My wife and I lived at Grafton Park for the entire year of 2020. My experience living there before relocating to a new state for my job was absolutely fantastic. Lindsey, the property manager is extremely helpful, responsive, and goes above and beyond to provide fantastic customer service. I also want to commend Kevin and the service team for being extremely helpful and responding to all of our minor service requests within 24 hours. The property is absolutely wonderful and in a great location by all the stores youll ever need. My only minor complaint but does not affect the rating, is finalizing the move-out process. Champion took 30-45 days to close out our lease and they did not provide any communication until I reached out multiple times to ensure all payment was finalized. No move-out packet was sent to us. I expected better from the larger Champion company but out of Lindsey and Grafton parks local properties hands. Overall, you will not regret living in this safe and delightful apartment community!
Ive been corresponding with both Lindsey and Clohe at Grafton Park regarding a potential move in at the beautiful Grafton Park! My fiancée and I both felt that the experience has been extremely professional and productive. The tour was scheduled very easily! The tour itself was very informative as we were shown a model apartment which theyve done a great job making it feel very homey. The follow up emails show me that theyre dedicated to making sure everyone has a good tour experience at their apartment complex! If I do end up moving here, I know that I was definitely influenced by the professionalism of the front office working here!
First, I have not lived in an apartment for 30 years since college, so this was a process for me. After viewing several higher end communities, Grafton Park exceeded my expectations. I recently moved in and have to say that not only was the process simple, it was streamlined and most everything done online. Chole and Lindsey made the transition easy and delivered everything they said they would do. I entered a very clean updated apartment and this exceeded my expectations. As for the the workout facility and pool it five stars, clean, modern and really a neat place to enjoy. As a company owner, I know you can only be as good as your front line staff. Champion has a great staff at Grafton and they made the difference in me deciding where to move.
I’m a new tenant here and so far have nothing but good things to say! I met with leasing agent Clohe (who is great and very easy to work with) who from start to finish was not only professional but took the time to actually figure out what it was that I was looking for with regards to a home and also making sure it was within my planned budget! The grounds are very clean and needless to say apartments are spacious. My only qualm; if you’d call it that would be one can hear neighbors above you if they are running around or have pets that may be loud (I’m on the 2nd floor) which is not a big deal for me but could be for someone else. Overall, glad I made the decision to lease here!
This is the place you want to call home! Safe, clean, fun, quiet, modern... The team members truly care about you and take every interaction to the next level. Conveniently located to most essential spots in the Dublin area. Amenities are awesome - great gym and pool facilities! The team comes up with fun ideas to celebrate different things through the year. Lindsey and her entire team make this place amazing.
My wife and I were only here on corporate housing terms for a new job I started with Honda! So I dont have long term experience to speak on. However Id like to speak on the short time of our stay.Grafton Parks is a bright community and a positive atmosphere that we could relate to. The housing is nice as well as the rest of the community. The landscaping, management of property, and visual appeal are all ON POINT! Grafton Parks understands very well the importance of the physical appearance of the area and does a great job at keeping that up.The representatives of the community that I have personally interacted with - Clohe and Lindsey - have been great! Easy to communicate with, always looking to help, and what stands out the most for them for me is the willingness to help. Nowadays I find too many professionals are hard to communicate with because of the vibe they give off. Maybe they dont know how to communicate well, have a bad day when I catch them, or genuinely dont want to help people. I found every single time I called Clohe or Lindsey their first priority was to make sure I was happy and took care of my concern, which as someone who is residing in corporate housing, would make me think they would be less inclined since our stay is so temporary.Ive had one maintenance concern about the water pressure of the showers when we first moved here. I called them about it the next day and within probably 1 or 2 hours the maintenance guy showed up (cant recall his name) and had the issue resolved quickly! Very nice guy and it was obvious he had one focus - customer priority.I enjoyed our stay at Grafton Parks in every sense. We have 2 ESA animals and they have been accomodating about that too. Very pet friendly community as well! Plenty of area to walk the dogs and more than enough dog stations with poop bags for the animals messes! The reason we are not continuing our stay at Grafton is simply because of housing demands, places are hard to find to rent and we already signed a lease with another community! If Grafton had options at the time we were looking maybe! Also we are looking for units with more space and the maximum unit at Grafton Parks is about 1050ish sq. feet.No matter what I would recommend Grafton Parks to anyone looking to rent. I foresee little to no issues for their community in the future!
