I have been living at Tralee for the past 3 years and cant say enough good things about them. Judith and Kristy in the leasing office are great -- theyre very responsive and friendly. Any time Ive had a maintenance issue, it is resolved quickly. Whats nice about this property is the tenants are friendly, the location is excellent and youre living among town homes with a nice shared pool. Plus, its a nicely appointed apartment with upgraded finishes and underground parking which is great on nasty, rainy days.
Have been living here for almost 6 months, so far so good!The only issue that annoyed me recently:Some residents are either unrefined or blatantly lazy - they abuse garbage can in the garage. Garbage rooms are on every floor.. why not use them?So Im completely with the management on the removal of that cans..People, just try to be civilized - if you are unable to throw your trash out - take it with you to your filthy car and enjoy it there, please.But dont leave overflowing bags of landfill trash near the elevator doors in the garage!Otherwise - all good! Nice apartments, leasing office is good. And most importantly - quiet neighbors.
1) management is a joke and treats you like garbage. They will not take care of ANYTHING.2) no respect for residents3) complex is a pigsty... trash, dog poop, and junk everywhere.My advice, find a place where management actually cares. I do t know what these people get paid for but I feel violated.
Bunch of Thieves!They will charge you money for every possible thing. High rent, hidden charges, refundable deposit is NOT refundable.The rent is super high but decided to live because of the clean and nice apartment features.There is a CAM (common area maintenance fee) of $50 /mo which was hidden in the thick lease term booklet and never told beforehand. The way CAM works is that exit only doors are broken and anyone can enter the apartments. No security.We (me and wife) lived for an year - no kids, no pets. We kept the apartment SUPER CLEAN and at the end of lease are charged $250 for cleaning on move out inspection which clearly states it will be charged if MORE THAN NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR. On questioning it, the office staff agrees it is clean but we have to get it cleaned by professionals (for next occupant) even with normal/below normal wear. That is what we charge YOU for.

I have been living at Tralee Village Apartments for more than an year. Frustrating experiences dealing with the management. Their lease terms change time to time that benefit them at the cost of tenants. Management is manipulative and I had several frustrating experiences negotiating lease terms.
