I used to go here all the time and they do a fabulous job; they really do and its local and convenient for me, but I stopped going before because even with an appt the wait times were so long. I thought I would give them a chance again so I made an appt last week. I was sent right to a pedicure chair where I waited for about 30 minutes. No water in the bowl; nothing. Then I was asked to move to another chair so that they could sit 3 people together. Still nothing. Then someone came and finally filled up the bowl and sat down; (this was about 40 minutes in). Then she got up and walked away. I waited about 10 more minutes; took my feet out of the water and walked out. The owner said, where are you going? - I told him I had been there for almost 45 minutes already and that I just didnt have any more time; he said someone was going to be right with you - so frustrating. This is the whole reason I made an appt to begin with AND the whole reason I stopped going there before. Nice, nice people and they do a great job but my time is so limited on the weekends that I just dont have hours and hours to wait to get a pedicure. I really want to stay local; but this seems to be the norm.

Best pedicure I’ve ever had because they actually spend time massaging your feet and legs! Finally a place that doesn’t rush that part! The pedicure was great! Toe nails done perfectly and my skin is so soft! I’ll definitely be back!

My wife and I called at 2pm and set appointments for 4pm. We arrived 5 minutes early and stood around for 15 minutes until seated. 45 minutes later I got water in my bowl that turned cold quickly. An hour and 10 minutes later I am still sitting here with my feet in cold water with no tech in sight. Everyones time is precious, they should have simply told us they were too busy... poor customer service

I love this place. The atmosphere is very relaxing and the staff is so friendly and professional. The spa is very clean and such a pleasant experience. Unlike other spas I have visited they do not try to sell you extra services that you do not want. I highly recommend this spa to anyone. The pedicure is wonderful, the warmest towels, massages are not done in a hurry, and the stones are great! I choose to keep my nails short, no pressure to change that from these folks. I had fun last time when Jen wanted to see if I wanted to try a different color on my toes. We went with IRISH green.... Next time we are doing yellow! If you want a good experience at a local nail spa, this place is the best.OLDER toes, NEW LOOK!

I’ve been searching for a great nail salon since I moved here from Nashville. Definitely the best. I got a pedicure and the dip powder nails, looks amazing, super shiny, perfect shape and cuticle cut. They were really friendly and took their time to give you the best. Will definitely come back and recommend.

Very friendly staff. Came in for a polish change while I was in town visiting family. The outside isnt the best looking but they came recommended. They touched up my nails and they looked perfect, they even helped pick out a flattering color.

I went in and got a full set for my birthday .my nail some how snapped right in half and now i need to figure out if i want to go back there or else where. Ive never had problems until now.

I refer all my friends to go there. They really make you feel special. If you need your eyebrows waxed, no problem, they offer waxing too! All in all a fabulous nail Spa! So glad to have them join our community! They really are great! They have very fair prices as well. And, if one of your nails mess up, you can go back the next day or two, and they repair it without question, happily! I wouldnt go anywhere else!

I went in this morning for a fill-in. I previously had acrylic powder on where I got them done where I am from (Indiana). They told me since I had that on I needed a new set because the color was permanent. I had just gotten a whole new set at a couple weeks before so I told them no. So he put the gel color over top of the colors I already had on my nails. I also asked him to cut down and round them. Overall experience wasnt good and I wont go back. On top of all of that he charged me $40 for a fill in with gel going over the top of my other colors. NOT $40..

Passed by dickson and decided to get my nails done. Not disappointed, they came out really nice.

Been going here for around 8 months, always feel rushed, never massage feet for more than a minute or so,, last guy was rude, dip nails started lifting after 1 week, Im going back to my old salon

Dickson Nail Spa was extremely hygenic and friendly. All the tools were sterilized and the sinks/tubs were covered. My nails looked great, they did a great job. Overall the place was nice and clean, and the staff friendly👍 Definitely will be going back again.

I made an appointment and they didn’t start my pedicure until 50 min after my scheduled time. I waited for an hour!

Pleasant surrounding; very friendly staff; other customers I spoke with were very knowledgeable about procedures done at this salon; beautiful display of nail polishes in modern colors to choose from. Massage chairs were easy to operate & comfortable & pedicure sinks were very clean. Im 72, stiff from arthritis but I found everything accessible. I have one toe that grows over my big toe; Trish was very meticulous in making sure it did not touch the top of my nail til it dried...☺

Clean and fast didnt have any problems. Didnt give it a 5 because busy felt like it was rushed.

Had an excellent experience here. Probably the best gel manicure Ive ever had. Unfortunately, the girl who did this particular manicure is moving away. But I will still be back. No one here has ever been rude to me or painted my cuticles, both of which have been done at other Dickson nail salons.

Me and my friend wanted to get our nails done and thought it would be like 45-60 minutes and ended up taking 4 hours ... and after 2 hour they said they would be with us but went to someone that had been there for 20 minites and started on her :/ did a great job on my nails i would just not recommend if your in a hurry ..

GREAT EXPERIENCE!Went on a Sunday there was not a wait, which was amazing. This place had a great atmosphere and was clean.Not 5 stars because was a little pushy in trying to up sell me to a pedicure. I wouldnt complain but they directed me to pedicure seat and in front of the other customers I had to say I did not want one. The employee apologized and said he misunderstood me... After that though the experience was great.

Worst manicure I have ever had and I have had a lot. Cut my finger when clipping, kept filing till I have blood in 4 places and my nail polish is rough, not one nail is smooth. And charged me full price. Will not be back.In repose to your response. I most definitely have the correct nail spa, it is the one where Dillar tree is.. It was a man, probably the owner that did this. I had been coming here before the most recent owner all the time. I have never had such a rough, bad manicure.

Literally the worst nail job I have ever gotten!!!! Told the guy as soon as I got there that I did not want gel nail polish when he started painting my nails he is using the gel nail polish even though I clearly said I did not want gel nail polish. Not only that,they look horrible and I asked him several times to correct them. I guess he doesnt speak enough English to understand what I was trying to say.. $55 for garbage

Love going here! Pedicures are always great. Ochann (hope I spelled it right) is wonderful and does the best pedicures. Its clean very nice employees. When you come in they dont act like its a bother and start saying whos turn is it when there is no one in there. Highly reccomend.

My husband and I went for the first time today. I got. Deluxe pedi and he got a mani. I have nothing but great things to say. Pleasant environment, prompt service, friendly staff, super clean!! Pedi was honestly the best I have ever had! Massage chairs were so comfortable. Not a lot of chit chat so I could just relax. Offered me bottled water. Jen did a fabulous job and we will definitely be return customers!!!

Last time took too long as I believe the young girl was in training. I still like the service.

The person doing my nails rushed so much and was rude when I asked him to fix something. My nails were different shapes even when I showed him a picture of how I wanted them. A time before I went, the nail polish had bumps in them and did not dry and half of my fingernail polish was off after I left.