We were looking for our dream apartment and we finally found it me and my boyfriend couldn’t been so happy that we got what we wished for. I would recommend Chloe to help you get your dream home as well she was very nice and very sweet I wish her nothing but the best in life and I can’t wait to see her again and her being someone we can ask for help when we live there! Thanks Chloe can’t wait to see you again LOVE ABBI
I have been living in Grafton park community from last 1.5 year and dont have any complaints. This community offer much perks than any other.☑️ Great service and community maintenance☑️ Its walk away from sawmill Rd and major supercenter like Kohls, Meijer, target, Indian groceries☑️ They have Gym, Swimming pool, mini home theater, Starbucks coffee vending machine, patio in leasing office☑️ Arrange many monthly activities
I am not from the area and found Grafton park as a possible place to live. Lindsey showed me their available units as well as all of the added bonuses to living there. She was more than helpful and was consistently checking in with me to make sure I found a place to stay. If you need a tour around Grafton park ask for Lindsey and your experience will be just as good as mine.
Grafton is amazing! We just moved in and love it so far. Lindsey and Kristen are awesome. The pond is amazing to look at and there are so many fantastic amenities! I would highly recommend this community.
Me and my girlfriend took a tour with Chloe, she not only showed us the beautiful looking apartment but made us feel welcomed right off the bat. Now that we were approved and gotten the apartment secured we are excited to move in and join the Grafton family!!
So if you want to live at peace place with someFun so this is the best place for you they have gym facilities with the pool table and swimming pool and luxurious club house and nice neighborhoods
Ive lived here for about two months now, and we love it. Of course, all apartment experiences sort of relate to how good your neighbors are, but mine have been excellent. I was definitely worried moving to the area because we were leaving a single family house in the suburbs that we owned, and going into a city and an apartment. We have two cats and a small dog, as well. I dont regret moving to Grafton Park at all, of the places we looked at!!The managers here are great. I have never had any issues with them, they call occasionally to check in and make sure everything is going well and they definitely go above and beyond to be helpful. The apartments themselves seem to be very well constructed and walls are definitely not paper thin. Ive had no problem with heating/cooling, and the electric bill is pretty reasonable considering everything is electric. They seem to be exceptionally well insulated. I hear the neighbors from time to time walking around, but Im definitely not ever hearing full conversations. All of the grounds are well maintained and there are fun activities usually once a month. Amenities are great, and location is perfect. I feel like I can easily access anything I want. The only complaint I can even think of is that some people just flat out refuse to clean up after their dogs. This is NO FAULT of the complex management. There are ample pet waste bags in convenient locations, and there is a deterrent fee if you are caught. Even still, I can watch out the window people standing right next to the waste bags and just shuffling along after their dog finishes. All in all, a great place to live for young professionals!!!
Although I did not end up renting here (needed a shorter lease term than they offered), I was THOROUGHLY impressed with how helpful and friendly the staff was at Grafton Park. They offered suggestions of how to find residents who might be subleasing and referred me to CORT Furniture when I asked about getting a furnished apartment. Kendra did all she could to try to find a workable solution for me -- without applying pressure. A surprisingly good experience!
My soon-to-be husband and I were looking for a place to live in Columbus, and we love Grafton! We really appreciated how the grounds always looked very nice and well kept, and the staff has been nothing but helpful. They always answer the phone and their emails in a timely manner and are always so happy to help us. They are also very accommodating and are willing to work with you. When we unexpectedly needed our lease to start a couple days before our move in date, they were able to work with us, and we really appreciated it.The apartment itself is amazing! It smelled so clean when we first came, and everything is up to date. You definitely get a lot of great amenities for the price of rent like a washer and dryer in unit, a balcony, a pool, a gym, and a lot more. All of these things are well kept and up to date as well.We have only been living at Grafton for a short amount of time, but we love it already! 10/10
The community is cozy and inviting, the front staff is very friendly, and the apartments are beautiful. I got the chance to tour this lovely community and loved hearing and seeing all the amazing amenities they offer; pond, pool, fitness facility, central air, and washer and dryer in every unit. Unfortunately I decided to rent from a sister neighborhood, but I will likely rent here some day as well!
