If I could give this place a ZERO I would, not professional and most definitely not clean ! I got a pedicure and it was the fastest and most painful pedicure I’ve ever gotten! I wanted just regular polish and the girl was trying to push gel polish and I made it clear I did not want gel ! Not sure how this place is still open! DO NOT COME HERE !

Definitely will not be going back. I went there to get the color on my nails changed, a pedicure and my daughters toe nails painted. The girl who did my nails rushed through everything and painted my nails and toe nails with a gel polished that I did not pick out. Also I tried to tell her that the towel that was put around my legs during my pedicure was waaay to hot and she still put them on there. It cost $73!!!!!! Save your money and go to the mall, they only charge $25 and actually take their time on your nails!

Never again. I went, and was the ONLY customer there. I asked for a pedicure, a cut down, and polish change. Worst pedicure EVER. The gentleman and woman spoke only to each other while they worked. Unprofessional. Charged me $78 and got REALLY rude when I questioned the price VS what they have listed on their price list. I paid it, but, no. Enjoy that money, I wont be returning.

No one even touched my nails, I waiting for almost an hour, I was told after a young lady in front of me was done I was next once she left I was seated and i then got told to “move” because this women was supposedly first when she walked in after me? And you can’t make appointments so there should’ve been no reason for the terrible service I received. I will never be coming back after this type of treatment, so unbelievably unprofessional couldn’t even keep up with what client was next.

They are pricey, but the work reflects that. I have never left dissatisfied with my nails. I have never received poor customer service. My nails look incredible every time I leave here and continue to look great for almost 3 weeks. I recommend Natural nails for sure.

I got cellulitis at this nail salon 😩took a week off of work bc my pinky had to be cut down the middle so the infection can be drained I paid $85 for a pedi and fill in with gel and for what? They do amazing nails in my opinion but not worth the risk. Surprise they still are open. Please dont keep giving these people your money.

Love how my nails look and feel after I have them done. Its not a fancy place but the employees like duke do a great job. My nails lasted a while to. I am very rough on my nails and they lasted almost three weeks. Very busy place but worth the wait. Ive tried a lot of places and this is one of the best places because the nails last. Try it and you want be disappointed.

I went in for a pedicure with my parents and they was not friendly at all the lady that did my feet did a poor job at scrubbing the bottom of my feet then she act like she couldnt hear me when I asked her to cut down my nail some more and she just kept going on with the services and they charged me a different price than what I paid last time

This place was a total mess, even inside the UV light boxes was gross. They were wicked fast in doing my nails, trying to break speed records or something. I left with sore fingers and polish all over my fingers. Wish I read reviews before I went.

I will not be going back because the attitudes are not nice and it’s sad because I love the work they do. Ask them one question and it turns into a full on attack there. P.S. if I have to pay for something I should be able to ask questions about the service I am receiving!

I told myself I’d never go back and I broke my own rule and went BACK! Horrible, unprofessional, staff! They charge and OVER charge a different price every time I go! They make the prices up as they go. My manicurist snatched my hand so much from being in a hurry to get finished that my reflex almost got the best of me (lucky for her). Prices fluctuate based on owners discretion. Those fluctuations can vary from the beginning of your visit to the end. They will tell you one price and charge you more by the end. Lin will try to milk you for every penny you have.

Lynn is the only one I will allow to do my nails she is very good it is a bit pricey but the work made up for it. Now when it comes to pedicures I had better with studio nails. But I am overall happy with my nails. Prices never stay the same.

This is by far the WORSE nail salon I have ever been to in my life . The nail tech ( older guy ) was very rude to my friend and I . We were asking him simple questions about our nails and he would always respond with a rude answer as if he had an attitude with us for no reason at all . He would roll his eyes and breathe heavily as well . He told us that our nails would be $45 each before service and after our service he raised the price to $55 . We didn’t get any add-ons or anything in between time . He raised the prices simply to be nasty just because he thought that he had the power to do so . Prior to all of this we waited in the salon for 3 hours to receive any type of service only to be treated as if We were slop on the street . DO NOT go here ladies . Nail Art in Dothan Alabama is MUCH BETTER !!!

