived here for 8+ years and within the past few years they changed management. It has gone downhill since then. We HAVE to pay for a new trash system where you have trash cans on your doorstep(not what I’d want to look at when approaching someone’s house) and the company comes and picks up your trash. There are multiple dumpsters that are available around the apartment and I am fully capable of walking ten feet to take my own trash out. Also, this company hardly ever picks up your trash. Not to mention the increase of rodents I’ve seen. I’ve had trash out since Monday, it’s now Friday and it’s still in my trash can. The workout room that was just “renovated” is a joke. Machines hardly ever work. There are three TVs that don’t work. And the door key fob doesn’t work so anyone and everyone off the street goes in. There are TWO pools that have been closed almost all summer long. The first one opened maybe for a month. Then closed. They then opened the second one for maybe a week and then that too closed. Last year we only had one pool available. Whenever you call for a problem it’s not taken seriously. Very unprofessional staff. Don’t live here.

Karric place is the greatest! The staff is wonderful and very friendly and helpful! I would recommend this place to my friends! Through Covid and all the stressful time, the staff has been wonderful!

Ive been a resident at Karric Place for a while now and its been nothing but the best! Whenever I go to the rental office or even call in Mahsa and Cecilia are very professional, courteous, respectful and are willing to go above and beyond to help in any way. Overall the community is 5 star and I definitely recommend anyone looking for an awesome living experience to come join the community!!!!!

You DONT want to live here. Dont do it. Just DONT! - lived here for 4 years. Ive talked to mgmt multiple times and reached out to corporate to no avail. Chronic recurring and UNRESOLVED hvac issues - NO HEAT, (when its cold outside) NO AC (when its hot outside) just excuse after excuse on why a part cant be obtained, or a unit replaced, or an delayed approval to pay for the repairs. Meanwhile I faithfully, without fail, PAY my ever increasing rental and the extra fees that seem to come up each month like copy of renters insurance dec page not on file, being billed for 2 dogs instead of 1 dog, valet trash pickup that is mandatory, the propertys payment platform changing yet again or worse, NOT WORKING AT ALL. its like this place is designed to frustrate /cost you money/deny you access to comfortable housing in a million different ways.

Take you money else where! I’m still waiting on a refund!!! Management is terrible and very rude. Overpriced for Cheaply made apartments. Maintenance is very rude as well. Not a very good place.

Great apartment and Jojoo was able to help us quickly get into the unit that we wanted! They’re responsive and def recommend, 10/10.

The WORST renting experience so far. Chatting with my attorney for solutions! Long story in short: unsafe, lost our bicycle in the second week after moving in, being stalked by one creepy neighbor, called police twice for safety concern, asked support from leasing office for safety concerns and has been questioned “how could we help you, none of our business” and been turned away; decided to break my lease and paid around $2000 buy-out fee to move out of this terrible and unsafe community.I cleaned my apartment pretty well and took pictures for each room before returning my keys to the leasing office. Received their move-out statement today with a $250 “cleaning” fee and NO DETAILS saying what they did clean. Compare to three years ago, my friend who used to live here, received the move-out statement by email from a prior manager (prior management team) with pictures and reasons for their cleaning charge. My friend barely cleaned his apartment before his moving out, and the prior management team only charged him $65, which makes sense and sounds kindly. In my case, no details!!! No pictures for their charge!! Also! I cleaned my apartment very carefully!! Called leasing office for more information and what the guy mentioned “mirror is dirty” “refrigerator is dirty” ”bathroom sink is dirty” are definitely wrong. Because I have pictures of how clean they are!!!! Look at these photos! I also have a witness for how clean my apartment looks like and how good it smells like on the last day. The only place I didn’t clean pretty well is the oven. And I am definitely okay to pay for that!! But not $250!!I am turning all the evidence to my attorney and I’m not going to accept this unfair treatment from this evil company!! I will also request my attorney to send a letter to your mother company about how your bad management and the unreasonable charge has caused negative impacts on our life! For future residence, be careful! Don’t be fooled! Look at their google review rating! Two years ago, their rating is still around 3.0, and now, they are dropping down to under 2.0 after the change of their management team! All recent comments are pretty negative and all are about “management” and “staff”! Think about why!!!

I lived in Karric Place apartments for 18 years, never really had a problem, except for the fact my rent kept going up and up. I moved out 3 years ago because I couldnt afford it anymore. I cleaned so so good and they charged me for the drip pans on the stove being dirty. Just wish they would give people a break on rent especially if they been there a long time..This is my only complaint, its just to expensive.

