This apartment complex is wonderful! Affordably priced for how nice the apartments are; I love the pond in the complex. There are always ducks! The area is beautiful; theres lots of grass and trees. Everyone I have met here has been very nice, and the ladies who work here are so helpful and sweet! There is even a cute little box in the neighborhood that is like a shared library where you can leave a used book and take one. It is so cute! Highly recommend this place if you are considering!
The nicest apartment Ive lived in! Being someone in construction who continuously flips homes, Ive picked up an eye for good finish work. Needless to say, Greydon House has yet to disappoint.Another thing to note is how great the clubhouse staff has been. Kiaya was very helpful when showing me around the property and answering all of my questions. Adam always shows up in a good mood and ready to tackle the day. Anyone would be lucky to have their help.
I moved into my apartment at Greydon House nearly a month ago, and have loved it so far! I needed to find a place on short notice, and Adam was so helpful. He made the process so smooth and pleasant! The best service I’ve ever had with staff at any apartment complex.
Excellent property, well maintained, apartments are spacious and very luxurious. Pets welcome and it gets an A+. Office staff are exceptional and always willing to help with any issues. I would recommend this complex to anyone looking for an apartment. Small complex with good people.
One of the best, if not the best place I have decided to live! I am brand new to Columbus and the clubhouse staff has been so kind and helpful! Kiaya, at the clubhouse was an amazing tour guide! She made the entire move-in process smooth! Adam and Kiaya were there to answer any questions I had regarding Greydon or move-in. The maintenance staff is awesome too! Even after moving in, both Kiaya and Adam are still great with any concerns or questions we have! Hoping that our stay here will continue to be great!
Some of the best customer service Ive ever received at an apartment complex. Whitney and Ky are super sweet and are genuinely willing to help.Unfortunately due to location, I wont be moving into the Greydon House. I prefer things in walking distance. But if you dont mind driving to everything, this is definitely a perfect location for you.
Kaiya and adam are always very professional and friendly with their residents. you can tell everyone loves living here!
No parking spots unless you’re willing to get towed. They should list the NO PARKING in one of the apartment amenities. Ever since we asked to end our lease they’ve been rude. Very disappointed with the how they treat their residents. Maintenance is good but the front desk is disrespectful and won’t listen to you. Won’t recommend living here. Shocked
Greydon house is great and quiet community with a staff that provides good response time and address incidents promptly. Didn’t give 5 because there is no surveillance system available. This would help keep cars safe and enforce rules across common areas.
I lived in a one bed one bath, these are cute apartments but they are small and cheaply built for how overpriced they are. And they just did a rent increase as well after Covid by almost $300 per month. These apartments are a nightmare dressed up like a daydream. Once you move in, everything will fall apart.Management is absolutely horrible, they will fine you just for putting your recycling out on the wrong day. And the amenities were only open for 3 months out of the 12 I lived there, partially because of Covid but also because of laziness/short staffing. Yes you still have to pay for those amenities though, even though you can’t use them.Maintenance was always timely and great. The parking situation is also frustrating, don’t live here if you want a place to park after 6-7. I’ve seen the entire lot filled with not one space left.Another resident barged into my apartment without knocking or announcing to scream at me over my dog barking, and another would sit on his porch in a robe and stared at every single girl who walked past daily so I wouldn’t trust the neighbors.I’d pick a cheaper and larger apartment in a slightly different side of dublin than these again anyday.
My boyfriend and I LOVE living here. The apartment is incredibly spacious with high ceilings and lots of natural light. The staff is welcoming and helpful, and the amenities are very nice. I strongly recommend Greydon House to anyone looking in the Dublin / Hilliard area.
I’ve lived at Greydon House for 2 years now and it’s been really good! The amenities inside the apartments, the garages, free coffee in the clubhouse; it all makes for a good living experience. It’s a nice quiet community and even though it’s on Avery, it feels hidden, adding the homey feel.