I have always had a great experience at Natural Nails! Duke and Lynn are extremely nice people, and always do an excellent job! My daughter loves them as well! I would highly recommend Natural Nails to anyone! They are professional, and I always get compliments on my nails!

Ive had good and bad experiences at natural nails. The thing is that they do great work (Lynn) Im referring to but the prices are really too high for a nail salon in Dothan, Al plus prices are never the same each time. You may pay $89 one day then $103 the next. These people are all about the dollar and are hardly ever concerned with the appreciation of the customers! If u like an environment where if u pay for something u want great customer service and appreciation then I wouldnt recommend natural nails because they mainly want your money. The work is great tho Lynn is great at what she does and her nails last a long time but customer appreciation sucks! I have been going here for 1yr & 4 mos and I still consider going other places at times. I stay only because Lynn works fast and does a good job. Im always forced to try designs I dont want or to get gel when I didnt ask for gel polish. I feel like Im targeted as a person that spends a lot on my nails so they try to get me to spend a lot $$ when I come& I dont like it! Plus they can be rude at times!

I won’t be returning the shop was cluttered, the nail technician was extremely rude and wanted to charge 3 dollars extra for almond shaped nails I looked at the posted pricing and she said we charge everyone that if the don’t get tons or square.. after this she began filing my nails extremely rough, snatching my hands and throwing them in front of the fan I don’t mind paying extra for services however I won’t be disrespected or made to feel like Om not paying for quality services... I left before she could finish filing and was charged 20 dollars for acrylic covered nails you’d think the nail salon would be a relaxing experience that just wasn’t the case here

I use to go to these people years ago when they was in their old location. And they was the sweetest people. Well today I went in to get manicure with the gel polish and the experience was awful. Some older lady was my technician and when I say she had I know 5 coats of polish on my nails! They was so thick and wide. And she act like she understood me when I said I wanted them to look natural. Needless to say I left there and went to the salon next to Publix on Cottonwood Rd. They said the same thing it was tooo thick! I will never go back there. They have the clientele that’s why they feel they could be rude. If they are rude or have been rude to you, you should take your business else where. I bet they will get it together

The nail artist basically ripped my set off of my finger. When they take off your set they do it in a very ruthless and painful way. Take your own nails off if you need a new set. I now have a hole in my finger nail.

My first experience was not a good experience here. They were rude and overpriced for this area! After six months I decided to give it another try.... I was quoted one price during service but charged a different amount after my service. These prices are outrageous and doesn’t justify the services. Older technician is rude. She was pushy telling me how to relax my hand without speaking just pushing my hand around. Also, I had my son who is 16 months with me and I was trying to pay attention to him too. She tapped me and wanted me to pay attention to what she was doing as if I could not attend to my son. And she was extremely slow and my nails only lasted one day gel nail color. I was extremely disappointed.

Lynn is a true artist, and I love her work. I just wish the prices wouldnt keep changing every time I go for the same service. The prices are just ridiculous. I was charged $23 for a fill, no gel polish, just clear polish. And Duke is very rude. Ive witnessed on 2 different occasions of him being rude to customers and their children. I dont think Ill be going back.

I waited in Natural nails at least 3 1/2 hours they waited on every person that came in behind me and I never got my nails done because I got tired of waiting another customer left for that exact reason during my visit I thought it was very unprofessional!

I was outta there almost left without paying!...so I had went back in...lol Duke wanted to argue an I really wasnt for it... He charged me 18.00 for my fill in..So I pass him a Twenty...He in a rant ..still wanting to get out of there.. I just told him to keep the change he yells...Hey we dont need your money...I proceed to walk off an out the door...It wasnt about that...It was about him making a scene...instead of shutting up!....the other couple felt like they was over charged... I broke a nail while out of town visiting my daughter, and went to Natural Nails for repair and a fill-in. The younger male technician was extremely rude and unprofessional. He was very rough and masculine, which caused my hands to tense up. I explained that I had carpal tunnel, but he continued to be rough and became agitated when I had challenges with relaxing my hands. He spoke to the other nail technicians, in their native language as he banged the nail file on the counter top in frustration. This my my first time there, I didnt know their nail process, which was different from the shop I use. He acted as if I knew their process and setup, and was impatient when I didnt respond as he thought I should. It was a bad experience, I will not step foot in there again.
