Nice & Friendly service. Very Clean people. Color selection was a little dull. I got the deluxe pedicure & full set. I paid right at $100 because my daughter also got a pedicure. They cant really do nails but my over all experience was good. Would definitely recommend & go back.

Yikes! I can’t believe I payed for this. Jel polish all over my cuticals, and on some nails it is not even all the way to the nail sides. Now I need to figure out how to fix it before a wedding a few days away.Update: It made it almost a week and then started to peel up from around the cuticles.

This facility is disgusting. Their prices are outrageous. They tried to charge me $50 for trench tips on my toes. That’s not acrylic, that’s the base price. I will not be coming back.

Emma did my nails and they turn out beautifully every time!Photos are a full set with gel polish in the color First KISS (pale pink nude) and a Glitter ombre sealed with a clear coat of gel polish. They are SO beautiful!

The water was either to hot or to cold the lady that done my feet couldn’t understand anything I was asking for them she clipped one my right toes and not my left so my toes was uneven then she was ruff while massaging my legs her fingernails was digging into my skin.... they don’t get done with one customer before they working on someone it’s like they stay to busy... too expensive for the service we got... she filed one of my toes down that my toe hurts!

I went in on Saturday. The owner asked what I needed I said a fill in. She looked at my nails and proceeded to tell me we don’t fill long nails which isn’t true. I go there all the time for pedicures and nails so what was so different this time! Was very disappointed.

I had them put on a set of acrylics for me. By far the best nails I have ever had. I have not had one problem with them, i have gardened, washed dishes, almost ripped them off 6 times and not one has budged or cracked. Best money i have ever spent to get my nails done. I wish I would of tipped her double after this.

I have used this nail salon several times now. I have never had a bad experience and the staff is so kind. I’m fairly particular about having a pedicure and who does it and I feel they do an exceptional job.

Lei Mai did an absolute AWFUL job with my nail dips. The nail tips were put on wrong, glue was all on my finger, nails were not smooth but bulky and square. She was not professional people were starting to rush in she became anxious and told me she couldnt design my nails today but next time. It was awful

BE CAREFUL. The oldest lady that works here has filed my nails down so far that my skin is exposed. While I was there getting them done she was filing them and I felt her go too far and pulled my hand away, she continued to file on that same nail and even did it to other nails. Its been a week and they are still EXTREMELY painful. I definitely wont go back.

Went in with my mother as a late Mother’s Day early birthday gift for us, asked for dip ombré nails, had to simplify what we wanted many times, I asked for almond shaped since they look natural, they are misshapen and weird, color is nice, but when it came to filing or using the drill, it would get not on my nails, and she caused near bleeding on a total of 4 fingers, and still put stuff on the visible sores. They were so sore that water on them hurt. My mother’s nails, 2 were extremely crooked and the lady saw but didn’t fix, her ombré was not blended well on almost all of them, we could understand if they were students but we don’t think they were. Not worth the $111 dollars we spent for what was supposed to be a relaxing time.

The best nail salon I’ve been to! I had to wait a while because they were down some nail techs but it was so worth the wait! Everyone was so genuinely friendly and easy to have pleasant conversations with. She was honest about how long I’d wait, so I agreed to wait. My nails came out so perfectly. I picked out my favorite picture on Pinterest and she did exactly that! I am pretty picky with my nails and a bit OCD but I left extremely happy!

Ms. Lisa is the best! She leaves absolutely nothing undone and doesnt rush through manicures or pedicures, even when its late and shes been working hard all day.

My best friend and I was looking to do our bestie pedicure date one day and the place we found was closed.We searched and found this Luxy nail spaThey always have amazing customer service and services.Could be pricey but its worth it!They have the top best polishes, OPIThey actually take the time needed for each thing you do, from pedicures, manicures, full set to eyebrows.They dont cheap you out like some businesses that get famous and they begin to focus on quantity instead of QUALITY.They may be busy every day, you may have to wait, BUT I always look at it as, YOU expect great service when youre in the seat, so dont get impatient when theyre doing it with the persons before you.Overall, I love this place!Clean, beautiful and great service all around! ❤️

This is where we always go for our pedis when were in Dothan. Theyve never had a problem fitting us in without an appointment and the staff are all hard-working and try to give you just what you want. Big selection of polish colors, comfy massage chairs while you soak your feet and the possibility of getting nails or brows done at the same time. Pro tip: picking up drinks at the Starbucks in Target next door really takes the pampering over the top!

My mother took me to Luxy Nails Spa for nails tomorrow morning for the party.They do not disappoint me at all.I did not schedule but I just waited 5 minutes.I think here they use natural ingredients to make nails because its very fragrant.They made very fast and meticulous, I was completely surprised.The price here is so cheap for what they do.They certainly had me as a regular customer.I appreciated them and did not hesitate to rate 5 stars.

Horrible service. Took my wife, she got a color and a pedicure, they couldn’t understand anything. First they over charged us by $20. Tried to tell them and they didn’t understand and wouldn’t take it off. Worse part is, after 4 days the color is pealing off.

Terrible service. Wanted a manicure and my nails were horribly damaged by some srubbing pad. When I told the technician, she told me “Don’t worry, once the nailpolish is on, you can’t see it” Stay away from this place!

Great pedicure. Manicure is nowhere near what I asked for other than the color, I do no recommend at all and I will not be back.

I was visiting family in Dothan and desperately needed my nails done. Since this place was the closest to my hotel, I decided to give them a try and convinced my husband to get a pedicure. Worst idea ever. They rushed through my mani and pedi. I had to keep instructing the lady to fix my nails because they were never even and some nails she tried to leave pointy. I had the deluxe pedi and found the mud mask she used on my legs after I left (I had on a dress when I went so never noticed until I went to change clothes). One of the manicurists had their toddler son in the shop so it wasn’t as relaxing as it should be due to him running around, drinking off of random drinks, the manicurists having to constantly stop to calm him down, etc. I also got a gel manicure and my nails were chipping within 2 days, but I couldn’t go back to get them fixed as I had gone back home.For my husband, they didn’t cut his nails down the way that we asked for and they burned both of our legs with the hot towels. We had to go back to the hotel and cut his nails down some more and wash the mud masks off of our legs. We will never come back to this place again. They are not worth the $110 we spent.

Will not be going back. They charge more than most other places. The nail tech asked alot of questions about my personal life that I felt was not professional.

Pedicure half done...do not recommend

Very rude, the younger men were talking to each other and laughing . We couldnt understand them. My daughter finally blountly asked them they were speaking code. Then they stopped. I also had to come home and refile my toes and they didnt do a sufficient pedicure. Now they have a timer when they start, my person was constantly getting up doing other things as another manicure lady was yelling at him to do other things during my time. I will never return there.

Im visiting family in Dothan from New Jersey so this place was the closes to me and I couldnt believe how expensive they are I mean jersey is so much cheaper, so anyways I Went there today for a manicure and pedicure, and explained to the lady I only want gel manicure and regular pedicure and she kept asking me why not gel pedicure and I said no couple of times and I had to tell her I know she understood English very well so stop asking me the same questions over and over, then when I came home I found out that the owners were arrested for animal cruelty and I believe it because they are very rude and mean people, its disgusting!!!!!!!

Quick service and beautiful nails

Everyone was very nice.

I will never ever go back here. They are not good at what they do.They put a top coat on one hand and I had to ask for a top coat on the other hand. You could actually see places in my nails that where not painted. They chargedway to much for a disappointing service.