Do not recommend this place! Accounting payment system was such as mess that extra rent was paid after moving out/exiting out the lease. I was told theres nothing they could do about it.Payment is their priority not tenant clearly.
Happy to say that I’ve lived here a little over a year now. Whitney is always helpful and they’re always offering fun activities or giveaways for the residents! The community is clean, quiet and safe, and provides everything on my must-have list for a home. Definitely recommend!
Living at Greydon house has been the best experience I’ve ever had as a tenant! The staff are nothing but kind and attentive, and maintenance is prompt and efficient. They’ve addressed what few minor issues I’ve encountered with startling quickness and excellent customer service. While the gym hours may be limited by the COVID-19 pandemic and the utilities are mostly electric (AC, heat, and stove) the bills aren’t too bad and the experience of living here is definitely worth the cost!I strongly recommend living at Graydon House if the opportunity ever presents itself!
I moved into this apartment complex in February after much research and I absolutely love it here! The apartments are very spacious with a lot of closet and pantry space. The appliances are brand new and gorgeous. The staff at Greydon House are amazing! They are so friendly and extremely responsive. All maintenance requests are taken care of same day or within 24 hours. I had a light bulb go out and I had a new box in front of my door the next day. Definitely would recommend living at Greydon House!
Greydon House is a wonderful place to live. I recently had to have some repairs. The maintenance service here is exceptional. My praise goes to Jamie who addressed my issues accurately and efficiently. Great job!
I recently moved into The Greydon House and have loved my experience living here so far. The rooms are spacious with ample natural lighting. The closet and storage space is also phenomenal. The staff here is kind and wants to do whatever they can to make you feel right at home.
Management is always on top of things, great help when you need assistance. The apartments are fantastic and feel clean and new when you move in and continue to operate smoothly long after youve arrived. Never have any noise problems, or any problems at all, overall just fantastic.
The apartments are so nice, everything is updated and it is spacious. The staff has all been so incredibly friendly and helpful with everything!
I’ve lived at Greydon House for a few months now and am loving it! The finishes in the apartments are beautiful, the grounds are well maintained, and I love the amount of counter space I have in the kitchen as well as having a full size washer and dryer in-unit. The walls are thick enough that you almost never hear any sound coming from the neighbors - the only apartment complex I’ve ever lived in where that was the case. The staff are super nice and have been doing fun things like offering a free pint of Jeni’s ice cream and $5 Amazon gift card for a movie rental. I had a maintenance request recently which was handled quickly and very professionally and the leasing office followed up afterwards to make sure I was happy with the work. Overall, a great place to live!
I have been living here since March of this year and am I loving it! Inside the apartment was everything brand and gorgeous. The staff here are always so much responsive, friend and lovely, including with my dog :)
Greydon House has been so lovely to call home! We have been so happy with our apartments amenities like the kitchen appliances and granite countertops. The staff here are always so friendly and helpful! Being greeted when grabbing coffee at the clubhouse is always a nice touch to my day. They also plan fun events for the community which is a nice way to meet neighbors. The community has a gym which I have enjoyed taking advantage of and it has lots of workout options to use.
We moved here in November and absolutely love coming home! The layout is lovely then appliances are awesome! And we love the granite countertops and cooking meals at home! Very at peace here! The staff treat us wonderfully, highly recommend champion properties in general, when we were searching we were treated with kindness and felt welcome at each. But we particularly love this Dublin location and layout! Incredibly happy with our decision!
I have lived here for two years. The staff and maintenance have been fantastic. I was exceptionally pleased with the way that the Covid protocols were established and enforced.
We moved here in March and have been absolutely treated like royalty. The apartment is huge. The appliances are all brand new stainless steal. The granite countertops are beautiful. We get so many compliments from our company how beautiful the apartment and the complex are. The staff is exceptional. You are greeted in the clubhouse on a first name basis and they genuinely care about all your needs. Every maintenance request has been promptly addressed by the staff and Jamie does a great job at making sure you’re satisfied. He has done everything from changing a light bulb to making sure our AC was up to par before the summer months. The staff calls after every request has been filled to make sure everything was satisfactory and they send check in emails to make sure you don’t need anything. We plan to be here for a while:) highly recommend!Thank you Greydon House for making our first apartment experience so amazing!