We moved to Grafton Park, from another state, during the pandemic. One of the Community Managers, Nicole, was incredibly helpful and responsive in providing details about available apartments and even gave us a virtual FaceTime tour since we werent able to see the space in person. The application and move-in processes were straight-forward. Since living here, when we need to reach out to the management team, they are kind, helpful, and timely. Its a nice, quiet community located conveniently off of Sawmill Road. If searching for an apartment in the Dublin area, would highly recommend looking into Grafton Park.
We really liked Grafton Park when we visited. Nicole was great to work with as well! We never felt pressured throughout the search process, and all of our questions were answered with honesty and thoughtfulness. They were super accommodating to what we wanted to see and our schedule, and the apartments themselves were really nice. Despite needing to do self guided tours because of the circumstances, there were little notes scattered around the room that made you feel welcome and point out things you may have missed, and it really didn’t feel different than what you would get out of a normal tour. Definitely worth a visit to see and feel the community and care that goes into this place. Hopefully they have something for you!
We moved in last month and are loving the space so far! Everything is clean around the complex, and our unit is wonderful. Maintenance requests are addressed in a timely manner and the folks at the front office are incredibly helpful and a pleasure to work with!
I’ve been at Grafton Park a month now and love it. The location is convenient, the complex is pretty and quiet, my apartment is beautiful, and Nicole and Kendra, and the rest of the management team, have been great!! Very happy with my choice!
From signing the lease to moving in, everything was so smooth and they are so easy to work with. These apartments are very well kept and so nice. They even have the maintenance team come and go over things in the apartment which is super nice! I’m so happy I chose Grafton park!
I would say that this apartment looks fine after visiting the model room, but the service is AWFUL. I signed the lease without careful consideration and understand of lease since they said that we had to sign it as soon as possible to keep the price. However, they came up with an offer of $500 gift card right next day and another $150 credit back in 3 days. I felt cheated and doubted that they did this on purpose to skip us. NEVER LIVE HERE WITHOUT PROMOTION!
I just renewed my lease here for another year. Property is well kept, staff is friendly, and maintenance team is always friendly. I havent had to use the maintenance team cause my apartment is in excellent condition. Amenities are great as well. Nicole and kendra have always been very helpful, especially when i was renewing.
My husband and I have been living at Grafton Park for about a month now. We have had a great experience so far! The apartment is nice and new. We love the pond in the middle of the complex. The location is great—we moved from another apartment complex about 3 minutes away because we love it so much. It’s great that we have recycling pick-up every week. They’ve also had some nice community perks like a free movie from Amazon and a free pint of Jeni’s ice cream. Both Nicole and Kendra are always very nice and happy to help us. We did have an issue with the fire alarm for the first couple of weeks, but that seems to be resolved now. Also, we don’t like that we have to use AT&T internet here because it is much slower than our old Spectrum internet. However, those are pretty minor issues compared to how great everything else is. :) I am definitely glad we decided to move here!
From the minute I came to Grafton Park to check it out, everyone has been so wonderful to me. They were not pushy to get me to live here and when I chose them based on great reviews and a beautiful property...they were exceptional at helping me get settled. The property is well taken care of and Champion is a very good company to work with. The clubhouse is absolutely incredible and always very clean. Maintenance was quick when needed and communicated effectively. Leasing office staff has gone above and beyond time and time again to ensure my comfort here. The location is great! It’s close to literally anything in the world you want/need on Sawmill Rd but set far back enough that I don’t hear anything. There are literally hundreds of apartments in the area, but trust me, choose Grafton Park.
Kendra and Nicole have been terrific throughout the rental process. I work in a field of property management and customer service, and I set the bar pretty high. These two were very patient with my requests to see the actual unit a dozen or so times before committing 😉. I’ve needed a few minor maintenance issues addressed and D is super awesome. He’s very prompt and it’s apparent he takes pride in his work. People like these are hard to find lately, so it speaks to the management company. They take pride in their community, and Im looking forward to being a part of it.
