Poor workmanship, even after prompted that it was sloppy... this is the improved version...horrible horrible horrible...never again.

Excellent pedicure given by very knowledgeable nail technician. The location was extremely clean and they were following all the CDC guidelines for the pandemicI highly recommend this location. Nice job by the staff

Do you guys think this is a decent manicure😓. I just spent my money here. Back about a week ago I went with my mother in law to this place, our first experience here in Alabama, nothing good because at the next day we notice that the gel color they put on our nails was just coming out, seriously? And the man who helped me was in a hurry and no way this nails are a disaster. This picture is after 4 days 😓I mean I just wanted to remove this nails the same day.

The husband and wife were extremely nice, very friendly. But my daughters nails started chipping and peeling the very next day. Very disappointing.

I went here a week ago to get my nails done paid 90 for my sister and myself I will never be returning to this location the guy did a terrible job at both my sisters and myself nails and the nails didnt even stay a week. Absolutely horrible.

Decided to give this nail salon a try yesterday & let me just say 🤢🤢🤢!!! Wanted to treat my mom to a Pedi for her birthday & the pedi chairs & tub were covered in nats!!! 🤢🤢🤢 I’ve never ever seen anything like it before. Would not recommend this place to anyone, ever!!!

This place is a hot mess!!! They cant do nail worth of nothing! Do not, I repeat do not go to this place to get your nails done!!!

If you want all your nails to break within the first 3 days, then this is the perfect place for you! They thin your nails so that they break with the slightest touch of anything!!!🤬🤬🤬. They do a rush job and always it’s a different price then what they quoted from the beginning. I won’t ever come here again!!! TAKE HEED EVERYONE!!!! Or if you just like wasting your money then 🤷🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️

I went in for a gel fill-in and it is a hot, lumpy mess and I’m sure it won’t last very long. When I asked the guy to fix it he insinuated that he saw nothing wrong with my nails. I asked if he could do something about it and he was very rude, but did end up taking 5$ off. I still would not recommend this place at all if you want nice looking nails.

It was terrible me and my friend went there he rushed and was ready to go. We went back not once not twice but three times. He claimed that nothing was wrong with the nails and nobody else could fix them. He caught a bad attitude and was very disrespectful. Do not go to Le Nails to get your nails done unless you want a trash job.

My wife went to this horrible place to get her nails done before our cruise. Turned out to be a nightmare! Paid $35 just to get her fingernails and toenails painted, and when she got out in the sun they werent even the same color. So she went back in to get them to fix the problem (not trying to get her money back I will add) they then started calling my wife a scammer as soon as whe walked back in saying that her fingernails and toenails didnt match. So if your looking to get your nails done.... there is a reason this business has a 2 star rating! PLEASE AVOID THIS SCAM SHOP BY ALL MEANS!!! Nobody deserves to be ripped off then called a scammer!

I wasnt paying attention and my French tips look like the guy was sleeping while he was doing my nails! Dont waste your money!

Toes looked like my 2 year old did them. Nails popped off within 3 days.. overall very sloppy and uneven.. owner rude and talked about other customers calling them ratchet and fat.. joking to me but made me feel very uncomfortable

Get my nails done every two weeks here! No complaints!!! I get the same guy to do them every time and he is awesome!! The other workers are not very good though.

Highly do not recommend!!! This place was ridiculous, my husband and I walked in and I wanted a pedicure so they put me in the chair immediately and had some room temp water. I shrugged that off seeing that it was in the mall hot water may not be that well. So 2 other people come in and Im assuming his wife finishes up and starts on my feet and he starts on another womans nails, about 3 mins in she has to keep getting up to Check on her child in the back and Im left there for a solid 15 to 20 mins waiting to the point the water was cold. He finally gets up and comes over to finish my feet he had my pedicure done in the matter of 5 mins and my toes were not painted all the way and he cut one for nail nearly in the quick to the point that its sore to walk on. I quickly text my husband and had him come get me and say we needed to go cause I had asked for nails as well but after the pedicure I was not staying. By far the worst $25 Ive ever spent!!!

Our nails peeled off within hours of getting them done, they were done in gel coat. The polish was translucent and got everywhere. They refused to refund us for a bad job. Will never go to this salon again and I would never recommend it to anyone. It was supposed to be a treat for my sister and turned into an absolutely awful experience.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! my daughter and I had our nails done and it was awful. you can still see my nails on the side of the acrylic ones, they advertise air brushed nails but when I ask for them they said they didnt do them. every design I wanted they told me they couldnt do it. when I finally found one they could do they rushed through it and it looked awful. I had a confederate flag design put on one of my nails as the guy was painting it he had the nerve to say so you must be married to a redneck really? how rude.

They don’t know how to file nails correctly .. when the owner of the shop was doing my nails the nail polish was lumpy and he kept touching the polish and not fixing what he messed up and when I looked at my nails a piece of my nail was broken and he didn’t even polish the whole nail and they don’t honor the prices that they say on the phone

So I decide to take my little cousin out and I went to get their pedicure done and while I waited I decide to get gel polished so the guy did my nails and one it turn out horrible he had to fixed them at lest two times and they came out bumpy and just ugly so I left and I decide to come back to let them fix it ... they didn’t even take the gel off they painted over the polish and it came out thick thick and it was so easy to peel off it is the worst place ever .... and I work at a nail salon you are spouse to take the gel off and reapply not reapply over the polish they should shut that place down not only my hands was horrible but my cousin toe polish came out horrible also

Had a french manicure done. The paint came off the next day. As i was washing my hands, i noticed that they DO NOT sterilize their tools! Unsanitary and gross! I will never go back or recommend this nail salon to anyone.

Took my girlfriend to get acrylics, he didnt take time on them and told her it would cost extra to have them longer in length . he didnt paint them all the way . terrible experience

I wish I could rate it no stars. I got gel polish on Sunday evening. It is now Tuesday afternoon less than 48 hours and its already flaking off.

If you want it half done go here. Never again.