I have lived at Greydon House for about a year now and the experience has been terrific. Whitney and Jamie are two of the nicest people youll ever meet and are always willing to help. If youre in the market for a new apartment, I highly recommend giving Greydon House a look.
Champion recently took over Greydon House Apartments. Live Preferred who owned this property before has a philosophy to build, rent out apartments all the way, and then sell. Luckily they sold Greydon House to Champion. I was at Grafton Park before Greydon House so I was really excited to hear Champion was taking over. They have been all been about making the experience at Greydon House better. For example, the pond was never finished in the back with Live Preferred. Now with Champion they are working on it and even put the nice blue dye in the pond. Maintenance has been done very quick when Ive requested it. I do wish sound would improve, but my neighbor is usually respectful to me as I am to them. I feel like Champion is going to continuing improving this community. I truly love being out of the city, but a mile or two away from Tuttle or 10 minutes or less to bridge park. Avery Road never gets bad as far as traffic goes either. I think Greydon House is a good option for prospective residents especially being ran by Champion.
If youre looking for an apartment in Dublin, OH then greydon house is a place you should consider. I have been a resident here for over a year and it has been nothing but a positive experience. The staff is genuinely interested in providing you with excellent, friendly service, they are accommodating and friendly as well as competent; and the maintenance staff is quick to respond to requests and capable in resolving any problems.
Moved into the apartment complex in July. Absolutely love it here! They are so friendly and extremely responsive. If I have a maintenance request, they have it taken care of same day/within 24 hours. I one time put in an emergency call and they were there within 10 minutes. The only thing that could be improved is parking, which they have already addressed and are working to fix!Best apartment I’ve lived in by far!
I have enjoyed living at Greydon House! The staff is friendly and professional. They are constantly making positive changes to the community and its only gotten better since Ive lived here.
There have been a few issues that we have had to deal with as with any other apartment property. I will say that since Champion took over the property, they have been right on the issues at hand. They have been straight forward with their answers and no BS. They are trying to find workable solutions because things are not perfect. I don’t think there a lot of perfect communities. All that said, this is what I want from a property management!
This place has improved so much in the last few weeks since Champion took over. They regulated the pool so now the residents can actually enjoy it instead of people bringing 10 friends who don’t live here. We had a neighbor throwing a party super late and they took care of our noise complaint the next day. And they started free door side pick up recycling!! They’ve been nothing but receptive and accommodating.
Greydon House is an amazing place to live at. Kudos to the new management team for making it so great! They go out of their way to make sure every tenant is happy. Keep up the good work guys!
Great community! Love the finishes in the apartment and the layout doesnt feel like a typical apartment. Both the office and maintenance team have been very kind and helpful! The location of the community is also very convenient.
This is the best apartment i lived so far in the United States. It has everything a family needs, quick maintenance, near to schools, close proximity to shopping centers, restaurants, gyms and parks. May be they don,t say it, but it looks like for them the tenants are the first choice. Luxury facilities with affordable pricing.
Since being bought out by another property owner, I’ve had nothing but complaints. Cannot wait to move out. Policies keep changing, walls are paper thin, the pool is the size your parents probably have in your back yard. For “luxury apartments” it’s been pretty disappointing, to say the least.
We have had a great experience living at Greydon House! Moving from one Preferred Living community to another, weve experienced great customer service and luxury living. The FREE Starbucks coffee has been a life saver!! We had a few maintenance requests due to new construction kinks, but the maintenance tech has fixed everything within a day! Each staff you encounter in the office are very welcoming and will go above and beyond for their guests to feel at home. Would 10/10 recommend!