Moving here was one of the best decisions Ive ever made. Not only is the staff is friendly and fun - but they truly care about providing the best experience possible. (I happened to move in during COVID-19 and the difference between the staffs attitude and actions here, versus those of my old apartment complex, have been like night and day.)My apartment is great value for money. Its spacious, newer (the complex is only 3 years old at this point, I believe), and has great touches like beige walls (versus the same old white), large master closets, and USB ports in the kitchen. The grounds are beautiful and peaceful (which I love) and perfect for short walks or potty breaks (which my dog loves). You also cant beat the location! Youre along Sawmill Road, with its tons of stores and restaurants, but also right next door to a neighborhood thats relaxing and great for walking the dog.If youre looking to move into the area, I would highly recommend considering Grafton Apartments.
If you are looking for a good & safe neighborhood around Dublin, undoubtedly this is the best place to Stay. Located centrally between Bethel & sawmill road nearer to all Schools, restaurants & Shopping malls. The apartments are new and the facilities are excellent. The staff is very friendly and always responsive to all the emails and phone calls.Kelly & Nicole (Community manger’s) You guys are the best. They have helped me from day 1 with my application and taken care of all the formalities to make my Move in super smooth.I have never seen any Apartment management working on Sundays too. If you place any request for service / maintenance it’s done with in 24 Hrs.Will definitely Recommend this place!!!!!
Me and my wife living in Grafton park for almost two years. We did our research and visited lots of apartment communities this side of town, but finally decided to extend our lease again because literally we couldn’t find any where else better than here. My special thanks to SETH Who is always helpful and kind. All office managers are very polite and professional. We are so happy being in here.
My boyfriend and i moved in here about a month ago and we absolutely love it! the place is beautiful and so is the clubhouse. the staff/management are so sweet and are always willing to help. it is our first apartment and we would not want to be anywhere else!
Grafton park is a great apartment community. Been here for close to an year and have had a great experience living here. The management is very friendly and motivated to assist residents in their stay.Ken was very helpful to me and assisted me greatly in moving in and my continued stay.I definitely recommend Grafton park if you are looking for an apartment living in the Dublin area.
Grafton Park has been nothing but a pleasure so far. I moved in a few days ago and in comparison to my last complex it has been heaven on earth. Throughout my search for future apartments the staff was nothing but wonderful. Each time I came in on 3 different occasions I met a different person and they each knew who I was and what I needed. Both Ashley and Ken have been wonderful to work with on every front and know me by name. The apartments are new and it is apparent in the quality of the apartment and appliances. I have to say they are well worth the price. The community members are friendly and respectful and the customer service is above and beyond. I submitted a maintenance request about my stove not being level when I stopped home for lunch and it was fixed not two hours later. The community grounds are also very well kept with lovely green space and a trash compactor. It feels secluded but is right next to Sawmill and many shopping/restaurant options. I highly recommend this community if you are looking for a quality complex in the Dublin area.
We love living at Grafton Park! Jessica and Ken are amazing office staff who go above and beyond to help you with anything. The maintenance team works so hard to keep up the appearance and quality of the common areas, and they get to your requests quickly. We love the amenities and how quiet it is at night when you sit on your balcony. Awesome place to live!
The apartments are a little pricey, but definitely worth it. The location is very convenient and the amenities are wonderful. The community itself keeps the area clean, picking up after their dogs, etc. We have been here for around three months and have thoroughly enjoyed it.
My experience living in Grafton Park has been good overall. Great place to rent! Easy access and youll find around everything you need especially Indian food and near to Indian grocessory. Maintenance team does a great job with completing requests fast. The staff is awesome. Very kind and nice. Leasing office very good place to stay in evening and I used to spent much time there while working from home. Keep it up guys.