Karric place is a terrible community from the management to the neighbors, if you have the option DO NOT RENT HERE! the management is very unhelpful, both of the pools have been closed until the first week of July they opened one pool and everyday i see children swimming in algae filled water. I approached the manager as he opened the gates and asked him what was being done and all he had to say was all i do is open the gate and continued to let kids potentially get sick from the water. 600 residents pay 25$ a month for these pools and the 24 hour gym whixh is now only open for 11 hours a day. this totals to over 100k a year and they cant do anything about it?????? for the neighbors, i hope im the only one experiencing minors throwing parties and screaming obscenities and racial slurs through the wall when asked to keep it dopwn. my car was broken into and the toilet they supposedly fixed is still wobbly and not fully connected to the floor. This is a waste of money!!!!!

Used to be a good place to live. Unfortunately, the prices kept getting higher and higher while the quality and service kept getting lower and lower. We finally moved out after our cars were broken into multiple times. It just started feeling like it was a matter of time before someone broke into the apartment. Management doesnt seem to care at all about the safety of its residents. Goodbye.

I’ve been living here for 2 years and I have no complaints. The office and maintenance staff is very understanding and attentive.

Lived there over a year and when I got my security deposit back they charged me $100 for a cleaning fee and stated that the unit was left very dirty when I vacuumed and wiped everything down and had the place very clean. They also charged $45 for a missing smoke detector which I had called the leasing office twice about to make them aware and they never once replaced it.Also, way overpriced. I would definitely not recommend!

If I can rate 0 star, I will do it. Don’t want to be mean, but the new management team poorly manages this community. Honestly, the staff in the office has the worst attitude I have never seen in my prior renting experience. People in the office are so mean and hard to talk with, which could be a good reason why so many people are moving out of the community. Also, Dog waste is everywhere. It seems like some neighbors never pick up after their dogs, and the management team just didn’t listen to our complaints. The valet trash service works just okay for me. Sometimes they pick up my trash, and sometimes they dont. Recommendation: If you are looking for a new “home”, don’t choose Karric Place. Especially nobody wants to be maltreated by mean and impolite staff.

FredI moved in to Karric community only 3 months ago and I share similar discontent as other current or past tenants have expressed. I live in a studio with only 300 square feet which is literally it is just one big room. I have been paying $800 rent for 300 square ft studio (short term) with a tiny kitchen that has a small fridge that cannot accommodate my grocery or cooking since there is one burner hotplate and yet the rent that I pay is comparable to an apartment with one bed room apartment with proper kitchen and living room with 700-800 square ft. The proper rent rate for these studio should be $600 per month which it was until 8 months ago. So the question why this drastic increase in the rent especially the Karric apartments are old and average condition yet the rent is similar to luxury apartments. Owner and management should listen to the feed back from tenants and charge reasonable rent and stop increasing the rent every few months. I am available for discussion.

Just two weeks ago I called AND visited in person to follow up on my move out, after having received zero contact from the staff since my move out date. They told me I would hear back in 4-5 weeks because thats how long it takes to go through the apartment. Today, 5 weeks after move out, I received a call from a collection agency stating I owed karric $112. I would have gladly paid any legitimate charges, but one reached out at all. Just five weeks and BOOM youre straight to collections. No phone calls, no mail... nothing. I didnt even get the chance to review or pay the charges.Do NOT rent from here. The staff is incompetent and the apartments are old and overpriced. Hopefully I can get this off my credit report now. AVOID like the plague.

As a former resident for 14 years, I can say that Karric place is not what it used to be. Maint and leasing has taken a serious downturn in the past couple of years. Apartments are small and overpriced. If you expect good maintenance and a courteous staff you better look elsewhere, and if your handicapped you better bring your own snow shovel too. Can I give zero Stars? They qualify.

I moved in October 2018. At first office staff was a bit apathetic and unaware of procedures at times but in December all new staff was hired and they have been absolutely exemplary. I have not heard of or seen any crime near me, Ive always felt safe. Yet it seems theyve addressed others concerns by hiring security, which makes me feel that much safer. Maintenance is always done in a timely manner, the neighborhood is quiet, the dog poo is always picked up, and people are respectful of each other. The office is open on the weekends so you can pick up your packages and the website to pay rent and make requests has decent and timely customer service, when needed, which isnt often. All in all Ive enjoyed my stay at Karric so far.

Bad management and the manager its very bad.

I have never experienced better management anywhere else while living in an apartments than I have while living here. Karric Place is an older building, but the price is great for the location and in a quiet, safe area. The management is INCREDIBLE. I had a broken outlet, and maintenance came after hours AND within a few minutes to fix for me. Every time I put a maintenance order in, its fixed same day. The place is quite, the residents and staff are so nice, and the area is incredible. I would 100% recommend anyone to live here who is looking for a great price and great apartment! I know Ill live here for a long time.