I had originally signed a lease with Preferred, and on Move-in day found out Champion had taken over the property the Friday before, which could make you nervous having not signed the lease with them originally. Honestly, they have done a great job so far. They have made sure the community is a safe and enjoyable place for all! We had a few small problems on move, that really carried over from Preferred Living, with Champion literally just taking over. The Champion team ensured everything was fixed quickly, the on-site maintenance has been excellence! They recently took a survey from residents, and within a week implemented door to door recycling which is great. Looking forward to seeing what other benefits they bring to Greydon House.
Our building is quiet, Whitney, Ally and Jamie are the true MVP’s of this property.
Terrible complex. I can hear my neighbors talking to each other through the walls. Not insulted correctly at all.Balcony’s pretty much touch your neighbors.Won’t renew.
We LOVE our new apartment at Greydon House! The finishings are just gorgeous and we are obsessed with our Samsung appliances. The staff is so nice and any maintenance request has been followed up with very quickly! Youll love it here!
“Continued Post”Cons: 2 major issues are windows and doors installation issues lots of cold wind/air coming from windows. Water/ice coming through the doors the apartment won’t stay probably heated! hands and feet are freezing Kids complaining because of the cold and energy bill is quite expensive because of the window and doors issues which I have Proof from the electric company if I can attach the documents I will. Maintenance came and said they had to replace the 2nd BR windows because they were broken and they had to order the parts. So weeks later maintenance come back and they just replaced a little piece on one window in the 2nd BR that he had to go find in his truck.Cons: 3. Lastly would be the duration of the hot water! on a bad day you can get a 5min shower on a good day 10min and you can’t get a full bath water, only will fill to the indent of the tub not even the middle before water turns very cold. So you have to choose who is going to bathe for that morning or night. That’s is a major issue for me as I love baths.Let me add parking is not that great either and I have two nails in two different tires that I have to now replace and I rarely Move my vehicle, if it’s not to the grocery or bus stop I lyft. To be honest the nail and tire situation started after the altercation with the guy.
These are awesome apts the Vegas style pool is great!! My husband has been working there since they started building
Honest review: Pros: Very lovely features and appliances. I love the closet space, lastly nice location for all your shopping needs.Cons: 1. I feel like this place is not really a kid friendly place to start off with. When I first moved here I was told it was a Dublin School District, then I went back and fourth with the school districts before I found out it was Columbus public! Which is fine I love the school that my children were assigned to excellent school might I add!So let me remind you the last few months we had weather bellow 0 so another resident and I would wait along the side with our hazards on! So 1 the bus can see us and two it’s freezing and the 1st graders have to cross a very busy street! The spaces would be full from the residents who live in the first building let me add. So I did this for about 2 and a half months no problems. So one day I noticed this man would come in the complex every day and throw his hands up and make screaming gestures with his mouth! So one day I opened my door and asked him was there a problem because I was not in his way! He screamed yes there are parking spots why the “HE double hockey sticks” are you parked here? I told him I was waiting on my child to get off the bus because it zero bellow and I also have a another child and a infant with me😑 he said “SO” and drove off.I called the rental office they said it was fine to wait there ect. So I go back to get the guys license plates he meets me outside very aggressively talking mess yelling “You think you can park anywhere because your black and drive a certain type of car”! I yell and fuss back at him mind you I had my younger children in the car when he approached me they were so scared. So I went to the office to report this. They said they would talk with him blah blah 2 days later I call to get a update because the man kept on with this behavior. So when I spoke with the rental office they asked me not to wait there because now they were getting a lot of complaints and she said she also spoke to the guy and said she doesn’t think he was being racist because she knows his background and said That i needed to dress my infant and younger children good to wait outside for the bus and went on to say she does it with her children and they’re my kids same ages?! So I did that for one day it was freezing! it’s was 0 bellow, my Neighbor refused to bring her infant out and sat in her car but I didn’t want the bus to pass us up because the school is on bethel. My baby was sick the next day as it is already cold in my apartment which I will get to that next! This right here really upset me to a point where I was ready to move. There are no signs that say you can’t wait there so legally. I can still wait there If I choose! but to keep the peace if there’s a space open, I will wait in it. And I told the rental lady the spaces were often taken and and the bus only can see us and we can see them from like two spaces and she said well I can say something but I can’t promise anything lol and mind you these are the spaces where you first enter the complex right in front of the rental office. And the first apartment building is on the side of the rental office. So moving forward if there are parking spaces available where the bus can see me and I can see the bus, I will wait there but the cars coming out of the complex are not considerate of the kids getting off the bus speeding even after the bus has stopped this is very scary one car almost hit my child just yesterday this is very scary! So if you have young children I wouldn’t recommend this place they really don’t care for the kids. And mind you this wouldn’t be a issue once the weather let’s up but you see they didn’t even compromise With us parents only the residents complaining! then sided with some one being aggressive and racist with a woman all over waiting on children to get off a bus😖 this post will be continued because I can’t post everything at once!