Wonderful property and staff!! We were looking to get a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment and we spent a couple of months searching all around the northwest end of Columbus. We looked at close to 20 different communities and the best we found all around was at Grafton Park. We worked with Cody who was awesome! Very accommodating, he helped answer all our questions, worked around our needs and was very straightforward, not in any way pressuring us to do anything we werent ready for, which was a an issue we encountered at many of the communities we had previously visited. The community is also very welcoming and very clean. The apartments are brand new and the layout is very sleek and modern while being cozy at the same time. If you are looking to move somewhere in northwest Columbus, definitely check out this community :)
I have lived here for just over 8 months now, and I love it! I was initially concerned about Champion taking over, but they have done a GREAT job! The club house is awesome, and I love getting free Starbucks in the mornings. The pool got a little bit crazy over the summer (I think people who didnt live here were sneaking in), but I am hoping that Champion will have a better pool policy for next summer. Overall, great apartments and very friendly staff!
Andy, the maintenance tech, deserves all 5 stars. He is a very hard worker, he respects us older residents, he answers any questions that we may have and explains what he is doing. He always gets to us within a day or two after we call. My husband and I wish there were more maintenance people like him!
I have lived at Grafton Park for more thana year now. The apartment complex is newly built and the surroundings are maintained properly. The staff is very nice, cordial and friendly and they get to know you and help maintain the apartments with lot of attention and care. They are awesome! Apartments are located right on the Sawmill road which provides access to all the nearby restsurants and grocery stores. I absolutely love living here and am so glad to call it home. Thank you so much to the staff for always being so helpful and supportive!!!
Staff is always extremely friendly and address any concerns I have very quickly. Beautiful property with several amenities! I highly recommend to anyone who is looking to move into the area! Located just minutes away from most highway exchanges and close to Downtown/ Short North. Several places to shop and eat are also located nearby!
I was interested in this complex for about a year, and once my lease at another (non-Champion) complex was expiring, I jumped at the opportunity to reside at Grafton Park. First and foremost, the complex is beautiful and impeccably maintained. The apartment units are bright, welcoming & up-to-date. Also, Champion does not cut any corners…I really felt like my new living space was clean & near perfect when I moved in. And yes, it feels like a resort at the clubhouse & pool, the workout facility is clean, and I love the tanning & movie room amenities…but it’s also the Community Managers that make the residents feel so comfortable here. Jessica was my main contact during the leasing approval process and she’s amazing. She’s experienced and responsive and has an enthusiasm about Grafton that’s infectious. Ken is wonderful too, and I’ll tell you, the responsiveness of a front office makes all the difference in the world. There is so much attention to detail at this property and it’s a thousand other little things that make me love this place so much. Lastly, the location…Dublin is such a great city, and it’s a shopper & food lovers heaven with so many great options within a one-mile radius. I’m so happy to be here!
I recently moved to Grafton Park on a whim with a friend who already was a resident. Cody was especially accommodating and acted quickly, which was ideal for my situation. Overall, the office staff are extremely helpful and always greeting you with a smile. The amenities are great; fitness center, tanning, Starbucks bar, and I cant wait to check out the pool in a couple months. Its a great community to live in.
We moved in about 2 months ago and the staff has been great since taking over for Live Preferred. We have been pleasantly surprised at the quick responses via email and/or phone when dealing with any issues that have come up. Props to the staff for making this an easy transition and for dealing with past issues that were left open or unattended to by previous management.
What a wonderful place to live. The whole management team is FIVE stars. The club house is out of this world. The apartments have an awesome lay out and you are conveniently located next to everything. The plus for me was that the units have washer and dryers. From the second you arrive Grafton Park screams.... Welcome Home!!
I have lived at Grafton Park for almost a year now, I moved in when it first opened and was owned by Preferred Living. And nothing against Preferred ... BUT ever since Champion took over I have not been disappointed once! The staff is so nice and friendly and they get to know you and what you like what you do if you have pets what type of pet etc. They are awesome! Even to the point where they will come and be with my dog while Im not home when they are doing maintenance. I absolutely love living here and am so glad to call it home. Thank you so much to the staff for always being so helpful and nice too!!!!
I’ve never had an apartment company throw a happy hour for residents before. Living here has been a great experience and we highly recommend it to anyone who’s looking for a great place to live.
Moved in a month ago. Brand new and nice apartment. Super fast serivice. They will always reply your email on the same day. Grafton Park used to be managed by prefer living but now its managed by champion. Champion is doing good so far.
