Pro Nails is family owned and operated. The salon is very modern and the cleanest business Ive been in. I and my family members have been going there for several years.

I never ever get a pedicure. Maybe once a yr for my birthday. So I was super excited that I had extra money from working a new second job to be able to get it done. I suppose thats why I was so disappointed! The toe nails werent cut even. My pinky nail was hanging off. I had polish on my toes and my feet looked dryer and more ashy than when he started. He seemed like maybe he was tired. I guess thats why I didnt say anything to him about. I should have listened to the other reviews. They were friendly and allowed me to walk in with no appointment.

They were very nice and polite, took their time and give me a really good pedicure. Reason I give it a 3 star is it could use a little cleaning and organizing. I didnt see them get utensils out of sanitizer or open a pack. Most places use the disposable puma stone on your feet, they still have a metal one that she just grabbed out of a drawer and put back in a drawer when she was done with mine, thats pretty disgusting.My toes do look good but if you look close at the edges you can see they used 2 different colors. One color for bottom coat and a different color for top coat. They look good and Im satisfied but Id definitely try to find a different salon next time.

I was a walk-in with my 8 year old daughter today. Were having a girls day. They accepted walk-ins. They were really respectful to both of us. While I was getting my nails done the woman was making conversation and my daughter messed up her nails before they were dry. They werent mean about it and said it happens a lot even with some adults. They fixed her nail without any issues. Other places I went would get aggravated if they had to touch something up. Very friendly and really nice people. Also our nails look amazing.

I felt like I was a rush job so they could get back to their “real” clients the last couple times going. It makes me sad because I’ve gone to them throughout the years when I had extra time and extra money to treat myself.This time was worse. It was rushed, sloppy work, and it was dirty. If I could figure out how I’d post the pictures of the poor shaping on one big toe and the polish all over my skin on my hands.

Kathy and Tony are fantastic! The whole family has always done a great job. The grandparents do pedicures and grandma also does waxing. I have been going here for about 9 years now. Check them out 💙

Awesome group of people. The husband and wife duo does most the nails but i suggest you get your feet done while waiting on them to start your nails. Best nails here are solar nails.

Have been going there at least 8 years do the solar nails I have only broke one in 8 years and that was from closing it in a drawer Tony and kathy are great owners would not ever go to anyone else

I would give them 10 stars if I could. They did an awesome job on my 73 year old mothers toenails. I didnt have to take her to the podiatrist. They are wonderfully priced also.

By far, Pro Nails is the best experience Ive had with getting my nails done. Tony did an excellent job of meeting my needs. I had previously got them done in the Dothan mall, and they were sloppy enough to where water and hair could even get under them. He made it look like I had a brand new set. I have thin cuticles, and Tony knew exactly how to work with them, without cutting me or putting acrylic past them. I will definitely be back!

Nice people, great job on my manicure. I have really bad social anxiety and so my nails didnt turn out really how I wanted them but they are still pretty.I asked multiple times if they would be able to put a matte top coat for my nails and they said yes and they didnt do it, ask my nails turned out longer than I really wanted them.

My Fiance went in and we had to wait a long, long time, and she said it was totally filthy, and that she sensed that they were hiding something. She never got her nails done, because the wait was so long and it was so filthy. I cannot speak for nails but I can speak for CHARACTER. These people are CROOKS, and very conniving. I did their lawn for them for a year along with many other jobs and Every SINGLE TIME Kathy ( who is posting all her own fake reviews here below)asked me to do work, they waited until I gave a price and ADDED HUNDREDS of dollars worth of work to the job that they wanted for free, or accidentally left out. I thought it was the language barrier at first, then I realized Tony the owner was telling her to do it, and laughing in the background when she called. They got away with it because I told them I really needed their business, and I bit my tongue for an entire year. Then when I stood up for myself she simply said DO IT OR BE FIRED, knowing I needed the work for recent hospital bills! Then they made me go all the way to Pro Nails to collect and I had to WAIT 15 MINUTES or more TO BE PAID! What I saw in that place was something of nightmares. The later in the day you go, the filthier it is. Also, MOST OF these GOOD reviews are FAKES! These owners are HOARDERS, from the looks of their yard, and expected me to clean around their filth at home, also! (Their HOA has a lien on their home for their nasty, filthy yard, and refusal to clean it up until they hired me as a last resort, because nobody else would work for the crooks ) Glad to be done with them after finally refusing to be BULLIED into another hundred dollars worth of added work for $40. Yes, I said $40. Total cheapskates!

Do NOT come here. Worst experience ever and I have been getting my nails done for years. My girlfriends and I went here for three full sets. We told them about three times before we even got started that all three of us wanted FULL SETS. My first friend had to ask for them to even start soaking her old set off, then I caught the dude using the SAME ELECTRIC FILE on both of our nails! I called him out on it and said, “Are you using the one you just used on her nails on mine?” And he was like, “Yeah,” then realized he messed up and got a new one. GROSS! We were talking about how we hoped he hadn’t used that same file on the whole city of Dothan. When my old nails were soaked off one of those ladies was like, “Okay, you’re done,” after I told her THREE TIMES when I walked in that I needed a FULL SET. I reminded her for the fourth time and then she and the other people in there looked at eachother all crazy and then started laughing. We were in there for three hours and none of us got what we wanted. I asked for the gel nails so that my french tips wouldn’t yellow, and what do you know?! A week later and they look TERRIBLE. They’re so dingy! My two other friends didn’t get what they wanted either, the girl who had to tell them to soak off her nails’ look absolutely TERRIBLE and nothing like what she asked for! All of our nails were also sore afterward. Again, DO NOT COME HERE! Disgusting, unprofessional, terrible work! Their reviews are only good because the people who work there wrote them.

Kathy, staff and Bella are wonderful. Their work is excellent and I never feel rushed or overlooked even when it’s very busy.

Came in asking for a mani pedi the elder gentlemen started on my feet I asked to have my calluses removed as I play sports and in the army. The tool used to scrap the dead skin off was not sanitized and was pulled out of a trash bag under the sink. Also he did not scrub I still have a full foot of calluses. The salon chairs are cracked and peeling by far the most unprofessional and un sanitary salon I’ve ever been to. Will never go again

Got here around 6:45 after calling to see if they would be able to do my nails. They said yes yet all they cared about was leaving. The guy was in a rush, had a dirty towel down, didnt ask how I wanted my nails shaped and they chipped within an hour. Worst experience Ive ever had getting my nails done.

I took my granddaughter here for pedi/manis. After reading the reviews, I was shocked by what it was actually like. First I told them what I wanted and I was directed to nearby chairs. The older man then turned on tub, with NO cover put on! He never said one word to me, didnt ask what type pedicure I wanted nothing. Lotion he used had a terrible old smell to it. Granddaughter sat very still and had both her hands and feet done. Her polish on her hands lasted 2 days. They then started my nails. I had gel nails on so instead of her removing it the normal way....she ground it off. Then to make up for the uneven nails she did the gel nail about 4 times. Now I have it off my nails are paper thin.... I would never go back here or recommend anyone to. Also dirty towels and stuff piled behind chairs.