I currently live in Sycamore House apartments located in Hilliard Ohio. I signed my lease a month and half before move in as my apartment was being built. I moved in on August 24th 2018. Signing a lease for a two bedroom two bath apartment for $1250 a month is expensive yet I wanted a luxurious “home.” Upon move in day there were multiple large jean stains on the wall due to flat paint, cracks and chips in center island and bathroom vanity. Large hole in my shower ceiling wth electrical wires shown. Very large amount of dings, paint drips, far from acceptable paint. As well as the very first rain not even two weeks into living here our entire living room entrance flooded as a seal was never placed. Even though we reserved our apartment a month and a half in advance within two weeks of move in we have had maintenance in our home over 3 times. We were told by the property manager this is normal thing apartments have. Maybe this is the service you would provide to section 8 housing not a “luxurious apartment.” Now September 19, 2018 construction has started outside our apartment. We were not told at all upon intial lease signing any construction would happen literally 16 inches from my bedroom window. From 6am to 7pm this is on going noise that comes in of course my paper thin walls. Again we were told there is little we can do since this is not for our community’s construction . As well as every street in the community floods every time it rains leaving a potential risk for your car to be damaged ever single time it rains. The ladies in the office have the best intentions yet I do not believe they care about anything but getting you to sign away your happiness for a year. I would love to leave a good review but I would be lying if I said this was worth the money. Please think again before moving here.
Moved here back in March and it was wonderful at first. It’s a new build with nice appliances. Preferred living owned the property when I first moved in and I must say they are simply amazing to their tenants. Champion bought out this complex and has failed to up keep anything. Parking is absolutely awful I work nights and many mornings I have to park up by the main office and walk all the way to the back of the complex . People here do no follow any rules anymore there are pit bulls, parties, and sketchy activities( lots of foot traffic in one building at night) taking place and management has yet to do anything about it. The grounds look awful there are half dead trees and brown grass towards the back of the complex the pond has no water movement so it get stagnant if there is no rain but to be honest who even knows if the pond is finished yet it looks incomplete. The trash compactor is always either jammed or over flowing with trash not only an eye sore but unsanitary. Was told by original management that we were allowed to have grills on the patios but champion and now saying we have to pay $100.00 fee for them to install an fire extinguisher even though there are sprinklers on every patio/deck and a fire extinguisher on every floor. Was also informed that once the lease is up if we renew will have to start paying for trash and rent is likely to raise.I am really disappointed in the management team this area is so covenant to work and daily activities but with champion wanting to change rules and not step up to address issues this complex will continue to go down hill.
Been in a lot of appartments but these i most say are well built and are vert nice
Absolutely love it here!
Friendly staff and really nice amenities!
Someone else wanted the information.
Nice place but rude neighbors
Spent Thanksgiving here, as cable wasnt ready in the new apartment.
Beautiful apartments
