I normally do not use this salon I received a gift certificate for my birthday so I stopped by to use it. I was greeted by I guess the owner and she stated you can stay this time but you are supposed to make an appointment I apologized and told her I would make an appointment no problem she stated no I had a cancellation you can stay this time. There was no one in the Salon. She called an older man out and my service was poor a waste of my birthday gift gel polish on my skin it was a mess. I left feeling ripped off I went somewhere else had them redo my polish. Will not be back a waste of money and time.

The technician was very personable. But my nails...they look so bad 😔 I tried to tell her I wasnt happy with them & she sent me out the door with an excuse that its from the matte color. Didnt offer to repaint. No solution given. Im upset I wasted $25 on a fill in that I now have to go somewhere else to fix.

I was looking for a place to get a pedicure as I’m from Texas and wanted to take two of my nieces to get their first pedi. Very good customer service and very friendly. I will definitely come back again.

I was told the wait would be 15 minutes. I arrived literally two minutes after the phone call stating it would only be a 15 minute wait. When I walked inside, I was told to pick nail color and so I did. After picking my nail color, I was then informed it works be an hour wait. Dont waste your time unless you have an appointment

Had a very good experience here this week. I was able to get a same day appointment for mani / pedi. I take all my own polishes & try to watch closely to be certain everything is very clean. I’m pleased with how things went on my first time here & plan to return. I also bought a gift certificate for a friend on my way out. 👍

Horrible. They chipped 2 days later. She had to redo most of them. She didnt use enough dip, or used a cheap dipping powder. She also blamed me for them being chipped. Ill be looking for a new nail salon. This photo is of my lop sided nail AFTER it was fixed. I have to go somewhere else to fix this horrible work.

My Nana and I used to go here religiously when I was a teenager. That was our standing date every 2 weeks. The same family has owned it for YEARS... I recently have been twice. I like it. Its definitely not a place for you if you want to rush in and out. They take time to talk to you about your self and your family. Sim is awesome at what she does, and she still remembers me from those 10 something years ago.

My acrylic nails look like they have been on for 2 weeks right after they were done and the sides are not painted and my nails are weird shaped and different lengths. They soaked my feet and painted my toenails and charged me full price I could have just done this at home 😞. They just didnt want to do any work very lazy people. Nice people I guess but lazy at their practice.

Im from Florida and come to Dothan once a month for business. Love this nail salon and their personal service. I like to get the SNS natural nail manicure and spa pedicure. They are always done well. Manicure lasts 4 weeks without chipping! They stay very busy so I recommend calling ahead for an appointment, although they do accept walk-ins.

Love this nail salon. Everyone is so nice and speaks English so there is no communication gap. The work is excellent along with their customer service!

The service was horrible. I was a walk in and I was very rushed. I paid for a gel manicure but definitely did not get that. The lady rushed painting my nails just so she could get to one of her regulars. I was not pleased at all. I will not be going back.

Ive been to this salon more than once just bc I didnt want my first impression to be the last impression but I was extremely disappointed in the service I received today. I felt like I was not a priority and as if I was not welcomed there. Then on top of that, there was an issue with 1 out of 10 of my nails and the lady that was doing my nails said that she could not fix it bc she had other customers waiting on her as if I was not a paying customer. I normally do not have anything negative to say about a business bc I know its a hard job, but I do not want other ppl to feel the way I felt today. I would not recommend this place to anyone bc I feel they are not friendly to people of my complexion. I will not return and will not advise any of my family or friends to go there.

It was good, but the lady I had seem to be careless acted like she didnt care how they look I had to fix them when I got home had to file some of them my self, but other than that it was ok