We moved here after loving our friends apartment in the same complex. The management is always really nice and the amenities are great.
This place has everything you would need and the people that work there are awesome! The Clubhouse is very nice. You have a gym, movie theater, tanning bed and much more!
I was looking at this location recently and had a wonderful experience. Ashley H. the property manager was able to answer all my questions. She was very polite and had a great attitude.
My car got a flat on the way to work today, I left a note with explaining the situation with my phone number. In short, they sent a tow truck to pick up my car by 3:30pm without even attemping to reach me. I have yet to meet the entire staff although I can only imagine how warm they are..
Very mean people live there. They will report you and never be friendly to you. The leasing Office is extremely UNHELPFUL! Neighbors are the worst in the world. They disturb my life soooo much. Last time they fixed the water pump in my apartment. I didnt break anything it was the poor quality utility. They thing is they made my home extremely dirty and people come to fix three times a day! This last for a month and there was no apology. The leasing office never helps the residents. They just want sales and money. DO NOT LIVE THERE
This is Literally The worst place I have ever lived for the price we pay you’d think the office staff would atleast be some what nice. The absolute opposite, they’re literally awful to us and take forever to fix things they claimed they would. I would highly advise you to keep shopping around in the area because this most certainly isn’t a place to actually Live!
Went in staff was great definetly worked with us showed great customer service. Also in a great neighborhood in Dublin Ohio. Brand new apartment beautiful layouts, very nice kitchens, spacious rooms and closets everything is beautiful. Especially the pool/grill area, very inviting clubhouse.
I have been living here for 6 month now. We are an India family and can find all the basic necessities within walking distance. The property is new & clean
Great community, great staff, great quality of apartments. Ive been very happy with Grafton, and am grateful to live in a place of this caliber while still paying a reasonable amount for rent
Kristin’s soft and talented voice provided a relaxing atmosphere - the friendly Grafton staff added to a wonderful experience - an excellent evening!
Kristin’s soft and talented voice provided a relaxing atmosphere - the friendly Grafton staff added to a wonderful experience - an excellent evening!
If you have ever watched the movie Zoolander, this is that movie rolled up in an apartment complex that is in the middle of a run down hood. Not only were the staff unreceptive, they were dressed like they were all going to the gym, but with caked on makeup and overdone hair. I was in the office for roughly two minutes and watched the staff literally roll their eyes and behave in a way that was perceived as a better than thou attitude. I was stunned at the professionalism. Dont get me wrong, the office was beautiful, and they are still under construction, but with their demographic, I can only imagine how they treat everyone else. I am a homeowner, and was not looking to rent, but I would never in my life live here, due to the location and general disposition of the staff.
I absolutely had it with this place. Ive lived in apartments for nearly 7 years and I have never dealt with as many issues as this one.1) Neighbors- There was a family that lived above us whose kids would stomp on the floor and bang on the wall throughout the night. After several altercations and sleepless nights we decided to move to the top floor. All was quiet until we had neighbors move below us. It seemed like it was weekly occurrence (after they moved in) that someone would be knocking violently on the door at 3am to the point where another neighbor (thankfully) called the cops to deal with the noise.2) Appliances- Not to long after we moved to the top floor (after the neighbor issue) our AC failed in mid summer. Note that we were the first to live in that top floor apartment3) Move out (This is what I am worked up about the most!)- I went into the office to extend my lease for 2 extra months. I told the person at the front desk that I would be moving out in December. The person confirmed, typed on his computer, and I figured everything was taken care of. No move out packet was handed to me, nothing to sign, not even the option of knowing that I couldve prorated the month of December had I decided to move out earlier. Come our time to move out they tell me that I had not given them a 60 day written notice and that I am responsible for the month of January and few days in February. That is over 1500$ on top of my mortgage for the new place I just moved into right in the middle of the holiday season. Think I had money to buy gifts this Christmas?4) Post move out- Weve been out of our apartment for nearly a month and somehow our gas bill is over 100$. We called the gas company and asked, how can this be?. They replied that our apartment had failed to shut off our gas/electric. 