The useless VIP trash service should be optional. There are literally 2 huge dumpsters on the side of every single building in the community...... so there’s no point in having the trash picked up when it’s legitimately a further walk to your car than it is to the dumpster. $25.00 per month for no reason.

You don’t want to live here . Everton tells you a different story in the office depending on who you talk to. Also, you are in for $$$ surprises that aren’t on the papers

The new management is very rude. They made a deal with Third party thrash picking agency who is supposed to come and pick the trash every alternate day from my house. For close to 6 weeks they didn’t pick the trash from my apartment and i stopped paying the additional trash fees after notifying the management.Management after two months sent a letter stating there is a balance overdue ( thrash picking charge) if i don’t pay that then legal action will be taken against me. When i went to discuss the same they asked me to leave the apartments if you are not happy with the services.Bottom line they don’t want to improve their services and want the people to live. This new management of Karric place of Dublin sucks and i request people who are willing to move to Karric place suggest to reconsider your decision.

My place was very clean and everything was in good shape. Some people have posted there are bugs and spiders- but like anywhere, it helps to vacuum once a week. The landscaping is lovely and not heavily sprayed with pesticides so you get a few bugs. Management has promply responded, people are friendly, noise is minimal. I do hear my neighbor, but a fan at night in my room provides white noise and I hear little, plus Im glad to know there are others nearby. Very safe, very nice place to live.

So far everyone there has been super nice to me with the moving process. The leasing office and everyone has been wonderful. I have also talked to some residence and they were get people too. This may not be the best in Dublin. But, its much better than anything I could have gotten for a decent price in downtown Columbus.

I moved here in June of 2018 and just renewed my lease for another year. Ive not had any problems here and maintenance was very quick to respond to the two very minor issues Ive had. I feel very safe here and cant fathom how some people have stated that its not safe here. There are some minor fit and finish issues, but nothing too noteworthy. The walls are thinner than I would prefer and can sometimes hear my neighbor. Fortunately my neighbor isnt very loud so its not too noticeable. Im sure this would be worse with a different neighbor. They did recently raise rent and add fees to the tune of $80 more per month, bringing my rent to $1040 for 2 bedrooms. This feels $150 or so overpriced IMHO. I would be happier if they at least did some upgrades, like replace the carpet in the living and dining room with hardwood flooring.

I have lived here for three years and I could say that it is the most safe and secure apartment community . The management is very prompt and the manager Nicole is excellent. She responds to the smallest of our queries immediately and also ensures that the maintenance requests are fulfilled on the same day or the next day at the latest. Once, she responded to my question even during the eve of Thanksgiving day by email. Other office staff are also very courteous and they also take care that all the maintenance requests are addressed promptly. And last, but not the least, the maintenance personnel are very reliable and helpful and when they come in for a maintenance issue and if they see any additional related issues, they make sure that those are also addressed. You cannot get a better place in Dublin for the price they offer!

You get what you pay for. My wife and I rented here for two years during medical school. Its cheap, and thats painfully obvious when you walk in. The place smells like smoke and water damage. We never had a maintenance request 100% followed through on (cracked window and broken/leaking bathroom fan both seen and promised to be fixed about a year ago). The grass is always mid shin length, the sidewalk lights are toppled, topless, or broken, the pool is never cleaned. They added a free trash pickup service last year, but then bumped the rent to pay for it. Theyre rennovating units slowly basically just so they can charge more for rent. Look at other options for apartments in Columbus. Karric is trying to push into a more premium tier with low tier, dated living spaces. Youll get more value for your buck at a newer complex. If you want to spend a bit more, landmark lofts in Hilliard has been very solid by comparison. We had one maintenance issue and it was fixed next day.TLDR; prices going up disproportionately to quality of living. Look for better value elsewhere.

They increase the rent and add hidden expenses every few months.Old cabinets, humid and stinky, carpet smelled like cigarette when we moved in. The model they showed us was very different than the unit we got at the end. They entered our apartment without telling us and we had to hear it from our neighbour. Rude staff and the mails they leave at your door sound threatening. The manager stares at you with no emotion when you ask for explanation. There are tons of apartments in Dublin area, do NOT waste your money here.

$75 late fee if not paid on time. Crazy expensive. My debit card number expiration date recently changed so it didnt go through on their website automatically. Luckily they waive the first late fee but I saw the charge and waive on my account. Pay your rent on time or you will get slapped with $75.

Lived there for close to 4 years, it was not that bad in starting. However we started seeing crimes after couple of years like car breaks etc, and last year there was a BIG ONE. I felt unsafe living with my family so decided to move out. now struggling with Management as they are charging me close to $1000 for cleaning and other things, Few I agree and few are just fake claims. Hellooooo, what a rip off !!! I will suggest to avoid this community if you have family, Senior citizens or kids.

Price was okay when we first moved in 4 years ago. Apartments are pretty rundown for how much they are charging. kitchen was absolutely terrible. Insulation is horrendous, drafts coming from wall sockets. Plumming in bathroom looked like it was done by a 16 year old, windows lost their seals years ago based on the condensation between the pains of glass. Definitely not well maintained. Every single year they raise the rent. Every single year. This year they announced our rent was increasing 80$ to 1020 a month. After a very short Google search I found many apartments charging very close to that amount for a much newer apartment and much nicer interiors. Karric said they were renovating. Issue is if you live there they wont renovate untill you move to a different apartment in their compex or leave entirely. So you will pay as much as a renovated apartment but live in one straight out of the early 2000s. Even the renovated apartments are strictly cosmetic and do not address the major issues.The security they hired is a joke and they drive around the compex with the absolute brightest lights possible. And they flash all night long. Wakes me up all the time.

After completing our third year at Karric place we are finally upgrading to a different community away from this trash hole. Let me start by saying when my girlfriend and I moved to Karric in Summer/Fall of 2014 the community had a totally different feel. The staff, while taking some time to respond to emails and requests at times, was very friendly and professional. The tenants living around us were also polite, friendly and kept to themselves. However, year after year the community has slowly declined to the point where we almost paid the over $2,000 early termination fee to cancel our lease. Not only has Karric started to rent to college aged kids who do nothing but party and blast their music at all times of the day and night, but the staff has gone down hill considerably. Vince is the best person there, other than that the rest are basically useless. Multiple times the staff has entered our apartment without leaving notice that anyone had been there, and we have a pet that we have to put away then they do inspections so no notice causes us to have to keep our pet locked away unnecessarily at times. As others have complained about, the walls are paper thin. You can hear everyones TV, music, fumbling around or even conversations. They also made the entire community pet friendly without giving the tenants on the non-pet side notice other than stating the policy within the company newsletter. Had we known we most certainly would have moved out as no one can keep their dogs under control, causing further noise problems. There are honestly other problems but too many to list. While this place is indeed a good price and a somewhat safe neighborhood, like others have said, shell out the extra $100 to live in a nicer community.

Lived at Karric Place for 6 years and a very nice community but there are things one should know first the apartments are not very energy efficient the windows are original from 1985 and the insulation is also sub par which will lead to above average electrical usage bills run between $160 and $200 in winter. Plus after 6 years they started to add additional fees on top of the rent like a CMF fee of $15 bucks a month which is for landscaping and snow removal then theres Trash pick up $10.00 a month and finally a valet living fee of $25 bucks a month to pick up trash from ur porch even if you live 20 feet away from the dumpster. ridiculous . Will be moving soon these fees should alway be included in the rent. After several months of using Valet Living its a joke you pay $25 bucks a month but in July alone they have missed 5 days of pick up 7-9, 7-10, 7-15, 7-16, 7-25 and thats just the days i have put trash out and as im sure it will only get worse in winter be warned you will pay for trash pick up but you will be the one emptying it yourself.

Terrible place to live. My car was broken into twice within a few weeks time and they not only took our full $925 security deposit but charged us $336 on top of that. Office associates are also highly unprofessional and incompetent. Tons of apartments with a better management staff in the area

I have had alot of friends move in and out of kerric place. Its a good place when u look at the cost vs the cost of similar places in Dublin, but its still the bottom of the bucket for places to rent in Dublin Ohio

Our apartment is infested with black mold and the leasing office can only tell us we need to clean. We clean up to twice a week with bleach and other various cleaning products and the mold returns within days. On top of this our apartment has been getting robbed, and we have caught someone with a master key on camera coming in (wonder how they got that) and the leasing continues to do absolutely nothing about it. Each of my reviews I have put on their Facebook page have been deleted.. I wonder how many poor reviews have been deleted. We are very sick each time we are here, and after contacting the health department they have given us a deadline of when we need to be out by. DO NOT LIVE IN KARRIC PLACE!!! It would be cleaner and safer for you to live in a dumpster. Please save your money, time, and health before you decide this option is good for you.

Dont be a victim of the copious crime here - I moved in on December 1st and my car was broken, vandalized and losses were incurred on December 18th - welcome crime not home, Borror Mgmt is non-existent, just worried about bottom line, not their residents - do not move here without searching Columbus police reports - you will be disturbed by the amount of crime at these apartments.

Unprofessional and unhelpful staff, overpriced apartments. Management refused to do anything about tenants being loud during all hours, leaving trash bins on the doorstep, and intentionally leaving trash in front of my door.

I like burgers it was really good.

Terrible rooms. Charge way to much for so little.