100$ to heat a vacant apartment? Thanks again Grafton5) Post move out (pt 2)- Tried to pay the remaining balance on my rent tonight. They are having issues with the website and I cant login to my account. Me and others will probably get hit with a late fee with the way they have been handling situations here.Response to the OwnerI dont think you fully understand the situation here, so let me give it to you straight. Yes, I understand your Notice of Vacate terms that are buried in the 200 pages of the leasing form. In fact, when I received that friendly reminder I went straight to the employee of the front office and told him I was moving out in December and I just needed to renew for 2 more months. Now common sense would tell you that when a tenantagrees to live in an apartment for 2 more months and will be moving out in December, he probably doesnt want to be pay for January and part of February and thats exactly what happened here. However, since Im dealing with automaton robots here, just because I didnt hand in a written notice ( which is poorly defined anyway. What is that? I just write on a piece of paper that says Im moving out?), your employee thought it made more sense that I wanted to commit for 2 months, and wanted to renew month-to-month (at a more expensive price) after I stated I was moving out. So, I am upset that you are not admitting that your employee failed to hand me move out forms (which i was unaware of), and failed to help me though the move out process. I am also upset that Grafton Park thinks its ethical charge its tenants an extra month and some days because of youre employees poor judgement. No, you are not communicative. The only thing you guys communicate is Ice Cream Social parties and other unimportant and nothing about our lease.Yes, I would love to discuss the concerns in more detail. Actually, I was told that a Regional Manager would be contacting me about a month ago about the situation, but I never heard from her.
Wonderful staff!! Extremely helpful with everything! Very clean and residents are all friendly
Staff is fantastic and does a great job communicating with you. The apartments themselves are very nice and brand new. Just be advised they are very ghetto adjacent. I didnt realize before we moved in that the complex behind Grafton Park is a bit sketchy. There has been apartments broken into, my car was rummaged through, I have heard a number of fights break out, as well as beer bottles lined up on the fence. Had I known this I probably would have chosen a different apartment. However Champion does a wonderful job at running it and I enjoy that we have a nice court yard that I can feel safe walking my dogs at night.
Great place. My uncle lives there and loves it. Staff is kind, pool and club house are exceptional!#GraftonPark #IceCreamSocial

First of all I want anyone who sees 4 stars for this place to be cautious. They constantly are asking people to post positive reviews so they can be entered into contests for a gift card. I am so happy that I am no longer living here. We moved in August 2016. Our upstairs neighbors were a large family that was stomping around from 6am to 12am. I suffer from some medical issues and could not tolerate the constant noise of jumping stomping etc that was going on above us. I took Grafton 4 months to move us to a new unit, and they only did this because I previously posted bad reviews. We moved into a new unit, and were the first people to live in it. In July, our AC went out which was weird because we were the first people to live in this unit. I e-mailed Grafton, and they said it would take a week to fix! It was over 90 degrees in our apartment the entire time, and I had a husky puppy who seemed very sick the entire time because of the heat. When we went to move out, they told us we did not give a written 60 day notice even though my roommate went in to tell them in person we were moving out. This caused us to pay over $3,000 in extra rent to Grafton, and we just received our last electric bill for $111 for an empty apartment we have not lived in for over a month! Stay away from Grafton, I hope this review prevents others from suffering through the same things we did.
Its alright. Cant wait to move out though
Brand new community and appliancesAmazing theaterLike the place a lot
Great place to live. Friendly staff and brand new apartments
Lived here for two years, never had any issues.
Dont get me wrong, Champion isnt the worse management company, but Im just dissapointed with my experience here. The property is nice and so are the management people. I just wish they would leave the club house open longer for people who would like to enjoy its amenities when they get off work. Also, they use a 3rd party electric company called APL that charges you the minimum of 15 cents per kwh. Regular AEP charges 6 cents right now. Doesnt seem like a big deal? Multiply 0.06 cents by 901kwh (average household usage in america)=$54 then add like $30-$40 for customer charge. NOW we at grafton park HAVE to pay .15 cents ×901=$135 then add $30- $40 for the customer charge. Yeah that sucks.
Great management, very nice apartments. Have had nothing but a great experience.
